本实用新型中,图案座上设有用于切入光源的光路中产生图案效果的图案片,通常图案片的边缘会预留安装部分的区域,安装部分的区域图案片上除安装部分的区域外为图案分布的区域,图案分布的区域为有效区域。 光束照射出去后,除去周围杂散光的部分,形成有明显边界的光斑,即为有效光斑。通过转动效果盘底板处于不同的角度,从而使得不同的图案座或通光孔切入光路中。图案座在光路中不断进行旋转运动,图案座上的图案片连续地经过光路,进而形成动感的图案效果。不同的图案座切入光路中,产生不同的动感图案效果。本实用新型在同一套驱动结构的驱动下,能实现多种动感图案效果的随意切换,且结构简单、安装方便和容易实现。
进一步地,所述图案片上有效图案的尺寸大于光束通过所述图案片的有效光斑的尺寸的2倍,当所述图案片切入光路时,所述光束通过所述图案片的有效光斑分布在所述图案片的中心点之外。
所述光束通过所述图案片的有效光斑分布在所述图案片的中心点之外,如果图案片的中心与光斑中心重合,则该盘产生的效果是图案旋转效果,而不是动感效果,动感效果也称为火盘效果。所述图案片上有效图案的尺寸大于光束通过所述图案片的有效光斑的尺寸的2倍,这样设置能使得投射出来的光斑图案更完整、美观,光斑动感效果更好。
进一步地,所述第二旋转组件上设有驱动齿轮,图案座的从动组件包括设于图案座外缘的外缘齿轮,外缘齿轮与驱动齿轮啮合连接,从而使图案座带着图案片绕自身的中心旋转,形成动感图案效果。
进一步地,所述第一旋转组件包括设于效果盘底板中心的中心轴,中心轴外套设有轴承,轴承外套设有轴套,轴套外套设有效果盘驱动皮带轮,效果盘驱动皮带轮通过外部的驱动电机驱动旋转,从而带动效果盘底板环绕中心轴旋转,使效果盘底板上的不同图案座或通光孔切入或切出光路。
进一步地,所述第二旋转组件还包括图案座驱动皮带轮,所述图案座驱动皮带轮套设在轴套外,并与驱动齿轮固定安装;所述图案座驱动皮带轮通过外部的驱动电机驱动旋转,从而带动驱动齿轮环绕中心轴旋转,驱动齿轮带动外缘齿轮旋转,从而带动图案座自转,图案座上的图案片随着图案座的转动而转动,从而形成动感图案效果。
本实用新型中,效果盘驱动皮带轮是驱动整个效果盘底板环绕中心轴旋转,用于切换不同图案座或通光孔处于光路中;而图案座驱动皮带轮是驱动图案座及其上的图案片环绕自身中心旋转,用于产生动感效果。
进一步地,所述效果盘底板呈圆形状,所述若干图案座绕效果盘底板的圆心布置于效果盘底板的圆周。
进一步地,光路在通光孔中形成的光斑中心到效果盘底板中心的距离,与光路在图案盘上形成的光斑中心到效果盘底板中心的距离一致;所述通光孔的尺寸大于光路在通光孔中形成的光斑的尺寸。
进一步地,所述效果盘底板上对应于安装图案座的位置设有图案座防脱扣,所述图案座上还设有用于固定图案座的图案座嵌装插板,图案座嵌装插板的前端插入到效果盘底板内,后端与图案座防脱扣固定;所述图案座防脱扣的一端与效果盘底板固定,另一端与图案座嵌装插板固定。
图案座防脱扣一端通过中心轴固定在效果盘底板上,可自由转动,另一端有U型状的槽,即U型槽,U型槽的宽度比效果盘底板加图案座插板后的总厚度宽,U型槽的一边有凸点,图案座嵌装插板上有对应的凹点或小孔,当转动图案座防脱扣卡入到效果盘底板与图案座嵌装插板时,凸点与凹点配合扣接,图案座即可固定;当需要拆开图案座时,打开图案座防脱扣即可。本实用新型中,设置图案座防脱扣便于拆卸和固定图案座,打开图案座防脱扣即可更换图案座,而不需借助其他工具。
进一步地,所述从动组件还包括图案座轴承,所述图案座固定于图案座轴承的内圈上,图案座嵌装插板固定于图案座轴承的外圈上。
图案座轴承主要用于保证图案座转动更顺滑。
进一步地,所述中心轴通过与外部基板的固定轴安装进行固定。
进一步地,所述效果盘底板上及其中一个图案座上设有磁铁。
磁铁是用于定位图案座的初始角度的,保证每次开机或启动或复位时投射出来的同一个图案都是同一角度的,也可以保证当很多台机排成一排时,投射出来的图案是统一的且同一个角度的。
一种舞台灯具,包括上述的复合式动感效果盘。
本实用新型的工作步骤包括:先转动效果盘底板,将所需要的图案座切入到光路中后,将效果盘底板定住,然后再转动图案座,图案座带着图案片转动,进而形成动感图案效果。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
①通过在同一效果盘底板上设置若干个图案座,实现一盘多种动感效果的随意切换。
②通过在同一效果盘底板上设置通光孔和图案座,实现只需旋转效果盘底板处于不同的角度,即可将光路选择性切入通光孔或切入图案座中,同时也能有效节省切换的空间,以及合理利用了切换空间。
③本实用新型的通光孔和图案座的切换、图案座与图案座的切换以及图案座的自转动感效果展示都是通过同一旋转组件驱动进行,能在实现多种舞台效果切换的同时,有效减少安装零件,简化了安装结构。

本发明的最佳实施方式
如图1所示,一种复合式动感效果盘,包括光源和效果盘底板1,效果盘底板1的中心设有中心轴2,效果盘底板1的圆周外布设有图案座4和一个通光孔7,光源发出的光束选择性穿过通光孔7或通过其中一个图案座4投射出去,光束照射出去形成的有明显边界的光斑为有效光斑;中心轴2通过外部的驱动电机驱动旋转,效果盘底板1跟随中心轴2旋转而旋转;从而使不同图案座4或通光孔7切入或切出光束。
图案座4上设有用于切入光源的光路中产生图案效果的图案片5,图案片5上图案分布的区域为有效图案区域,所述图案片5上有效图案的尺寸大于光束通过所述图案片5的有效光斑的尺寸。中心轴2上设有驱动齿轮3,图案座4的外缘设有外缘齿轮6,且外缘齿轮6与中心轴2上的驱动齿轮3啮合连接,并带动图案座4绕自身的中心旋转,所述图案片5跟随图案座4旋转,并在旋转过程中形成动感图案效果。
本实用新型包括两层相互独立的旋转,第一层独立旋转是驱动效果盘底盘旋转,通过效果盘底板1旋转,使得光源的光路选择性地处于不同的图案座4或通光孔7内;第二层独立旋转是驱动图案座绕自身中心旋转,并在该图案座4绕自身的中心不停旋转过程中,带动图案片5旋转,从而形成动感图案效果。
如图2所示,光路中的光斑A置于通光孔7中,光源的光路没有被阻挡,投射出来的是没有经过加工的光源光斑。
如图3所示,光路中的光斑A置于第一个图案座4内,投射出来的是第一个图案片的图案的动感图案光斑。
本实用新型中,通过设置效果盘底板1,效果盘底板1上设有若干图案座4,图案座上设有用于切入光源的光路中产生图案效果的图案片5,且效果盘底板1的中心设置中心轴2,中心轴2由电机驱动转动,并在转动过程中,带动效果盘底板1转动,从而实现将图案座4切入或切出光路。通过转动效果盘底板1处于不同的角度,从而使得不同的图案座4切入光路中。在所需的图案座切入光路中后,图案座4边缘的边缘齿轮6与中心轴2上的驱动齿轮3啮合连接,通过中心轴2旋转带动图案座4旋转。因此,图案座4在光路中不断进行旋转运动,图案座4上的图案片5连续地经过光路,进而形成动感的图案效果。不同的图案座4切入光路中,产生不同的动感图案效果。
因此,本实用新型能在同一套驱动结构的驱动下,实现多种动感图案效果的随意切换,且具有结构简单、安装方便和容易实现的有益效果。
如图1所示,中心轴2外套设有轴承21,轴承21外套设有轴套22,轴套22外套设有效果盘驱动皮带轮23,效果盘驱动皮带轮23通过外部的驱动电机驱动旋转,从而带动效果盘底板1环绕中心轴2旋转,使效果盘底板1上的不同图案座4或通光孔7切入或切出光路。
效果盘驱动皮带轮23的下方设有图案座驱动皮带轮24,所述图案座驱动皮带轮24套设在轴套21外,并与驱动齿轮3固定铆接成一整体;所述图案座驱动皮带轮24通过外部的驱动电机驱动旋转,从而带动驱动齿轮3环绕中心轴2旋转,驱动齿轮3带动外缘齿轮6旋转,从而带动图案座4自转,图案座4上的图案片5随着图案座4的转动而转动,从而形成动感图案效果。
本实用新型中,效果盘驱动皮带轮23是驱动整个效果盘底板1环绕中心轴2旋转,用于切换不同图案座4或通光孔7处于光路中;而图案座驱动皮带轮24是驱动图案座4及其上的图案片5环绕自身中心旋转,用于产生动感效果。
所述通光孔7的中心与光路在通光孔7中形成的光斑中心重合,且所述通光孔7的直径大于光路在通光孔7中形成的光斑A的直径的两倍,光路在通光孔7中形成的光斑A中心到效果盘底板1中心的距离,与光路在图案盘4上形成的光斑A中心到效果盘底板1中心的距离一致。所述图案座4呈圆形设置,且图案座4的半径大于光路在图案座4内形成的光斑A的直径,且图案片5的中心位于光斑之外。
如图1和图3所示,所述效果盘底板1上对应于安装图案座4的位置设有图案座防脱扣11,所述图案座上还设有用于固定图案座4的图案座嵌装插板41,图案座嵌装插板41的前端插入到效果盘底板1内,后端与图案座防脱扣11固定。
所述图案座4上还设有图案座轴承42,所述图案座4固定于图案座轴承42的内圈上,图案座嵌装插板41固定于图案座轴承42的外圈上。
所述效果盘底板1上及其中一个图案座上设有磁铁12。磁铁12是用于定位图案的初始角度的,保证每次开机或启动或复位时打出来的同一个图案都是同一角度的,也可以保证当很多台机排成一排时,打出来的图案是统一的一个角度,避免出现这个图案是直立的,那个图案是倒立的或是倾斜的情况。
显然,本实用新型的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本实用新型技术方案所作的举例,而并非是对本实用新型的具体实施方式的限定。凡在本实用新型权利要求书的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本实用新型权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种复合式动感效果盘,其特征在于,包括光源和效果盘底板,效果盘底板上布置有通光孔和若干图案座,且图案座上设有图案片,图案片上图案分布的区域为有效图案区域,光源发出的光束选择性穿过通光孔或通过图案座投射出去,光束照射出去形成的有明显边界的光斑为有效光斑;效果盘底板的中心设有第一旋转组件和第二旋转组件,并通过第一旋转组件驱动效果盘底板旋转,从而使不同图案座或通光孔切入或切出光束;图案座上设有从动组件,所述从动组件与第二旋转组件配合连接,并通过第二旋转组件带动其旋转,从而带动图案片旋转;所述图案片上有效图案的尺寸大于光束通过所述图案片的有效光斑的尺寸,当所述图案片切入光路时,所述图案片在旋转过程中形成动感图案效果。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合式动感效果盘,其特征在于,所述图案片上有效图案的尺寸大于光束通过所述图案片的有效光斑的尺寸的2倍,当所述图案片切入光路时,所述光束通过所述图案片的有效光斑分布在所述图案片的中心点之外。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合式动感效果盘,其特征在于,所述第二旋转组件上设有驱动齿轮,图案座的从动组件包括设于图案座外缘的外缘齿轮,外缘齿轮与驱动齿轮啮合连接,从而使图案座带着图案片绕自身的中心旋转,形成动感图案效果。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合式动感效果盘,其特征在于,所述第一旋转组件包括设于效果盘底板中心的中心轴,中心轴外套设有轴承,轴承外套设有轴套,轴套外套设有效果盘驱动皮带轮,效果盘驱动皮带轮通过外部的驱动电机驱动旋转,从而带动效果盘底板环绕中心轴旋转,使效果盘底板上的不同图案座或通光孔切入或切出光路。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种复合式动感效果盘,其特征在于,所述第二旋转组件还包括图案座驱动皮带轮,所述图案座驱动皮带轮套设在轴套外,并与驱动齿轮固定安装;所述图案座驱动皮带轮通过外部的驱动电机驱动旋转,从而带动驱动齿轮环绕中心轴旋转,驱动齿轮带动外缘齿轮旋转,从而带动图案座自转,图案座上的图案片随着图案座的转动而转动,从而形成动感图案效果。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合式动感效果盘,其特征在于,所述效果盘底板呈圆形状,所述若干图案座环绕效果盘底板的圆心布置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合式动感效果盘,其特征在于,光路在通光孔中形成的光斑中心到效果盘底板中心的距离,与光路在图案盘上形成的光斑中心到效果盘底板中心的距离一致;所述通光孔的尺寸大于光路在通光孔中形成的光斑的尺寸。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合式动感效果盘,其特征在于,所述效果盘底板上对应于安装图案座的位置设有图案座防脱扣,所述图案座上还设有用于固定图案座的图案座嵌装插板,图案座嵌装插板的前端插入到效果盘底板内,后端与图案座防脱扣固定;所述图案座防脱扣的一端与效果盘底板固定,另一端与图案座嵌装插板固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种复合式动感效果盘,其特征在于,所述从动组件还包括图案座轴承,所述图案座固定于图案座轴承的内圈上,图案座嵌装插板固定于图案座轴承的外圈上。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的一种复合式动感效果盘,其特征在于,所述中心轴与外部基板的固定轴安装进行固定。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合式动感效果盘,其特征在于,所述效果盘底板上及其中一个图案座上设有磁铁。
  12. 一种舞台灯具,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至11任一项所述的复合式动感效果盘。
