本发明通过优化设计,优化推杆活动结构,采用中心固定结合两端滑动的结构设计,使得推杆可以完成良好的平滑,缩短了推杆的长度,避免形成干扰;另外通过推杆结合第一滑套,挑檐杆的受力点可以处于活动状态,便于实现挑檐杆的翻转挑檐;同时挑檐杆受到第一滑套和推杆的限定,增加挑檐稳定性。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具 体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
本文中所定义的“内”、“外”等方位词都是以折叠帐篷的中心点所处位置为参照的,以离折叠帐篷的中心较近为内,反之为外。
如图1至图13所示,本发明提供了一种具有自动挑檐结构的折叠帐篷,包括折叠篷本体,折叠篷本体包括腿管2和折叠杆组件,腿管2和折叠杆组件之间通过腿管滑块3和腿管顶件7配合安装。
上述折叠帐篷本体中腿管2、腿管滑块3和折叠杆组件均可以采用现有折叠帐篷中的对应结构;其中腿管2为至少2条,常规为4条或6条,其中还存在一些多顶折叠篷,可以为8条等;折叠杆组件包括位于中心部位的中心锁组件5和与中心锁组件5铰接配合的若干中心杆4,另外位于腿管2之间设有侧杆组件6,其中中心锁组件5、侧杆组件6、腿管滑块3、腿管2、中心杆4等部件均为现有技术结构特征,其对应的连接关系为折叠帐篷中常规结构设计。
其中,腿管顶件7设有挑檐杆安装槽72和折叠顶杆铰接槽71,挑檐杆11与挑檐杆安装槽72槽壁铰接配合,挑檐杆安装槽72一侧设有推杆放置槽73,优化设计腿管顶件7结构可以有效配合挑檐组件1结构。
其中,挑檐组件1包括连接套组和挑檐杆组,连接套组包括第一滑套14、第二滑套15和第三滑套16,挑檐杆组包括挑檐杆11、斜拉杆13和推杆12。
其中,第一滑套14与挑檐杆11滑动配合,第一滑套14与推杆12铰接配合,挑檐杆11一端与腿管顶件7铰接配合,第一滑套14通过推杆12推动沿挑檐杆11滑动;当折叠帐篷处于收缩状态时,挑檐杆11的开放端C处于向内位置;当折叠帐篷处于撑开状态时,挑檐杆11的开放端C处于向外位置;当折叠帐篷由收缩状态向撑开状态转变时,第一滑套14逐步向挑檐杆11的铰接端A滑动,当第一滑套14滑动至极限位置B时,挑檐杆11开始翻转,且第一滑套14逐步向开放端C滑动,直至折叠帐篷完全打开;极限位置B与挑檐杆11的铰接端A位置之间设有间距。
在上述中,开放端C和铰接端A分别处于挑檐杆11的两端位置,其中极限位置B因不同规格大小的折叠帐篷,其极限位置B与铰接端A之间的间距呈不同的尺寸,同时极限位置B与铰接端A之间必须设置间距,该间距是为了挑檐杆11在翻转过程中能更好的受力驱动,在挑檐杆11翻转过程中有个圆弧间距,另外第一滑套14滑动的曲线为弧形线路,且第一滑套14在滑动过程中也同样逐步向开发端C移动,直至折叠帐篷完全打开;当折叠帐篷完全打开时,第一滑套14与铰接端A之间的间距要大于极限位置B与铰接端A之间的间距。
其中,第二滑套15与推杆12固定配合,第二滑套15与折叠顶杆8滑动配合,第二滑 套15与斜拉杆13铰接配合,第三滑套16与推杆12滑动配合,第三滑套16与折叠顶杆8固定配合,第三滑套16与折叠斜杆9铰接配合,推杆12中部与第二滑套15固定安装,推杆12一端与第一滑套14铰接安装,推杆12另一端套贯穿设于第三滑套16上;推杆12包括第一推杆部121和第二推杆部122,第二推杆部122用以在第三滑套16上伸缩滑动;当折叠帐篷处于收缩状态时,推杆12远离其与第一滑套14铰接位置端处于最内位置;当折叠帐篷处于撑开状态时,推杆12远离其与第一滑套14铰接位置端处于最外位置;当折叠帐篷由收缩状态向撑开状态转变时,斜拉杆13带动第二滑套15沿折叠顶杆8向外移动,并带动推杆12向外移动,第二滑套15的滑动行程为第三滑套16和折叠顶杆8与腿管顶件7铰接位置之间。
进一步,第二滑套15上设有第二铰接吊耳151,第二铰接吊耳151用以与斜拉杆13一端铰接配合,斜拉杆13另一端与折叠斜杆9铰接配合,第二滑套15上还设有第二推杆穿孔152和第二折叠顶杆穿孔153,第二滑套15上部中间设有第二挑檐杆放置槽154,当折叠帐篷处于收缩状态时,挑檐杆11放置于第二挑檐杆放置槽154上。
进一步,第三滑套16上设有第三铰接吊耳161,第三铰接吊耳161用以与折叠斜杆9铰接配合,第三滑套16上还设有第三推杆穿孔162和第三折叠顶杆穿孔163,第三滑套16上部中间设有第三挑檐杆放置槽164,当折叠帐篷处于收缩状态时,挑檐杆11放置于第三挑檐杆放置槽164上。
当折叠帐篷整体处于收缩状态时如图11所示,通过拉开腿管2,逐步向图12转变,处于半开合状态,继续同步拉开腿管2并将中心锁组件5完成锁定,在处于该阶段时,挑檐组件1逐步进入启动状态,并逐步向图13转变,完成整个折叠帐篷的撑开。
其中,折叠斜杆一端铰接于腿管滑块上,另一端铰接于第三铰接吊耳上,腿管滑块随着不断向上移动,通过支撑第三铰接吊耳带动折叠顶杆向上撑开,同时随着折叠斜杆的不断移动,带动斜拉杆发生位置变动,斜拉杆带动第二滑套沿折叠斜杆向外滑动,第二滑套同步带动推杆向外滑动,推杆则带动第一滑套沿挑檐杆限位滑动,当推杆带动第一滑套滑动至靠近或处于挑檐杆和腿管顶件铰接位置时,挑檐杆因持续受到推杆的推力,且第一滑套持续受到向外滑动的力,因此挑檐杆通过与腿管顶件的铰接点位轴心,实现180°快速翻转,其中180°翻转角度因产品杆件的排布,其会存在一定的角度偏差,其并不代表绝度的180°翻转,当挑檐杆完成翻转后,推杆的持续推力得到释放,从而继续将第一滑套向外滑动一定行程,直至折叠帐篷处于完全打开状态;若需要收缩,则部件运动方向及受理处于相反状态,即可完成。
本发明中优化设计采用三个不同的连接套结构实现各杆件之间的受力传动,其中第一滑 套的设计特点在于可以在挑檐杆上实现位置移动,推杆用以带动第一滑套滑动的驱动输出,从而可以实现挑檐杆的受力点处于可变化状态,不受制于固定连接点的受力限制,另外结合推杆可以沿折叠顶杆方向进行前后滑动,增加了推杆的移动行程,在保证推杆驱动第一滑套所需全部行程的前提下,可以缩短推杆本身的长度尺寸,减少材料成本,同时可以避免因增设推杆,因长度过长对其余杆件造成干扰;第二滑套用于对推杆的驱动力输入,同时优化设计第二滑套可沿折叠顶杆滑动,其便于实现对推杆行程方向的限定;增设第三滑套,推杆滑动于第三滑套上,增加推杆的滑动稳定性。
本发明的设计特点在于,利用折叠帐篷本身的折叠撑开结构,增设斜拉杆实现驱动力的输出,结合第二滑套和推杆实现二级传输,利用第一滑套完成对挑檐杆的受力输出,从而实现挑檐杆的翻转运动,完成翻转挑檐。
本发明通过优化设计,优化推杆活动结构,采用中心固定结合两端滑动的结构设计,使得推杆可以完成良好的平滑,缩短了推杆的长度,避免形成干扰;另外通过推杆结合第一滑套,挑檐杆的受力点可以处于活动状态,便于实现挑檐杆的翻转挑檐;同时挑檐杆受到第一滑套和推杆的限定,增加挑檐稳定性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有自动挑檐结构的折叠帐篷,包括折叠篷本体,所述折叠篷本体包括腿管和折叠杆组件,所述腿管和所述折叠杆组件之间通过腿管滑块和腿管顶件配合安装,其特征在于:还包括挑檐组件,所述挑檐组件包括连接套组和挑檐杆组,所述连接套组包括第一滑套、第二滑套和第三滑套,所述挑檐杆组包括挑檐杆、斜拉杆和推杆,所述第一滑套与所述挑檐杆滑动配合,所述第一滑套与所述推杆铰接配合,所述第二滑套与所述推杆固定配合,所述第二滑套与折叠顶杆滑动配合,所述第二滑套与所述斜拉杆铰接配合,所述第三滑套与所述折叠顶杆固定配合,所述第三滑套与折叠斜杆铰接配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自动挑檐结构的折叠帐篷,其特征在于:当折叠帐篷处于收缩状态时,所述挑檐杆的开放端处于向内位置;当折叠帐篷处于撑开状态时,所述挑檐杆的开放端处于向外位置;当折叠帐篷由收缩状态向撑开状态转变时,所述第一滑套逐步向所述挑檐杆的铰接端滑动,当所述第一滑套滑动至极限位置时,所述挑檐杆开始翻转,且所述第一滑套逐步向开放端滑动,直至折叠帐篷完全打开;极限位置与所述挑檐杆的铰接端位置之间设有间距。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有自动挑檐结构的折叠帐篷,其特征在于:所述挑檐杆一端与所述腿管顶件铰接配合,所述第一滑套通过所述推杆推动沿所述挑檐杆滑动。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有自动挑檐结构的折叠帐篷,其特征在于:当折叠帐篷处于收缩状态时,推杆远离其与所述第一滑套铰接位置端处于最内位置;当折叠帐篷处于撑开状态时,所述推杆远离其与所述第一滑套铰接位置端处于最外位置;当折叠帐篷由收缩状态向撑开状态转变时,斜拉杆带动第二滑套沿折叠顶杆向外移动,并带动所述推杆向外移动,所述第二滑套的滑动行程为第三滑套和所述折叠顶杆与腿管顶件铰接位置之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种具有自动挑檐结构的折叠帐篷,其特征在于:所述推杆中部与第二滑套固定安装,所述推杆一端与第一滑套铰接安装,所述推杆另一端套贯穿设于第三滑套上呈滑动配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有自动挑檐结构的折叠帐篷,其特征在于:所述推杆包括第一推杆部和第二推杆部,所述第二推杆部用以在所述第三滑套上伸缩滑动。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有自动挑檐结构的折叠帐篷,其特征在于:所述腿管顶件设有挑檐杆安装槽和折叠顶杆铰接槽,所述挑檐杆与所述挑檐杆安装槽槽壁铰接配合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种具有自动挑檐结构的折叠帐篷,其特征在于:所述挑檐杆安装槽一侧设有推杆放置槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自动挑檐结构的折叠帐篷,其特征在于:所述第二滑套上设有第二铰接吊耳,所述第二铰接吊耳用以与所述斜拉杆一端铰接配合,所述斜拉杆另一 端与所述折叠斜杆铰接配合,所述第二滑套上还设有第二推杆穿孔和第二折叠顶杆穿孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自动挑檐结构的折叠帐篷,其特征在于:所述第三滑套上设有第三铰接吊耳,所述第三铰接吊耳用以与折叠斜杆铰接配合,所述第三滑套上还设有第三推杆穿孔和第三折叠顶杆穿孔。
