Definitions

  • the invention relates to drilling rigs and/or production rigs for searching for, producing, processing and/or transporting crude oil or natural gas.
  • the publication WO 2015 039667 concerns a floating offshore drilling rig, which is based on the part that operates in the area of the water surface.
  • the necessary facilities such as drilling mud storage tanks, water bodies, deck structure, mud storage tanks, flushing tanks are deepened and appreciated.
  • the necessary technical equipment for operating special designs of a drilling platform is presented, as well as the use of specific sensors and pipelines that are helpful for drilling.
  • the publication GB 1 567 628 discloses a method for producing oil production platforms that stand on pillars in protected coastal areas, which are firmly connected to the gravity base structure. This method involves using lifting legs and creating a permanent concrete structure beneath the platform. This concrete structure allows the platform to be firmly connected to the seabed.
  • the invention specified in claim 1 is based on the object of simply placing a drilling rig and/or production island in a stationary manner and then removing it again.
  • the drilling rigs and/or production rigs for searching for, producing, processing and/or further transporting crude oil or natural gas are characterized in particular by the fact that they can be easily placed in a fixed location and removed again.
  • the drilling rig and/or production rig includes a buoyant heavyweight foundation, a pipe tower and a buoyant platform or drilling ship.
  • the heavyweight foundation is designed to assume at least two working states; swimming and reasons. Foundations are understood to mean lowering the gravity foundation to the water bottom, which enables both a temporary foundation for test drilling, for example, and a permanent location.
  • the floating heavyweight foundation has a solid slab made of concrete, reinforced concrete, a composite with concrete or a combination thereof. Furthermore, there is at least one fillable chamber that is empty for swimming and filled for searching, producing, processing and/or transporting crude oil or natural gas.
  • the pipe tower is open on both sides and connected to the gravity foundation in such a way that the pipe tower cuts through the gravity foundation and protrudes at least towards the water surface. Furthermore, the buoyant platform or drilling ship is connected to the pipe tower to carry equipment for searching, producing, processing and/or further transporting crude oil or natural gas.
  • the heavyweight foundation with the pipe tower is advantageously transported to the work site floating.
  • the pipe tower rises above the surface of the water.
  • the heavyweight foundation is lowered to the seabed by flooding the chamber and secures the support of the drilling rig and/or the production island.
  • the pipe tower cuts through the surface of the water.
  • the platform can be transported floating with the heavyweight foundation comprising the tubular tower and the platform or separately.
  • the drilling rig and/or production rig can be lowered or raised as required. Instead of the platform, this could of course also be a drill ship.
  • the pipe tower cuts through the water surface, the water and the gravity foundation. Drilling and transport are simplified. For example, water can largely not get into the respective processing point on or in the ground.
  • struts can be arranged to stiffen the tubular tower relative to the heavyweight foundation.
  • a compact and complete drilling and/or production island is therefore installed on site.
  • the chamber has partition walls.
  • the heavyweight foundation can be safely lowered in a targeted manner.
  • the gravity foundation has a central chamber and chambers on the solid plate arranged symmetrically around the central chamber.
  • the tube tower cuts through the central chamber.
  • this chamber can have a wall surrounding the pipe tower.
  • the chambers surrounding the central chamber can be arranged at a distance from one another so that struts can be placed between the solid plate and the tubular tower.
  • the chamber has at least one inlet and at least one outlet for filling the chamber. Furthermore, the inlet is located at the bottom of the chamber and the outlet is located either on the ceiling or in the ceiling of the chamber.
  • the inlet is located at the bottom of the chamber and the outlet is located either on the ceiling or in the ceiling of the chamber.
  • a filler When filling, essentially the entire space of the chamber can be provided with a filler.
  • water When lowering, for example, water is introduced into the chamber, which can be replaced by sand after lowering. This is pressed into the chamber and water escapes at the same time.
  • the arrangement of inlet and outlet prevents a cone of debris that would otherwise occur.
  • the heavyweight foundation optionally has at least one ground spike. This penetrates the ground and reduces the risk of the heavyweight foundation sliding on the ground.
  • the heavyweight foundation optionally has at least one telescopic support that compensates for unevenness in the ground. This means that the heavyweight foundation is a self-leveling foundation.
  • the telescopic support has at least one guided part in a leading part. Furthermore, the guided part and the leading part either have a catch with catch openings and catch hooks engaging in the catch openings or a self-locking device with clamping means. Clamping devices can be guided wedges, cones or balls.
  • the pipe tower cuts through the gravity foundation, the water and the water surface on site and is designed for the passage of drilling tools or means of transport.
  • the tube tower ensures a largely dry and air-filled cavity. This also serves to protect the respective tool or means of transport.
  • an end region of the tubular tower has anchor elements for connection to the solid plate.
  • the anchor elements each have at least one horizontally oriented or essentially horizontally oriented first element connected to the pipe tower and at least one vertically or essentially vertically oriented second element.
  • the elements are also located in the solid plate. This means that the heavyweight foundation provides a secure holder for the pipe tower.
  • the solid plate with the tubular tower and the anchor plates and the chamber are monolithic in one embodiment.
  • the floating heavyweight foundation with the pipe tower is a heavyweight foundation that can be lowered on site by flooding the chamber.
  • the floating heavyweight foundation with the pipe tower and the platform are a heavyweight foundation that can be lowered on site by flooding the chamber and the platform is a floating platform.
  • the floating platform has at least one floating body.
  • An oil rig for searching for, producing, processing and/or transporting crude oil or natural gas essentially consists of a floating heavyweight foundation 1, a pipe tower 2 and a platform 3.
  • the Fig. 1 shows a drilling platform for the search, extraction, processing and/or further transport of crude oil or natural gas in a basic representation.
  • the buoyant heavyweight foundation 1 has a solid plate 4 and at least one fillable chamber 5 as a central chamber, which is empty for swimming and which is filled for the search, extraction, processing and / or further transport of crude oil or natural gas.
  • several chambers 5 can be present, so that there are spaces for connecting struts 6 to the solid plate 4.
  • the solid plate 4 and the chambers 5 can be monolithic and consist of concrete, reinforced concrete, a composite with concrete or a combination thereof.
  • the chambers 5 can have partition walls and/or supports, which can also consist of concrete, reinforced concrete, a composite with concrete or a combination thereof.
  • the solid plate 2 has a rectangular base area.
  • the chamber 5 or the chambers 5 has or have at least one inlet and at least one outlet for filling the respective chamber 5.
  • the inlet can be arranged at the bottom of the chamber and the outlet can be arranged either on the ceiling or in the ceiling of the chamber.
  • the Fig. 2 shows a self-sufficiently buoyant heavyweight foundation 1 in a basic representation.
  • the pipe tower 2 is open on both sides and cuts through the gravity foundation 1. Furthermore, an end region of the pipe tower 2 is connected to the solid plate 4.
  • the tubular tower 2 can consist of steel, concrete, reinforced concrete, a composite with concrete or a combination thereof.
  • the struts 6 are arranged between the solid plate 4 and the tubular tower 2.
  • the buoyant platform 3 for carrying equipment for the search, extraction, processing and/or further transport of crude oil or natural gas is connected to the pipe tower 1.
  • the floating platform 3 has at least one floating body 7, which is further connected to the pipe tower 2 via a support 13.
  • a drilling tower 8 can be arranged on the platform 3.
  • the pipe tower 2 cuts through the gravity foundation 1 on site, the water 9 and the water surface 10 and is designed for the passage of a drilling tool 12.
  • the heavyweight foundation 1 lies on the ground 11.
  • the pipe tower 2, which is open on both sides and cuts through the water surface 10 and the gravity foundation 1 on the floor 11, is largely dry inside and filled with air.
  • the Fig. 3 shows an anchor element 14 in a basic representation.
  • the end region of the tubular tower 2 pointing towards the floor 11 is arranged in a receptacle of the solid plate 4 and connected to it by means of anchor elements 14.
  • the anchor elements 14 each have at least one horizontally oriented or essentially horizontally oriented first element 15 connected to the pipe tower 2 and vertically or essentially vertically oriented second elements 16.
  • the elements 15, 16 are located in the solid plate 4, which is one may have an increase.
  • the elements 15, 16 can be plates or elements.
  • the floating heavyweight foundation 1 with the tubular tower 2 is therefore a heavyweight foundation 1 that can be lowered on site by flooding the chamber 5 or chambers 5, or the floating heavyweight foundation 1 with the tubular tower 2 and the platform 3 on site is one by flooding the chamber 5 or the chambers 5 lowerable heavyweight foundation 1 and the platform 3 a floating platform 3.
  • the platform 2 can also be a movable platform 3 on the pipe tower 2, which remains floating when the heavyweight foundation 1 is lowered. After placing the heavyweight foundation 1 on the ground 11, the platform 3 can then be attached to the pipe tower 2.
  • the floating heavyweight foundation 1 thus has partially flooded chambers 5, the lowering heavyweight foundation 1 further partially flooded chambers 5 and the lowered heavyweight foundation 1 has flooded chambers 5.
  • the heavyweight foundation 1 is located on the bottom 11 of the lake.
  • the heavyweight foundation 1 can have at least one ground spike.
  • the heavyweight foundation 1 can have at least one telescopic support that compensates for unevenness in the floor 11.
  • this has at least one guided part in a leading part.
  • the guided part and the leading part either have a latching mechanism with latching openings and latching hooks engaging in the latching openings or a self-locking mechanism with clamping means.
  • the locking openings can be arranged in rows spaced apart from one another. Such arrangements are known.
