Claims (15)
- 手動で発生させた圧力の下で材料を分配するためのポンプ・ディスペンサであって、
前記材料を収容するための空洞を画定する容器と、
前記空洞の中に位置決め可能であり、ポンプ・チャンバ、ピックアップ・チャンバ及び分配チャンバ、並びに互いに垂直な軸方向及び半径方向を画定する中心軸線を有するポンプ本体であって、前記空洞を前記ピックアップ・チャンバと連通する取入れ口を含むポンプ本体と、
前記ポンプ・チャンバに位置決めされ、前記ポンプ本体に摺動可能に係合されたピストンであって、前記ポンプ・チャンバ内で軸方向に移動可能であり、且つ空気入口開口を含むピストンと、
前記空気入口開口を通る空気流を調節する空気吸入弁と、
マニピュレータ作動部で前記ポンプ本体に移動可能に固定されたマニピュレータであって、前記取入れ口と協働して前記材料を前記取入れ口を通して前記ピックアップ・チャンバの中に移動させるように構成された遠位端を備えるアームを含むマニピュレータと、
前記マニピュレータを作動させ、それによって前記マニピュレータ・アームを移動可能に動作させるように軸方向に移動可能であるアクチュエータ・ロッドと
を有するポンプ・ディスペンサ。 - 前記ピストンが、前記ピストンを最上位置に向かって付勢する第1の付勢部材に接して軸方向に移動可能である請求項1に記載のポンプ・ディスペンサ。
- 前記ピストンに移動力を伝えるためのキャップを含む請求項2に記載のポンプ・ディスペンサ。
- 前記キャップが、前記材料を前記分配チャンバから外へ分配するために、内部を通って延びる流路を有するノズル部材を含み、前記ノズル部材が、前記流路を前記分配チャンバと連通させるように又は連通させないように選択的に移動可能である請求項3に記載のポンプ・ディスペンサ。
- 前記ノズル部材の閉鎖状態が、実質的に前記分配チャンバの出口を閉鎖する請求項4に記載のポンプ・ディスペンサ。
- 前記アクチュエータ・ロッドが、前記分配チャンバ内で軸方向に移動可能である請求項2に記載のポンプ・ディスペンサ。
- 前記マニピュレータが、前記中心軸線に垂直なピボット軸のまわりで旋回可能である請求項1に記載のポンプ・ディスペンサ。
- 前記アクチュエータ・ロッドが、前記マニピュレータを前記ピボット軸のまわりで、前記マニピュレータ・アームを閉鎖位置に向かって付勢する第2の付勢部材に反して作動させるように軸方向に移動可能である請求項7に記載のポンプ・ディスペンサ。
- 前記マニピュレータ・アームが前記閉鎖位置にあるとき、前記マニピュレータ・アームの前記遠位端が、少なくとも部分的に前記取入れ口を覆う請求項8に記載のポンプ・ディスペンサ。
- 前記ピックアップ・チャンバを前記分配チャンバと連通させる接続部を含む請求項1に記載のポンプ・ディスペンサ。
- 前記空気吸入弁は、空気の流れが前記ポンプ・チャンバの中に流入することを可能にする一方向弁である請求項1に記載のポンプ・ディスペンサ。
- 前記ポンプ・チャンバと前記ピックアップ・チャンバの間の空気の流れを調節する隔離弁を含み、前記隔離弁は、空気の流れが前記ピックアップ・チャンバの中に流入することを可能にする一方向弁である請求項1に記載のポンプ・ディスペンサ。
- 分配可能な材料を収容するための空洞を画定する容器と、
前記空洞の中に位置決め可能であり、分配チャンバと流体連通可能なピックアップ・チャンバと流体連通可能であるポンプ・チャンバを有するポンプ本体であって、前記分配チャンバの少なくとも一部が、前記分配チャンバを前記ポンプ・チャンバから密封分離するために可撓部材の内腔によって画定され、それによって前記ポンプ・チャンバが前記ピックアップ・チャンバを通してのみ前記分配チャンバと流体連通可能であり、また前記ポンプ本体が、前記空洞を前記ピックアップ・チャンバと連通する取入れ口、並びに互いに垂直な軸方向及び半径方向を画定する中心軸線をさらに含むポンプ本体と、
前記ポンプ・チャンバに位置決めされ、前記ポンプ本体と摺動可能に係合されたピストンであって、前記分配可能な材料を前記分配チャンバを通して運ぶのに十分な程度まで空気流を前記ピックアップ・チャンバに押し込むように、前記ポンプ・チャンバ内で第1の軸の方向に軸方向に移動可能であるピストンと
を有するポンプ・ディスペンサ。 - 前記内腔を開いた状態に維持するように、前記可撓部材を半径方向に支持するスカフォードを含む請求項13に記載のポンプ・ディスペンサ。
- 前記スカフォードが、前記内腔の中に前記可撓部材と接触して配設される請求項14に記載のポンプ・ディスペンサ。
