另外,第二层垫200与第一层垫100上下叠放时,第二层垫200可叠放于第一层垫100的上方,也可叠放于第一层垫100的下方。进一步地,基于第一层垫100的刚度大于第二层垫200的刚度的方案,为了提高用户的舒适度,第二层垫200叠放于第一层垫100的上方,这样既可以保证第一层垫100具有较好的支撑效果,还可以使得用户躺在该组合床垫上时,第二层垫200对用户具有较好的缓解压力的效果。需要说明的是,本申请技术方案中的“上”、“下”是基于该组合床垫正常放置时的状态,即上方的第二层垫200是靠近人体的一层垫,如此由于第二层垫200的刚度较小,则用户躺在该组合床垫上时首先接触第二层垫200,从而第二层垫200对用户具有较好的舒压效果。具体地,第二层垫200可以包括记忆绵或者乳胶等,第一层垫100也可以包括记忆绵、乳胶或者冷泡绵等,只要保证第二层垫200的整体刚度小于第一层垫100的整体刚度即可。
本申请技术方案通过将第一层垫100中对应人体肩部的第一区域110的厚度设置成小于第一层垫100中对应人体腰部的第二区域120的厚度,且第一层垫100与第二层垫200嵌合叠放,第二层垫200的刚度小于第一层垫100的刚度,则使得组合床垫对应第一区域110的总体刚度小于组合床垫对应第二区域120的总体刚度,因此第一区域110对人体的肩部具有较好的舒压效果,第二区域120对人体的腰部具有较好的支撑效果,从而当人侧躺在床垫上时,符合人体工学,提高了人体睡觉时的舒适度。另外,第一层垫100与第二层垫200上下叠放设置,可以使得第一层垫100与第二层垫200的装配组合更加简单。
如图1所示,本实施例中,第一区域110开设有沉槽111;第二层垫200朝向第一层垫100的一侧凸设有凸起部210,凸起部210嵌入沉槽111内。
通过第二层垫200的凸起部210嵌入第一层垫100的沉槽111内,则使得第一层垫100与第二层垫200具有良好的相互限位效果,从而增强了第一层垫100与第二层垫200的连接效果;同时,通过凸起部210嵌入沉槽111内,使得第一层垫100与第二层垫200的装配较简便。
可以理解的是,沉槽111的开口可朝上敞开,则第二层垫200的凸起部210向下嵌入沉槽111内,第二层垫200叠放于第一层垫100的上方,从而用户躺在该组合床垫上时,首先压缩第二层垫200,第二层垫200对人体具有较好的缓压效果,进而人体的腰部首先接触刚度较大的第一层垫100,人体的肩部仍能对第二层垫200具有较大的压缩形变,从而人体腰部被第一层垫100较好支撑,而人体肩部被第二层垫200较好舒压。当然,沉槽111的开口还可向下敞开,此时第二层垫200的凸起部210向上嵌入第一沉槽111内,第二层垫200叠放于第一层垫100的下方,但可以理解的是,此时仍能实现人体腰部被支撑,人体肩部被舒压的效果。
在其中一实施例中,第二层垫200背离第一层垫100的表面与水平面平行;第一层垫100背离第二层垫200的表面与水平面平行。
通过第二层垫200背离第一层垫100的表面与水平面平行,第一层垫100背离第二层垫200的表面与水平面平行,则当第一层垫100与第二层垫200组合后,组合床垫各区域的总体厚度一致,从而基于第一层垫100中对应人体肩部的第一区域110的厚度小于第一层垫100中对应人体腰部的第二区域120的厚度的方案,则一方面保证了组合床垫对应人体肩部的区域的总刚度小于组合床垫对应人体腰部的区域的总刚度;另一方面还可避免该组合床垫具有坡度,从而便于运输和放置。
如图1所示,第一区域110设置有两块,且两块第一区域110关于第二区域120对称设置。
通过上述设置,则使得用户躺在该组合床垫上时可两头躺,且当用户两头躺时均能实现肩部得到舒压,腰部得到较好支撑的效果。可以理解的是,为了实现第一层垫100与第二层垫200的配合效果,两块第一区域110可均开设有沉槽111,第二层垫200具有与每一沉槽111适配的凸起部210。其中,沉槽111可呈U型槽、V型槽或者弧形槽等。
如图1所示,沉槽111的侧壁为斜面,且沉槽111的开口由沉槽111的底壁至第二层垫200的方向逐渐变大。
以沉槽111的开口朝上敞开为例,当第二层垫200嵌合叠放于第一层垫100上方时,若用户躺在该第二层垫200上,则用户通过第二层垫200向下压第一层垫100,此时第二层垫200对沉槽111的侧壁具有垂直该侧壁的压力,该压力具有横向分力,该横向分力对第一区域110以外的部分(包括第二区域120)具有压缩效果,从而可使得第二区域120的密度变大,增强了第一层垫100中第二区域120处的硬度,从而能够进一步增强对人体腰部的支撑效果。可以理解的是,本实施例中第一沉槽111的形状可以为倒梯形或者V型等。
另外,沉槽111的侧壁为斜面时,则避免第一层垫100中的第一区域110至第二区域120的厚度突变,从而使得人体肩部至腰部的支撑效果逐渐加强,具有良好的过渡效果。
当然,基于上述第一层垫100具有两块第一区域110,每一区域110均开设有沉槽111的方案,两块第一区域110的沉槽111的侧壁均可为斜面。
如图1所示,在其中一实施例中,沉槽111贯穿第一层垫100相对的两侧。
通过沉槽111贯穿第一层垫100相对的两侧,则一方面便于第一层垫100与第二层垫200通过插接嵌合叠放,另一方面还能够满足用户既可躺在该组合床垫的左侧,又可躺在该组合床垫的右侧的需求。需要说明的是,组合床垫的左侧和右侧,分别是指用户躺在该组合床垫后用户的左侧和用户的右侧。
为了便于拆装,第一层垫100与第二层垫200可拆卸连接。如此设置,则当与人体接触的第一层垫100或第二层垫200被损坏或有污渍时,可仅通过更换该损坏或有污渍的第一层垫100或第二层垫200,避免将整个组合床垫全部更换,从而节约了更换成本。另外,第一层垫100与第二层垫200可拆卸连接,则可分开运输包装,便于搬运。
如图1或图2所示,基于第二层垫200叠放于第一层垫100的上方的方案,当床垫上容纳有两人或三人,或者体重较大的用户躺在床垫上时,为了进一步提高该组合床垫的支撑强度,第一层垫100的下方还叠放有支撑层垫300,支撑层垫300的刚度大于第一层垫100的刚度。
通过上述设置,支撑层垫300能够起到主要的支撑作用,可以满足多人同时躺在该组合床垫或者体重较大的用户躺在该组合床垫上。另外,由上至下每一层垫的刚度逐渐增大,从而用户躺在该组合床垫上时,既可起到缓压效果,又可保证脊椎腰部得到较好的支撑效果,从而提高了舒适度。
可以理解的是,支撑层垫300可单独叠放于第一层垫100的下方,从而支撑层垫300与第一层垫100可分开,以便于第一层垫100和第二层垫200可根据用户需求随时移动至其他地方。
如图3所示,组合床垫还可包括罩体400,罩体400具有容纳腔,至少第一层垫100和第二层垫200组装后可容置于该容纳腔内。可以理解的是,当组合床垫包括支撑层垫300时,支撑层垫300也可容置于容纳腔内。
进一步地,该罩体400还具有开口,第一层垫100和第二层垫200可通过该开口容置于容纳腔内,或者第一层垫100和第二层垫200可由容纳腔内取出,以进行更换或单独清洗罩体400。其中,为了便于清洗罩体400,罩体400的材质可为布艺材质。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种组合床垫,其中,包括:
    第一层垫,所述第一层垫具有对应人体肩部的第一区域和对应人体腰部的第二区域,所述第一区域的厚度小于所述第二区域的厚度;和
    第二层垫,所述第二层垫的刚度小于所述第一层垫的刚度,且所述第二层垫叠放于所述第一层垫上方,并使所述组合床垫中对应人体肩部的区域的总体刚度小于所述组合床垫中对应人体腰部的区域的总体刚度。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的组合床垫,其中,所述第一区域开设有沉槽;所述第二层垫朝向所述第一层垫的一侧凸设有凸起部,所述凸起部嵌入所述沉槽内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的组合床垫,其中,所述沉槽的侧壁为斜面,且所述沉槽的开口由所述沉槽的底壁至所述第二层垫的方向逐渐变大。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的组合床垫,其中,所述沉槽贯穿所述第一层垫相对的两侧。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的组合床垫,其中,所述第一区域设置有两块,且两块所述第一区域关于所述第二区域对称设置。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的组合床垫,其中,所述第一区域设置有两块,且两块所述第一区域关于所述第二区域对称设置。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的组合床垫,其中,所述第一区域设置有两块,且两块所述第一区域关于所述第二区域对称设置。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的组合床垫,其中,所述第一区域设置有两块,且两块所述第一区域关于所述第二区域对称设置。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的组合床垫,其中,所述第二层垫背离所述第一层垫的表面与水平面平行;所述第一层垫背离所述第二层垫的表面与水平面平行。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的组合床垫,其中,所述第一层垫与所述第二层垫可拆卸连接。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的组合床垫,其中,所述第一层垫的下方还叠放有支撑层垫,所述支撑层垫的刚度大于所述第一层垫的刚度。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的组合床垫,其中,所述组合床垫还包括罩体,所述罩体具有容纳腔,所述第一层垫和所述第二层垫叠放于所述容纳腔内。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的组合床垫,其中,所述支撑层垫容置于所述容纳腔内。
  14. 一种组合床垫,其中,包括:
    第一层垫,所述第一层垫具有对应人体肩部的第一区域和对应人体腰部的第二区域,所述第一区域的厚度小于所述第二区域的厚度;和
    第二层垫,所述第二层垫的刚度小于所述第一层垫的刚度,且所述第二层垫叠放于所述第一层垫上方;第二层垫背离所述第一层垫的表面与水平面平行;所述第一层垫背离所述第二层垫的表面与水平面平行;
    所述第一区域开设有沉槽;所述第二层垫朝向所述第一层垫的一侧凸设有凸起部,所述凸起部嵌入所述沉槽内。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的组合床垫,其中,所述第一区域设置有两块,且两块所述第一区域关于所述第二区域对称设置。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的组合床垫,其中,所述沉槽的侧壁为斜面,且所述沉槽的开口由所述沉槽的底壁至所述第二层垫的方向逐渐变大。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的组合床垫,其中,所述沉槽的侧壁为斜面,且所述沉槽的开口由所述沉槽的底壁至所述第二层垫的方向逐渐变大。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的组合床垫,其中,所述沉槽贯穿所述第一层垫相对的两侧。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的组合床垫,其中,所述第一层垫与所述第二层垫可拆卸连接。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的组合床垫,其中,所述第一层垫的下方还叠放有支撑层垫,所述支撑层垫的刚度大于所述第一层垫的刚度。
