在本申请实施例中,由于在电动汽车整车快充和整车高压上下电时候,如果配电盒内的快充继电器粘连发生故障的情况,会导致零部件损坏,甚至整齐损坏,同时也会危机到用户的人身安全。因此,当电动汽车内充电机检测到电动汽车的电池主正、主负接触闭合时,开始进行自检,检测快充继电器粘连是否正常。本申请实施例通过检测部署在配电盒内的快充继电器周围的多个检测点的接口间的目标电压判断快充继电器粘连是否正常。所述配电盒内可以设置有快充正继电器和/或快充负继电器,配电盒内部署有一个或两个继电器均可通过本申请实施例所述预设检测规则检测所述检测点的接口间的目标电压判断快充继电器粘连是否正常。
示例的,参照图2,当所述配电盒内部署有快充正继电器和快充负继电器时,所述配电盒内部署有,快充正继电器负极A1,快充正继电器正极B1,快充负继电器正极C1,快充负继电器负极1D,所述充电机检测A1D1间电压、B1C1间电压的检测电路,并把检测报告上报电池管理系统,上报所述目标电压分别为信号1和信号2
步骤102,根据所述目标电压与预期标准电压进行对比,判断所述快充继电器是否故障。
本申请实施例中,所述配电盒内部署有正、负快充继电器时,当电动汽车的电池管理系统接收到所述充电机发送的目标电压,将所述目标电压与所述预期标准电压进行对比,所述预期标准电压与目标电压对比判断所述快充继电器粘连是否正常可以参照表1:

步骤103,若无故障,根据判断结果输出检测报告。
在本申请实施例中,根据所述目标电压与所述预期标准电压进行对比,确定所述快充继电器的准确检测结果,若检测结果为正常,则所述电池管理系统输出正常的检测结果。
参照图3是本申请实施例提供的另一种电池管理方法的步骤流程图,该方法可以包括:
步骤301,当检测到电池主正、主负接触闭合时,按照预设检测规则检测部署在配电盒内的快充继电器周围的多个检测点的目标电压。
本申请实施例中,配电盒内通常可以部署四个检测点的接口作为充电机检测电压的检测点。
步骤301可以参照步骤101,此处不再复述。
进一步的,当所述配电盒内有快充正继电器和快充负继电器时,所述检测点包括:快充正继电器正极接口,快充正继电器负极接口,快充负继电器正极接口,快充负继电器负极接口,步骤301可以包括:
步骤301a,分别检测所述快充正继电器正极接口与所述快充负继电器负极接口间的第一目标电压,所述快充正继电器负极接口与所述快充负继电器正极接口间的第二目标电压。
步骤3011可以参照步骤101,此处不再复述。
进一步的,当所述配电盒内仅有快充正继电器时,所述检测点包括:快充正继电器正极接口,快充正继电器负极接口,配电盒负极高电势端接口,配电盒负极低电势端接口,步骤301可以包括:
步骤301b,分别检测所述快充正继电器正极接口与所述配电盒负极低电势端接口间的第一目标电压,所述快充正继电器负极接口与所述配电盒负极高电势端接口间的第二目标电压。
示例的,参照图4,所述检测电路内部署有快充正继电器正极接口A2,快充正继电器负极接口B2,配电盒负极低电势端接口D2,配电盒负极高电势端接口C2。充电机检测B2C2间的检测电路,并把检测结果作为所述目标电压上报给电池管理系统,所述目标电压为信号2。
步骤302,根据所述目标电压与预期标准电压进行对比,判断所述快充继电器是否故障。
在本申请实施例中,电动汽车内的充电机将所述目标电压上报至电池管理系统进行故障诊断,从而根据判断结果确定所述快充继电器是否存在故障。
进一步的,所述步骤302可以包括:
在预置时间延迟后,根据所述目标电压与预期标准电压进行对比,判断所述快充继电器是否故障。
在本申请实施例中,考虑到所述快充继电器上报所述目标电压需要消耗一定时间,为了防止电池管理系统误报故障,可以设置一定的预置时间,在预置时间后对所述目标电压进行延迟对比判断,从而避免了由于上报所述目标电压获取延迟可能导致的误报。
示例的,当电池管理系统发出快充继电器驱动电平后,20ms内快充继电器可闭合,然后电压采样电路副边的单片机可采集到电压,这个过程需要5ms,25ms内通过串口发送给DPS(Digital Signal Processing,数字信号处理芯片),然后充电机在20ms-40ms内上报所述目标电压,由于具体时间难以计算,为了保证电池管理系统诊断的准确性,可以设置在200ms的预置时间延迟后开启诊断快充继电器是否处于断开状态。
进一步的,当所述配电盒内仅包括快充正继电器时,参照步骤301b,步骤302可以通过以下示例实现,
所述电池管理系统接收充电机上报的所述目标电压,将所述目标电压与所述预期标准电压根据下表2进行对比,

步骤303,若无故障,根据判断结果输出检测报告。
在本申请实施例中,所述电池管理系统通过将所述目标电压与所述预期标准电压进行对比进行诊断得到判断结果,若判断结果为正常,则所述电池管理系统输出所述快充继电器粘连正常的检测报告。
进一步的,所述方法可以还包括:
步骤304,若故障,关闭电路并根据判断结果输出检测报告。
在本申请实施例中,若所述电池管理系统通过诊断得到的判断结果中出现故障,则根据判断结果,输出包含有具体故障类型的检测报告,并关闭电路防止出现人身与财产损失。
本申请所述的一种电池管理的方法,当检测到电池主正、主负接触 闭合时,按照预设检测规则检测部署在快充继电器周围的多个检测点的目标电压;根据所述目标电压与预期标准电压进行对比判断所述快充继电器是否故障;若无故障,根据判断结果输出检测报告。本申请所述的方法和装置通过在快充继电器周围部署检测点进行检测并与预期电压对比,准确简便的检测快充继电器是否粘连正常,并提供了及时的故障提醒。
参照图5是本申请实施例提供的一种电池管理装置的步骤50的结构框图,该装置可以包括:
启动模块501,用于当检测到电池主正、主负接触闭合时,按照预设检测规则检测部署在配电盒内的快充继电器周围的多个检测点的目标电压;
判断模块502,用于根据所述目标电压与预期标准电压进行对比,判断所述快充继电器是否故障;
第一输出模块503,用于若无故障,根据判断结果输出检测报告。
进一步的,所述判断装置502,包括:
延迟判断子模块5021,用于在预置时间延迟后,根据所述目标电压与预期标准电压进行对比,判断所述快充继电器是否故障。
进一步的,当所述配电盒中有快充正继电器和快充负继电器时,
所述检测点包括:快充正继电器正极接口,快充正继电器负极接口,快充负继电器正极接口,快充负继电器负极接口;
所述启动模块501,用于包括:
第一启动子模块501a,用于分别检测所述快充正继电器正极接口与所述快充负继电器负极接口间的第一目标电压,所述快充正继电器负极接口与所述快充负继电器正极接口间的第二目标电压。
进一步的,当所述配电盒内仅有快充正继电器时,
所述检测点包括:快充正继电器正极接口,快充正继电器负极接口,配电盒负极高电势端接口,配电盒负极低电势端接口;
所述启动模块501,用于包括:
第二启动子模块501b,用于分别检测所述快充正继电器正极接口与 所述配电盒负极低电势端接口间的第一目标电压,所述快充正继电器负极接口与所述配电盒负极高电势端接口间的第二目标电压。
进一步的,所述装置,还包括:
第二输出模块504,用于若故障,关闭电路并根据判断结果输出检测报告。
本申请所述的一种电池管理的装置,当检测到电池主正、主负接触闭合时,按照预设检测规则检测部署在快充继电器周围的多个检测点的目标电压;根据所述目标电压与预期标准电压进行对比判断所述快充继电器是否故障;若无故障,根据判断结果输出检测报告。本申请所述的方法和装置通过在快充继电器周围部署检测点进行检测并与预期电压对比,准确简便的检测快充继电器是否粘连正常,并提供了及时的故障提醒。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种电池管理的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    当检测到电池主正、主负接触闭合时,按照预设检测规则检测部署在配电盒内的快充继电器周围的多个检测点的目标电压;
    根据所述目标电压与预期标准电压进行对比,判断所述快充继电器是否故障;
    若无故障,根据判断结果输出检测报告。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述目标电压与预期标准电压进行对比,判断所述快充继电器是否故障,包括:
    在预置时间延迟后,根据所述目标电压与预期标准电压进行对比,判断所述快充继电器是否故障。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述配电盒中有快充正继电器和快充负继电器时,
    所述检测点包括:快充正继电器正极接口,快充正继电器负极接口,快充负继电器正极接口,快充负继电器负极接口;
    所述当检测到电池主正、主负接触闭合时,按照预设检测规则检测部署在配电盒内的快充继电器周围的多个检测点的目标电压,包括:
    分别检测所述快充正继电器正极接口与所述快充负继电器负极接口间的第一目标电压,所述快充正继电器负极接口与所述快充负继电器正极接口间的第二目标电压。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述配电盒内仅有快充正继电器时,
    所述检测点包括:快充正继电器正极接口,快充正继电器负极接口,配电盒负极高电势端接口,配电盒负极低电势端接口;
    所述当检测到电池主正、主负接触闭合时,按照预设检测规则检测部署在配电盒内的快充继电器周围的多个检测点的目标电压,包括:
    分别检测所述快充正继电器正极接口与所述配电盒负极低电势端接口间的第一目标电压,所述快充正继电器负极接口与所述配电盒负极高电势端接口间的第二目标电压。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法,还包括:
    若故障,关闭电路并根据判断结果输出检测报告。
  6. 一种电池管理的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    启动模块,用于当检测到电池主正、主负接触闭合时,按照预设检测规则检测部署在配电盒内的快充继电器周围的多个检测点的目标电压;
    判断模块,用于根据所述目标电压与预期标准电压进行对比,判断所述快充继电器是否故障;
    第一输出模块,用于若无故障,根据判断结果输出检测报告。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述判断装置,包括:
    延迟判断子模块,用于在预置时间延迟后,根据所述目标电压与预期标准电压进行对比,判断所述快充继电器是否故障。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,当所述配电盒中有快充正继电器和快充负继电器时,
    所述检测点包括:快充正继电器正极接口,快充正继电器负极接口,快充负继电器正极接口,快充负继电器负极接口;
    所述启动模块,用于包括:
    第一启动子模块,用于分别检测所述快充正继电器正极接口与所述快充负继电器负极接口间的第一目标电压,所述快充正继电器负极接口与所述快充负继电器正极接口间的第二目标电压。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,当所述配电盒内仅有快充正继电器时,
    所述检测点包括:快充正继电器正极接口,快充正继电器负极接口,配电盒负极高电势端接口,配电盒负极低电势端接口;
    所述启动模块,用于包括:
    第二启动子模块,用于分别检测所述快充正继电器正极接口与所述配电盒负极低电势端接口间的第一目标电压,所述快充正继电器负极接口与所述配电盒负极高电势端接口间的第二目标电压。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置,还包括:
    第二输出模块,用于若故障,关闭电路并根据判断结果输出检测报告
  11. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在计算处理设备上运行时,导致所述计算处理设备执行根据权利要求1-5中的任一个所述的语音处理方法。
  12. 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求1-5所述的计算机程序。
