　理美容椅子は、初高を低く抑えるように構成していることから、レッグレストを折畳んだ状態で垂直となるように構成すると、当該理美容椅子をベッド状態としたときレッグレストの長さが不足し、被施術者の脹脛を十分に支持することができなくなる。
　そのため、理美容椅子を椅子状態にしたとき、レッグレストを完全に折畳まずに、椅子前方へ先端部分を突き出し、適当に傾斜させて配置したものが多く、前述のように被施術者が着座部に浅く座るようになる。
　ベッド状態においてフラット感を重視した理美容椅子は、側方に手摺などを備えていないものが多く、このような理美容椅子に浅く腰掛けてしまうと、着座部に深く座り直すことが難しくなる。また、この理美容椅子に浅く腰掛けた状態でバックレストを倒すと、身体側方のサポート感が弱いため被施術者が不安を感じる場合がある。

　このレッグレスト支持機構部により、レッグレスト１３の先端側は、床面等からの高さが変化し、例えば、レッグレスト１３の上面が、椅子前方へ傾斜した状態から略水平状態となる範囲で変化する。なお、レッグレスト１３の先端側は、被施術者の踵、もしくはその近傍を支持する部分である。
　換言すると、理美容椅子１は、着座部１２とレッグレスト１３との間に関節が設けられており、着座部１２に対してレッグレスト１３が起きた状態と寝た状態になるように構成されている。なお、理美容椅子１は、ベッド状態、即ち、レッグレスト１３が略水平状態となっている場合には、レッグレスト１３の上面と着座部１２の上面が連なって平面または略平面となるように構成されている。
　レッグレスト支持機構部は、前述のバックレスト支持機構部と連動してレッグレスト１３の姿勢を変化させるように構成してもよい。
　具体的には、バックレスト１１が椅子後方へ倒されたとき、レッグレスト１３と座部１２が略水平になるように支持し、バックレスト１１が起きた状態にされたとき、レッグレスト１３の先端側を低くして傾斜した状態にするように構成する。
　レッグレスト１３は、内部に適度な硬さ（柔らかさ）のクッション材等を備えており、レッグレスト１３上面（被施術者の脹脛等に当接する面）の基端側を丸く形成し、例えば適当な円周形状で丸く形成した側方部１３ａ，１３ｂを設けている。なお、レッグレスト１３は、上面の先端側を丸く形成し、上記の基端側と先端側を含めて上面全体を丸く形成してもよい。
　図２（ａ），図２（ｂ），図２（ｃ）は、本実施例の理美容椅子１に備えられる着座部１２およびレッグレスト１３の構成を示す説明図である。
　図２（ａ）の着座部１２およびレッグレスト１３は、図１に例示したものを上方視したものである。なお、ここで図示したレッグレスト１３は、先端部分を低く下げ、当該レッグレスト１３の上面を、理美容椅子１の前方に向けて傾いている状態である。
　前述のように、着座部１２の前側両角部等（前端）を丸く形成し、また、レッグレスト１３の後側（基端側）を丸く形成して、これらを対向配置すると、側方部１２ａと側方１３ａとの間に空き領域Ａが生じ、側方部１２ｂと側方部１３ｂとの間に空き領域Ａが生じる。
　換言すると、理美容椅子１の、被施術者の脚部を支持する部位の両側方に、着座部１２等の幅方向に沿って側端から中央へ向かう窪み（空き領域Ａ）が設けられている。
　図３（ａ），図３（ｂ）は、本実施例の理美容椅子１に被施術者Ｂが着座するときの態様を示す説明図である。図３（ａ）は、空き領域Ａに被施術者Ｂが立っている状態を示し、図３（ｂ）は、空き領域Ａに立っていた被施術者Ｂが着座部１２に腰掛けた状態を示している。なお、図３（ａ）および図３（ｂ）において、レッグレスト１３は上面が前方へ傾斜している（先端部分を低く下げている）状態である。
　理美容椅子１は、施術前の初期状態として椅子状態になっており、バックレスト１１は起立し、レッグレスト１３は先端部分を低く下げている。
　この状態の理美容椅子１に被施術者Ｂが着座するとき、被施術者Ｂは、着座部１２の前側（着座部１２前端とレッグレスト１３後端との間）に近づき、図３（ａ）に示したように、概ねバックレスト１１に背を向けて（後ろ向きになって）空き領域Ａの位置に立つ。
　空き領域Ａに立った場合、被施術者Ｂの脚部は、着座部１２（もしくは理美容椅子１）の幅方向において、着座部１２の側端部よりも当該着座部１２の中央寄りに位置する。
　この位置に立った状態から着座部１２へ腰を下ろすと、腰もしくは尻部分が着座部１２の例えば中央近傍に降りることになり、図３（ｂ）に示したように、着座部１２の奥側へ深く腰掛けた姿勢になる。
　被施術者Ｂは、このように着座部１２へ深く腰掛けた後、腰部等を回転して背中をバックレスト１１に当接させ、また、両脚をレッグレスト１３の上面側へ移動し、例えば脹脛等をレッグレスト１３に当接させる。
　換言すると、空き領域Ａ（前述の窪み）は、被施術者Ｂが、立ち姿勢から腰を下ろしたとき、着座部１２に深く着座することができる位置に立つことを可能にするものである。
　ここで説明した着座部１２およびレッグレスト１３は、図２（ａ）に示したように、着座部１２の前側とレッグレスト１３の後側の両方を丸く形成したものであるが、十分な大きさ（広さ）の空き領域Ａが生じる形状であれば、例えば、図２（ｂ）に示したように、着座部１２の側方部１２ａ，１２ｂ等を適当な円周形状で丸く形成し、レッグレスト１３の側方部１３ａ，１３ｂには角部（略角部）を有するように形成してもよい。また、図２（ｃ）に示したように、着座部１２の側方部１２ａ，１２ｂには角部（略角部）を有するように形成し、レッグレスト１３の側方部１３ａ，１３等を適当な円周形状で丸く（もしくはレッグレスト１３上面の外周全体を概ね丸く）形成してもよい。
　ここで例示した理美容椅子１は、着座部１２とレッグレスト１３を別部材として備えているが、着座部１２の機能を有する部位（被施術者Ｂの腰部等を支持する部位）と、レッグレスト１３の機能を有する部位（被施術者Ｂの脚部を支持する部位）とを連結し、一連の構造体として構成してもよい。このとき、空き領域Ａは、脚部を支持する部位の両側方に、前述のように被施術者Ｂが立つことができる窪みとして設けられる。
　以上のように本実施例によれば、被施術者Ｂが空き領域Ａに立っている姿勢から着座部１２に腰を下ろすと、当該着座部１２の奥側に深く着座することができる。
　また、着座部１２とレッグレスト１３の各部分を丸く形成することにより、空き領域Ａが形成され、上記のように着座部１２の奥側に深く着座することができる。
　また、レッグレスト１３を丸く形成することにより、被施術者Ｂが着座する際に、レッグレスト１３上側の側方部分が邪魔にならず、ストレスを感じることなく着座姿勢を整えることができる。
　また、被施術者Ｂが、理美容椅子１に近寄る際に、レッグレスト１３下側の側方部分が邪魔にならず、ストレスを感じることなく接近して着座することができる。
　また、レッグスレスト１３を支持するレッグレスト支持機構部を、着座部１２およびレッグレスト１３の幅方向中央となる位置に設置したので、空き領域Ａを十分広く設けることが可能になり、被施術者Ｂが着座部１２に十分接近して腰を下ろし、深く腰掛けることが容易になる。

Claims (6)

  1. 　被施術者の背中を支持するバックレストと、
    　前記被施術者の下半身を支持する座部と、
    　を備え、
    　前記座部は、
    　　前記被施術者の腰部を支持する部位の前方で、前記被施術者の脚部を支持する部位の両側方に、該座部の幅方向に沿って側端から中央へ向かう窪みを有し、
    　前記窪みは、
    　　立ち姿勢から腰を下ろすと前記腰部を支持する部位に深く着座することが可能な立ち位置に、前記被施術者が立つことができるように形成した、
    　ことを特徴とする理美容椅子。
  2. 　前記座部は、
    　　前記被施術者の腰部を支持する着座部と、
    　　前記被施術者の脚部を支持するレッグレストと、
    　を備え、
    　前記着座部は、
    　　前記窪みを形成するように前記被施術者の腰部に当接する上面の前端側を丸く形成した、
    　ことを特徴とする請求項１に記載の理美容椅子。
  3. 　　前記座部は、
    　　前記被施術者の腰部を支持する着座部と、
    　　前記被施術者の脚部を支持するレッグレストと、
    　を備え、
    　前記レッグレストは、
    　　前記窪みを形成するように前記被施術者の脚部に当接する上面の、前記着座部前端側と対向配置する基端側を丸く形成した、
    　ことを特徴とする請求項１に記載の理美容椅子。
  4. 　　前記座部は、
    　　前記被施術者の腰部を支持する着座部と、
    　　前記被施術者の脚部を支持するレッグレストと、
    　を備え、
    　前記着座部は、
    　　前記被施術者の腰部に当接する上面の前端側を丸く形成し、
    　前記レッグレストは、
    　　前記被施術者の脚部に当接する上面の、前記着座部前端側と対向配置する基端側を丸く形成し、
    　前記着座部の丸く形成された前端と前記レッグレストの丸く形成された基端側によって前記窪みを形成する、
    　ことを特徴とする請求項１に記載の理美容椅子。
  5. 　前記レッグレストは、
    　　前記被施術者の脚部に当接する上面の先端側を含めて該上面全体を丸く形成した、
    　ことを特徴とする請求項３または４のいずれか１項に記載の理美容椅子。
  6. 　前記着座部と前記レッグレストとを接続し、前記着座部に対して前記レッグレストを水平または傾いた状態にして支持する支持機構部を、前記着座部および前記レッグレストの幅方向中央に備えた、
    　ことを特徴とする請求項２から５のいずれか１項に記載の理美容椅子。
