背景技术
现代人普遍缺乏运动,如上班工作、使用计算机、电玩游戏、看电视及其他场合,常忘记定时起身稍微做一下活动,皆保持长时间的坐、卧、靠姿势;人们也了解长时间坐、卧、靠,宜定时起身稍事活动,促进循环,消耗热量,增进健康,惟因工作专注、游戏投入,或个人的习性,大多数人往往不能定时起身活动,如此会造成体重增加、臀部松驰等现象,且长时间坐、卧、靠也常会导致姿势不良、不正确,而引起腰酸背痛等文明病。
即有一些可以供人体特定部位贴靠,具有支撑、塑形等效果的枕头、垫体产品或专利技术,其中有些具备可调整高度、软硬度的功效,但该些枕头、垫体产品或专利技术结构皆相当复杂,且无法同时兼备高、低、软、硬、塑形等皆可调整的功效,在是否符合人体工学方面,结构仍未臻至于理想状态,因此本发明人前有针对该些枕头、垫体产品或专利技术的缺失而创作有高度调整装置及具备该高度调整装置的垫体相关专利,并且有加以具体实施商品化为垫体商品。
本发明人前所创作的高度调整装置、产品结构上借由内部具有弹性体的多个气囊袋的进气、排气,可以调整高度以及表面可随着使用者不同姿势而完全服贴于使用者抵靠部位,但其有至少如下的缺失,结构、功效上仍未臻至于理想状态:
1.因为多个气囊袋个别受到外加的控气单元来进行进气、排气,当气囊袋越多时控气单元也要跟着增加,而气囊袋讲究气密性,不便于制造也会增加制造成本。
2.各气囊袋间借由增设的气管为介质而相互连接、通气,除了不便于制造也会增加制造成本。
3.各气囊袋间借由增设的气管为介质而相互连接、通气,因此会增加气流的流程,而降低气囊袋的进气、排气速度,导致其高度调整操作上的不便。
本发明人今基于产品不断改良创新的理念,以及祈使垫体更具广泛实用性,让使用者使用上更加便捷,本发明人乃本着多年从事产品设计开发的实务经验,以及积极潜心研发思考,经由无数次的实际设计实验,致有本案的产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有可快速进气、排气的直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种便于制造、降低制造成本功效的直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构,包含有至少两气囊袋,气囊袋内部具有一弹性体,其中之一气囊袋设有一用以控制气囊袋进气、排气的控气单元,气囊袋于相对应面设有相对应的通孔,于通孔周边设有接合区,并将接合区相接合;气囊袋直接相互结合。
上述弹性体为发泡材料。
上述弹性体为泡棉。
上述直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构设于一垫体中。
上述直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构设于一颈枕中。
上述直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构设于一枕头中。

采用上述结构后,本发明直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构,借由气囊袋直接相互结合,就可让气囊袋中空气直接相互流通,所以气囊袋可以快速地进气、排气,以增进高度调整操作上的便捷性;再者本发明借由气囊袋直接相互结合,不须设置其它介质(如气管),以及气囊袋只要共享一个控气单元同样可以进气、排气,具有便于制造、降低制造成本的功效。

为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
请参阅图1、图2、图2A所示,本发明直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构1较佳结构实施例包含有多个气囊袋10、20及一用以控制气囊袋10、20进气、排气的控气单元30,以令气囊袋10、20可以进行高度、软硬度、塑形的调整。下文将详细说明:
气囊袋10、20可作适当的变形,其内部各设有一弹性体11、21,该弹性体11、21可为发泡材料如泡棉或发泡塑料、发泡橡胶等弹性材料,本实施例是采泡棉,气囊袋20叠置于气囊袋10上方,且气囊袋10、20相互连通。
控气单元30设于气囊袋10上,包含有管体、阀体,其中阀体可于受压后开启并于压力解除后形成关闭,令使用者可借由控气单元30来操控外部空气进入气囊袋10、20中以使其膨胀(请参阅图3所示),或气囊袋10、20被压缩后的空气可以排出(请参阅图2所示),再因弹性体11、21可辅助膨胀或压缩,可以调整气囊袋10、20的高度、软硬度及塑形,气囊袋10、20的高度、软硬度、塑形调整后,其内部可以保持特定的压力状态。
本发明主要是气囊袋10、20于相对应面(叠置贴合面处)分别设有相对应的通孔12、22,于通孔12、22周边分别设有接合区13、23,并将接合区13、23相接合,接合加工手段可应用热熔压合或胶合,以使气囊袋10、20直接相互结合,且使气囊袋10、20中的空气直接相互流通。
请参阅图2所示,本发明使用时,控气单元30可于受压后开启,若气囊袋10、20及弹性体11、21被外部压力压缩(如手部或头部下压),气囊袋20中及弹性体21中部份空气可经由通孔22、12进入气囊袋10,再经过气囊袋10后由控气单元30排出,此时若控气单元30关闭未进气,则气囊袋10、20内部可以保持特定的压力状态,亦即会产生负压的吸力,使气囊袋10、20被吸附贴合于弹性体11、21表面,气囊袋10、20高度也成较低状态。
请参阅图3所示,本发明使用时,控气单元30可于受压后开启,外部空气可以经由控气单元30进入气囊袋10、20中,且弹性体11、21因空气渗入而可以自体膨胀亦使气囊袋10、20膨胀,气囊袋10、20高度可成较高状态。
在此要强调的是,由图2、图3可看出,本发明借由气囊袋10、20直接相互结合,就可让气囊袋10、20中空气直接相互流通,所以气囊袋10、20可以快速地进气、排气,以增进高度调整操作上的便捷性;再者本发明借由气囊袋10、20直接相互结合,而不须设置其它介质(如气管),以及气囊袋10、20只要共享一个控气单元30同样可以进气、排气,故具有便于制造、降低制造成本的功效。
请参阅图4、图5、图5A、图6所示,本发明第二较佳结构实施例可视需要于气囊袋20上方再叠置一具有弹性体41的气囊袋40,气囊袋20、40于相对应面分别设有相对应的通孔24、42,于通孔24、42周边分别设有接合区25、43,并将接合区25、43相接合,以使气囊袋40、20直接相互结合,据此,也可使气囊袋40、20、10中的空气直接相互流通。
在此要强调的是,第二较佳结构实施例仅以气囊袋20上方叠置一个气囊袋作为实施例,当然也可视需要于气囊袋20上方叠置一个以上的气囊袋,也可于气囊袋10下方叠置一个以上的气囊袋(图中未示出),同样都可使多个气囊袋中的空气直接相互流通。
请参阅图7至图10所示,本发明直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构1可设于一垫体50中,以使垫体50除了可以供人体特定部位贴靠之外,也可进行高度、软硬度、塑形的调整;各图显示气囊袋可以视需要形成各种大小形状,也可将气囊袋弹性地增设以及任意排列组合。
请参阅图11、图12所示,本发明第三较佳结构实施例包含有多组气囊型高度调整结构1a、1b、1c,且气囊型高度调整结构1a、1b、1c是可以装设于一垫体60中,其中垫体60包含有一供人体坐靠、装饰用的表部61及一设于下方的底部62。
图中显示气囊型高度调整结构1a、1b、1c依垫体60形状需要排列成状似U形,其中气囊型高度调整结构1c包含有上下叠置直接相互连通的气囊袋10c、20c,而气囊袋10c以一连接管30c与气囊型高度调整结构1b的控气单元30b相连通,以使气囊型高度调整结构1c不用设置控气单元且可被控气单元30b控制进气及排气。
请参阅图13、图13A、图14所示,该垫体60可供人体坐靠,进而可以支撑、形塑人体的臀部、保持人体良好坐姿;而垫体60也因装设有气囊型高度调整结构1a、1b、1c而可进行高度、软硬度、塑形的调整。
请参阅图15、图16所示,本发明第四较佳结构实施例也包含有排列成状似U形的多组气囊型高度调整结构1a、1b、1c,且其可以装设于一U形的颈枕70中,其中气囊型高度调整结构1a可依颈枕70形状的需要于上下叠置的气囊袋10a、20a上设一气囊袋40a。
请参阅图17所示,该颈枕70可供套设于人体颈部,进而可于人体睡觉时支撑、保护颈部;而颈枕70也因装设有气囊型高度调整结构1a、1b、1c而可进行高度、软硬度、塑形的调整。
请参阅图18所示,该颈枕70也可放置于桌面,以供使用者头部趴睡抵靠当作趴睡枕来使用,颈枕70可将人体的头部、手部隔开,令使用者趴睡时头部不会压迫在手部;而颈枕70也因装设有气囊型高度调整结构1a、1b、1c而可进行高度、软硬度、塑形的调整。
请参阅图19、图20所示,本发明第五较佳结构实施例直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构1可以两组状植(嵌)入于一枕头80中,进而可于人体睡觉时服贴地支撑头部、颈部、肩部;而枕头80也因装设有直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构1而可进行高度、软硬度、塑形的调整。
请参阅图21、图22所示,本发明第六较佳结构实施例直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构1可以两组状植(嵌)入于一套体91中,套体91设有一带体92以便套固于一般枕头90,进而可于人体睡觉时服贴地支撑头部、颈部、肩部;而套体91也因装设有直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构1而可进行高度、软硬度、塑形的调整。
请参阅图23、图24所示,本发明第七较佳结构实施例直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构1可以两组状植(嵌)入于一靠垫93中,进而可于人体为坐姿时供人体的背部贴靠,而可以让人体保持良好坐姿;而靠垫93也因装设有直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构1而可进行高度、软硬度、塑形的调整。
上述实施例和附图并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。

Claims (8)

1.一种直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构,其特征在于:包含有至少两气囊袋,气囊袋内部具有一弹性体,其中之一气囊袋设有一用以控制气囊袋进气、排气的控气单元,气囊袋于相对应面设有相对应的通孔,于通孔周边设有接合区,并将接合区相接合;气囊袋直接相互结合。
2.如权利要求1所述的直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构,其特征在于:弹性体为发泡材料。
3.如权利要求1所述的直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构,其特征在于:弹性体为泡棉。
4.如权利要求1所述的直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构,其特征在于:直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构设于一垫体中。
5.如权利要求1所述的直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构,其特征在于:直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构设于一颈枕中。
6.如权利要求1所述的直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构,其特征在于:直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构设于一枕头中。
7.如权利要求1所述的直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构,其特征在于:直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构设于一套体中。
8.如权利要求1所述的直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构,其特征在于:直接相通的气囊型高度调整结构设于一靠垫中。
