Abstract

本発明は、内部に家庭用薄葉紙が収納され、その家庭用薄葉紙を取り出す取出孔（１１２ａ）が設けられた取出し部（１１２）を有する容器本体と、前記容器本体に回動自在に取り付けられ、前記取出孔を閉塞する開閉蓋と、を備えた家庭用薄葉紙収納容器（１００）であって、前記取出孔（１１２ａ）は、前記取出し部（１１２）において略球面状に膨らんだ態様の膨出部分に設けられており、前記取出孔（１１２ａ）の縁には、前記容器本体に前記開閉蓋が取り付けられている側の後方へ向かって、その手前側の縁から突き出している突片（１１２ｃ）が設けられている家庭用薄葉紙収納容器（１００）であり、家庭用薄葉紙（Ｐ）を適正な長さで、繰り返し引き出すことができる。

[0002] 従来、 家庭用薄葉紙であるウヱッ トティッシュ等の収納容器としては、 開 閉蓋を板パネ等の付勢部材によって開放方向に付勢しつつ、 その開閉蓋を所 定の係止部材によって閉塞状態で係止しておき、 使用者が係止部材に設けら れたボタンを操作した際に、 ワンタッチで開閉蓋が開くようにしたものが知 られている （例えば、 特許文献 1参照。 ） 。
収納容器の開閉蓋を開くと、 容器本体上部に形成されている取出孔が露出 するようになっており、 その取出孔に一部分が保持されているウエッ トティ ッシュを摘まんで引き出して使用することができる。

[0004] しかしながら、 上記特許文献 1の収納容器の場合、 取出孔の縁が開閉蓋の ヒンジ部とは反対側の手前側に延在する形状を有しており、 ウエッ トティッ シュが手前側へ引き出され易くなっているため、 引き出して使用するウエッ トティッシュに続く次のウエッ トティッシュが引き出され過ぎてしまうこと がある。
次のウエッ トティッシュが引き出され過ぎてしまい、 取出孔に保持される ウエッ トティッシュ部分が長過ぎると、 収納容器の開閉蓋を閉じる際に挟ま れることがあり、 閉蓋の妨げになることがある。
そのため、 引き出され過ぎたウエツ トティッシュを取出孔に押し込むなど \¥02020/174942 2 卩（：171?2020/002105
しなければならないことがあり、 煩雑であった。
[0005] 本発明の目的は、 家庭用薄葉紙を好適に引き出すことができる家庭用薄葉 紙収納容器を提供することである。
課題を解決するための手段
[0006] 以上の課題を解決するため、 請求項 1 に記載の発明は、
内部に家庭用薄葉紙が収納され、 その家庭用薄葉紙を取り出す取出孔が設 けられた取出し部を有する容器本体と、
前記容器本体に回動自在に取り付けられ、 前記取出孔を閉塞する開閉蓋と を備えた家庭用薄葉紙収納容器であって、
前記取出孔は、 前記取出し部において略球面状に膨らんだ態様の膨出部分 に設けられており、
前記取出孔の縁には、 前記容器本体に前記開閉蓋が取り付けられている側 の後方へ向かって、 その手前側の縁から突き出している突片が設けられてい ることを特徴とする。
かかる構成の家庭用薄葉紙収納容器であれば、 取出し部における略球面状 に膨らんだ態様の膨出部分に取出孔が設けられているので、 周囲よりも高い 位置にある取出孔にて保持されている家庭用薄葉紙の一端部を摘まみ易くな っており、 その一端部を摘まんで家庭用薄葉紙を引き出し易くなっている。 特に、 取出孔には、 その手前側の縁から後方に向かって突き出している突 片が設けられているので、 その突片が取出孔から手前側に引き出される家庭 用薄葉紙に摺接して適切な摩擦力を付与することで、 引き出して使用する家 庭用薄葉紙に続いて引き出される次の家庭用薄葉紙が取出孔から引き出され 過ぎてしまわないようにすることができる。
こうして取出孔から引き出された次の家庭用薄葉紙は、 その一端部が適正 な長さ引き出された状態で取出孔に保持されるので、 取出孔に保持されてい る家庭用薄葉紙が開閉蓋を閉じる際の妨げになることはない。

発明を実施するための形態
［0012］ 以下、 図面を参照して、 本発明に係る家庭用薄葉紙収納容器の実施形態に ついて詳細に説明する。 但し、 以下に述べる実施形態には、 本発明を実施す るために技術的に好ましい種々の限定が付されているが、 本発明の範囲を以 下の実施形態及び図示例に限定するものではない。
なお、 以下においては、 図 1 , 2に示すように、 X軸、 丫軸及び 軸並び に前後方向、 左右方向及び上下方向を定めて説明する。 すなわち、 家庭用薄 葉紙収納容器 1 〇〇の開閉蓋 2が備えられた側を 「上」 、 その反対側を 「下 」 、 容器本体 1 と開閉蓋 2とが接続されている側を 「後」 、 その反対側を 「 前」 、 容器の前面を正面視した状態における右手側を 「右」 、 容器の前面を 正面視した状態における左手側を 「左」 とし、 前後方向に沿った軸を X軸、 左右方向に沿った軸を丫軸、 上下方向の沿った軸を 軸とする。

家庭用薄葉紙収納容器 1 〇〇は、 例えば、 図 1〜図 5に示すように、 内部 の家庭用薄葉紙 を取り出す取出孔 1 1 2 3を有する容器本体 1 と、 取出孔 1 1 2 3を覆うように開閉自在に容器本体 1 に接続された開閉蓋 2と、 開閉 蓋 2を開放方向に付勢する付勢手段 3と、 を備え、 容器本体 1の内部に家庭 用薄葉紙？が収納される収納空間 3が形成されている。
容器本体 1 と、 開閉蓋 2とは、 射出成形 （2色成形） によって一体的に形 成することができる。

ウエッ トティッシュ等を引き出した際に次のウエッ トシート、 ウエッ トティ ッシュ等も引き出されるように形成された、 所謂ポップアップ式のシートが 用いられる。 その他には、 例えば、 長さ方向に一定の間隔でミシン目が施さ れた長大なウエッ トシート、 ウエッ トティッシュ等が口ール状に巻かれ、 ミ シン目に沿って切り離して使用する口ールシートを用いることもできる。

容器本体 1は、 図 1 , 2に示すように、 全体として、 X方向及び 方向に 比して丫方向に長い略直方体状に形成され、 これが 方向略中央部付近にお いて上下に二分され、 容器本体 1の上側を構成する容器本体上部 1 1 と、 容 器本体 1の下側を構成する容器本体下部 1 2と、 が形成されている。 容器本 体上部 1 1 と、 容器本体下部 1 2とは容器本体 1の後側において接続されて いる。

この大きさ及び厚みであれば、 成形効率が高く、 かつ実使用に問題ない強 度を達成することができる。
[0017] 容器本体 1は、 図 5に示すように、 容器本体上部 1 1 と容器本体下部 1 2 とが接続された後側を支点とし、 容器本体上部 1 1 を上方へと回動させるこ とによって、 内部の収納空間 3を外部に開放することができる。
容器本体 1後側の、 容器本体上部 1 1 と容器本体下部 1 2との接続部分が 、 図 3〜図 5に示すように、 容器本体 1の他の部分と比較して薄くなるよう に形成されていることによって、 当該接続部分において容器本体の後面を容 \¥02020/174942 6 卩（：171?2020/002105
易に曲げることができ、 容器本体上部 1 1 を、 当該接続部分を支点として、 容器本体下部 1 2に対して回動させ易くなる。
[0018] なお、 生産性は低下するものの、 容器本体上部 1 1 と、 容器本体下部 1 2 とを別体として形成の上、 これらをヒンジ等によって回動自在に接続するこ とも可能である。
また、 容器本体 1が容器本体上部 1 1 と容器本体下部 1 2とに二分される 位置は、 図においては、 方向中央部付近とした場合につき図示したが、 方向中央部よりも上部であれば、 さらに好ましい。 この場合、 収納された家 庭用薄葉紙？が所定の包装体によって覆われた状態で、 容器本体 1内に収納 される場合において、 容器の閉塞時に包装体のエンドシール部等を挟み込ん でしまうおそれを低減することができ、 家庭用薄葉紙 をさらに詰め替え易 くなる。

容器本体上部 1 1は、 図 1〜図 5に示すように、 下面が開口部となった略 直方体状に形成され、 上面に下方に凹状となる凹部 1 1 1が形成されている その凹部 1 1 1の中央側の取出し部 1 1 2には、 収納空間 3の家庭用薄葉 紙 を取り出す取出孔 1 1 2 3が設けられ、 取出孔 1 1 2 3を囲むようにし て、 本体側密閉環部 1 1 3が形成されている。 換言すれば、 凹部 1 1 1内に おける本体側密閉環部 1 1 3に囲まれた部分が取出し部 1 1 2として形成さ れており、 取出し部 1 1 2の中央部に取出孔 1 1 2 3が設けられている。 また、 上面の前側には、 開閉蓋 2を開閉するための係止手段 1 1 4が形成 されている。
また、 下面の開口部の周囲には、 後述の容器本体下部 1 2の下部嵌合部 1 2 1 と嵌合する上部嵌合部 1 1 6が形成されている。

図 2においては、 三角形の重心点と各頂点とを結ぶように 3本のスリッ ト を形成してなる略逆丫字形状を呈する取出孔 1 1 2 3を図示している。 この取出孔 1 1 2 3は、 後述するようにその周囲が弾性を有する材料によ って形成されており、 家庭用薄葉紙 に対して適切な抵抗を掛けることで、 収納空間 3に収納された家庭用薄葉紙？が引き出された後に、 次の家庭用薄 葉紙 を保持する機能を果たす。 また、 家庭用薄葉紙 が口ールシートであ る場合において、 家庭用薄葉紙 に設けられている切断用のミシン目で、 こ れを切断することを可能とする。

具体的には、 使用者が家庭用薄葉紙収納容器 1 〇〇の開閉蓋 2を開放して 家庭用薄葉紙 を取り出す場合、 収納容器 1 〇〇の後ろ側に起立された姿勢 の開閉蓋 2が家庭用薄葉紙 を取り出す動作の妨げにならないように、 使用 者は収納容器 1 〇〇の前面側から手を伸ばし、 家庭用薄葉紙？を取出孔 1 1 2 3から引き出すようにするので、 取出孔 1 1 2 3から引き出される家庭用 薄葉紙 は手前側の縁の突片 1 1 2〇と摺接するようになる。

そして、 使用する家庭用薄葉紙 に続いて引き出された次の家庭用薄葉紙 は、 その一端部が適正な長さ引き出された状態 （図 4参照） で、 取出孔 1 1 2 3に保持されるようになる。

本体側密閉環部 1 1 3は、 図 2に示すように、 取出孔 1 1 2 3を囲むよう に環状に上方へと突出する凸部であり、 図 3〜図 5に示すように、 その外周 側の面が後述の開閉蓋 2に形成された開閉蓋側密閉環部 2 2の内周側の面と 嵌合するように形成されている。

上部嵌合部 1 1 6は、 図 1〜図 5に示すように、 容器本体上部 1 1の下側 の開口部の周囲に、 容器本体上部 1 1 と容器本体下部 1 2とが接続された後 側を除いて形成され、 図 3〜図 5に示すように、 下端部が外周側のみ突出し 、 上部突出部 1 1 6 1が形成されており、 上部突出部 1 1 6 1の内周側の面 が、 後述の容器本体下部 1 2に形成される下部嵌合部 1 2 1の下部突出部 1 2 1 1の外周側の面と嵌合するように形成されている。

[0027] （容器本体上部の材質）
容器本体上部 1 1のうち、 上面の取出し部 1 1 2と本体側密閉環部 1 1 3 と付勢手段 3とが、 例えば、 スチレンーブタジエン系、 ポリエステル系、 ポ リエチレン系、 ウレタン系等の熱可塑性エラストマー等の弾性を有する材料 （以下、 「弾性材料」 という。 ） によって形成されている。 弾性材料の性質 としては、 硬度が 2 0から 9 0であることが望ましい。 なお、 上記硬度は、 」 1 6253 （タイプ八デュロメータ） によって測定されたものである。
また、 容器本体上部 1 1のうち、 上部嵌合部 1 1 6も、 同様の弾性材料に よって形成されている。
容器本体上部 1 1のその他の部分は、 例えば、 ポリエチレン、 ポリプロピ レン等のポリオレフイン系樹脂材料によって形成されている。
これらは、 射出成形 （2色成形） によって一体的に形成されている。
なお、 弾性材料の硬度が上記よりも低くなると、 柔らか過ぎて成形が難し く、 成形効率が悪くなる。 更に、 付勢手段 3が開閉蓋 2を開放方向へと付勢 する力が十分でなくなる。
また、 硬度が上記よりも高くなると、 取出孔 1 1 2 3周辺が硬くなり、 抵 \¥02020/174942 10 卩（：171?2020/002105
抗が掛かり過ぎて、 シートが一枚ずつ取り出しにくくなり、 かつ、 シートを 引っ張り出す際に容器内部まで指を入れ難くなる。 更に、 付勢手段 3が開閉 蓋 2を開放方向へと付勢する力が強くなり過ぎる。
したがって、 弾性材料の硬度は、 上記範囲とすることが望ましい。

容器本体下部 1 2は、 図 1〜図 5に示すように、 上面が開口部となった略 直方体状に形成され、 上面の開口部の周囲には、 容器本体上部 1 1の上部嵌 合部 1 1 6と嵌合する下部嵌合部 1 2 1が形成されている。 また、 下面には 、 下部滑り止め部 1 2 2が形成されている。

容器本体下部 1 2は、 下部嵌合部 1 2 1及び下部滑り止め部 1 2 2が、 容 器本体上部 1 1 において用いられるのと同様の弾性材料によって形成され、 その他の部分は、 例えば、 ポリエチレン、 ポリプロピレン等のポリオレフイ ン系樹脂材料によって形成されている。
これらは、 射出成形 （2色成形） によって一体的に形成されている。

開閉蓋 2は、 図 1〜図 5に示すように、 閉塞時の平面視における形状が容 器本体上部 1 1の凹部 1 1 1の平面視における形状と略同一となるように形 成されており、 閉塞時において、 凹部 1 1 1 に嵌め込むことができるように 形成されている。
なお、 開閉蓋 2と容器本体上部 1 1 との接続部分が、 図 4に示すように、 他の部分と比較して薄くなるように形成されていることによって、 当該接続 部分を容易に曲げることができ、 開閉蓋 2を、 当該接続部分を支点として回 動させ易くなる。

付勢手段 3がこのような大きさに形成されていることによって、 開閉蓋 2 を無理なく押し上げることが可能であり、 かつ、 開閉蓋 2の閉塞時において 、 凹部 1 1 1内において付勢手段 3を容易に折り曲げることができる。
[0040] 付勢手段 3は、 図 3に示すように、 開閉蓋 2の閉塞時において、 開閉蓋 2 の付け根近傍において折り曲げられることとなる。 そして、 使用者が係止手 段 1 1 4を押圧し、 本体側爪部 1 1 4 1 と開閉蓋側爪部 2 1 との係合が外れ た際には、 折り曲げられていた付勢手段 3が復元しようとする反発力によっ て、 開閉蓋 2が開放され、 図 4に示す状態となる。
また、 使用者が開閉蓋 2を閉塞する際には、 開閉蓋 2を上方から押せば、 付勢手段 3が折り曲げられ、 図 3に示す状態となる。

本実施形態の家庭用薄葉紙収納容器 1 0 0によれば、 使用者が係止手段 1 1 4を操作して開閉蓋 2の係止が外れると、 付勢手段 3によって開閉蓋 2が 自動的に跳ね上げられることから、 家庭用薄葉紙使用時の開閉蓋 2の開放が 容易となる。
そして、 家庭用薄葉紙 の一端部を保持する取出孔 1 1 2 3は、 取出し部 1 1 2の膨出部分 1 1 2 13に設けられているので、 周囲よりも高い位置で取 出孔 1 1 2 3に保持されている家庭用薄葉紙 の一端部を摘まみ易くなって おり、 その一端部を摘まんで家庭用薄葉紙 を引き出し易くなっている。 なお、 取出孔 1 1 2 3が設けられている取出し部 1 1 2は、 弾性材料によ って形成されているので、 取出孔 1 1 2 3から引き出した家庭用薄葉紙 に 対して適切な抵抗を掛けることができ、 収納空間 3に収納された家庭用薄葉 紙 が引き出された後に、 次の家庭用薄葉紙 を好適に保持することができ る。 また、 家庭用薄葉紙 が口ールシートである場合、 家庭用薄葉紙 に設 けられている切断用のミシン目で好適に切断することができる。

から手前側に引き出される家庭用薄葉紙 に摺接して適切な摩擦力を付与す ることで、 引き出して使用する家庭用薄葉紙 に続いて引き出される次の家 庭用薄葉紙 が取出孔 1 1 2 3から引き出され過ぎてしまわないようにする ことができる。
こうして取出孔 1 1 2 3から引き出された次の家庭用薄葉紙 は、 その一 端部が適正な長さ引き出された状態で取出孔 1 1 2 3に保持されるので、 取 出孔 1 1 2 3に保持されている家庭用薄葉紙 が開閉蓋 2を閉じる際の妨げ になることはない。
また、 取出孔 1 1 2 3に保持されている家庭用薄葉紙 を開閉蓋 2で挟み 込んでしまうことはないので、 開閉蓋 2に挟まれて容器の外側にはみ出した 家庭用薄葉紙 （ウエッ トティッシュ） が乾燥してしまうようなトラブルが 生じることがない。
[0043] このような突片 1 1 2〇を有する取出孔 1 1 2 3 （取出し部 1 1 2） が設 けられている家庭用薄葉紙収納容器 1 0 0であれば、 家庭用薄葉紙？を好適 に引き出して使用することができ、 引き出して使用した家庭用薄葉紙 に続 いて引き出された次の家庭用薄葉紙 の一端部を、 開閉蓋 2を閉蓋する妨げ にならないように取出孔 1 1 2 3にて保持することができる。
そして、 適正な長さ引き出された家庭用薄葉紙 が取出孔 1 1 2 3に保持 されるようになっていることで、 家庭用薄葉紙収納容器 1 〇〇に収納されて いる家庭用薄葉紙 を引き出して使用することを好適に繰り返し行うことが できる。
[0044] また、 容器本体 1が、 容器本体上部 1 1 と容器本体下部 1 2とによって構 成され、 これらが後面において接続されていることで、 容器本体 1 をその中 央部で開けて、 内部の収納空間 3に収納された家庭用薄葉紙 を詰め替える ことができる。

[0045] また、 容器本体上部 1 1 と容器本体下部 1 2とは、 後面で接続されており 、 当該接続部分を支点として、 容器本体上部 1 1 を、 容器本体下部 1 2に対 して回動させるようにして、 収納空間 3を開閉することができる。 したがっ て、 詰め替え後等において、 容器本体上部 1 1 と容器本体下部 1 2との位置 を逐一合わせることなく、 容易にこれらを嵌合させて容器本体を閉じた状態 とすることができ、 内部の家庭用薄葉紙 の詰め替えの手間を低減すること ができる。
[0046] また、 容器本体上部 1 1 に弾性材料によって上部嵌合部 1 1 6が形成され 、 容器本体下部 1 2に弾性材料によって下部嵌合部 1 2 1が形成され、 容器 本体 1の閉塞時に、 これらが嵌合することで、 容器本体 1の気密性も向上す ることができる。 この効果は、 上部嵌合部 1 1 6及び下部嵌合部 1 2 1の双 方が弾性材料によって形成されていることで、 特に高めることができる。

図 6 は、 上記実施形態の取出し部 1 1 2における取出孔 1 1 2 3や突片 1 1 2〇を示す上面図である。
上記実施形態では、 正三角形の重心点と各頂点とを結ぶように 3本のスリ ッ トを形成してなる略逆丫字形状を呈する取出孔 1 1 2 3が、 容器本体上面 の略中央 （取出し部 1 1 2の略中央） に形成されている場合を例に説明した が、 例えば、 図 6巳に示すように、 二等辺三角形の重心点と各頂点とを結ぶ ように 3本のスリッ トを形成してなる略逆丫字形状を呈する取出孔 1 1 2 3 が、 容器本体上面の後方寄りの位置 （取出し部 1 1 2における後方寄りの位 置） に形成されていてもよい。

つまり、 取出孔 1 1 2 3の手前側の縁から後方に向かって突き出している 突片 1 1 2〇は、 その先端部が取出し部 1 1 2の中心よりも、 容器本体 1 に 開閉蓋 2が取り付けられている側の後方に位置するように設けられている。

このようにして、 取出し部 1 1 2における後方寄りの位置にある取出孔 1 1 2 3に保持されている家庭用薄葉紙 と、 本体側密閉環部 1 1 3の前面側 の立片との間隔をより広くとるようにすることで、 取出孔 1 1 2 3から手前 側に引き出されて保持されている家庭用薄葉紙 の一端部が前方に傾斜した り傾倒したりしていても、 それが開閉蓋 2を閉じる際の妨げにならないよう にすることができる。

例えば、 図 7八に示すように、 アーチ形状を呈する取出孔 1 1 2 3であっ てもよい。
このようなアーチ形状を呈する取出孔 1 1 2 3であっても、 その手前側の 縁から容器本体 1 に開閉蓋 2が取り付けられている側の後方に向かって突き 出している突片 1 1 2〇が設けられており、 取出孔 1 1 2 3から手前側に引 き出される家庭用薄葉紙 に対して突片 1 1 2〇が摺接するようになってお り、 その家庭用薄葉紙 に適切な摩擦力を付与することができる。

こうすることで、 手前側の縁から後方に向かって突き出している突片 1 1 2〇の先端部が取出し部 1 1 2の中心よりも、 容器本体 1 に開閉蓋 2が取り 付けられている側の後方に位置するようにすることができる。
このようにしても、 取出し部 1 1 2における後方寄りの位置にある取出孔 1 1 2 3に保持されている家庭用薄葉紙 と、 本体側密閉環部 1 1 3の前面 側の立片との間隔をより広くとることができ、 取出孔 1 1 2 3から手前側に 引き出されて保持されている家庭用薄葉紙 の一端部が前方に傾斜したり傾 倒したりしていても、 それが開閉蓋 2を閉じる際の妨げにならないようにす ることができる。 \¥02020/174942 18 卩（：171?2020/002105

前記取出孔は、 前記取出し部において略球面状に膨らんだ態様の膨 出部分に設けられており、
