实现本的技术解决方案如下:包括由上盖板和下盖板构成的壳体,关键是壳体内有一推动门转动的推动装置,一具有弹簧的驱动装置的一端经一转摆件驱动推动装置转动,在驱动装置的另一端设有与驱动装置配合的锁止释放装置。
所述的驱动装置有一可在定位杆上滑动的滑套,定位杆上套设第一弹簧,滑套的另一通孔内上设有活动杆,活动杆上设有第二弹簧,活动杆一端连接的滑块与锁止释放装置配合以锁止和释放上述的驱动装置,滑套下方设有一拉杆。
所述的锁止释放装置有一可旋转的阻挡或释放滑块的挡块,挡块与第三弹簧连接,挡块的一凸出部与可旋转的锁止钩的钩部扣合,锁止钩的一端部与推块接触配合,推块有一复位的第四弹簧。
所述的推动装置有一可转动的摆件,摆件有一摆杆和一与拉杆配合的拨杆,摆件与转摆件配合。
所述的摆件有一凹部,凹部与一曲线面过渡形成一个连续的侧表面。
所述的挡块有一缺口。
所述的滑块的前缘与拉杆的端部的一挡板配合,拉杆另一端的另一挡板与拨杆配合。
所述的转摆件为扇形,其两个角形端部均设有滚轮或带有轴承的滚轮,前述的摆杆的端部设有滚轮。
所述的推块的外露端部设有一调节螺钉,推块设有第五弹簧。
所述的驱动装置的一侧设有一阻尼器,阻尼器的推动杆与一推杆的一端配合。
本发明公开的技术方案,实际使用时,整体安装于柜体,当使用者轻按平开门,触动释放装置,使具预先蓄能状态或弹簧为压缩状态的驱动装置运动,并驱动推动装置,推动装置可将平开门推开至合适的开启位置,故所述的平开门无须设置任何把手或类似结构,关门时只需推动平开门,在平开门上设置的铰链的推动下关闭平开门,上述的技术方案中还设有阻尼器,当铰链推动平开门关闭时,可减缓门的关闭速度,避免出现较大的碰撞噪音 或避免过快的关门速度可能碰撞使用者或夹持使用者。上述的技术方案结构设计独特,开门极为方便,不会给使用者造成任何可能的伤害。

具体实施方式
结合说明书附图给出本发明的具体实施方式的详细描述,需要说明的是本发明的具体实施例的描述是为便于对本发明的技术方案的全面理解,而不应视为是对本发明的权利要求的保护范围的限制。
请参见图1~图7,本发明的实施例的技术解决方案是:包括由上盖板1和下盖板2构成的壳体,将壳体与家具的适当位置固定连接(图1所示),则可实现对家具的平开门的开启,关键是壳体内有一推动门转动的推动装置,一具有弹簧的驱动装置的一端经一转摆件3驱动推动装置转动,在驱动装置的另一端设有与驱动装置配合的锁止释放装置。实际使用时,将本发明设置于家具的柜体与门之间的适当位置(图1所示),使用者只需轻轻按一下门,门体表面接触上述的锁止释放装置,锁止释放装置动作而使关门状态的驱动装置解除锁止状态,驱动装置内的压缩状态的弹簧使驱动装置运动,进而使推动装置运动,推动装置推开家具的平开门;关门时,使用者反向推动平开门,在平开门上安装的铰链作用下关闭平开门,同时本发明再回到关门状态(图2所示)。本发明的上述技术方案应用于家具时,极大地方便了使用者,且门体上不设把手,避免了对儿童可能的碰撞和对衣物的钩扯现象。
所述的驱动装置有一可在定位杆4上滑动的滑套5,定位杆4上套设第一弹簧6,在第一弹簧6的弹力作用下滑套5在定位杆4上滑动位移,滑套5的另一通孔内上设有活动杆7,活动杆7上设有第二弹簧8,活动杆7的一端连接的滑块9与锁止释放装置配合以锁止和释放上述的驱动装置,滑套5下方设有一拉杆10;如图2所示,开门器处于关门状态,上述的第一、二弹簧(6、8)均处于压缩蓄能状态,滑块9与锁止释放装置配合并处于静止状态,锁止释放装置解除锁止,上述的滑块9在第二弹簧8的作用下向右移动并同时带动拉杆10向右移动,拉杆10的另一端则拉动前述的推动装置转动;当上述的活动杆7、滑块9和拉杆10到右侧的终止位置后,仍然处于压缩状态的第一弹簧6驱动滑套5向左滑动并同时带动活动杆7、滑块9和第二弹簧8在无受力状态下向左移动,滑套5的向左滑动时,滑套5的端部驱动前述的转摆件3转动,转摆件3继续驱动推动装置转动至将家具的平开门开启到预定的位置;上述的滑块9向左移动到前述的关门状态的位置后,前述的锁止释放装置的锁止动作启动,再一次锁止滑块9的向左位移。当关闭家具的平开门时,滑块9为锁止状态,滑套5向右运动并压缩第一、二弹簧(6、8)使驱动装置再一次为蓄能状态。
所述的锁止释放装置有一可旋转的阻挡或释放滑块9的挡块11,挡块11与第三弹簧12连接,挡块11的凸出部与可旋转的锁止钩13的钩部扣合,锁止钩13的一端与推块14接触配合,推块14有一复位的第四弹簧15;本发明安装于家具的适当位置后,上述的推块14的端部与家具的平开门的表面为接触或待接触状态,当轻压平开门时,平开门轻压推块14,压推块14的运动使锁止钩13转动并导致钩部与挡块11的凸出部脱离,在压缩状态的第二弹簧8和滑块9的作用下,挡块11转动并同时压缩第三弹簧12,在如前所述的驱动装置的驱动过程中,当滑块9向左位移并达到锁止前的位置时,压缩状态的第三弹簧12又推动挡块11反方向转动,使挡块11的凸出部与锁止钩13的钩部扣合,恢复前述的锁止状态,挡块11对滑块9为阻挡状态。
所述的推动装置有一可转动的摆件16,摆件16有一摆杆17,摆杆17位于壳体外部,摆件16有一与拉杆10配合的拨杆18,摆件16与前述的转摆件3配合;如前所述的驱动装置作用时,滑块9向右运动时带动拉杆10向右运动,拉杆10的另一端拉动拨杆18运动,拨杆18和转摆件3先后带动摆件16转动,摆件16上的摆杆17转动并推动家具的平开门的开启。前面各自然段的技术结构特征的描述已将本发明的运动和静止状态表述清晰,完美地实现了只需轻按压家具的平开门就可将其开启的目的。
所述的摆件16有一凹部22,凹部22与一曲线面23过渡形成一个连续的侧表面;在前述的驱动装置的驱动过程中,首先是拉杆10拉动拨杆18的转动,转摆件3为静止状态,上述的曲线面23平稳滑过转摆件3的一端,当拉杆10向右运动停止时,在第一弹簧6的作用下,滑套5向左运动并推动转摆件3转动,这时转摆件3的另一端沿上述的连续的侧表面运动并同时继续驱动转摆件3的转动,最终转摆件3的一端与上述的凹部22吻合并使摆杆17为最大的摆动尺度;上述的摆件16的结构设计有效地实现了承接第一、二弹簧(6、8)的先后的作用力,实现连续和平稳的转动。
前面已描述了驱动装置在锁止释放后的运动状态和驱动推动装置运动的过程,其中很重要的一点是挡块11的有效的阻挡滑块9和有效的使滑块9无阻碍的向右滑动,为有效地实现上述的技术要求,挡块11有一缺门21(图6所示),缺门21在挡块11的一侧面构成一个凹槽,滑块9的侧部与凹槽配合。当锁止状态时,凹槽底面与水平面为一斜角状态,这时凹槽底面阻止滑块9的运动;当释放时,挡块11的凸出部与锁止钩13的钩部脱离,则在第二弹簧8的作用下,滑块9推动挡块11的凹槽底面并使挡块11转动至凹槽底面为水平状态,滑块9顺利通过凹槽。上述结构非常简单,但起到关键作用。
在前述的驱动装置中,在锁止状态时,滑块9的前缘与拉杆10的端部的一挡板配合,当锁止释放装置解除锁止时,滑块9向右滑动,带动拉杆10的向右滑动,拉杆10另一端的另一挡板与拨杆18配合,当拉杆10右移时挡板接触拨杆18并推动拨杆18,以上只是拉杆10的一种结构(图4所示),不排除相类似的结构。前述的转摆件3的作用是传递的驱动装置的滑套5的作用力于转摆件3,转摆件3设计为扇形,其具有两个角形端部,一个角形端部与滑套5的端部配合,另一个角形端部与摆件16的连续的侧表面配合,由于上述的两个角形端部与滑套5和摆件16的表面存在作用力下的滑动,故为减小滑动时的摩擦力和噪音,在两个角形端部均设有滚轮或带有轴承的滚轮,前述的摆杆17的端部设有滚轮,上述的滚轮均可减小滑动时的摩擦力和摩擦噪音。
由于本发明的开门器的安装精度和/或家具在使用过程中的柜体与门的安装精 度,前述的锁止释放装置的推块14的外露端部与家具的平开门之间会存在过大的间隙,甚至可能因此影响锁止释放装置的有效解除锁止状态,故在推块14的外露端部设有一调节螺钉24,当上述间隙过大或过小时均可旋动螺钉24以调节上述间隙的大小,避免解除锁止不好或轻触而误解除锁止的情况出现,并且为更有效地使推块14复位,在推块14与壳体之间设有第五弹簧25。
前面已详细的给出了本发明的技术方案的结构和动作过程,家具的平开门被自动开启后,使用者推动平开门,即可关闭平开门,关闭平开门的过程是首先平开门推动摆杆17使摆件16转动,摆件16驱动滑套5向右运动并压缩第一、二弹簧(6、8),滑套5至定位杆4的端部停止滑动,第一、二弹簧(6、8)的蓄能完成,摆杆17在平开门上的铰链的作用下继续转动,如铰链自身带有阻尼器,则可平稳地将在平开门推动至关门状态,如上述的铰链自身不带有阻尼器,为避免铰链的作用力而使平开门的速度过大而导致的关门躁声过大和误触发本发明的锁止释放装置,在本发明的驱动装置的一侧设有一阻尼器19,阻尼器19的活塞杆与一可转动的推杆20的一端配合,当平开门关闭到一定位置时,上述的摆杆17与上述的推杆20的另一端接触,推杆20转动后,另一端与活塞杆接触使阻尼器19发挥作用,避免了上述的碰撞躁声和误触发的发生。
前述的可转动的部件均有固定销使各转动部件与壳体定位,因是可预见和为常规情况,故未对固定销作详细的表述。本发明的技术方案设计十分独特,并未见现有技术中有类似的机械结构的技术公开,当然在本发明的启示下出现的类似并起到相同作用的技术方案,应视落在了本发明的保护之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种开门器,包括由上盖板(1)和下盖板(2)构成的壳体,其特征在于壳体内有一推动门转动的推动装置,一具有弹簧的驱动装置的一端经一转摆件(3)驱动推动装置转动,在驱动装置的另一端设有与驱动装置配合的锁止释放装置。
  2. 按权利要求1所述的开门器,其特征在于所述的驱动装置有一可在定位杆(4)上滑动的滑套(5),定位杆(4)上套设第一弹簧(6),滑套(5)的另一通孔内上设有活动杆(7),活动杆(7)上设有第二弹簧(8),活动杆(7)一端连接的滑块(9)与锁止释放装置配合以锁止和释放上述的驱动装置,滑套(5)下方设有一拉杆(10)。
  3. 按权利要求1或2所述的开门器,其特征在于所述的锁止释放装置有一可旋转的阻挡或释放滑块(9)的挡块(11),挡块(11)与第三弹簧(12)连接,挡块(11)的一凸出部与可旋转的锁止钩(13)的钩部扣合,锁止钩(13)的一端部与推块(14)接触配合,推块(14)有一复位的第四弹簧(15)。
  4. 按权利要求3所述的开门器,其特征在于所述的推动装置有一可转动的摆件(16),摆件(16)有一摆杆(17)和一与拉杆(10)配合的拨杆(18),摆件(16)与转摆件(3)配合。
  5. 按权利要求4所述的开门器,其特征在于所述的摆件(16)有一凹部(22),凹部(22)与一曲线面(23)过渡形成一个连续的侧表面。
  6. 按权利要求5所述的开门器,其特征在于所述的挡块(11)有一缺口(21)。
  7. 按权利要求6所述的开门器,其特征在于所述的滑块(9)的前缘与拉杆(10)的端部的一挡板配合,拉杆(10)另一端的另一挡板与拨杆(18)配合。
  8. 按权利要求7所述的开门器,其特征在于所述的转摆件(3)为扇形,其两个角形端部均设有滚轮或带有轴承的滚轮,前述的摆杆(17)的端部设有滚轮。
  9. 按权利要求8所述的开门器,其特征在于所述的推块(14)的外露端部设有一调节螺钉(24),推块(14)设有第五弹簧(25)。
  10. 按权利要求9所述的开门器,其特征在于所述的驱动装置的一侧设有一阻尼器(19),阻尼器(19)的推动杆与一推杆(20)的一端配合。
