Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage et un procédé de fabrication associé. Le dispositif d'affichage comprend un panneau d'affichage (10) et une couche de film fonctionnel (20) ; la couche de film fonctionnel (20) comprend un substrat (21), une électrode d'attaque (22) disposée sur le substrat (21) et une couche de film de nettoyage (23) recouvrant l'électrode d'attaque (22) ; la couche de film de nettoyage (23) comprend des molécules de cristaux liquides polaires portant des groupes acrylate et l'électrode d'attaque (22) fournit un champ électrique à courant alternatif pour les molécules de cristaux liquides polaires. Sous l'action du champ électrique à courant alternatif, la surface de la couche de film de nettoyage se modifie avec le changement du champ électrique à courant alternatif, produisant une vibration de surface similaire à une vibration macroscopique, de façon à obtenir l'effet de nettoyage, de telle sorte à nettoyer l'intérieur et l'extérieur d'un dispositif d'affichage.
