[001 1 ] 上記構成によれば、 副素線の断線強度と主素線の断線強度とが異なってい る。 したがって、 主素線と副素線とが通る部分で一つのクラックが生じる際 には、 主素線、 及び副素線のいずれか一方に先に断線が生じる。
例えば、 副素線の断線強度を主素線の断線強度よりも高く した場合には、 主素線が副素線に先立って断線する。 これを検知することによって、 クラッ クの発生を、 発生直後の規模が小さい段階で早期に認知することができる。

さらに、 主素線が断線した後で、 副素線が断線したことを検知することに より、 すでに発生していたクラックがさらに伸長したことを検知することが できる。

さらに、 副素線が断線した後で、 主素線が断線したことを検知することに より、 予兆のあった部分で実際にクラックが発生したことを検知することが できる。

このように、 上記の構成によれば、 主素線に加えて副素線を設け、 当該副 素線の一部が主素線に沿うように設けられていることにより、 主素線上にお ける断線の位置、 即ち壁面におけるクラックの発生箇所を容易に特定するこ とができる。

発明を実施するための形態
[0020] [第一実施形態]
本発明の第一実施形態について、 図 1から図 5を参照して説明する。 本実 施形態に係るクラックセンサシステムは、 例えば金属やコンクリート等で形 成された対象部材におけるクラック (ひび割れ) の発生を検知するための装 置である。
図 1 に示すように、 クラックセンサシステム 1 0 0は、 き裂検出配線 8 0 と、 演算装置 9 0と、 を備えている。 き裂検出配線 8 0は、 対象部材の壁面 に配置されている。 演算装置 9 0は、 このき裂検出配線 8 0に電気的に接 続されており、 当該き裂検出配線 8 0の導通状態に基づいてクラックの有無 、 及びその位置を特定する。
[0021] き裂検出配線 8 0は、 複数 (3つ) の主素線 , 巳, 0と、 副素線口と、 を有している。 主素線 , 巳, 0は、 壁面 に沿って互いに間隔をあけて敷 設されている。

線八, 巳, 0は、 当該壁面 の形状に追従した状態で敷設される。
また、 壁面 にクラックが生じた場合、 主素線八, 巳, 0における当該ク ラックと交差する部分に直ちに断線を生じる。 言い換えると、 主素線 , 巳 , 〇は、 クラックの発生に伴って直ちに断線する程度の引っ張り強度 (断線 強度) を有している。
[0022] 主素線八, 巳, 〇の一端にはそれぞれ端子 匕, 〇が設けられている。
これら端子 匕, 〇には後述する演算装置 9 0から延びる接続線 9 1が接 続されている。 主素線八, 巳, 0の他端は互いに接続されることで、 節点 を形成している。 これら端子 匕, 〇、 及び節点 も壁面 上に配置され ている。
端子 匕, 〇、 及び節点 は、 壁面 上で互いに間隔をあけて配置され ている。 ここで、 端子 匕, 〇、 は壁面 上におけるクラックが発生しに くい領域に配置され、 節点 は、 壁面 上でクラックが特に発生しやすいと 想定される領域に設けられることが望ましい。 また、 端子 匕, 〇は、 互 いに間隔をあけて配置されることが望ましい。
[0023] 副素線口は、 上記の 3つの主素線八, 巳, 〇のうち、 主素線巳に沿って延 びている。 副素線口の一端は端子 とされ、 他端は上述の節点 に接続され ている。
副素線口は、 節点?から延びるとともに、 主素線巳に相対的に近接して配 置された近接素線部口 1 と、 近接素線部口 1 に接続されるとともに、 当該近 接素線部口 1 に比べて主素線巳から相対的に離間して配置された離間素線部 口 2と、 を有している。
近接素線部口 1は、 主素線巳と同一の方向に延びている。 離間素線部 0 2 は、 近接素線部口 1の一端側に接続され、 主素線巳から離間した位置で近接 素線部口 1 と同一の方向に延びている。
主素線巳における近接素線部口 1 に沿う部分は第一部分巳 1 とされ、 この 第一部分巳 1 を除く部分 (即ち、 離間素線部口 2に対応する部分) は第二部 分巳 2とされている。 第一部分巳 1でクラックが生じた場合、 当該クラック 〇 2020/174760 8 卩(:171?2019/043592
によって近接素線部口 1 も第一部分巳 1 と同時に断線する。
言い換えると、 同一のクラックによって同時に断線が生じる程度に、 近接 素線部口 1は第一部分巳 1 (主素線巳) に近接している。 なお、 離間素線部 〇 2と主素線巳とをまたぐ単一のクラックが生じない程度に、 これら離間素 線部口 2と主素線部巳とが十分に離間している。
[0024] 主素線 , 巳, 0と同様に、 副素線口も銅やアルミを含む電気伝導性を有 する金属材料によって形成されている。 壁面 が平面であっても曲面であっ ても、 副素線口は、 当該壁面 の形状に追従した状態で敷設される。 また、 壁面 にクラックが生じた場合、 副素線口における当該クラックと交差する 部分に直ちに断線を生じる。 言い換えると、 主素線八, 巳, 0と同様に、 副 素線口は、 クラックの発生に伴って直ちに断線する程度の引っ張り強度 (断 線強度) を有している。
[0025] なお、 主素線 , 巳, 0、 及び副素線口を壁面 上に敷設するに当たって は、 例えば金属材料を壁面 上に溶射する方法を用いてもよいし、 予め壁面 上に積層された金属膜をレーザー照射によって部分的に除去することで所 望の配線パターンを得る方法を用いてもよい。 また、 これら主素線八, 巳,
〇、 及び副素線口を、 ごく細い線材によって実体配線として形成することも 可能である。
さらに、 アディティブ ·マニユファクチユアリング技術 · 八1\/1技術のよう な 3 0プリンタを用いた方法を用いることも可能である。

に電気 的に接続されている。 演算装置 9 0は、 上記のき裂検出配線 8 0を流れる電 流の状態 (導通状態) に基づいて論理演算を行う。
例えば、 図 2に示す状態では、 端子〇と端子 3との間、 及び端子 と端子 3との間が導通している。 即ち、 主素線八と主素線〇との間、 及び主素線八 と副素線口との間が導通している。
一方で、 端子 3と端子匕との間、 及び端子匕と端子〇との間が導通してい ない。 即ち、 主素線八と主素線巳との間、 及び主素線巳と主素線(3との間が 〇 2020/174760 9 卩(:171?2019/043592
導通していない。
[0027] 上記の状態では、 「端子 3と端子〇との間が導通しており、 端子 3と端子 匕との間が導通しておらず、 かつ端子匕と端子〇との間が導通していない」 との入力から、 演算装置 9 0は論理演算を行い、 「主素線巳上で断線が生じ ている」 と判定する。
さらに、 「端子 と端子 3との間が導通している」 ことから、 「副素線口 上には断線が生じていない」 と判定する。 これにより、 演算装置 9 0は、 断 線が生じている箇所は、 「主素線巳上であって、 かつ副素線口に断線を生じ ない位置」 と判定する。 即ち、 断線が生じている箇所は、 図 3に示すように 、 「主素線巳における第二部分巳 2である」 と特定される。
[0028] さらに、 図 4に示す状態では、 端子〇と端子 3との間が導通している。 即 ち、 主素線八と主素線〇との間が導通している。 一方で、 端子 3と端子匕と の間、 端子匕と端子〇との間、 及び端子 と端子 3との間は導通していない 即ち、 主素線八と主素線巳との間、 主素線巳と主素線(3との間、 及び副素 線口と主素線八との間が導通していない。
この状態では、 「端子 3と端子〇との間が導通しており、 端子 3と端子匕 との間が導通しておらず、 かつ端子匕と端子〇との間が導通していない」 と の入力から、 演算装置 9 0は論理演算を行い、 「主素線巳上で断線が生じて いる」 と判定する。 さらに、 「端子 と端子 3との間が導通していない」 こ とから、 「副素線口と主素線巳に同時に断線が生じている」 と判定する。 これにより、 演算装置 9 0は、 断線が生じている箇所は、 「主素線巳上で あって、 かつ副素線口にも断線を生じる位置」 と判定する。 上述のように、 副素線口における近接素線部 0 1は、 主素線巳における第一部分巳 1 に近接 している。 したがって、 断線が生じている箇所は、 図 5に示すように、 「主 素線巳における第一部分巳 1である」 と特定される。

で、 主素線八, 巳, 〇のいずれが断線しているかを特定することができる。 即ち、 当該断線した主素線を特定することで、 壁面 におけるクラックの 発生箇所を特定することができる。 さらに、 上記の構成では、 一の主素線巳 に対応して副素線口が設けられている。
副素線〇は、 当該主素線巳に沿う近接素線部 0 1 と、 近接素線部 0 1 より も主素線巳から離間した離間素線部 0 2とを有している。
演算装置 9 0は、 主素線 , 巳, 0に加えて、 この副素線口の導通状態も 加味して論理演算を行う。 例えば、 壁面 における近接素線部 0 1が通る部 分でクラックが発生した場合、 近接素線部口 1 と、 主素線巳における当該近 接素線部口 1が沿う部分 (第一部分巳 1) とが同時に断線する。
したがって、 近接素線部口 1で断線が生じている場合には、 主素線巳にお ける第一部分巳 1でクラックが生じていると判断することができる。
一方で、 近接素線部口 1で断線が生じていない場合には、 主素線巳におけ る近接素線部口 1 に沿う部分とは異なる部分 (第二部分巳 2) でクラックが 生じていると判断することができる。
このように、 上記の構成によれば、 主素線八, 巳, 0に加えて副素線 0を 設け、 当該副素線口の一部が主素線の一つに沿うように設けられていること により、 主素線上における断線の位置、 即ち壁面 におけるクラックの発生 箇所を容易かつ高い精度で特定することができる。
[0030] 以上、 本発明の第一実施形態について説明した。 なお、 本発明の要旨を逸 脱しない限りにおいて、 上記の構成に種々の変更や改修を施すことが可能で ある。 例えば、 上記第一実施形態では、 副素線口における近接素線部 0 1が 節点 から延びている例について説明した。
しかしながら、 副素線口の態様は上記に限定されず、 図 6のような構成 ( 第一変形例) を採ることも可能である。 同図の例では、 副素線口 3の近接素 線部

本実施形態では、 き裂検出配線 2 8 0は、 上述の主素線 , 巳, 0と、 副 素線巳と、 を有している。
副素線巳は、 主素線八, 巳, 〇のうち、 主素線巳に沿って延びている。 よ り具体的には、 副素線巳は、 主素線巳に近接した位置で同一の方向に延びて いる。 さらに言い換えると、 副素線巳は、 壁面 における主素線巳が通る領 域で単一のクラックが生じた場合に、 当該クラックの発生により引っ張り応 力を受ける程度に、 主素線巳に近接した位置に設けられている。
[0035] 副素線巳の一端は端子 6とされ、 他端は上述の節点 に接続されている。
副素線巳は、 主素線 , 巳, 0を形成する材料とは異なる断線強度を有する 材料によって形成されている。
具体的には、 副素線巳は、 主素線 , 巳, 0を形成する材料に比べて高い 引っ張り強度を有する金属材料によって形成されている。 一方で、 主素線八 , 巳, 0は、 壁面 にクラックが発生した際に、 その発生と同時に断線する 程度の引っ張り強度 (断線強度) を有している。

しかしながら、 断線強度を違える上では、 これら主素線 , 巳, 0と副素 線巳を同一の材料で形成しつつ、 副素線巳の径を主素線 , 巳, 0の径より も大きくする構成を採ることも可能である。
また、 副素線巳を主素線巳ではなく、 主素線八、 又は〇に対応させて設け ることも可能である。 さらに、 上記のき裂検出配線 2 8 0を複数組み合わせ ることも可能である。 これにより、 さらに広い範囲でのき裂検出を実現する ことができる。
また、 副素線日が、 上述の第一実施形態で説明した近接素線部と、 離間素 線部とを有する構成を採ることも可能である。

って、 せん断力 (引っ張り応力) を受ける程度に、 主素線巳に近接した位置 に設けられている。

副素線 は、 主素線 , 巳, 0を形成する材料とは異なる断線強度を有する 材料によって形成されている。 具体的には、 副素線 は、 主素線八, 巳, 〇 を形成する材料に比べて低い引っ張り強度 (断線強度) を有する金属材料に よって形成されている。
さらに詳細には、 副素線 は、 壁面 でクラックの原因となるせん断力が 生じた際に、 クラックの発生に先立って当該せん断力によって断線する程度 の断線強度を有している。 一方で、 主素線 , 巳, 0は、 壁面 にクラック が発生した際に、 その発生と同時に断線する程度の断線強度を有している。
[0041 ] 上記の構成によれば、 副素線 がクラックの発生に先立って断線する程度 の断線強度を有していることから、 主素線巳と副素線 とが通る部分で一つ のクラックが生じる際には、 その発生に先立って副素線 のみが先に断線す る。 このように、 副素線 のみが断線し、 主素線巳が断線していない状態を 検知することで、 発生に先立ってクラックの予兆を認知することができる。 さらに、 副素線 が断線した後で、 主素線巳が断線したことを検知するこ とにより、 予兆のあった部分で実際にクラックが発生したことを検知するこ とができる。

なお、 本発明の要旨を逸脱しない限りにおいて、 上記の構成に種々の変更 や改修を施すことが可能である。 例えば、 上記第三実施形態では、 主素線八 , 巳, 0と副素線 の材料を違えることで、 断線強度の差を確保する構成に ついて説明した。
しかしながら、 断線強度を違える上では、 これら主素線 , 巳, 0と副素 線 を同一の材料で形成しつつ、 副素線 の径を主素線 , 巳, 0の径より も小さくする構成を採ることも可能である。

ることも可能である。 さらに、 上記のき裂検出配線 3 8 0を複数組み合わせ ることも可能である。 これにより、 さらに広い範囲でのき裂検出を実現する ことができる。
また、 副素線 が、 上述の第一実施形態で説明した近接素線部口 1 と、 離 間素線部 0 2とを有する構成を採ることも可能である。

例えば、 図 1 2に示すように、 主素線巳と副素線 0の断線のタイミングに 時間的なずれがある場合、 時刻 1 3に主素線巳の第二部分巳 2が断線し、 時 刻 I Xに副素線口が断線したと判別することができる。
図 1 2の場合、 近接素線部口 1 と離間素線部口 2のいずれが断線したかを 特定することはできないが、 図 1 3に示すような導通状態を示した場合には 、 主素線巳と副素線 0とにおける断線のタイミングが同じであることから、 時刻 I 3に主素線巳の第一部分巳 1、 及び近接素線部口 1 に断線が生じたと 判定することができる。

前記複数の主素線の一対の端子間の導通状態、 及び、 前記副素線の 導通状態に基づいて論理演算をすることで、 前記主素線の断線箇所を 特定する演算装置と、
を備えるクラックセンサシステム。

前記複数の主素線の一対の端子間の導通状態、 及び、 前記副素線の 導通状態に基づいて論理演算をすることで、 前記主素線の断線箇所を 特定する演算装置と、
