Definitions
- the present invention relates to a stretchable wiring board.
- Patent Document 1 discloses a method of forming a wiring layer having a three-dimensional intersection on a substrate.
- the wiring board attached to the living body is required to be a stretchable wiring board capable of following the movement of the living body.
- a plurality of wirings may be arranged so as to overlap (for example, intersect), but it is necessary to prevent a short circuit between these wirings. Therefore, in order to prevent a short circuit between wirings, an insulating layer may be interposed between a plurality of overlapping wirings. Therefore, the portion where the wiring and the insulating layer are stacked may be largely raised. For example, when a plurality of wirings intersects three-dimensionally via an insulating layer, the three-dimensional intersection may be largely raised.
- Patent Document 1 does not disclose that the substrate has elasticity. Even if the substrate has elasticity, there is a problem that when it is expanded or contracted, stress is likely to be concentrated on the three-dimensional intersection of the wiring layer that is largely raised, and as a result, the wiring layer is easily broken. ..
- the present invention has been made to solve the above problem, and when two elastic wirings are arranged so as to overlap each other, a short circuit between both wirings is prevented, and at the same time, the elastic wirings at the time of expansion and contraction are prevented. It is an object of the present invention to provide a stretchable wiring board that can suppress disconnection.
- the stretchable wiring board of the present invention includes a stretchable base material, a first stretchable wiring, an insulating layer, and a second stretchable wiring, and the first region has the first stretchable wiring.
- Wiring, the insulating layer, and the second stretchable wiring are arranged so as to sequentially overlap on the surface of the stretchable base material, and the insulating layer is provided in the second region adjacent to the first region.
- the layer and the second stretchable wiring are arranged so as to sequentially overlap with each other on the surface of the stretchable base material, and the second stretchable wiring is in the third region adjacent to the second region.
- the insulating layer is disposed on the surface of the stretchable substrate, the insulating layer extends over the first region and the second region, and the second stretchable wiring includes the first region and the second region.
- the insulating layer, and the second stretchable wiring are the largest in total thickness in the first region.
- the thickness of the first elastic wiring is Z1
- the thickness of the insulating layer is Z2
- the thickness of the second elastic wiring is Z3, and the second region and the third region are
- X is larger than Z1+Z2 and Z2+Z3, which is larger, and smaller than Z1+Z2+Z3.
- the elastic wiring board which can suppress the disconnection of the elastic wiring at the time of expansion/contraction is provided. Can be provided.
- the stretchable wiring board of the present invention will be described below.
- the present invention is not limited to the following configurations, and may be appropriately modified without departing from the scope of the present invention. Further, a combination of a plurality of individual preferable configurations described below is also the present invention.
- thickness means the length in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the stretchable base material in a cross-sectional view. Further, “thickness” and “length” are shown in a state where the stretchable wiring board is not stretched.

- the thickness of the first stretchable wiring 3, the insulating layer 4, and the second stretchable wiring 5 is Z1 at the position where the total thickness is the maximum.
- the thickness of the insulating layer 4 is Z2
- the thickness of the second stretchable wiring 5 is Z3, and the thickness of the second stretchable wiring 5 at the boundary between the second region R2 and the third region R3 is X.
- the stretchable wiring board 1 satisfies the relationship that X is larger than Z1+Z2 and Z2+Z3, whichever is larger, and smaller than Z1+Z2+Z3.
- both the minimum value and the maximum value may satisfy the above relationship.
- the stretchable wiring board 1 is manufactured, for example, by sequentially forming the first stretchable wiring 3, the insulating layer 4, and the second stretchable wiring 5 on the surface of the stretchable base material 2.
- the stretchable wiring board 1 in order to satisfy the relationship that X is larger than Z1+Z2 and Z2+Z3 which is larger and smaller than Z1+Z2+Z3, for example, the following (A), ( A method such as B) may be adopted.
- A) In the vicinity of the boundary between the second region R2 and the third region R3, the second stretchable wiring 5 is formed to be thick (may be formed by overlapping a plurality of times) and X is increased. (Move closer to Z1+Z2+Z3).
- the surface of the second stretchable wiring 5 In the first region R1, the surface of the second stretchable wiring 5 is shaved to reduce Z1+Z2+Z3 (close to X).
- the stretchable wiring board 1 When the stretchable wiring board 1 is stretched (or stretched and bent), the first stretchable wiring 3 and the second stretchable wiring 5 are formed especially near the boundary between the first region R1 and the second region R2. May approach each other, and a short circuit between both elastic wirings and an electric leakage may easily occur.
- the stretchable wiring board 1 Preferably has the following configuration.
- a corner portion C of the first stretchable wiring 3 (a corner portion far from the stretchable base material 2, in other words, a corner portion which is not in contact with the stretchable base material 2). Is preferably R-shaped.
- the corner C of the first stretchable wiring 3 has a shape that recedes toward the inside of the first region R1, and therefore, in the vicinity of the boundary between the first region R1 and the second region R2. The distance between the first stretchable wiring 3 and the second stretchable wiring 5 becomes sufficiently wide.
- the “R shape” means a shape in which at least a part of the contour is formed by a curve and is rounded as a whole, and for example, a shape in which the contour has a right angle is excluded.
- the minimum value of the length of the second region R2 in the extending direction of the second stretchable wiring 5 is Y in plan view. As a result, the insulating layer 4 becomes thicker in the vicinity of the corner portion C of the first stretchable wiring 3, so that the first stretchable wiring 3 and the first stretchable wiring 3 and The distance between the second stretchable wiring 5 is sufficiently wide. Therefore, even if the stretchable wiring board 1 is stretched (or stretched and bent), the first stretchable wiring 3 and the second stretchable wiring 5 do not come too close to each other, and a short circuit between both stretchable wirings and a leakage current occur. Less likely to occur.

- the corner portion C of the first stretchable wiring 3 has an R shape and satisfies the relationship of Y>Z2.
- FIG. 4 is a schematic plan view showing an example of a mounting board in which electronic components are mounted on the stretchable wiring board of the present invention.
- the mounting board 10 includes the stretchable wiring board 1 and chip components 20 and 30 as electronic components mounted on the stretchable wiring board 1.
- Examples of the chip components 20 and 30 include amplifiers (opamps, transistors, etc.), resistors, capacitors, inductors, and the like.
- the mounting substrate 10 (stretchable wiring substrate 1) can be used as a sensor by being attached to a living body (for example, a human body).
- the mounting substrate 10 is a side of the stretchable base material 2 opposite to the first stretchable wiring 3, the insulating layer 4, the second stretchable wiring 5, and the chip components 20 and 30. You may further have the adhesive layer which has biocompatibility on the surface of this. This facilitates attachment of the mounting substrate 10 (stretchable wiring substrate 1) to a living body.
- the entire mounting substrate 10 (stretchable wiring substrate 1) may be fixed to the living body by taping.
- the entire mounting substrate 10 may be covered with a biocompatible resin material. This prevents the first stretchable wiring 3, the second stretchable wiring 5, and the chip components 20 and 30 from contacting the living body.
- the mounting substrate 10 (stretchable wiring substrate 1) has the first stretchable wiring 3, the second stretchable wiring 5, and the area where the chip components 20 and 30 are not arranged, and the skin of the living body is exposed to the outside air. Alternatively, it may have a portion that allows easy ventilation. As a result, in the mounting substrate 10 (stretchable wiring substrate 1), breathability with the skin of the living body is enhanced.

Description

図2に示すように、断面視で、第一の伸縮性配線3の角部C(伸縮性基材2から遠い側の角部、言い換えれば、伸縮性基材2と接していない角部)はR形状であることが好ましい。
図2に示すように、断面視で、第一の伸縮性配線3の角部C(伸縮性基材2から遠い側の角部、言い換えれば、伸縮性基材2と接していない角部)はR形状であることが好ましい。
