背景技术
电子烟是一种模仿卷烟的电子产品,有着与卷烟类似的外观、烟雾、味道和感觉。它是通过雾化等手段,将尼古丁等变成蒸汽后,让用户吸食的一种产品。现有的电子烟的加热件,一般都是一体化设置在加热仓,与加热仓形成为一个整体,然而,如此设置一旦加热件损坏,则需要更换整个加热装置,不方便电子烟的装配和维护。

申请内容
本申请的主要目的是提供一种加热适配器和电子烟,旨在方便加热件的更换和装配。
为实现上述目的,本申请提出的一种加热适配器,应用于电子烟,所述加热适配器包括:加热仓,所述加热仓的一端形成有开口;和加热件,所述加热件可拆卸连接于所述加热仓内,并用以与所述电子烟的电源电性连接。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述加热件呈柱状、针状或片状设置。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述加热件可拆卸连接于所述加热仓的与所述开口相对的底壁。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述加热仓的底壁设有安装槽,所述加热件的一端插接于所述安装槽内。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述安装槽设有磁性件,所述加热件磁性吸附与所述安装槽内。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述安装槽的槽壁设有螺纹段,所述加热件的端部设有配合段,所述配合段螺接于所述螺纹段。

本申请的技术方案,将加热件和加热仓可拆卸连接设置,在使用时,可将加热件与加热仓安装在一起,再放入待加热的烟草制品或烟油制品,即可对烟草制品或烟油制品进行加热从而产生烟气。以烟弹为例,可以先将加热件与加热仓安装在一起,然后再从开口插入烟弹,使得加热件与烟弹插接,然后电子烟的电源对该加热件进行供电产生热量,烘焙烟弹从而产生烟气。当然,也可以将加热件先插入到烟弹中,然后一起放入到加热仓内。加热件通过加热仓与电源电性连接,在进行工作。在使用完毕后,可将加热件于加热仓分离进行清洗维护。若加热件损坏,更换一个新的即可,不用将整体废弃。如此,可方便加热件的更换和装配,提高加热适配器和电子烟的使用寿命。

如图1至图3所示,本申请一实施例提出的加热适配器30,应用于电子烟100,所述加热适配器30包括加热仓31,所述加热仓31的一端形成有开口311;和加热件33,所述加热件33可拆卸连接于所述加热仓31内,并用以与所述电子烟100的电源13电性连接。
本申请的技术方案,将加热件33和加热仓31可拆卸连接设置,在使用时,可将加热件33与加热仓31安装在一起,再放入待加热的烟草制品50或烟油制品,即可对烟草制品50或烟油制品进行加热从而产生烟气。以烟弹为例,可以先将加热件33与加热仓31安装在一起,然后再从开口311插入烟弹,使得加热件33与烟弹插接,然后电子烟100的电源13对该加热件33进行供电产生热量,烘焙烟弹从而产生烟气。当然,也可以将加热件33先插入到烟弹中,然后一起放入到加热仓31内。加热件33通过加热仓31与电源13电性连接,在进行工作。在使用完毕后,可将加热件33于加热仓31分离进行清洗维护。若加热件33损坏,更换一个新的即可,不用将整体废弃。如此,可方便加热件33的更换和装配,提高加热适配器30和电子烟100的使用寿命。
可以理解的是,加热适配器30与外部空气连通以提供燃烧所需的空气,可以通过设置进气口实现,也可以通过直接与空气接触等方式实现。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述加热件33呈柱状、针状或片状设置。该加热件33可采用电阻加热的方式,其形状可为柱状、针状或片状,从而方便插接烟草制品50,数量可以为一个或多个。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述加热件33可拆卸连接于所述加热仓31的与所述开口311相对的底壁。
也即,加热件33可竖直设置在加热仓31的底壁,如此,即可以方便与电源13的电性导通,也可以方便其结构设置,方便烟草制品50的插接配合。
进一步地,所述加热仓31的底壁设有安装槽(未图示),所述加热件33的一端插接于所述安装槽内。
通过安装槽的设置,使得加热件33与加热仓31的连接更加稳固,同时也方便二者的插接配合。可选设置为,安装槽位于加热仓31的中心部位,如此,进一步方便加热件33与加热仓31的插接配合。
在实现加热件33与加热仓31的配合固定时,可采用如下两种方式:
方式一,所述安装槽设有磁性件(未图示),所述加热件33磁性吸附与所述安装槽内。
也即,通过磁性件的磁吸方式配合,可方便加热件33和加热仓31的安装和拆卸。
方式二,所述安装槽的槽壁设有螺纹段(未图示),所述加热件33的端部设有配合段,所述配合段螺接于所述螺纹段。
也即,通过螺纹连接,使得加热件33和加热仓31进行装配和拆卸。如此,使得加热件33和加热仓31之间的配合更加稳固。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述加热件33朝向所述开口311的端部位于所述开口311所在的平面的下方。如此,可防止加热件33显露出开口311,避免误伤用户。
本申请还提供一种电子烟100,所述电子烟100包括加热适配器30。该加热适配器30的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本电子烟100采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。电子烟100还包括本体10,所述本体10设有电源13,所述加热适配器30与所述本体10连接,以将所述加热件33电性连接于所述电源13。
本体10和加热适配器30均可呈圆柱形设置,呈圆柱形可方便用户操持使用,增强整体设计美感。该加热适配器30与本体10的连接可以为一体化连接,也即二者为一体结构。也可以为可拆卸连接。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述本体10的上端设有装配槽11,所述加热适配器30可拆卸连接于所述装配槽11。
也即,通过装配槽11将加热适配器30可拆卸连接,如此,方便更换加热适配器30。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述本体10还包括主控板(未图示),所述主控板电性连接所述电源13和加热件33。
本申请的本体10内可设置主控板,通过主控板连接电源13和电性连接件,控制该通路的开断,也通过主控板控制加热件33的开闭。当然也可以不设置主控板,当待加热件33安装到安装位时,即通电连接,或者当待加热件33安装到位时,即启动加热件33。本体10的壳体可采用塑料材质,也可采用金属材质。
当设置主控板时,该主控板可设置电量统计模块,本体10的壳体的表面还可以设置显示屏,该显示屏与主控板电性连接,从而显示本体10的工作状态和电源13的电量。当然,该主控板还可设置无线通讯模块,通过该无线通讯模块与外部的移动终端连接。如此,可通过该无线通讯模块将本体10的工作状态发送给移动终端,例如手机。同时,移动终端也可智能开启该电子烟100。该本体10还可设置开关,该开关与主控板连接,具体可为机械开关或触控开关。若为触控开关时,上述的显示屏可为触控显示屏。若为机械开关时,壳体还设有供该机械开关穿过的通孔。
主控板还设有外接接口,所述外接接口与所述电源13电连接,用以对电源13充电;通过该外接接口对电源13进行充电,该外接接口可为USB接口或Type-C接口等。
或者,所述主控板还设有无线充电模块,所述无线充电模块与所述电源13电连接,并与外部的无线充电器电耦合连接。
也即,通过无线充电的方式对电池进行充电,减少外接线缆的使用。

  3. 如权利要求1所述的加热适配器,其中,所述加热件可拆卸连接于所述加热仓的与所述开口相对的底壁。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的加热适配器,其中,所述加热仓的底壁设有安装槽,所述加热件的一端插接于所述安装槽内。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的加热适配器,其中,所述安装槽设有磁性件,所述加热件磁性吸附与所述安装槽内。
