Abstract
본 발명은 타겟 물질을 추출하기 위한 추출 장치, 추출 방법 및 유체 유동 칩에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 추출 장치에서는 추출 키트 내의 다공막에 타겟 물질이 바인딩 된 상태에서, 용출 용액과 자성 용액이 순차적으로 통과할 때, 다공막에 잔존하는 용출 용액을 극성의 차이로 자성 용액이 밀어내며, 수집 챔버에 수집된다. 그리고, 수집 챔버 내에서도 상이한 극성에 의해 용출 용액과 자성 용액이 적층된 상태를 유지하는데, 수집 챔버 내의 자성 용액이 자력 인가부의 자력에 의해 용출 용액으로부터 물리적으로 분리된 상태에서, 수집 챔버 내의 용출 용액이 회수 가능하게 된다. 이에 따라, 용출 용액이 자성 용액과 함께 수집 챔버에 수집된 후, 자력에 의해 수집 챔버 내의 자성 용액을 용출 용액으로부터 물리적으로 분리된 상태에서 용출 용액의 회수가 가능하게 된다.
