Definitions
- the invention relates to drilling rigs and / or production rigs for searching, extracting, processing and / or transporting crude oil or natural gas.
- a semi-submersible, multi-column, floating oil and gas drilling and production platform with deep draft is known off the coast, which has a floating hull with an adjustable floating base and a plurality of vertical columns.
- the pillars include structures that are capable of generating firm and flexible buoyancy for the platform that can be controlled via compressed air, the same applies to the base and the fuselage connected to it.
- the document WO 2015 039667 relates to a buoyant offshore drilling device, which is based on the part that operates in the area of the water surface.
- the necessary facilities such as drilling mud storage tanks, water bodies, deck structure, mud storage tanks, rinsing tanks are deepened and appreciated.
- the necessary technical facilities for operating special configurations of a drilling platform are presented, as well as the use of specific sensors and pipelines that are helpful for drilling.
- the document GB 1 567 628 discloses a method for the production of oil production platforms which stand on pillars in protected coastal proximity which are firmly connected to the gravity base structure. This procedure relates to the use of jack-up legs and creating a permanent concrete structure under the platform. This concrete structure enables the platform to be firmly connected to the sea floor.
- the invention specified in claim 1 is based on the object of simply both stationary and removing a drilling rig and / or production island.
- the drilling rigs and / or production rigs for searching for, conveying, processing and / or further transporting crude oil or natural gas are distinguished in particular by the fact that they can be simply placed in a fixed location and also removed again.
- the drilling rig and / or production island comprises a floating heavyweight foundation, a tubular tower and a floating platform or drilling ship.
- the heavyweight foundation is designed to assume at least two working states; swimming and Grounding.
- grounds are understood to mean lowering to the bottom of the water body of the gravity foundation, which enables both a temporary foundation for, for example, test drilling, and a permanent residence.
- the buoyant heavyweight foundation has a solid slab made of concrete, reinforced concrete, a composite with concrete or a combination thereof. Furthermore, there is at least one fillable chamber which is empty for swimming and which is filled for searching, conveying, processing and / or further transporting crude oil or natural gas.
- the tubular tower is open on both sides and is connected to the gravity foundation in such a way that the tubular tower cuts through the gravity foundation and protrudes at least towards the surface of the water. Furthermore, the buoyant platform or the drilling ship is connected to the tubular tower in each case for carrying devices for searching, conveying, processing and / or for further transporting crude oil or natural gas.
- the heavyweight foundation with the tubular tower is transported to the place of work advantageously floating.
- the pipe tower protrudes above the surface of the water.
- the heavyweight foundation is lowered to the sea floor by flooding the chamber and secures the hold of the drilling rig and / or the production island.
- the pipe tower cuts through the water surface.
- the platform can be transported floating with the heavyweight foundation having the tubular tower and the platform or separately from one another.
- the drilling rig and / or production rig can thus be lowered or raised as required. Instead of the platform, it can of course also be a drilling ship.
- the tubular tower cuts through the water surface, the water and the gravity foundation. Drilling and transport are simplified. For example, water can largely not get into the respective processing point on or in the ground.
- Struts for stiffening the tubular tower with respect to the heavyweight foundation can be arranged between the heavyweight foundation and the tubular tower.
- a compact and complete drilling and / or production island is thus installed on site.
- the chamber has partitions.
- the heavyweight foundation can be safely lowered in a targeted manner.
- the gravity foundation has a central chamber and chambers arranged symmetrically around the central chamber on the solid plate.
- the pipe tower cuts through the central chamber.
- this chamber can have a wall surrounding the tubular tower.
- the chambers surrounding the central chamber can be arranged at a distance from one another, so that struts can be placed between the solid plate and the tubular tower.
- the chamber has at least one inlet and at least one outlet for filling the chamber. Furthermore, the inlet is arranged at the bottom of the chamber and the outlet is arranged either on the ceiling or in the ceiling of the chamber.
- the inlet is arranged at the bottom of the chamber and the outlet is arranged either on the ceiling or in the ceiling of the chamber.
- essentially the entire space of the chamber can be provided with a filler body.
- water is introduced into the chamber, which can be replaced by sand after lowering. This is pressed into the chamber and water escapes at the same time.
- the arrangement of inlet and outlet prevent an otherwise occurring cone of material.
- the heavyweight foundation optionally has at least one earth spike. This penetrates the ground and reduces the risk of the heavyweight foundation sliding on the ground.
- the gravity foundation optionally has at least one telescopic support that compensates for unevenness in the ground. This makes the heavyweight foundation a self-leveling foundation.
- the telescopic support has at least one guided part in a leading part. Furthermore, the guided part and the leading part either have a detent with detent openings and detent hooks engaging in the detent openings or a self-locking with clamping means.
- Clamping means can be guided wedges, cones or balls.
- the tubular tower cuts through the gravity foundation, the water and the surface of the water and is designed for drilling tools or means of transport to pass through.
- the tubular tower ensures a largely dry and air-filled cavity. This also serves to protect the respective tool or means of transport.
- one end region of the tubular tower has anchor elements for connection to the solid plate.
- the anchor elements each have at least one horizontally oriented or essentially horizontally oriented first element connected to the tubular tower and at least one vertically or essentially vertically oriented second element.
- the elements are also located in the solid slab. So that is
- Heavyweight foundation a secure holder of the tubular tower.
- the solid plate with the tubular tower and the anchor plates and the chamber are monolithic in one embodiment.
- the floating heavyweight foundation with the tubular tower is in one embodiment on site a heavyweight foundation that can be lowered by flooding the chamber.
