Abstract
本发明公开了一种浴霸LCD显示器,包括显示板、控制板、连接耳和显示屏,所述的控制板通过螺钉固定在显示板上,所述显示板的顶面和底面均设有两个连接耳,所述显示板的中央设有方孔,所述方孔内粘接有显示屏,所述显示屏的表面覆有防雾膜,通过在导光板的两侧设置两组LED灯提高光源亮度,通过棱镜膜提高光线的反射率,通过用液态光学胶LOCA粘接显示屏的内部结构增加透光率,通过第一导热片和金属弯折片将LED灯产生的热量传输至控制板中,再通过第二导热片、第三导热片、金属翅片和散热孔将热量从LCD显示器的后方散到空气中,避开了显示器前方的浴霸热源,满足了浴霸强光强热环境下的可视性要求。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及显示器的技术领域,特别是一种浴霸LCD显示器的技术领域。
【背景技术】
以浴霸为代表的厨卫电器受到公众的普遍欢迎,其应用较为广泛,长久以来,消费者在选购和使用浴霸时,重点关注浴霸的加热能力和防水能力,随着消费水平不断提高,越来越多的消费者在重视浴霸普遍功能的基础上,更加重视其易用性和便利性,现有的浴霸会添加显示面板,其上的显示屏可以向用户传达显示实时温度、目标温度和系统的各种实时工作状态。
现有常用的浴霸LCD显示屏,一般都采用背光照明的形式,传统的LCD显示屏背光一般分两种,一种是背投,一种是侧投,不管是背投还是侧投,都只有一组灯条,而一组灯条由于发光二极管数量有限,加上浴霸开启时带来的高强光环境,会造成整个LCD显示屏亮度不够,目前主要的解决办法是增大LED灯源的功率,虽然显示屏亮度会增加,但LCD屏的温度会升高,再加上浴霸本身作为一个热源也会使周围环境温度提升,造成LCD显示屏散热困难。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种浴霸LCD显示器,能够通过在导光板的两侧设置两组LED灯提高光源亮度,通过棱镜膜提高光线的反射率,通过用液态光学胶LOCA粘接显示屏的内部结构增加透光率,通过第一导热片和金属弯折片将LED灯产生的热量传输至控制板中,再通过第二导热片、第三导热片、金属翅片和散热孔将热量从LCD显示器的后方散到空气中,避开了显示器前方的浴霸热源,满足了浴霸强光强热环境下的可视性要求。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种浴霸LCD显示器,包括显示板、控制板、连接耳和显示屏,所述的控制板通过螺钉固定在显示板上,所述显示板的顶面和底面均设有两个连接耳,所述显示板的中央设有方孔,所述方孔内粘接有显示屏,所述显示屏的表面覆有防雾膜。
作为优选,所述显示屏从上至下分别为液晶面板部、背光加强部和背光底部,所述液晶面板部从上至下分别为第一偏光片、第一玻璃基板、液晶层、第二玻璃基板和第二偏光片,所述背光加强部从上至下分别为棱镜膜和光扩散膜,所述背光底部从上至下分别为导光板和光反射膜,所述导光板的两侧焊接有LED灯,所述LED灯固定在金属基板上。
作为优选,所述第二偏光片和棱镜膜之间以及光反射膜和导光板之间均用液态光学胶LOCA粘接。
作为优选,所述液晶面板部、背光加强部和背光底部内部的层与层之间均用液态光学胶LOCA粘接。
作为优选,所述控制板的内部设有第一导热片,所述第一导热片的右端连接有金属弯折片,所述金属弯折片可与金属基板相触碰连接,所述第一导热片的中后部与上下两个第二导热片连接,所述的两个第二导热片分别与第三导热片连接,所述第三导热片均与若干个金属翅片连接,所述控制板上下两面设有若干翅片通孔,所述金属翅片穿过翅片通孔与外界相连。
作为优选,所述控制板的左面设有通孔,所述通孔用于导线的连接,所述控制板的前后面还设有散热孔。
作为优选,所述连接耳中设有长槽孔。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在导光板的两侧设置两组LED灯提高光源亮度,通过棱镜膜提高光线的反射率,通过用液态光学胶LOCA粘接显示屏的内部结构增加透光率,通过第一导热片和金属弯折片将LED灯产生的热量传输至控制板中,再通过第二导热片、第三导热片、金属翅片和散热孔将热量从LCD显示器的后方散到空气中,避开了显示器前方的浴霸热源,满足了浴霸强光强热环境下的可视性要求。

参阅图1、图2和图3,本发明一种浴霸LCD显示器,包括显示板1、控制板2、连接耳3和显示屏4,所述的控制板2通过螺钉固定在显示板1上,所述显示板1的顶面和底面均设有两个连接耳3,所述显示板1的中央设有方孔11,所述方孔11内粘接有显示屏4,所述显示屏4的表面覆有防雾膜12,所述显示屏2从上至下分别为液晶面板部41、背光加强部42和背光底部43,所述液晶面板部41从上至下分别为第一偏光片411、第一玻璃基板412、液晶层413、第二玻璃基板414和第二偏光片415,所述背光加强部42从上至下分别为棱镜膜421和光扩散膜422,所述背光底部43从上至下分别为导光板431和光反射膜432,所述导光板431的两侧焊接有LED灯433,所述LED灯433固定在金属基板434上,所述第二偏光片415和棱镜膜421之间以及光反射膜422和导光板431之间均用液态光学胶LOCA粘接,所述液晶面板部41、背光加强部42和背光底部43内部的层与层之间均用液态光学胶LOCA粘接,所述控制板2的内部设有第一导热片22,所述第一导热片22的右端连接有金属弯折片221,所述金属弯折片221可与金属基板434相触碰连接,所述第一导热片22的中后部与上下两个第二导热片23连接,所述的两个第二导热片23分别与第三导热片24连接,所述第三导热片24均与若干个金属翅片25连接,所述控制板2上下两面设有若干翅片通孔27,所述金属翅片25穿过翅片通孔27与外界相连,所述控制板2的左面设有通孔26,所述通孔26用于导线的连接,所述控制板2的前后面还设有散热孔21,所述连接耳3中设有长槽孔31。
本发明工作过程:
本发明一种浴霸LCD显示器在工作过程中,通过螺栓穿过连接耳3将浴霸LCD显示器固定在浴霸上,显示器内部的中央处理器控制显示屏4工作,LED灯433发出光线,光线从导光板431的两侧端面导入并扩散到整个导光板431的板面上,当光线射到导光板431背面的反光点时发生垂直反射,光线先后进入背光加强部42的光扩散膜422和棱镜膜421,再进入液晶面板部41,LED灯433所产生的热量传导至金属基板434上,金属基板434与第一导热片22右端的金属弯折片221相接触,热量经金属弯折片221先后经过第一导热片22、第二导热片23、第三导热片24传输至控制板2的两侧金属翅片25上,热量再由金属翅片25散发到空气中完成散热。
本发明通过在导光板的两侧设置两组LED灯提高光源亮度,通过棱镜膜提高光线的反射率,通过用液态光学胶LOCA粘接显示屏的内部结构增加透光率,通过第一导热片和金属弯折片将LED灯产生的热量传输至控制板中,再通过第二导热片、第三导热片、金属翅片和散热孔将热量从LCD显示器的后方散到空气中,避开了显示器前方的浴霸热源,满足了浴霸强光强热环境下的可视性要求。

1.一种浴霸LCD显示器,其特征在于:包括显示板(1)、控制板(2)、连接耳(3)和显示屏(4),所述的控制板(2)通过螺钉固定在显示板(1)上,所述显示板(1)的顶面和底面均设有两个连接耳(3),所述显示板(1)的中央设有方孔(11),所述方孔(11)内粘接有显示屏(4),所述显示屏(4)的表面覆有防雾膜(12)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种浴霸LCD显示器,其特征在于:所述显示屏(2)从上至下分别为液晶面板部(41)、背光加强部(42)和背光底部(43),所述液晶面板部(41)从上至下分别为第一偏光片(411)、第一玻璃基板(412)、液晶层(413)、第二玻璃基板(414)和第二偏光片(415),所述背光加强部(42)从上至下分别为棱镜膜(421)和光扩散膜(422),所述背光底部(43)从上至下分别为导光板(431)和光反射膜(432),所述导光板(431)的两侧焊接有LED灯(433),所述LED灯(433)固定在金属基板(434)上。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种浴霸LCD显示器,其特征在于:所述第二偏光片(415)和棱镜膜(421)之间以及光反射膜(422)和导光板(431)之间均用液态光学胶LOCA粘接。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种浴霸LCD显示器,其特征在于:所述液晶面板部(41)、背光加强部(42)和背光底部(43)内部的层与层之间均用液态光学胶LOCA粘接。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种浴霸LCD显示器,其特征在于:所述控制板(2)的内部设有第一导热片(22),所述第一导热片(22)的右端连接有金属弯折片(221),所述金属弯折片(221)可与金属基板(434)相触碰连接,所述第一导热片(22)的中后部与上下两个第二导热片(23)连接,所述的两个第二导热片(23)分别与第三导热片(24)连接,所述第三导热片(24)均与若干个金属翅片(25)连接,所述控制板(2)上下两面设有若干翅片通孔(27),所述金属翅片(25)穿过翅片通孔(27)与外界相连。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种浴霸LCD显示器,其特征在于:所述控制板(2)的左面设有通孔(26),所述通孔(26)用于导线的连接,所述控制板(2)的前后面还设有散热孔(21)。
