在一个实施例中,所述拉杆设置成当所述拉杆未从所述箱体拉出时,按压所述控制键,将所述拉杆移动到所述提手位置,再次按压所述控制键,将所述拉杆从所述提手位置移动到所述推行位置,再次按压所述控制键,将所述拉杆从所述推行位置拉动到所述拉行位置。
在一个实施例中,所述拉杆包括把手组件、传动组件、内管、外管以及档位组件,所述内管包括顶部的横管和两侧的立管,所述传动组件安装于所述内管内,所述把手安装于所述内管的顶部横管外,所述内管两侧的立管分别容纳于两根外管内,所述档位组件安装于所述外管的底部并与所述传动组件配合,所述把手与所述传动组件联动并通过所述传动组件驱动所述档位组件运动,从而使得所述拉杆分别处于提手位置、推行位置或拉行位置。
在一个实施例中,所述把手包括相互独立的把手上部和把手下部,所述把手上部和把手下部分别安装于所述内管的顶部横管的上方和下方,并相互扣合从而将所述内管的顶部立管容纳于所述把手内部。
在一个实施例中,所述控制键安装于所述把手上部的中部。
在一个实施例中,所述传动组件包括传动杆、拐角传动块、钢线以及传动脚,所述传动杆安装于所述内管的顶部横管内,所述拐角传动块的下端与所述钢线的上端连接,所述拐角传动块的上端与所述传动杆的端部配合,所述钢线安装于所述内管内并在下端连接所述传动脚,所述传动杆的运动通过所述拐角传动块传递给所述钢线,从而带动所述传动脚运动。
在一个实施例中,所述档位组件包括换向件、定位件、限位件以及第一弹性件,所述限位件沿竖直方向设有限位件安装槽以及沿水平方向设有定位件安装槽,所述换向件安装于所述限位件安装槽内且所述换向件的上端与所述传动角块的下表面接触,所述第一弹性件和定位件安装于所述定位件安装槽内且所述第一弹性件位于所述定位件的后方,所述定位件在所述第一弹性件的弹力作用下能够向所述限位件的外部凸出从而容纳于分别与所述提手位置、推行位置或拉行位置对应的孔内。
在一个实施例中,所述外管设有分别与所述提手位置、推行位置以及拉行位置对应的孔,所述限位件与所述不同的孔配合从而使得所述拉杆位于所述提手位置、推行位置和拉行位置。
在一个实施例中,所述换向件的下端设有导向斜面,所述定位件设有与所述导向斜面配合的换向斜面,当所述换向件向下运动时,所述导向斜面与所述换向斜面配合从而迫使所述定位件向后运动退回所述限位件的内部。
在一个实施例中,所述档位组件还包括第二弹性件以及封头件,所述封头件固定安装于所述外管下端的内部,所述第二弹性件的上端与所述限位件接触并支撑所述限位件,所述第二弹性件的下端安装于所述封头件上。
在一个实施例中,所述第一弹性件和所述第二弹性为弹簧。
在一个实施例中,所述箱体的内部还设有拉杆固定件,所述拉杆固定件与所述封头件固定连接并将所述拉杆的底端固定在所述箱体的内部。
本发明的拉杆式行李箱的拉杆具有提手位置、推行位置和拉行位置,在提手位置时拉杆可以直接用作提手,从而箱体不需要再另行装配行李箱提手,简化了设计,节约重量和成本,同时在推行位置便于箱体的推行,三级位置便于行李箱拉行。
此外,由于拉杆的竖杆设置于箱体框架的两侧(这种设置使得拉杆与普通拉杆箱的拉杆相比,显得拉杆的两个竖杆之间的距离更宽,因此称为宽拉杆),拉杆的横杆设置于框架的顶部并且当拉杆未拉出时横杆完全嵌入箱体里面,可以实现纯平的顶部,此时顶部可以用来放置笔记本操作,使用者也可以坐在箱体顶部,坐起来 很舒服。
其次,由于拉杆的竖杆设置于箱体框架两侧,可以让箱子里面,两个面都是纯平的,因此,拉杆不会占用箱体的有效利用空间,从而可以节约很多内部空间(传统的拉杆会侵占很多背部空间),使得箱体内的使用空间更大,便于存放更多的物品。
再次,由于宽拉杆在使用过程中,例如需要将拉杆箱携带上下楼梯等,可以胳膊穿进去,方便提拉操作,节约体力。
最后,宽拉杆的内管是一根一体化弯管,不会断裂,而传统拉杆是使用两根管子通过一个横梁链接,容易断裂。

图1-3是本发明拉杆箱100的主视图,其示拉杆分别处于提手位置、推行位置以及拉行位置的状态,图4是本发明拉杆箱100的侧视图。如图1-4所示,拉杆箱100包括箱体20和拉杆10,根据拉杆10从箱体20伸出的长度不同拉杆依次具有提手位置A、推行位置B以及拉行位置C,当拉杆10处于提手位置A时,通过拉杆10能够将箱体20提起。
当拉杆10处于提手位置A时,拉杆10从箱体20内伸出的第一长度最短。当拉杆10处于拉行位置C时,拉杆10从箱体20内伸出的第三长度最长。当拉杆10处于推行位置B时,拉杆10从箱体20内伸出的第二长度位于第一长度和第三长度之间。
图5示出拉杆箱100的立体图,图6示出图5的拉杆箱的箱体20的立体图,其中,拉杆已经被拆下,图7示出拉杆箱100的又一立体图,其中拉杆未被拉起,如图5-7所示,拉杆箱100包括位于四周的框架21以及位于箱体框架21的前表面的前面板22和位于箱体框架21的后表面的后面板23,框架21、前面板22和后面板23合围成箱体20。拉杆10包括横杆12和竖杆11,横杆12位于箱体框架21的顶部以及竖杆11位于箱体框架21的两侧。通过图5可以清楚看出,本发明的拉杆 与普通的拉杆箱相比,拉杆的横杆要长得多,大致与箱体等宽,因此也称作宽拉杆。
如图6-7所示,在框架的顶部设有凹槽23,当拉杆10未被拉出时,横杆12嵌入凹槽23内,从表面上看,拉杆10与箱体20结合成一体,整个拉杆箱外观非常简洁。
图8示出本发明一个实施例中的拉杆箱100A的立体分解图,在图8所示的实施例中,前面板22和后面板23可拆卸地连接在箱体框架21的前表面和后表面。此种方式便于箱体面板的更换,用户还可以根据个人喜好更换不同颜色的面板。
继续参见图1-8,作为一种优选的方式,拉杆10的竖杆11位于箱体框架21两侧的中部。如此设置,便于当拉杆10处于提手位置时提起拉杆箱100,并且由于拉杆10处于箱体框架的中部,因此,提起时便于保持箱体的平衡。
在一个实施例中,箱体框架21包括相互独立的第一部分(即箱体主体)和第二部分(即箱盖),第一部分和第二部分之间通过铰链可转动地连接。其中,第一部分的厚度大于箱体框架第二部分的厚度,拉杆设置于箱体框架21的第一部分(即箱体主体)上,其中,竖杆设置于箱体框架21的第一部分的两侧,横杆设置于第一部分的顶部。
如图5所示,拉杆12的中部设有控制键121,操作该控制键121使得拉杆处于提手位置A、推行位置B或拉行位置C。虽然图中示出控制键121处于横杆12的中部,然而,本领域的技术人员可以理解,控制键也可以设置在拉杆的其他位置。图示的实施例中,控制键121通过按压的方式操作。当拉杆10未从箱体20内拉出时,拉杆10完全嵌入箱体20内。
当拉杆10未从箱体20拉出时,按压一下控制键121,可以将拉杆移动到提手位置A,再次按压控制键121,可以将拉杆12从提手位置A移动到推行位置B,再次按压控制键121,可以将拉杆从推行位置B移动到拉行位置C。
下面参照图9-12发明的拉杆10进行说明。图9是拉杆10的立体图,图10是拉杆10的剖视图,图11是图10的E部分的放大图,图12是拉杆10的立体分解图。如图9-11示,拉杆10包括把手组件13、传动组件14、内管15、外管16以及档位组件15,内管15包括一体形成的顶部的横管151和两侧的立管152,传动组件14安装于内管15内,把手13安装于内管15的顶部横管151外,内管15两侧的立管152分别容纳于两根外管16内,档位组件15安装于外管16的底部并与传动组件14配合,把手13与传动组件14联动并通过传动组件14驱动档位组件15 运动,从而使得拉杆10分别处于提手位置、推行位置或拉行位置。由于内管15是一根一体化弯管,不易断裂,而传统拉杆使用两根管子通过一个横梁链接,则容易断裂。
具体地,把手13包括把手上部131和把手下部132,把手上部131和把手下部132分别安装于内管15的顶部横管151的上方和下方,并相互扣合从而将内管15的顶部横管151容纳于把手13的内部。控制键17安装于把手的中部,具体地,把手上部131的中部设有控制键槽(图未示),控制键17容纳于控制键槽内。
传动组件14包括传动杆141、拐角传动块142、钢线143以及传动脚144,传动杆141安装于内管15的顶部横管151内,拐角传动块142的下端与钢线的上端连接,拐角传动块142的上端与传动杆141的端部配合,钢线143安装于内管15的立管152内并在下端连接传动脚144,传动杆141的运动通过拐角传动块142传递给钢线143,从而带动传动脚144运动。
外管16从下往上设有分别拉杆的未伸出位置、提手位置、推行位置以及拉行位置对应的孔161、162、163和164,档位组件15的定位件152分别与孔161、162、163、164配合从而使得拉杆位于未伸出位置、提手位置、推行位置和拉行位置。
档位组件15包括换向件151、定位件152、限位件153以及第一弹性件154,限位件153沿竖直方向设有限位件安装槽1531以及沿水平方向设有定位件安装槽1532,换向件151安装于限位件安装槽1531内且换向件151的上端与传动角块144的下表面接触,第一弹性件154和定位件152安装于定位件安装槽1532内且第一弹性件154位于定位件152的后方,定位件152在第一弹性件154的弹力作用下能够向限位件153的外部凸出从而容纳于分别与未伸出位置、提手位置、推行位置或拉行位置对应的外管16的孔161、162、163、164内。
换向件151的下端设有导向斜面1511,定位件152设有与导向斜面配合的换向斜面1521,当换向件151向下运动时,导向斜面1511与换向斜面1521配合从而迫使定位件152向后运动退回限位件153的内部。
档位组件15还包括第二弹性件155以及封头件156,封头件156固定安装于外管16下端的内部,第二弹性件155的上端与限位件153的底表面接触并支撑限位件153,第二弹性件155的下端安装于封头件156上。具体地,封头件156的丁端面上设有凸出部1561,第二弹性件155安装于凸出部1561上。
继续参照图10-11,换向件151设有沿竖直方向延伸的导向槽1513,导向槽1513 通过销1514安装在限位件153的换向件安装槽1531内,换向件151可沿销1514上下滑动。换向件151的侧面设有限位台阶1512,限位台阶1512与限位件153内的挡板1533配合,使得换向件151只能在限位件153内进行一定距离的竖直运动,该运动的行程即导向槽1531的深度。
定位件152的前端设有凸出部1522,该凸出部1522的尺寸与外管16上与拉杆未伸出位置、提手位置、推行位置以及拉行位置对应的孔161、162、163、164配合,从而在第一弹性件154的驱动下能够进入相应的孔161、162、163、164内。
图13-15示出拉杆10与箱体20的连接状态。图13是拉杆箱100的主视图,图14是沿图13的线A-A剖开的剖视图,图15是沿图13的线K-K剖开的剖视图。如图13-15所示,拉杆10通过分别通过位于上部的螺钉31和位于下部的螺钉32固定在箱体20内,其中,上部的螺钉31通过将外管16固定在箱体内固定拉杆,下部的螺钉32通过将固定件157固定在箱体内固定拉杆。
拉杆处于未伸出位置时,定位件152的凸出部1522容纳在外管16上的第一孔161内,当需要将拉杆拉出至提手位置时,按压控制键17,驱动传动杆141向下运动,该运动通过钢线143传递给传动脚144,传动脚144向下按压换向件151,换向件151向下运动并通过导向斜面1511与换向斜面1521的接触迫使换向件152克服第一弹性件154的弹力向后运动,从第一孔161内退出并退回到限位件153内,此时在第二弹性件155向上的弹力作用下整个限位件向上运动,并推动内管15向上运动,直到换向件152的凸出部1522运动到外管16的与提手位置对应的第二孔162,此时凸出部1522伸入第二孔162内限位,拉杆处于提手位置,不能再继续向上运动,此时握住把手13,可以将拉杆箱100提起,把手13起到了拉杆箱提手的作用。
需要推动拉杆箱时,再次按压控制键17,驱动传动杆141向下运动,该运动通过钢线143传递给传动脚144,传动脚144向下按压换向件151,换向件151向下运动并通过导向斜面1511与换向斜面1521的接触迫使换向件152克服第一弹性件154的弹力向后运动,从第二孔161内退出并退回到限位件153内,此时即可向上拉动把手使拉杆继续向上运动,直到换向件152的凸出部1522运动到外管16的与推行位置对应的第三孔163,此时凸出部1522伸入第三孔163内被限位,拉杆处于拉行位置,不能再继续向上运动,此时便于推动拉杆箱。、
当需要将拉杆变换到拉行位置时,操作方法和原理与上面的方法相同,此处不 再赘述。
此外,通过上文的描述可以清楚知道,在本实施例中,拉杆10的顶部横杆12包括把手13、传动杆141、拐角传动块142以及内管15的顶部横管151,而竖杆11在外延包括内管15的竖管152、外管16以及容纳于外管16和竖管152内的部分。
作为一种比较优选的方案,上述实施例中的第一弹性件和第二弹性可以是弹簧。然而,本领域的技术人员可以理解,第一弹性件和第二弹性件也可以选用本领域中常用的其它弹性装置。
本发明的拉杆式行李箱,拉杆的竖杆设置于箱体框架的两侧,同时拉杆具有提手位置、推行位置和拉行位置,在提手位置时拉杆可以直接用作提手,从而箱体不需要再另行装配行李箱提手,简化了设计,同时在推行位置便于箱体的推行,三级位置便于行李箱拉行。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种拉杆箱,包括箱体和拉杆,其特征在于,所述拉杆根据所述拉杆从所述箱体伸出的长度不同依次具有提手位置、推行位置以及拉行位置,当所述拉杆处于所述提手位置时,通过所述拉杆能够将所述箱体提起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述箱体包括箱体框架以及位于所述箱体框架前表面的前面板和位于所述箱体框架后表面的后面板,所述拉杆包括横杆和竖杆,所述横杆位于所述箱体框架顶部以及所述竖杆位于所述箱体框架两侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述前面板和后面板可拆卸地连接在所述箱体框架的前表面和后表面。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述竖杆位于所述箱体框架两侧的中部。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述箱体框架包括相互独立的第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分和第二部分之间通过铰链可转动地连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述箱体框架第一部分的厚度大于所述箱体框架第二部分的厚度,所述拉杆设置于所述箱体框架的第一部分上,其中,所述竖杆设置于所述箱体框架的第一部分的两侧,所述横杆设置于所述箱体框架的第一部分的顶部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述拉杆设置成当所述拉杆处于所述提手位置时,所述拉杆从所述箱体内伸出的第一长度最短。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述拉杆设置成当所述拉杆处于所述拉行位置时,所述拉杆从所述箱体内伸出的第三长度最长。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述拉杆设置成当所述拉杆处于所述推行位置时,所述拉杆从所述箱体内伸出的第二长度位于所述第一长度和所述第三长度之间。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述拉杆设有控制键,通过操作所述控制键使得所述拉杆处于所述提手位置、推行位置或拉行位置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述拉杆包括顶部横杆以 及两侧的竖杆,所述控制键设置于所述顶部横杆上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述控制键设置在所述顶部横杆的中部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述控制键设置成通过按压的方式操作。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述拉杆设置成当所述拉杆未从所述箱体拉出时,所述拉杆完全嵌入所述箱体内。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述拉杆设置成当所述拉杆未从所述箱体拉出时,按压所述控制键,将所述拉杆移动到所述提手位置,再次按压所述控制键,将所述拉杆从所述提手位置移动到所述推行位置,再次按压所述控制键,将所述拉杆从所述推行位置拉动到所述拉行位置。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述拉杆包括把手组件、传动组件、内管、外管以及档位组件,所述内管包括顶部的横管和两侧的立管,所述传动组件安装于所述内管内,所述把手安装于所述内管的顶部横管外,所述内管两侧的立管分别容纳于两根外管内,所述档位组件安装于所述外管的底部并与所述传动组件配合,所述把手与所述传动组件联动并通过所述传动组件驱动所述档位组件运动,从而使得所述拉杆分别处于提手位置、推行位置或拉行位置。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述把手包括相互独立的把手上部和把手下部,所述把手上部和把手下部分别安装于所述内管的顶部横管的上方和下方,并相互扣合从而将所述内管的顶部立管容纳于所述把手内部。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述控制键安装于所述把手上部的中部。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述传动组件包括传动杆、拐角传动块、钢线以及传动脚,所述传动杆安装于所述内管的顶部横管内,所述拐角传动块的下端与所述钢线的上端连接,所述拐角传动块的上端与所述传动杆的端部配合,所述钢线安装于所述内管内并在下端连接所述传动脚,所述传动杆的运动通过所述拐角传动块传递给所述钢线,从而带动所述传动脚运动。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述档位组件包括换向件、定位件、限位件以及第一弹性件,所述限位件沿竖直方向设有限位件安装槽以及沿水平方向设有定位件安装槽,所述换向件安装于所述限位件安装槽内且所述换向件的上端与所述传动角块的下表面接触,所述第一弹性件和定位件安装于所述定位件安装槽内且所述第一弹性件位于所述定位件的后方,所述定位件在所述第一弹性件的弹力作用下能够向所述限位件的外部凸出从而容纳于分别与所述提手位置、推行位置或拉行位置对应的孔内。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述外管设有分别与所述提手位置、推行位置以及拉行位置对应的孔,所述限位件与所述不同的孔配合从而使得所述拉杆位于所述提手位置、推行位置和拉行位置。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述换向件的下端设有导向斜面,所述定位件设有与所述导向斜面配合的换向斜面,当所述换向件向下运动时,所述导向斜面与所述换向斜面配合从而迫使所述定位件向后运动退回所述限位件的内部。
  23. 根据权利要求20所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述档位组件还包括第二弹性件以及封头件,所述封头件固定安装于所述外管下端的内部,所述第二弹性件的上端与所述限位件接触并支撑所述限位件,所述第二弹性件的下端安装于所述封头件上。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述第一弹性件和所述第二弹性为弹簧。
  25. 根据权利要求23所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述箱体的内部还设有拉杆固定件,所述拉杆固定件与所述封头件固定连接并将所述拉杆的底端固定在所述箱体的内部。
