下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1-2所示,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种用于航道整治的联锁块生产装置系统,包括搅拌台架1、搅拌罐2、缓冲罐3、分配架4、倾斜运输带5、水平输送带6、调节轮7、上框架8、支撑腿9、驱动轮10、从动轮11、分配仓12、行走驱动电机13、驱动控制器14、浇筑平板车15、浇筑底模16、浇筑盖模17、模具坑18、导轨19、高频振动车20、下振动板21、上振动板22、振动弹簧23、高频振动机24、电动搅拌杆42、出料口43、出料阀44、分料口45和分料阀46,所述搅拌台架1上自左而右依次固定安装有搅拌罐2和缓冲罐3;所述搅拌台架1右侧设置有采用对称方式布置的分配架4;所述搅拌罐2的下口与缓冲罐3的上口之间架设连接有倾斜运输带5;所述缓冲罐3的下口与所述分配仓12的上口之间设置有水平输送带6;所述上框架8通过底部的调节轮7活动安装在所述分配架4顶部;所述分配仓12的两侧通过支撑腿9分别安装有驱动轮10和从动轮11;所述驱动轮10和从动轮11通过导轨活动安装在所述上框架8的表面;所述驱动轮10通过皮带与所述支撑腿9上安装的行走驱动电机13的输出端相连;所述支撑腿9的侧壁上还设置有驱动控制器14;两个所述分配架4之间设置有浇筑平板车15;所述浇筑平板车15的上部自下而上依次放置有浇筑底模16和浇筑盖模17;所述浇筑底模16和浇筑盖模17装配后之间形成模具坑18;所述分配架4的右侧设置有高频振动车20;所述浇筑平板车15和高频振动车20均通过导轨19安装在地面上;所述高频振动车20的上部安装有下振动板21;所述下振动板21的上表面通过振动弹簧23连接有上振动板22;所述上振动板22与下振动板21之间的中部位置还安装连接有高频振动机24,所述搅拌罐2的内部安装有电动搅拌杆42;所述搅拌罐2和缓冲罐3的底部均设置有出料口43;所述出料口43上均安装有出料阀44;所述分配仓12的底部设置有分料口45;所述分料口 45上安装有分料阀46。在靠近所述高频振动车20侧边的所述分配架4壁板上安装有支撑座47,所述支撑座47上通过转盘48活动连接有L型吊杆49,所述L型吊杆49的上部对称安装有提升电机50,所述提升电机50的输出端连接有提升绳51。所述高频振动车20的右侧还设置有分模架25,所述分模架25的下方设置有分模运输车28;所述分模运输车28的上部放置有浇筑混凝土后的所述浇筑底模16和浇筑盖模17;所述分模架25的顶部对称安装有起吊电机29,所述起吊电机29的输出端连接有绞盘30;所述绞盘30上缠绕有起吊钢丝绳31;所述起吊钢丝绳31的下端头均安装有吊环。所述分模架25的右侧还依次设置有一级蒸汽室26、二级蒸汽室27和蒸汽发生罐35,所述一级蒸汽室26和二级蒸汽室27的两侧面上均活动安装有卷帘门32;所述一级蒸汽室26和二级蒸汽室27的顶部均安装有蒸汽罩33,所述蒸汽罩33的上口均通过蒸汽管34与蒸汽发生罐35相连通。在所述蒸汽发生罐35上部的所述蒸汽管34上还安装有总流量阀40。所述蒸汽发生罐35的顶部还安装有泄气安全阀36,所述蒸汽发生罐35的侧壁上安装有加注管37和控制开关38,所述加注管37上安装有单向阀41。所述蒸汽罩33上端连接管处安装有气量分配阀39。

  1. 一种用于航道整治的联锁块生产装置系统,其特征在于:包括搅拌台架(1)、搅拌罐(2)、缓冲罐(3)、分配架(4)、倾斜运输带(5)、水平输送带(6)、调节轮(7)、上框架(8)、支撑腿(9)、驱动轮(10)、从动轮(11)、分配仓(12)、行走驱动电机(13)、驱动控制器(14)、浇筑平板车(15)、浇筑底模(16)、浇筑盖模(17)、模具坑(18)、导轨(19)、高频振动车(20)、下振动板(21)、上振动板(22)、振动弹簧(23)、高频振动机(24)、电动搅拌杆(42)、出料口(43)、出料阀(44)、分料口(45)和分料阀(46),所述搅拌台架(1)上自左而右依次固定安装有搅拌罐(2)和缓冲罐(3);所述搅拌台架(1)右侧设置有采用对称方式布置的分配架(4);所述搅拌罐(2)的下口与缓冲罐(3)的上口之间架设连接有倾斜运输带(5);所述缓冲罐(3)的下口与所述分配仓(12)的上口之间设置有水平输送带(6);所述上框架(8)通过底部的调节轮(7)活动安装在所述分配架(4)顶部;所述分配仓(12)的两侧通过支撑腿(9)分别安装有驱动轮(10)和从动轮(11);所述驱动轮(10)和从动轮(11)通过导轨活动安装在所述上框架(8)的表面;所述驱动轮(10)通过皮带与所述支撑腿(9)上安装的行走驱动电机(13)的输出端相连;所述支撑腿(9)的侧壁上还设置有驱动控制器(14);两个所述分配架(4)之间设置有浇筑平板车(15);所述浇筑平板车(15)的上部自下而上依次放置有浇筑底模(16)和浇筑盖模(17);所述浇筑底模(16)和浇筑盖模(17)装配后之间形成模具坑(18);所述分配架(4)的右侧设置有高频振动车(20);所述浇筑平板车(15)和高频振动车(20)均通过导轨(19)安装在地面上;所述高频振动车(20)的上部安装有下振动板(21);所述下振动板(21)的上表面通过振动弹簧(23)连接有上振动板(22);所述上振动板(22)与下振动板(21)之间的中部位置还安装连接有高频振动机(24),所述搅拌罐(2)的内部安装有电动搅拌杆(42);所述搅拌罐(2)和缓冲罐(3) 的底部均设置有出料口(43);所述出料口(43)上均安装有出料阀(44);所述分配仓(12)的底部设置有分料口(45);所述分料口(45)上安装有分料阀(46)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于航道整治的联锁块生产装置系统,其特征在于:在靠近所述高频振动车(20)侧边的所述分配架(4)壁板上安装有支撑座(47),所述支撑座(47)上通过转盘(48)活动连接有L型吊杆(49),所述L型吊杆(49)的上部对称安装有提升电机(50),所述提升电机(50)的输出端连接有提升绳(51)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于航道整治的联锁块生产装置系统,其特征在于:所述高频振动车(20)的右侧还设置有分模架(25),所述分模架(25)的下方设置有分模运输车(28);所述分模运输车(28)的上部放置有浇筑混凝土后的所述浇筑底模(16)和浇筑盖模(17);所述分模架(25)的顶部对称安装有起吊电机(29),所述起吊电机(29)的输出端连接有绞盘(30);所述绞盘(30)上缠绕有起吊钢丝绳(31);所述起吊钢丝绳(31)的下端头均安装有吊环。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于航道整治的联锁块生产装置系统,其特征在于:所述分模架(25)的右侧还依次设置有一级蒸汽室(26)、二级蒸汽室(27)和蒸汽发生罐(35),所述一级蒸汽室(26)和二级蒸汽室(27)的两侧面上均活动安装有卷帘门(32);所述一级蒸汽室(26)和二级蒸汽室(27)的顶部均安装有蒸汽罩(33),所述蒸汽罩(33)的上口均通过蒸汽管(34)与蒸汽发生罐(35)相连通。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于航道整治的联锁块生产装置系统,其特征在于:在所述蒸汽发生罐(35)上部的所述蒸汽管(34)上还安装有总流量阀(40)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于航道整治的联锁块生产装置系统,其 特征在于:所述蒸汽发生罐(35)的顶部还安装有泄气安全阀(36),所述蒸汽发生罐(35)的侧壁上安装有加注管(37)和控制开关(38),所述加注管(37)上安装有单向阀(41)。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于航道整治的联锁块生产装置系统,其特征在于:所述蒸汽罩(33)上端连接管处安装有气量分配阀(39)。
