可选地,所述主滚刷包括:可转动的主滚刷本体,由所述电机驱动;清扫件,从所述主滚刷本体的表面向外延伸以清扫所述待清洁表面。
可选地,所述辅助滚刷包括:辅助滚刷本体;多个凸起,间隔设置在所述辅助滚刷本体的表面以清扫待清洁表面;其中,所述清扫件接触推动所述凸起而带动所述辅助滚刷本体按照与所述主滚刷本体转动的相反方向旋转。
可选地,所述辅助滚刷本体为弹性本体和/或所述凸起为弹性凸起。
可选地,所述辅助滚刷还包括多个柔性支撑件,所述辅助滚刷本体设置有内腔,所述柔性支撑件设置在所述内腔中,所述柔性支撑件的一端与所述内腔壁面连接。
可选地,所述柔性支撑件的另一端为自由端,多个所述柔性支撑件的自由端组合形成安装腔,所述安装腔用于安装连接所述辅助滚刷本体的连接轴。
可选地,所述自由端呈弧形,每个所述柔性支撑件的所述自由端的曲率相同。
可选地,所述柔性支撑件与所述内腔的连接点沿所述内腔的周向均布。
本申请还提供了一种清洁装置,包括上述的滚刷组件。
本申请所提供的滚刷组件及清洁装置,通过主滚刷转动对待清洁表面进行清扫,并通过设置辅助滚刷,并由主滚刷带动旋转,通过该辅助滚刷来对待清洁表面朝向主滚刷的方向进行清扫。这样,实现了将未被主滚刷清扫掉的垃圾或者未被清洁装置吸入吸口的垃圾再次扫入到主滚刷能够清扫的范围,由主滚刷进行再次清扫以便吸口吸入,避免了清洁的过程中出现垃圾遗落而影响清洁效果的问题,提高了清洁质量和清洁效率。

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
在具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征和各实施例,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合,例如通过不同的具体技术特征/实施例的组合可以形成不同的实施方式,为了避免不必要的重复,本申请中各个具体技术特征/实施例的各种可 能的组合方式不再另行说明。
如图1所示,本申请实施例提供的一种用于清洁装置的滚刷组件1,可转动的连接于清洁装置的壳体21,壳体21的底部开设有吸口22,清洁装置内部的风机抽吸空气在吸口22处形成负压。滚刷组件1在待清洁表面上的转动将垃圾(如灰尘、杂物或水等)扫离待清洁表面,进而由风机将垃圾由吸口22吸入至清洁装置内的集尘器。通过滚刷组件1在待清洁表面的清扫,使得垃圾离开待清洁表面,便于垃圾更为容易的被吸入吸口,提升清洁质量。清扫的含义是垃圾受到力的作用而离开它们所附着的表面,但并不仅限于用刷毛等进行力的作用。
其中,待清洁表面可以是各种需要清洁的表面,包括地面,墙面,门,窗等表面。待清洁表面的材质可选择不同的材料,包括地毯,瓷砖,玻璃,木,竹子,橡胶等。待清洁表面可为平面或曲面。
如图1所示,沿清洁装置的移动方向,滚刷组件1与吸口22设置的位置接近,甚至存在重合,那么,能够在垃圾被滚刷组件1扫离地面后就迅速被吸入吸口22,避免灰尘污染环境。在其他的实施例中,吸口22的位置也可以调整为位于滚刷组件1的前方或后方,或者在清洁装置的移动方向上设置多个吸口22,滚刷组件1位于多个吸口22之间。
如图1所示,滚刷组件1包括主滚刷11、用于驱动主滚刷11转动清扫待清表面的电机和辅助滚刷12。主滚刷11安装在清洁装置壳体21底部形成吸口22的凹腔内,主滚刷11一部分露出吸口22外,以与待清洁表面接触,并在电机的驱动下旋转而实现扫除待清洁表面上的垃圾。
辅助滚刷12相邻吸口22的边缘设置,由于主滚刷11的带动,辅助滚刷12沿与主滚刷转动相反的方向转动,从而向主滚刷11方向清扫待清洁表面,将未被主滚刷11清除并被吸口22吸入的垃圾再次清扫到主滚刷的清扫区域,由吸口22吸入从而有效的解决了垃圾在未能一次性吸入后就无法继续吸除的问题,避免未一次性吸入的垃圾被一直推动污染地面或掉落地面,提升了清洁装置的清洁质量和清洁效率。
具体的,由于垃圾从吸口22掉出可能在主滚刷11的前方和/或后方,那么辅助滚刷12设置的位置可以在主滚刷的前方和/或后方。如图1所示,可选的,辅助滚刷12设置在主滚刷11沿清洁装置移动方向的后方。具体的,辅助滚刷12设置在吸口22沿清洁方向后方的边缘。这样,在清洁的过程中,主滚刷11顺时针转动向后扫动垃圾,将垃圾扫向吸口22区域内而被吸除,而辅助滚刷12与主滚刷11扫动的方向相反,逆时针转动将垃圾向前扫动,将位于吸口22后方的垃圾向前扫动至主滚刷11的清扫区域和/或被吸口22吸入。因此,经主滚刷11清扫未被吸口22吸入或从吸口22掉落的垃圾由 主滚刷11后方的辅助滚刷12再次清扫,能将它们再次扫动至主滚刷11的清扫区域,由主滚刷11再次清扫被吸口22吸入,或再次扫动直接被吸口22吸入,将一次未吸入垃圾继续吸除。
具体地,如图1所示,主滚刷11包括可转动的主滚刷本体111和清扫件112。主滚刷本体111由电机驱动,并通过连接机构可转动的连接在壳体21上。清扫件112从主滚刷本体111的表面并向外延伸,即向远离主滚刷本体111的方向延伸,可随主滚刷本体111一同转动,在清洁过程中,清扫件112转动对待清洁表面进行清扫。清扫件112可以是硬质或软质的刷毛或刷片;其在主滚刷本体111的表面的设置方式可以为多种,包括沿主滚刷本体111的长度方向以“螺旋状”的方式缠绕设置在主滚刷本体111的表面上,也可以沿主滚刷本体111的长度方向直线延伸设置;清扫件112在主滚刷本体111的周向可间隔设置,例如,如图1所示,沿主滚刷本体111的周向间隔设置由形成清扫件112的六组刷毛。电机可设置在壳体21内,与主滚刷本体111连接并驱动其转动。
如图1和图2所示,辅助滚刷12包括辅助滚刷本体121和多个间隔设置在辅助滚刷本体121的表面以清扫待清洁表面的凸起122。各凸起122沿垂直于辅助滚刷本体121的长度方向均布在辅助滚刷本体121表面,沿辅助滚刷本体121的长度方向延伸设置的方式可以是直线或者曲线。
在本实施例中,设置的各凸起122能够与清扫件112接触,经清扫件112的推动而带动辅助滚刷本体121按照与主滚刷本体111转动的相反方向旋转。通过这样的设置,电机驱使主滚刷本体111转动,便能够使清扫件112跟随转动,由于清扫件112能够与凸起122接触,因而,转动的清扫件112便推动凸起122,进而可以带动辅助滚刷本体121按照与主滚刷本体111转动的相反方向转动,达到了清扫件112在转动的过程中,带动凸起122同步进行转动的目的。此种设置方式下,未增加任何部件,主滚刷本体111和辅助滚刷本体121即共用一个驱动件来实现转动,实现了部件的简化和成本的节约。凸起122在清扫件112的推动下转动,由于凸起的设置,有利于扫除待清洁表面的垃圾,使未被吸口22吸入而掉落在辅助滚刷12清扫区域的垃圾被再次扫起到主滚刷11侧而再次被吸口22吸入,提升了清洁质量和效率。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,辅助滚刷本体121为弹性本体和/或凸起122为弹性凸起。将辅助滚刷本体121和/或凸起122设置成由弹性材料制成,便可以在清洁装置移动过程中,受到压力发生弹性形变从而将吸口22后缘与待清洁表面的缝隙尽可能减小甚至封闭。提高了吸口22处的真空度,从而保障了清洁质量和效率。
具体地,如图2所示,为了增强辅助滚刷12的弹性形变性能,辅助滚刷12还包括多个柔性支撑件124,多个为大于或等于两个,图2中所示为3个。辅助滚刷本体121 设置有中空的内腔125,该内腔125在周向为封闭,而轴向两端开口的结构;例如可以是中空圆柱体。每个柔性支撑件124设置在内腔125中,每个柔性支撑件124的一端与内腔125壁面连接。这样,辅助滚刷本体121内部为镂空的结构,使辅助滚刷本体121受压更容易发生弹性形变,进而与待清洁表面贴合更紧密,提高吸口22处的真空度,保障吸除垃圾的能力。
可选的,该柔性支撑件124的另一端为自由端126。那么在受压状态下,辅助滚刷本体121进行弹性形变的范围相对更大,从而能够确保与待清洁表面的贴合度。在其他实施例中,该柔性支撑件124的另一端也可以彼此连接或与内腔125壁面连接。在本申请实施例中,将多个柔性支撑件124的自由端126组合形成安装腔127,如图4所示,安装腔127为内腔125的一部分。安装腔127用于安装连接辅助滚刷本体121的连接轴。具体的,为了实现辅助滚刷12与壳体21的连接,采用所述连接轴连接壳体21和辅助滚刷12,安装腔127用于供连接轴的穿入,实现辅助滚刷本体121与壳体21之间的连接。
可选的,可将各自由端126设置呈弧形,即自由端126立体形状呈现出弯曲和具有弧度,自由端126的表面为弧面。而且每个柔性支撑件124的自由端126的曲率相同,即:各个自端126的弧面的弯曲程度是相同的,从而确保各自由端126组合形成的安装腔127的形状是规则的,能够与连接轴匹配连接。在本申请实施例中,各自由端126为间断设置,并不相连;即安装腔127并不是一个周向封闭的空腔。而在其他的实施例中,也可以将各自由端126相连为一体,形成周向封闭的空腔。
如图2所示,设置在内腔125中的多个柔性支撑件124与内腔125的连接点沿内腔125的周向均布。这样,各柔性支撑件124能够受力均匀,使辅助滚刷本体121在受压状态下的弹性形变均匀,从而提升辅助滚刷12工作的稳定性。可选的,如图4所示,在垂直辅助滚刷本体121长度方向的截面上(长度方向指尺寸最大的方向),每个柔性支撑件124延伸的距离相同,每个凸起122延伸的距离相同,柔性支撑件124延伸的距离大于凸起122延伸的距离。即:与辅助滚刷本体121的横截面(垂直长度方向的截面)直径相比,凸起122的高度很小,从而在辅助滚刷12在待清洁表面转动过程中,凸起122由于高度小能够将待清洁表面上的垃圾更为有效的扫除,从而提升清洁质量和效率。
本申请实施例中还提供了一种清洁装置,包括上述的滚刷组件1。清洁装置可以有多种,包括扫地机器人,吸尘器等多种类型。
由于上述滚刷组件1中的辅助滚刷12能够转动,而且转动的方向与主滚刷11转动的方向相反,从而能够将垃圾向主滚刷11扫动,能够将经过主滚刷11扫动却未能被吸除的垃圾再次扫回到吸口22所正对的区域内,再次进行吸除。从而避免了清洁的过程 中出现垃圾遗落而影响清洁效果的问题,提高了清洁质量和清洁效率。解决了传统清洁装置设置垃圾未一次性被吸口吸除就掉落地面不能再次吸除的问题。
以上所述仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本申请,凡在本申请的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于清洁装置的滚刷组件,其特征在于,所述滚刷组件包括:
    主滚刷;
    电机,驱动所述主滚刷转动清扫待清洁表面;
    辅助滚刷,由所述主滚刷带动旋转,向所述主滚刷的方向清扫所述待清洁表面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的滚刷组件,其特征在于,所述辅助滚刷设置在所述主滚刷沿所述清洁装置移动方向的后方。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的滚刷组件,其特征在于,所述主滚刷包括:
    可转动的主滚刷本体,由所述电机驱动;
    清扫件,从所述主滚刷本体的表面向外延伸以清扫所述待清洁表面。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的滚刷组件,其特征在于,所述辅助滚刷包括:
    辅助滚刷本体;
    多个凸起,间隔设置在所述辅助滚刷本体的表面以清扫待清洁表面;
    其中,所述清扫件接触推动所述凸起而带动所述辅助滚刷本体按照与所述主滚刷本体转动的相反方向旋转。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的滚刷组件,其特征在于,所述辅助滚刷本体为弹性本体和/或所述凸起为弹性凸起。
  6. 如权利要求4或5所述的滚刷组件,其特征在于,所述辅助滚刷还包括多个柔性支撑件,所述辅助滚刷本体设置有内腔,所述柔性支撑件设置在所述内腔中,所述柔性支撑件的一端与所述内腔壁面连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的滚刷组件,其特征在于,所述柔性支撑件的另一端为自由端,多个所述柔性支撑件的自由端组合形成安装腔,所述安装腔用于安装连接所述辅助滚刷本体的连接轴。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的滚刷组件,其特征在于,所述自由端呈弧形,每个所述柔性支撑件的所述自由端的曲率相同。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的滚刷组件,其特征在于,所述柔性支撑件与所述内腔的连接点沿所述内腔的周向均布。
  10. 一种清洁装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的滚刷组件。
