目前,踝关节康复训练主要通过治疗师的手对患者进行背屈/跖屈、内翻/外翻的康复训练。这种训练方式对患者踝关节的功能恢复起到了重要作用,并帮助临床工作者积累了丰富的实践经验和理论水平,而且通过治疗师在康复训练过程中,需要将踝关节附近肌肉以及小腿进行按摩使其血液流通,这样才能达到训练效果,而这样的操作需要人工反复操作,最终导致每训练一次的价格昂贵,且耗费时间过长,因此如何设计一款无需人工操作的关节康复训练装置尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种促进血液循环的踝关节康复训练装置及操作方法。

如图6所示,一种促进血液循环的踝关节康复训练装置,进一步,为了提高杀菌效果,在安装板12上设有四周分布的四个杀菌喷雾24,且靠近左侧的两个杀菌喷雾24朝向左侧踏板1的正表面,且靠近右侧的两个杀菌喷雾24朝向右侧踏板1的正表面,在底板14一侧设有与杀菌喷雾24连通的储药室25,利用本实施例的结构,当一个人需 要使用完本装置前,立即开启杀菌喷雾24,对踏板1进行杀菌处理,然后利用加热凸点10将踏板1表面烘干,最终提高安全性,防止使用者收到皮肤病的交叉感染问题。
实施例5:
如图7所示,一种促进血液循环的踝关节康复训练装置,进一步,为了方便操作,加热装置19包括两个C型结构的金属导电片26,两个金属导电片26固定在弹簧定位环20内侧的两边,在金属导电片26的内侧面间隔设有若干个非导电材料的凸起部27,利用本结构设计能够方便操作,将弹簧定位环20套入小腿即可。
实施例6:
如实施例1-5所述的一种促进血液循环的踝关节康复训练装置的操作方法,其具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一、首先根据使用者脚的宽度以及长度调节抽拉板8以及调节板6;
步骤二、然后将弹簧定位环20套在使用者小腿上,让加热装置19与小腿贴合;
步骤三、启动加热源18,利用加热装置19以及加热凸点10对小腿以及脚底进行加热;让脚底的血液以及小腿的血液进行循环流通;
步骤四、利用椭圆块11以及铰接支点的配合,实现椭圆块11在安装板12以椭圆块11的弧度方向摆动来锻炼踝关节;
步骤五、安装板12利用第一球接头13实现踏板1在水平方向的360度旋转,锻炼踝关节;
步骤六、让滑块16在第二滑槽17内滑动实现踏板1的水平移动;并通过扭簧28的作用对底部一个弹性力,最终对踏板1上的锻炼踝一个冲击弹性力。
进一步,为了提高杀菌效果,在步骤一之前增加步骤七,利用杀 菌喷雾24对踏板1进行杀菌,然后利用加热凸点10对踏板1进行烘干处理。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种促进血液循环的踝关节康复训练装置,包括左右分布的两个踏板(1),其特征在于,在每一块所述踏板(1)的一侧设有向侧边水平延伸的延伸板(2),在每一块所述踏板(1)的另一侧设有垂直于对应踏板(1)的定位板(3),在所述延伸板(2)外侧设有与对应定位板(3)平行的限位板(4),在每一块所述延伸板(2)上设有两条平行的第一滑槽(5),在所述延伸板(2)的两个第一滑槽(5)之间滑动连接有能够调节踏板(1)宽度的调节板(6),所述调节板(6)与所述限位板(4)之间通过若干个复位弹簧(7)弹性连接,在每一块所述踏板(1)的前后均设有能够调节踏板(1)长度的抽拉板(8),在所述抽拉板(8)、限位板(4)以及定位板(3)均朝向踏板(1)正面的面板上均匀分布有凸起的硅胶层(9),在所述踏板(1)的正面均匀分布有内部包含加热丝的加热凸点(10),两个所述踏板(1)底部均设有一椭圆块(11),所述椭圆块(11)通过一个铰接支点活动连接在一个安装板(12)上,所述安装板(12)底部通过一个第一球接头(13)连接在底板(14)上,所述安装板(12)底部的两侧分别通过一个扭簧(28)与所述底板(14)连接,所述底板(14)水平滑动连接在底座(15)上,所述底板(14)的底部两侧设有滑块(16),在所述底座(15)上表面两侧设有与所述滑块(16)配合的第二滑槽(17),在底板(14)的底部还设有与加热凸点(10)内的加热丝电连接的加热源(18),在每一个所述踏板(1)上还分别设有两根与所述加热源(18)电连接的加热装置(19),所述加热装置(19)通过弹性带(29)固定在踏板(1)上,在所述加热装置(19)上设有能够将加热装置(19)固定在使用者小腿的弹簧定位环(20)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种促进血液循环的踝关节康复训练装置,其特征在于:在所述加热装置(19)内侧以及所述踏板(1)的正表面均设有温度传感器(21),在所述安装板(12)上设有温度 显示器(22)以及控制温度的控制器(30),且所述控制器(30)与所述温度显示器(22)电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种促进血液循环的踝关节康复训练装置,其特征在于:在所述踏板(1)的正表面还分布有若干个按摩滚动球(23)。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2述的一种促进血液循环的踝关节康复训练装置,其特征在于:在所述安装板(12)上设有四周分布的四个杀菌喷雾(24),且靠近左侧的两个杀菌喷雾(24)朝向左侧踏板(1)的正表面,且靠近右侧的两个杀菌喷雾(24)朝向右侧踏板(1)的正表面,在底板(14)一侧设有与所述杀菌喷雾(24)连通的储药室(25)。
  5. 根据权利要求3述的一种促进血液循环的踝关节康复训练装置,其特征在于:在所述安装板(12)上设有四周分布的四个杀菌喷雾(24),且靠近左侧的两个杀菌喷雾(24)朝向左侧踏板(1)的正表面,且靠近右侧的两个杀菌喷雾(24)朝向右侧踏板(1)的正表面,在底板(14)一侧设有与所述杀菌喷雾(24)连通的储药室(25)。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或5述的一种促进血液循环的踝关节康复训练装置,其特征在于:所述加热装置(19)包括两个C型结构的金属导电片(26),两个所述金属导电片(26)固定在弹簧定位环(20)内侧的两边,在所述金属导电片(26)的内侧面间隔设有若干个非导电材料的凸起部(27)。

  9. 一种促进血液循环的踝关节康复训练装置的操作方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
    步骤一、首先根据使用者脚的宽度以及长度调节抽拉板(8)以及调节板(6);
    步骤二、然后将弹簧定位环(20)套在使用者小腿上,让加热装置(19)与小腿贴合;
    步骤三、启动加热源(18),利用加热装置(19)以及加热凸点(10)对小腿以及脚底进行加热;让脚底的血液以及小腿的血液进行循环流通;
    步骤四、利用椭圆块(11)以及铰接支点的配合,实现椭圆块(11)在安装板(12)以椭圆块(11)的弧度方向摆动来锻炼踝关节;
    步骤五、安装板(12)利用第一球接头(13)实现踏板(1)在水平方向的360度旋转,锻炼踝关节;
    步骤六、让滑块(16)在第二滑槽(17)内滑动实现踏板(1)的水平移动;并通过扭簧(28)的作用对底部一个弹性力,最终对踏板(1)上的锻炼踝一个冲击弹性力。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种促进血液循环的踝关节康复训练装置的操作方法,其特征在于,在步骤一之前增加步骤七,利用杀菌喷雾(24)对踏板(1)进行杀菌,然后利用加热凸点(10)对踏板(1)进行烘干处理。
