[0035] 在一些优选的实施例中, 防护构件 5包括防护主体 50和支 撑主体 51, 支撑主体 51夹设到格栅 3与防护主体 50之间, 以使防护主 体 50能够罩设在格栅 3上方。 防护主体 50主要起到阻挡坠物的作用, 因此防护主体 50至少应该具有致密表面。 优选地, 防护主体 50为平板 状, 其形状可以为任意形状, 只要保证其沿垂直方向的投影至少能够覆 盖格栅 3即可, 例如可以采用方形板、 圆板、 多边形板等结构。
[0036] 进一步地, 防护主体 50为圆形平板状。 圆形平板状的防护 主体 50可以设置成与筒状围壁 2适配的结构, 既能有效阻挡异物, 还可 以保证外机风罩整体的美观性。 更进一步地, 该圆形平板状的防护主体 50 的中部还可以设置通孔并因此形成圆环形平板状结构。 具体地, 参照 图 1所示, 本实施例中的防护构件 5采用 4块扇形平板拼接形成防护主 体 50, 由于筒状围壁 2用于容置风扇, 风扇转动过程中, 转轴部位是不 出风的, 因此在设计格栅 3时, 可以在格栅 3中部设置中部挡板 33用于 保护风扇的转轴部位, 此时可以在形成防护主体 50的圆形平板中间设置 通孔, 通孔的直径可以略小于中部挡板 33 的直径, 或者与中部挡板 33 的直径适配, 这样既能起到阻挡杂物的作用, 还可以节省制作防护主体 50的材料, 减轻风罩的重量。 当防护主体 50采用板状结构时, 既能有效 阻挡坠物, 还能起到挡雨的效果, 在防止杂物侵入的同时, 降低雨水对 外机内部部件的侵害。
[0037] 本领域技术人员可以理解的是,虽然本实施例中的防护主体 50 的结构是以多个扇形平板拼接形成的环形板状结构为例进行描述的, 但这并不是限制性的, 可以理解的是, 分成的扇形平板的数量是可依据 需要进行选择的, 平板结构可以为一体结构, 或者通过两个、 三个、 四 个甚至更多的扇形平板拼接形成。

[0040] 参照图 1-图 3所示, 本发明中的格栅 3由主支撑辐板 30、 辅助支撑辐板 31和栅板 32组成, 主支撑辐板 30的结构强度较辅助支撑 辐板 31的结构强度高, 用于形成格栅 3的主要框架, 以及用于支撑中部 挡板 33。 主支撑辐板 30沿筒状围壁 2的径向辐射, 均匀地排布在出风口 4处, 主支撑辐板 30之间均匀地布置一条或多条辅助支撑辐板 31, 沿筒 状围壁 2的周向上均匀排布有栅板 32,栅板 32沿筒状围壁 2的周向延伸。 栅板 32与主支撑辐板 30和辅助支撑辐板 31连接, 并共同构造出较为致 密的格栅 3。 优选地, 栅板 32倾斜设置, 以其中一个栅板 32为例, 其所 在的曲面形成为正锥面或倒锥面, 当然还可以以其他方式倾斜设置, 以 使相邻的栅板 32在水平面上的投影彼此重叠, 这样能进一步减小杂物落 入的几率。
[0041 ] 可以理解的是,以上格栅 3的结构仅为本发明的格栅 3的一 种实施方式, 本领域技术人员可以对格栅 3中主支撑辐板 30、 辅助支撑 辐板 31和栅板 32的结构作出适应性调整, 例如辅助支撑辐板 31可以与 径向偏移一定角度, 表面可以为平面或者为弧面; 栅板 32可以绕中轴线 螺旋设置, 可以连续设置, 也可以设置为分段结构; 在辅助支撑辐板 31 的强度足够大的情况下, 可以取消主支撑辐板 30等等, 以上已表述或未 表述的格栅 3结构, 均应在本发明的保护范围之内。

风口 4出风, 还能在格栅 3上方形成一定范围的遮蔽。 支撑主体 51的设 置方式有多种。 参照图 3所示, 本实施例中, 支撑主体 51夹设到格栅 3 与防护主体 50之间。 具体地, 支撑主体 51形成为立板结构, 该立板结 构的下部连接到主支撑辐板 30上, 上部连接到平板状的防护主体 50上, 以使防护主体 50能够悬置在格栅 3上方, 对出风口 4形成遮蔽。 进一步 地, 该立板结构与防护主体 50可以通过可拆卸连接的方式连接, 也可以 制成为一体结构。 以可拆卸方式连接时, 可以方便地对防护主体 50进行 拆解和替换。 立板结构的下部可以与格栅 3 以可拆卸的方式连接, 也可 以制成为一体结构。
[0043] 替代性地, 还可以将支撑主体 51连接到筒状围壁 2与防护 主体 50之间。 具体地, 支撑主体 51形成为立柱结构或具有弧形表面的 板结构, 弧形表面与筒状围壁 2 的外周面适配。 以立柱结构为例, 该立 柱结构的下部连接到筒状围壁 2 的外侧面上, 例如通过焊接、 粘接等方 式连接; 立柱结构的上部连接到平板状的防护主体 50的下表面上, 形成 悬臂连接状, 此时需要保证立柱的强度足够大, 以使防护主体 50能够稳 定悬置在格栅 3上方, 对出风口 4形成遮蔽。 进一步地, 该立柱结构与 防护主体 50可以通过可拆卸连接的方式连接, 也可以制成为一体结构。 以可拆卸方式连接时, 可以方便地对防护主体 50进行拆解和替换。 立柱 结构的下部可以与格栅 3以可拆卸的方式连接, 也可以制成为一体结构。
[0044] 本发明的另一个实施例中, 提供了一种驻车空调, 该驻车空 调包括外机和内机。 外机包括外机风罩、 壳体, 在壳体内设置有风扇、 压缩机、 换热器等部件。 其中外机风罩为前述的外机风罩。 可以理解的 是, 由于该驻车空调配置有前述的外机风罩, 因此具备前述的外机风罩 的所有技术效果, 在此不再赘述。

Claims
1、 一种驻车空调用外机风罩, 所述外机风罩包括风罩主体, 所述 风罩主体上形成有出风口,
其特征在于, 所述风罩主体的中部向上延伸形成筒状围壁, 所述 出风口形成在所述筒状围壁的顶端; 所述出风口处设置有格栅, 所述 格栅的上方设置有防护构件, 所述防护构件设置成其沿垂直方向的投 影至少能够覆盖所述格栅。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的驻车空调用外机风罩, 其特征在于, 所 述防护构件包括防护主体和支撑主体, 所述支撑主体夹设到所述格栅 与所述防护主体之间, 以使所述防护主体能够罩设在所述格栅上方; 或者
所述支撑主体连接到所述筒状围壁与所述防护主体之间, 以使所 述防护主体能够悬置在所述格栅上方。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的驻车空调用外机风罩, 其特征在于, 所 述防护主体为平板状。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的驻车空调用外机风罩, 其特征在于, 所 述防护主体为圆形平板状。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的驻车空调用外机风罩, 其特征在于, 所 述防护主体为一体结构或多段结构。
6、 根据权利要求 2所述的驻车空调用外机风罩, 其特征在于, 所 述防护主体为锥状。
7、 根据权利要求 2所述的驻车空调用外机风罩, 其特征在于, 所 述支撑主体与所述防护主体可拆卸连接或形成为一体结构。
8、 根据权利要求 2所述的驻车空调用外机风罩, 其特征在于, 所 述支撑主体与所述格栅可拆卸连接或形成为一体结构; 或者
所述支撑主体与所述筒状围壁可拆卸连接或形成为一体结构。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的驻车空调用外机风罩, 其特征在于, 所 述格栅包括沿所述筒状围壁的周向延伸的栅板, 所述栅板倾斜设置, 以使所述栅板在水平面上的投影彼此重叠。
10、 一种驻车空调, 其特征在于, 包括权利要求 1-9中任一项所述 的驻车空调用外机风罩。
