本发明与现有技术相比具有如下突出优点和效果:本发明通过优化设计篷布撑件结合联动杆,实现与第一撑杆和第二撑杆的伸展或收缩配合,可以方便第一篷布的分层搭建,构成悬浮顶结构,使得整体外观美感度更佳,同时便于篷顶排气,提高折叠帐篷的使用性能;优化采用铰接座结构,使得整体伸展收拢更为顺畅;优化篷布撑件,避免造成收合后体积干扰,保证原有体积同时具有良好的悬浮顶支撑效果。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1至18所示,一种具有分层篷顶的折叠帐篷,包括帐篷腿管1、连接于帐篷腿管1之间的横梁组件7和用以支撑篷布的篷顶组件,横梁组件7通常包括若干横梁撑杆相互铰接形成,其中折叠帐篷中中心位置为内端。
优选的,篷顶组件包括第一篷顶单元和第二篷顶单元,第一篷顶单元位于中部,第二篷顶单元环绕于第一篷顶单元,通常第一篷顶单元高于第二篷顶单元,其中第一篷顶单元位于中心位置,其可以为四方顶、圆顶等其它形状,只要可以遮盖住第二篷顶单元中部的开口即可。
其中,第一篷顶单元包括第一篷布91、用以支撑第一篷布91的篷布撑件3和用以联动篷布撑件3收合的联动杆4,篷布撑件3中部与第一撑杆21铰接,篷布撑件3一端与联动杆4铰接,另一端为自由端,联动杆4另一端与第二撑杆22铰接;当折叠帐篷处于完整展开时,篷布撑件3的自由端呈向外向上倾斜,篷布撑件3自由端用以支撑第一篷布91;利用篷布撑件3的活动结构设计,结合联动杆4可以实现篷布撑件3的翻转带动,快速完成折叠帐篷的整体展开,其展开或收合极为顺畅,不会造成干扰;优化利用篷布撑件3的翻转结构设计,其可以在收缩第一篷布91时,使得第一篷布91处于蓬松状态,避免出现持续张紧,保持第一篷布91展开时的张力,提高使用寿命。
当折叠帐篷处于完整展开时,篷布撑件3的自由端呈向外向上倾斜,篷布撑件3自由端用以支撑第一篷布91,完成第一篷布91由松散状态向张紧状态展开;当折叠帐篷处于收合时,篷布撑件3的自由端呈向内翻转,篷布撑件3自由端用以折合第一篷布91,使得第一篷布91由张紧状态向松散状态收合。
在其中一个优选实施方案中,篷布撑件3上还设有篷布钩33,篷布钩33用以固定第一篷布91边角,篷布钩33位于嵌杆槽31背部,便于帐篷布的固定安装。
在其中一个优选实施方案中,篷布撑件3内设有嵌杆槽31和撑杆通孔32,当折叠帐篷折叠收合时,嵌杆槽31用以与第一撑杆21配合,第一撑杆21贯通撑杆通孔32,并与撑杆通孔32两侧壁铰接配合;其中嵌杆槽31为三角槽型结构,当帐篷处于撑开状态时,其中槽深尺寸由靠近第一撑杆21位置向自由端外部逐步减小,优化嵌杆槽31的设计结构,使其整体体积缩小,避免对整体收合后包装尺寸的影响,篷布撑件3部件体积与第一撑杆21重叠,从而缩小尺寸;利用第一撑杆21贯通撑杆通孔32的结构设计,其可以增加篷布撑件3整体的稳固性,同时交叉设计结构可以减小体积,使其更为紧凑合理;该篷布撑件3通常为塑料件,通过开模直接注塑成型;篷布撑件3自由端设计可以依据需要长度调整,使得第一篷顶单元的遮盖面积不再局限,依据需要可以增大或减小。
在其中一个优选实施方案中,篷布撑件3还可以采用如下设计结构,其包括篷布撑杆本体34和位于篷布撑杆本体34端部的篷布钩座35,篷布钩座35位于篷布撑件3的自由端,篷布撑杆本体34中部与第一撑杆21铰接,另一端与联动杆4铰接,该设计相对上述结构其更为简洁,篷布撑杆本体34相对具有嵌杆槽31和撑杆通孔32的篷布撑件3成本更低;篷布钩座35用以与第一篷布91边沿固定安装;同时该设计结构可以增加篷布撑杆3的长度,即为自由端向外的延伸长度,其可以增大第一篷顶单元的遮盖面积,篷布撑件3自由端设计可以依据需要长度调整,使得第一篷顶单元的遮盖面积不再局限,依据需要可以增大或减小。
在其中一个优选实施方案中,联动杆4与第二撑杆22之间通过铰接座8实现铰接配合,铰接座8两端分别用以连接联动杆4和第二撑杆22端部;铰接座8一端用以与联动杆4端部铰接配合,另一端与第二撑杆22端部铰接配合装;其中,第一撑杆21和第二撑杆22铰接处、铰接座8、联动杆4和篷布撑件3铰接处、篷布撑杆3和第一撑杆21铰接处,四处形成一个可活动的类四边形,随着帐篷的折叠或展开,类四边形实现变化;优化设计铰接座8结构,用以增加联动杆4与第二撑杆22之间的活动行程,在此设计中,联动杆4可直接与第二撑杆22铰接,但此设计整体变形活动相对较为生硬,容易造成干扰,铰接座8可以增加变形的容错率,使得整体的展开或收缩更为顺畅便利;通常铰接座8与第二撑杆22和联动杆4均为铰接结构,可以增加变形量;另外在本实施例中,可以为单端铰接设计,另一端为固定设计,通常为铰接座8用以与联动杆4端部固定配合。
在其中一个优选实施方案中,第一撑杆21一端与中心顶盘5铰接配合,另一端与第二撑杆22铰接配合,第二撑杆22另一端与腿管顶座11铰接配合,第一撑杆21和第二撑杆22通常组合形成帐篷撑杆2,主要用以篷布的支撑使用,腿管顶座11位于帐篷腿管1上部,其中第二撑杆22用以支撑第二篷布92,其中第一撑杆21外端部分用以支撑第二篷布92,或篷布撑件3自由端最外端延伸至第二撑杆22端部,则第一撑杆21可不用支撑第二篷布92;第一撑杆21和第二撑杆22的铰接点靠近第二撑杆22端部位置,且该铰接点与第二撑杆22端部之间还设有卡套23,卡套23包括套环部232和卡槽部231,套环部232固定套设于第二撑杆22上,卡槽部231上设有敞口槽,敞口槽用以卡接第一撑杆21,卡套23用以增加帐篷展开后第一撑杆21和第二撑杆22的稳定性。
在其余实施例中,第二撑杆22还可以为两条或两条以上的撑杆首尾铰接构成,依据现有折叠帐篷的规格大小进行不同设计。
在其中一个优选实施方案中,中心顶盘5下部配合设有中心底盘51,中心底盘51上铰接若干短骨撑杆6,短骨撑杆6另一端铰接于第一撑杆21中部,中心底盘51和中心顶盘5构成中心锁,中心锁结构采用现有技术中常用的设计结构,其具体结构在此不再赘述。
本发明的具体工作原理为:当折叠帐篷处于收缩状态时,当其整体展开时,随着帐篷腿管1的分开,横梁组件7和整个篷顶随着展开,参考现有技术中折叠帐篷的展开结构;其中,在折叠帐篷收缩状态时,第一撑杆21中内端处于高位,第一撑杆21和第二撑杆22铰接位置处于低位,第二撑杆22与腿管顶座11铰接位置处于高位,随着折叠帐篷的展开,且联动杆4靠近或贴合于第一撑杆21一侧,第一撑杆21和第二撑杆22铰接位置发生变化,第一撑杆21和第二撑杆22原夹角趋向于0°夹角,夹角逐步变大,第二撑杆22带动铰接座发 生变化,使得铰接座8带动联动杆4逐步远离第一撑杆,第一撑杆21和第二撑杆22铰接处、铰接座8、联动杆4和篷布撑件3铰接处、篷布撑杆3和第一撑杆21铰接处四处形成的类四边形发生形变,帐篷持续展开,当类四边形趋向于矩形时,通常第一撑杆21和第二撑杆22之间夹角为90°时,持续展开折叠帐篷,联动杆4逐步靠近第一撑杆21直至整个折叠帐篷打开,当整个折叠帐篷打开时,通常联动杆4靠近或贴合于第一撑杆21一侧,此时第一撑杆21和第二撑杆22夹角趋向于1800°夹角,同时联动杆4带动篷布撑件3完成翻转,其中篷布撑件3的自由端呈弧形轨迹完成翻转,从而完成对第一篷布91的展开。
本发明通过优化设计篷布撑件结合联动杆,实现与第一撑杆和第二撑杆的伸展或收缩配合,可以方便第一篷布的分层搭建,构成悬浮顶结构,使得整体外观美感度更佳,同时便于篷顶排气,提高折叠帐篷的使用性能;优化采用铰接座结构,使得整体伸展收拢更为顺畅;优化篷布撑件,避免造成收合后体积干扰,保证原有体积同时具有良好的悬浮顶支撑效果。
由技术常识可知,本发明可以通过其它的不脱离其精神实质或必要特征的实施方案来实现。因此,上述公开的实施方案,就各方面而言,都只是举例说明,并不是仅有的。所有在本发明范围内或在等同于本发明的范围内的改变均被本发明包含。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有分层篷顶的折叠帐篷,包括帐篷腿管(1)、连接于帐篷腿管之间的横梁组件(7)和用以支撑篷布的篷顶组件,所述篷顶组件包括第一篷顶单元和第二篷顶单元,所述第一篷顶单元位于中部,所述第二篷顶单元环绕于所述第一篷顶单元,其特征在于:所述第一篷顶单元包括第一篷布(91)、用以支撑所述第一篷布(91)的篷布撑件(3)和用以联动所述篷布撑件(3)收合的联动杆(4),所述篷布撑件(3)中部与第一撑杆(21)铰接,所述篷布撑件(3)一端与所述联动杆(4)铰接,另一端为自由端,所述联动杆(4)另一端与第二撑杆(22)铰接;当折叠帐篷处于完整展开时,所述篷布撑件(3)的自由端呈向外向上倾斜,所述篷布撑件(3)自由端用以支撑第一篷布(91)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有分层篷顶的折叠帐篷,其特征在于:所述篷布撑件(3)内设有嵌杆槽(31)和撑杆通孔(32),当折叠帐篷折叠收合时,所述嵌杆槽(31)用以与所述第一撑杆(21)配合,所述第一撑杆(21)贯通所述撑杆通孔(32),并与所述撑杆通孔(32)两侧壁铰接配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有分层篷顶的折叠帐篷,其特征在于:所述篷布撑件(3)上还设有篷布钩(33),所述篷布钩(33)用以固定第一篷布(91)边角,所述篷布钩(33)位于所述嵌杆槽(31)背部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有分层篷顶的折叠帐篷,其特征在于:所述篷布撑件(3)包括篷布撑杆本体(34)和位于所述篷布撑杆本体(34)端部的篷布钩座(35),所述篷布钩座(35)位于所述篷布撑件(3)的自由端,所述篷布撑杆本体(34)中部与第一撑杆(21)铰接,另一端与联动杆(4)铰接。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的一种具有分层篷顶的折叠帐篷,其特征在于:联动杆(4)与第二撑杆(22)之间通过铰接座(8)实现铰接配合,所述铰接座(8)两端分别用以连接所述联动杆(4)和所述第二撑杆(22)端部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有分层篷顶的折叠帐篷,其特征在于:所述铰接座(8)一端用以与所述联动杆(4)端部铰接或固定配合,另一端与所述第二撑杆(22)端部铰接配合装。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有分层篷顶的折叠帐篷,其特征在于:第一撑杆(21)一端与中心顶盘(5)铰接配合,另一端与第二撑杆(22)铰接配合,所述第二撑杆(22)另一端与腿管顶座(11)铰接配合,所述腿管顶座(11)位于所述帐篷腿管(1)上部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种具有分层篷顶的折叠帐篷,其特征在于:所述第一撑杆(21)和所述第二撑杆(22)的铰接点靠近所述第二撑杆(22)端部位置,且该铰接点与所述第二 撑杆(22)端部之间还设有卡套(23)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种具有分层篷顶的折叠帐篷,其特征在于:所述卡套(23)包括套环部(231)和卡槽部(232),所述套环部(231)固定套设于第二撑杆(22)上,所述卡槽部(232)上设有敞口槽,所述敞口槽用以卡接第一撑杆(21)。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的一种具有分层篷顶的折叠帐篷,其特征在于:所述中心顶盘(5)下部配合设有中心底盘(51),所述中心底盘(51)上铰接若干短骨撑杆(6),所述短骨撑杆(6)另一端铰接于第一撑杆(21)中部,所述中心底盘(51)和所述中心顶盘(5)构成中心锁。
