背景技术
家具制造工业使用的铰链一般设置有一个能够对门进行垂直调整的装置,以允许对家具框架以及其它可能的相邻门进行最佳对齐。

示例性的,所述支架2设有第一通孔21,所述胶塞3在所述第一通孔21对应位置设有第二通孔31,所述固定板1在所述第二通孔31对应位置设有长条孔11。所述第二圆凸体41依次穿过所述长条孔11、第二通孔31与第一通孔21。所述长条孔11的侧边靠近所述扣板5的位置设有相对的两个凸块13,所述凸块13的侧边131与所述第一圆凸体42的侧边421相切。所述扣板5的两侧均具有弧形槽54,且所述弧形槽54的端点与所述凸块13相贴,形成圆周。所述第一圆凸体42设有第一开口槽421,所述第二圆凸体41为中空结构与所述第一开口槽421形成凹型槽411,且所述凹型槽411与所述第三开口槽43相通,所述扣板5靠近所述固定板1的一侧设有与所述凹型槽411匹配的第三圆凸体51对所述偏心凸轮4进行限位,所述第三圆凸体51与所述凹型槽411的内侧壁紧贴。
具体的,所述底座主体20与铰链主体B1固定安装,当螺丝刀扭动所述偏心凸轮4时,若此时第一圆凸体42的侧边421处于与所述凸块13的侧边131相切的位置,所述偏心凸轮4的第二圆凸体41带动所述铰链底座A1向所述扣板6的弧形槽54的内侧壁移动,从而使所述门板B向反方向移动,实现对齐调整。
示例性的,所述支架2的容纳槽25的两侧壁24上相对设有扣腿240,为了安装牢固,每侧壁24设有两个扣腿240,所述扣板5对应于所述扣腿240的位置开有第二开口槽52。所述固定板1设有异形孔12,所述异形孔12设有两个且分别设于所述长条孔11的两侧,所述扣腿240穿过所述异形孔12与所述扣板5的第二开口槽52,所述扣腿240在所述扣板5远离所述固定板1的一侧压倒扣紧,增加扣板1与装配体牢固性,底座主体20在移动过程中不易松动。
示例性的,所述固定板1设于所述装配体与所述扣板5之间,所述插销6穿过所述异形孔12,所述底座主体20在所述异形孔12内移动。所述胶塞3设有插块34,所述插块34穿过所述异形孔12,将所述胶塞3限位于所述异形孔12,所述胶塞3起到缓冲所述底座主体20在固定板1上移动的作用力与扭力凸轮4的扭力。
示例性的,所述支架2上设有两个凸圆体26,所述胶塞3的相对凸圆体26的位置设有两个圆形腔孔32,所述凸圆体26插入所述圆形腔孔32内。所述凸圆体26设有通槽260,铰链主体B1由所述通槽260与底座主体20进行固定连接。
本申请实施例所达到的有益效果是:通过偏心凸轮4联系固定板1与底座主体20,安装时,只需将固定板1安装在门框A上,底座主体20与铰链主体B1连接,实现快速安装。偏心凸轮4可以调节底座主体20,在外部扭力的作用下,带动底座主体20在固定板1上移动,从而调节安装于门框A上的铰链底座A1与安装于门板B上的铰链主体B1,便于对门框A与门板B进行对齐调整。且由于固定板1有一对对称的侧翼板14,底座主体20在侧翼板14之间进行移动,在进行铰链底座A1的安装时不需要分左右方向,安装更容易,更 方便。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种铰链底座,其特征在于,所述铰链底座包括固定板、偏心凸轮以及与所述固定板活动连接的底座主体,所述偏心凸轮的第一圆凸体固定在所述底座主体上,所述偏心凸轮的第二圆凸体穿过所述固定板并用于在外部扭力作用下带动所述底座主体在所述固定板上移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链底座,其特征在于,所述固定板设有一对相对的侧翼板,所述底座主体位于两所述侧翼板之间,每个侧翼板都具有用于配合安装所述铰链底座的固定孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链底座,其特征在于,所述底座主体包括胶塞、支架、扣板与插销,所述胶塞放置于所述支架的容纳槽内形成装配体,所述装配体与扣板通过所述插销固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的铰链底座,其特征在于,所述支架设有第一通孔,所述胶塞在第一通孔对应位置设有第二通孔,所述固定板在第二通孔对应位置设有长条孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的铰链底座,其特征在于,所述长条孔的侧边靠近所述扣板的位置设有凸块,所述凸块的侧边与所述第一圆凸体的侧边相切。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的铰链底座,其特征在于,所述第二圆凸体依次穿过所述长条孔、第二通孔与第一通孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的铰链底座,其特征在于,所述第一圆凸体设有第一开口槽,所述第二圆凸体为中空结构与所述第一开口槽形成凹型槽,所述扣板的第一通孔靠近所述固定板的一边设有与所述凹型槽匹配的第三圆凸体。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的铰链底座,其特征在于,所述支架的容纳槽上设有扣腿,所述扣板对应于所述扣腿的位置开有第二开口槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的铰链底座,其特征在于,所述固定板设有异形孔,所述扣腿穿过所述固异形孔与所述扣板的第二开口槽,所述扣腿在所述扣板远离所述固定板的一侧压倒扣紧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的铰链底座,其特征在于,所述固定板设于所述 装配体与所述扣板之间,所述插销穿过所述异形孔。
  11. 一种铰链,其特征在于,所述铰链包括安装于门板上的铰链本体与安装于门框上的铰链底座;
    所述铰链底座包括固定板、偏心凸轮以及与所述固定板活动连接的底座主体,所述偏心凸轮的第一圆凸体固定在所述底座主体上,所述偏心凸轮的第二圆凸体穿过所述固定板并用于在外部扭力作用下带动所述底座主体在所述固定板上移动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的铰链,其特征在于,所述固定板设有一对相对的侧翼板,所述底座主体位于两所述侧翼板之间,每个侧翼板都具有用于配合安装所述铰链底座的固定孔。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的铰链,其特征在于,所述底座主体包括胶塞、支架、扣板与插销,所述胶塞放置于所述支架的容纳槽内形成装配体,所述装配体与扣板通过所述插销固定连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的铰链,其特征在于,所述支架设有第一通孔,所述胶塞在第一通孔对应位置设有第二通孔,所述固定板在第二通孔对应位置设有长条孔。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的铰链,其特征在于,所述长条孔的侧边靠近所述扣板的位置设有凸块,所述凸块的侧边与所述第一圆凸体的侧边相切。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的铰链底座,其特征在于,所述第二圆凸体依次穿过所述长条孔、第二通孔与第一通孔。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的铰链,其特征在于,所述第一圆凸体设有第一开口槽,所述第二圆凸体为中空结构与所述第一开口槽形成凹型槽,所述扣板的第一通孔靠近所述固定板的一边设有与所述凹型槽匹配的第三圆凸体。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的铰链,其特征在于,所述支架的容纳槽上设有扣腿,所述扣板对应于所述扣腿的位置开有第二开口槽。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的铰链,其特征在于,所述固定板设有异形孔,所述扣腿穿过所述固异形孔与所述扣板的第二开口槽,所述扣腿在所述扣板远 离所述固定板的一侧压倒扣紧。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的铰链,其特征在于,所述固定板设于所述装配体与所述扣板之间,所述插销穿过所述异形孔。
