Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Aufreinigung wenigstens eines Enzyms, ausgesucht aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Kollagenase Typ I, Kollagenase Typ II, Neutrale Protease und Clostripain, aus einem Stoffgemisch, umfassend als Verfahrensschritt wenigstens eine Hydrophobe Interaktionschromatographie, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der Hydrophoben Interaktionschromatographie die stationäre Phase ein Material umfasst, das ausgesucht ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Polypropylenglykol und Butyl-Sepharose. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft weiterhin die Verwendung eines so aufgereinigten Enzyms für pharmazeutische, kosmetische und/oder biochemische Zwecke.
