背景技术
车把手是用于减低自行车行车速度的重要部件,以便骑行车时应对路况的变化或与停车的距离,其主要是利用摩擦力的原理产生减速的效果。当骑行者按压刹车把手时,可依序带动刹车线,使刹车夹臂动作,以刹车夹臂的刹车片摩擦钢圈以减低车速。但问题在于,现有技术的刹车把手容易夹到手或者其他东西,提别是小孩子使用的时候,而且固定块的固定不牢固。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种防止夹手固定稳定的刹车把手。
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本实用新型采用如下方案:一种防止夹手固定稳定的刹车把手,包括把手块、固定螺钉、固定块、复位弹簧、刹车线管固定块、刹车线管固定槽、调节螺母、刹车线固定槽、螺纹固定孔和半圆块,所述把手块通过固定螺钉与固定块活动连接,所述固定螺钉上设有复位弹簧,所述把手块末端设有刹车线管固定块,所述刹车线管固定块上设有刹车线管固定槽,所述刹车线管固定槽上固定有调节螺母,所述固定块上设有刹车线固定槽,所述固定块两侧对称设有螺纹固定孔,所述固定块通过螺纹固定孔与半圆块固定连接。
作为优选,所述把手块的一端设有弧形段。
作为优选,所述螺纹固定孔内设有固定螺栓。
作为优选,所述把手块与固定块的连接方式,杠杆杠杆两力臂分列支点两侧。
有益效果:
本实用新型采用了上述技术方案提供一种防止夹手固定稳定的刹车把手,不夹手,固定稳定,使用方便,在较小的整体尺寸内获得大杠杆比,和较长的把手,而且宽大的握手面,提高舒适度。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3、4所示,一种防止夹手固定稳定的刹车把手,包括把手块1、固定螺钉2、固定块3、复位弹簧4、刹车线管固定块5、刹车线管固定槽6、调节螺母7、刹车线固定槽8、螺纹固定孔9和半圆块10,所述把手块1通过固定螺钉2与固定块3活动连接,所述固定螺钉2上设有复位弹簧4,所述把手块1末端设有刹车线管固定块5,所述刹车线管固定块5上设有刹车线管固定槽6,所述刹车线管固定槽6上固定有调节螺母7,所述固定块3上设有刹车线固定槽8,所述固定块3两侧对称设有螺纹固定孔9,所述固定块3通过螺纹固定孔9与半圆块10固定连接,所述把手块1的一端设有弧形段11,所述螺纹固定孔9内设有固定螺栓12,所述把手块1与固定块3的连接方式,杠杆杠杆两力臂分列支点两侧。
实际使用时,先将固定块3固定在自行车上的把手杆上,安装时,松开用 于连接固定块3和半圆块10的固定螺栓12,接着就可以将连接固定块3和半圆块10分开,以便固定块3很容易地固定安装在自行车手杆上,固定时,只需要拧紧固定螺栓12就可以将固定块3牢牢固定在自行车手杆,(现有的自行车上刹车线末端都设置有一个呈圆柱形状的固定块,用来固定在自行车把手上的),接着将自行车刹车线末端的柱形固定块放入到固定块3的槽内,而刹车线通过刹车线固定槽8穿出,(刹车线管是现有自行车上用于包裹刹车线的的细管),再接着将自行车上的刹车线管固定在固定块5上的调节螺母7上,把手块1通过固定螺钉2与固定块3活动连接,杠杆杠杆两力臂分列支点两侧,在较小的整体尺寸内获得大杠杆比,和较长的把手,而且宽大的握手面,提高舒适度,把手块1可以绕着固定螺钉2在固定块3上旋转,而固定螺钉2上的复位弹簧4可以起到协助已经旋转的把手块1复位的作用,在捏把手块1时候,把手块对1刹车线管有一个推力,而刹车线是固定在固定块3上不动的,这样就可以实现,刹车线拉动刹车装置的功能,而右边的把手块1回复的位置在把手块1的左侧,同理,左边的把手块1在把手块1的右侧,所以根本不会夹到手,把手块1的一端的弧形段11可以防止使用者的手滑出把手块1。

  1. 一种防止夹手固定稳定的刹车把手,包括把手块(1)、固定螺钉(2)、固定块(3)、复位弹簧(4)、刹车线管固定块(5)、刹车线管固定槽(6)、调节螺母(7)、刹车线固定槽(8)、螺纹固定孔(9)和半圆块(10),其特征在于:所述把手块(1)通过固定螺钉(2)与固定块(3)活动连接,所述固定螺钉(2)上设有复位弹簧(4),所述把手块(1)末端设有刹车线管固定块(5),所述刹车线管固定块(5)上设有刹车线管固定槽(6),所述刹车线管固定槽(6)上固定有调节螺母(7),所述固定块(3)上设有刹车线固定槽(8),所述固定块(3)两侧对称设有螺纹固定孔(9),所述固定块(3)通过螺纹固定孔(9)与半圆块(10)固定连接。
