Abstract

본 발명은 박테리아 유래의 신규 리폭시게나아제, 이를 이용하여 이수산화지방산을 생산하는 방법 및 그 생산용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 현재까지 보고되지 않은 친환경적인 방법으로 이수산화지방산을 높은 생산성과 높은 수율로 생합성할 수 있다. 본 발명에 의해 생산된 이수산화지방산은 의약, 식품 및 화장품 등 다양한 산업 분야에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있으며, 신호전달물질로서, 인간을 포함한 동물 체내에서 다양한 생리활성 기능에 관여할 것으로 기대된다.
