参照图1至图2,本发明为一种使用粉末状香料的气味生成装置,其包括送气装置1、气味混合装置2、加料装置3和粉末过滤装置4,气味混合装置2包括混合腔21、设置在混合腔21内的转盘22和用于驱动转盘22转动的第一驱动装置23,送气装置1的输出端与混合腔21连通,加料装置3安装在气味混合装置2的上方,加料装置3的输出端与混合腔21连通,粉末过滤装置4的输入端与混合腔21连通。其中,混合腔21与转盘22同轴设置,第一驱动装置23为步进电机。此外,本气味生成装置还包括底座5,送气装置1和气味混合装置2固定在底座5上。

参照图4和图5,加料装置3包括香料瓶31和加料管道32,香料瓶31通过加料管道32与混合腔21连通,加料管道32上设有对开式密封阀。当对开式密封阀处于工作状态时,粉末状香料通过加料管道32从香料瓶31进入到混合腔21中;当对开式密封阀处于非工作状态时,其防止粉末状香料进入到混合腔21中,起到密封作用。具体地,对开式密封阀包括中空的圆柱筒331、设置在圆柱筒331内部的旋转轮332以及驱动旋转轮332转动的第三驱动装置333,旋转轮332的外壁与圆柱筒331的内壁紧贴,圆柱筒331的周壁上设有两个相 对的开孔以连接加料管道32,旋转轮332的周壁上设有至少一个凹槽3321。第三驱动装置333驱动旋转轮332转动,当旋转轮332转动至凹槽3321与靠近香料瓶31的开孔正对时,粉末状香料填满凹槽3321;当旋转轮332转动至凹槽3321与靠近混合腔21的开孔正对时,凹槽3321内的粉末状香料在重力作用下通过加料管道32进入到混合腔21中。其中,第三驱动装置333为步进电机,其通过电机架固定在气味混合装置2上;凹槽3321的数量可根据实际需求而定,满足气味生成的时间要求。
参照图1和图2,粉末过滤装置4包括通风管道41和至少一块设置在通风管道41内的网状过滤板42,通风管道41与混合腔21连通,粉末过滤装置4整体设置在气味混合装置2的外侧。优选地,网状过滤板42的数量为三块,三块网状过滤板42间隔且平行地设置在通风管道41内,从而有效地滤除粉末颗粒,避免用户在感受气味的时候有强烈的沙尘感。优选地,网状过滤板42为插入式安装,以便清洗和更换,保证过滤效果。此外,通风管道41的底部设有回收槽43以回收多余的粉末状香料,避免浪费,降低成本。
本发明的具体工作过程如下:
第二驱动装置13驱动曲柄滑块机构运行从而带动活塞在气缸11内做直线往复运动,当活塞向外运动时,第一单向阀14关闭,第二单向阀15打开,气缸11充满空气后,活塞向内运动,此时第二单向阀15关闭,第一单向阀14打开,空气进入混合腔21。同时第三驱动装置333转动,带动旋转轮332在圆柱筒331中转动,香料瓶31中的粉末状香料在重力作用下落入旋转轮332上的凹槽3321内,并随旋转轮332转动进入加料管道32,最终落入混合腔21内。此时第一驱动装置23带动转盘22旋转,使得粉末状香料和空气充分混合,并通过通风管道41呈现给用户,通风管道41内的三块网状过滤板42可以滤除香料颗粒从而避免用户在感受气味的同时感受到强烈的沙尘感,并且使颗粒掉落在回收槽43内以便下次使用,避免浪费,降低成本。由于粉末状香料和空气充分混合,因此大大加快了粉末状香料对空气的加香过程,解决了固态物质对气流加香被动缓慢的问题,有效解决了在短时间内难以实现气味的变换的问题。
