背景技术
导光板的制作过程:将基材(一般是光学级的亚克力或PC板材)分切成固定的尺寸,然后对分切好的基材进行抛光处理,打磨成精确的尺寸,最后在基材底面用激光雕刻、V型十字网格雕刻、UV网版印刷等技术印上导光网点结构。
传统的抛光技术是将需抛光的导光板基材直接堆叠后,靠挡板固定进行加工,因导光板基材设置有一个高度为1毫米左右的凸台,如图3所示,堆叠后的导光板基材容易倾斜,从而导致每次只能处理少量产品,且由于对抛光后产品的长宽尺寸精度要求比较高,产品废品率比较高。目前一般对10片导光板基材进行堆叠然后抛光,废品率为40%-50%,抛光效率低,且废品率高,无法满足生产需求。
如何提高抛光效率同时降低废品率,是目前亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明目的是:克服现有技术存在的不足,解决现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种抛光固定装置及抛光系统,抛光固定装置将数百片产品固定后,抛光设备可以一次性对数百片产品进行抛光,在提高了抛光效率的同时,大幅度减少了抛光后产品的废品率,废品率低达千分之三左右。

下面结合附图1-6及实施例对本发明技术方案进行详细说明,其中:100、支撑台;101、保护板;102、定位槽;200、操作台;201、定位针;202、螺栓;203、定位柱;300、升降支撑台;301、升降平台;302、导向杆;303、操作手柄;400、校正平台;401、校正孔;500、置物台;501、重力件;600、产品;601、定位孔。
抛光固定装置
在第一实施例中,本发明提供了一种抛光固定装置,其能够将设置有定位孔的片状的待抛光产品固定在一起,然后由抛光设备对产品进行抛光处理。
如图1所示,其为本发明的第一实施例提供的抛光固定装置的立体示意图,包括支撑台100,和与支撑台100可拆卸固定连接的操作台200,操作台200设置有至少两个与操作台顶面垂直的定位针201,待抛光产品打好定位孔后,通过定位孔穿入定位针201。调整定位针201的长度,可以固定几十到几百不等的产品。
如图2所示,其为本发明的第一实施例提供的抛光固定装置的爆炸图。可以看出,操作台200与支撑台100为可拆卸固定连接的,支撑台100与操作台200固定连接后,支撑台与操作台共同形成待抛光产品的放置平台。将产品固定好后,操作台200与支撑台相分离,定位针201与待抛光产品600相分离,方便抛光设备对产品进行抛光。因此抛光设备可以一次性对数十甚至数百片产品进行抛光,在提高了抛光效率的同时,大幅度减少了抛光后产品的废品率,废品率低达千分之三左右。
进一步的,操作台200与支撑台100可拆卸固定连接的方式有多种,可以是通过螺栓、卡扣等方式,本实施例优选使用螺栓的方式,拆卸方便。
需要说明的是,本实施例定位针与操作台的连接方式有多种,可以是定位针底部固定在操作台上,也可以定位针穿过所述操作台,并可以沿与操作台顶面垂直的方向来回移动,这种方式在分离定位针与产品时更省力。
在一个优选实施例中,操作台200底部固定连接有升降支撑台300,升降支撑台300设置有升降装置,定位针201的一端固定在升降装置上,另一端穿过操作台200的顶面。升降装置用于控制定位针201沿垂直操作台200顶面的方向来回移动,从而控制定位针在操作台的高度。
需要说明的是,升降装置可以只有一个,所有的定位针都固定在升降装置上,升降装置的数量也可以与定位针的数量一致,这样在分离定位针与产品时,比较省力。
为了便于后续定位针与产品的分离,在上述优选实施例的一个优选实施方式中,所述升降装置的数量与定位针的数量一致,即每个定位针配置一个升降装置。具体每个升降装置包括导向杆302、升降平台301和操作手柄303,导向杆302设置在操作台200与升降支撑台300之间,升降平台301设置在导向杆302上且可沿导向杆302来回移动,定位针201的一端固定在升降平台301上,旋转操作手 柄303能够控制升降平台301沿导向杆302来回移动。如图2所示,升降平台301位于导向杆302的最低端,定位针201在操作台200的高度为最低。
在一个优选实施例中,所述抛光固定装备还包括校正平台400,校正平台与操作台固定连接,校正平台的顶部设置校正孔401,将定位针201的顶部插入校正孔401,可以校正定位针顶部与底部之间的偏差,进一步降低抛光后产品的废品率。
在一个优选实施例中,所述支撑台100与待抛光产品600之间放置一个保护板101,所述保护板101放置在支撑台100上,或者保护板放置在支撑台与操作台共同形成的放置平台上,所述保护板101为柔性材质,可以保护待抛光产品受重压后不被破坏。
在一个优选实施例中,如图5所示,所述支撑台100上设置有定位槽102,所述操作台200上设置有与所述定位槽102相配合的定位柱203,所述操作台200的定位柱203能够插入所述支撑台100的定位槽102中,用于确定所述支撑台与操作台的连接位置。
如图3所示,其为本发明的第一实施例提供的抛光固定装置将待抛光产品固定完成的立体示意图。升降平台301上升到导向杆的顶部,定位针201在操作台200的高度为最高。定位针的顶部插入校正平台400的校正孔401中。
在另外一个实施例中,本发明提供的抛光固定装置包括支撑台100、操作台200和校正平台400,定位针201底部固定在操作台200上,顶部能够插入校正平台400的校正孔401,用以校正定位针顶部与底部之间的偏差。支撑台100与操作台200为可拆装卸固定连接,校正平台400与操作台200为可拆卸固定连接。具体操作过程为:支撑台与操作台固定连接形成放置平台,将待抛光产品串入定位针叠放在放置平台上,然后将定位针201顶部插入校正平台400的校正孔401中,同时校正平台400与操作台200固定连接。当校正平台与操作台解除连接时,向上移动校正平台将定位针与校正孔分离。当操作台与支撑台解除连接时,向下移动操作台将定位针与待抛光 产品分离。
抛光系统及抛光方法
在第二实施例中,本发明提供了一种抛光系统,其能够高效的对片状的设置有定位孔的待抛光产品进行抛光处理,同时大幅度降低抛光产品的废品率。
如图4所示,其为本发明的第二实施例提供的抛光系统的抛光固定装置固定在抛光设备上的立体示意图。
如图5所示,其为本发明的第二实施例提供的抛光系统的定位针与待抛光产品相分离的立体示意图。
参照图4和图5,所述抛光系统包括抛光固定装置和抛光设备。所述抛光固定装置包括支撑台100、与支撑台100可拆卸固定连接的操作台200、与操作台200底部固定连接的升降支撑台300、和与操作台固定连接的校正平台400。所述操作台200包括有至少两个定位针201,将所述支撑台100与操作台200固定连接,形成待抛光产品的放置平台,所述多片待抛光产品600通过定位孔601穿入定位针201叠放在所述抛光固定装置的放置平台上。所述升降支撑台300上包括有升降装置,所述定位针201的一端固定在升降装置上,另一端穿过所述操作台200的顶面,所述升降装置用于控制定位针201沿垂直操作台的方向来回移动,以便控制所述定位针201在操作台200的高度。所述校正平台400设置有与定位针数目相匹配的校正孔401,所述定位针201能够在升降平台的带动下插入对应的校正孔401中,校正定位针201顶部与底部之间的偏差。
请继续参照图4,抛光设备包括有置物台500,将叠放有待抛光产品的抛光固定装置的支撑台100的底部放置于所述置物台500上,通过所述升降装置将所述定位针201沿垂直操作台200的方向向下移动,将定位针201从所述待抛光产品600的定位孔601中脱离,同时解除所述支撑台100与操作台200的固定连接,以将所述操作台与所述抛光设备脱离,而留所述支撑台于所述抛光设备的置物台 上,所述抛光设备对留下的所述支撑台上的待抛光产品进行抛光处理。
本发明的第二实施例中的抛光固定装置采用本发明的第一实施例中的抛光固定装置。由于前文已经分别对抛光固定装置的具体结构及工作过程进行过详细描述,因此此处不再赘述,请参考第一实施例中的相关描述及图1至图3。
此外,需要说明的是,下文在对抛光固定装置进行描述时,也不再对其内部各组成部件进行一一介绍,请直接参考上文中的请参考第一实施例中的相关描述及图1至图3中的相关内容。
在第二实施例中,本发明还提供了一种抛光系统的抛光方法,包括如下步骤:
提供待抛光产品,所述待抛光产品设置有定位孔;
提供抛光固定装置,所述抛光固定装置设置有定位针和设置有校正孔的校正平台;
提供抛光设备,所述抛光设备设置有置物台。
将所述待抛光产品通过定位孔固定在所述抛光固定装置的定位针上。
重复将所述待抛光产品通过定位孔固定在所述抛光固定装置的定位针上,直至待抛光产品固定完成,调节定位针将其插入校正平台的校正孔中。
将所述抛光固定装置固定在所述抛光设备的置物台上。
将抛光固定装置的定位针与待抛光产品相分离,解除操作台与支撑台的固定连接,将操作台与支撑台分离,而留所述支撑台于所述抛光设备的置物台上。
抛光设备对留下的所述支撑台上的待抛光产品进行抛光处理。
需要说明的是,为了保护待抛光产品受重压后不被破坏,在将待抛光产品固定在定位针上之前,可以在支撑台上增加一个柔性材质的保护板101。
另外,将所述待抛光产品通过定位孔固定在所述抛光固定装置的定位针上的动作可以直接在置物台上操作,也可以在其它的地方操作,优选在其它的地方操作,然后需要将固定好的产品转移到抛光设备的置物台500上,这样可以减少抛光设备的空闲率,进一步提高抛光设备的抛光效率。
需要说明的是,将所述抛光固定装置固定在所述抛光设备的置物台上的方法有多种,本实施例优选使用重压固定,如图4所示,在待抛光产品上放置保护板101,然后在保护板101上放置重力件501,用于固定待抛光产品,防止在将定位针取下来时,待抛光产品出现偏移。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种抛光固定装置,包括支撑台,其特征在于:还包括与所述支撑台可拆卸固定连接的操作台,
    所述操作台包括有至少两个定位针,
    所述支撑台与所述操作台固定连接后,所述支撑台与所述操作台共同形成待抛光产品的放置平台。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的抛光固定装置,其特征在于:还包括与所述操作台底部固定连接的升降支撑台和设置于所述升降支撑台上的升降装置,所述升降装置用于控制所述定位针沿垂直所述操作台的方向来回移动,以便控制所述定位针在所述操作台的高度;
    所述定位针的一端固定在所述升降装置上,另一端穿过所述操作台的顶面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的抛光固定装置,其特征在于:所述升降装置包括导向杆、升降平台和操作手柄;
    所述导向杆设置在所述操作台与所述升降支撑台之间;
    所述升降平台套设在所述导向杆上且可沿所述导向杆来回移动,所述定位针的一端固定在所述升降平台上;
    所述操作手柄控制所述升降平台沿导向杆来回移动。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的抛光固定装置,其特征在于:还包括与所述操作台固定连接的校正平台,所述校正平台设置有与定位针数目相匹配的校正孔,所述定位针能够插入对应的所述校正孔中,校正所述定位针顶部与底部之间的偏差。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的抛光固定装置,其特征在于:还包括与所述操作台可拆卸固定连接的校正平台,所述校正平台设置有与所述定位针数目相匹配的校正孔,所述定位针的底部固定在操作台上;
    将所述定位针的顶部插入对应的校正孔中,同时所述操作台与所述校正平台固定连接,用以校正所述定位针顶部与底部之间的偏差;
    将所述操作台与所述校正平台解除连接,同时所述定位针与所述校正孔分离,所述操作台与所述校正平台分离。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的抛光固定装置,其特征在于:所述操作台与所述支撑台固定连接后形成的放置平台上还设置有保护板,或者所述支撑台上还设置有保护板。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的抛光固定装置,其特征在于:所述支撑台上设置有定位槽,所述操作台上设置有与所述定位槽相配合的定位柱,所述操作台的定位柱能够插入所述支撑台的定位槽中,用于确定所述支撑台与所述操作台的连接位置。
  8. 一种抛光系统,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至7任一所述的抛光固定装置。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的抛光系统,其特征在于:还包括抛光设备,所述抛光设备包括置物台,用于放置叠放有待抛光产品的所述抛光固定装置的放置平台,其中每片待抛光产品设置有用于定位的定位孔,所述多片待抛光产品通过所述定位孔穿入所述定位针叠放在所述抛光固定装置的放置平台上。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的抛光系统,其特征在于:将定位针从所述待抛光产品的定位孔中脱离,同时解除所述支撑台与所述操作台的固定连接,以将所述操作台与所述抛光设备脱离,所述抛光设备对留下的所述支撑台上的待抛光产品进行抛光处理。
