Description

一种无工具连接器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种型材框体之间的的连接器,尤其是一种无需工具的快速连接器。
背景技术
在搭建展示用的框架需要将各种型材互相之间连接在一起,连接件一般是一种连接锁,用于锁紧各种型材加以连接,制造结构复杂,成本高,同时一般需要工具加以固定,影响快速装卸。本公司曾经公开过一种快速的无工具的簧片锁,可以起到快速连接锁定型材的作用。但是由于该锁具在使用中,存在固定不到位,同时也存在不够美观,初始定位繁琐的问题。
发明的内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种具有衬套结构的无工具连接器,连接更快捷、可靠,可直接与搭建结构中型材或装配部件锁定连接。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种无工具连接器,该连接器包括衬套和锁体两部分组成,锁体活动的嵌入在衬套内,衬套是中空扁圆筒形结构,衬套右端有耳部,所述的衬套的侧壁是双层结构,内有左端闭合的孔道,所述的侧壁上还有一个长孔,位于所述孔道开口的右侧,锁体的侧壁有圆孔,连接杆穿过锁体的圆孔活动销接在所述的长孔内,将锁体和衬套嵌合。
由于连接件和圆孔是精密配合的,锁体与连接件相对位置是固定的,而销入在衬套上的长孔内,这样锁体就可以沿着衬套的长孔方向左右移动一定的范围。
衬套的耳部是用来从右边和型材的边缘固定的。
其中,锁体也是中空的扁筒结构,右端有盖板,左端有锁爪,中段有拉杆,拉杆穿过盖板与锁紧把手活动偏心铰接,锁爪连接在拉杆的另一端,锁紧把手通过偏心翻转可以带动拉杆,使锁爪达到闭合或张开状态。
进一步的,拉杆的中段有弹簧。这样当放松状态是,拉杆被弹簧弹回,就可以轻松的回缩。
进一步的,衬套的孔道内有弹簧。这样,在安装之初,放松锁体时,锁体被弹簧的弹出,直至连接杆抵住长孔的外端,这时锁爪就回缩在衬套内,不会妨碍两个型材框架的靠拢。当需要锁紧前,只要向左压缩锁体时,整个锁体可以向衬套内运动,连接杆运动至长孔的另一端,这时锁爪伸出相应的距离,这个距离可以使得锁爪卡在两个型材的外面,以便下一步的固定。
优选的,连接杆是平端螺杆。
进一步而言,衬套耳部还有螺钉孔。在安装时,用于将衬套固定在型材的一侧,更加牢固,也方便定位。
优选的,所述的盖板两边还有螺钉固定孔,盖板和锁体通过自攻螺钉固定。盖板是把手翻转运动的依靠基准,设置盖板也更美观。
进一步而言,锁体的拉杆左端部有两个相互交叉的锁定钩,交叉点的右侧有一个销接在锁体上的挡柱,所述的锁定钩的左端部还有一个回折部,所述的回折部插入在一个封闭腔体内,腔体的开口可以容纳回折部进出。这样的结构,可以使得;拉杆在回缩时,回折部可以卡主封闭腔体的内壁,不能随便移动,而在放松时,可以自由进出内壁,从而可以使得拉杆可以翻转锁定。
优选的,锁爪是三块活动簧片。可以张开和夹紧,张开时,张开的厚度超过两块型材的厚度,夹紧时可以将型材牢牢的锁定在一起。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明设计的技术方案,将锁体嵌合在衬套内,这样在使用时,先将衬套通过耳部固定在需要连接的型材一侧,这时锁体和锁爪弹缩在衬套内,不妨碍两个型材的拼接,然后按压锁体,锁体向衬套内运动,这是锁爪伸出一段距离,可以将两个型材卡入锁爪内,然后翻转把手,把手拉动拉杆将锁爪张开的部位锁紧,就可以将两个型材拼接。
2、本发明的简单快捷,实现了无工具的型材锁紧。相比原有连接器,安装更为便利。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步对本发明中的技术方案进行描述。
一种无工具连接器,该连接器包括衬套11和锁体2两部分组成,锁体2活动的嵌入在衬套11内,衬套11是中空扁圆筒形结构,衬套11右端有耳部9,所述的衬套11的侧壁是双层结构,内有左端闭合的孔道14,所述的侧壁上还有一个长孔16,位于所述孔道14开口的右侧,锁体2的侧壁有圆孔17,连接杆13穿过锁体2的圆孔17活动销接在所述的长孔16内,将锁体2和衬套11嵌合。
其中,锁体2也是中空的扁筒结构,右端有盖板15,左端有锁爪1,中段有拉杆7,拉杆7穿过盖板15与锁紧把手5活动偏心铰接,锁爪1连接在拉杆7的另一端,锁紧把手5通过偏心翻转可以带动拉杆,使锁爪1达到闭合或张开状态。
其中,拉杆7的中段有弹簧一8。衬套的孔道内有弹簧二12。 连接杆13是平端螺杆。衬套耳部9还有螺钉孔一10。盖板15两边还有螺钉固定孔二,盖板15和锁体2通过自攻螺钉二6固定。锁体2的拉杆7左端部有两个相互交叉的锁定钩,交叉点的右侧有一个销接在锁体上的挡柱3,锁定钩的左端部还有一个回折部,回折部插入在一个封闭腔体内,腔体的开口可以容纳回折部进出。锁爪1是三块活动簧片。
组装时,如图3所示,将锁体2嵌入到衬套11内,再在衬套11的孔道14内放入弹簧二12,而后使用连接杆13塞入锁体2的圆孔17和衬套11的长孔16中。
使用时,第一步,如图4所示,将连接器放置在框体型材的一侧,用螺钉一4从耳部9的螺钉孔一10钻入到型材边框上,固定连接器。而后第二步如图5所示,按压锁体2,将锁爪1伸出,然后把第二件框体型材卡入在锁爪1内,再是第三步,如图6所示,翻转把手5,拉紧拉杆7,锁爪1夹紧,从而将两个框体的型材连接在一起,整体的效果如图7所示。

  1. 一种无工具连接器,所述的连接器包括衬套和锁体两部分组成,其特征在于,所述的锁体活动的嵌入在衬套内,所述的衬套是中空扁圆筒形结构,衬套右端有耳部,所述的衬套的侧壁是双层结构,内有左端闭合的孔道,所述的侧壁上还有一个长孔,位于所述孔道开口的右侧,锁体的侧壁有圆孔,连接杆穿过锁体的圆孔活动销接在所述的长孔内,将锁体和衬套嵌合。
  2. 由权利要求1所述的一种无工具连接器,其特征在于,所述的锁体也是中空的扁筒结构,右端有盖板,左端有锁爪,中段有拉杆,拉杆穿过盖板与锁紧把手活动偏心铰接,锁爪连接在拉杆的另一端,锁紧把手通过偏心翻转可以带动拉杆,使锁爪达到闭合或张开状态。
