 本発明の実施形態は、流入部ユニットおよび沈殿槽に関する。
 工業廃水などに含まれる浮遊物質等を沈降分離させる沈殿槽が知られている。沈殿槽は、沈降分離性能の低下を抑制することが望まれている。

 実施形態の流入部ユニットは、流入管と、収容部と、第1部材と、を持つ。流入管は、沈殿槽の掻寄板を回転させる回転シャフトの周囲に配置される。収容部は、流入管の外側に配置され、流入管の第1方向の第1端部を取り囲む。収容部は、第1端部から流入管の内側に流入する被処理水を収容可能である。第1部材は、回転シャフトに連結可能な連結部に接続され、収容部の内底面に沿って相対移動する。

実施形態
 以下、実施形態の流入部ユニットおよび沈殿槽を、図面を参照して説明する。なお以下の説明では、同一または類似の機能を有する構成に同一の符号を付す。そして、それら構成の重複する説明は省略する場合がある。
 本願において、極座標系のZ方向、R方向およびθ方向が以下のように定義される。Z方向は流入管および分配部の軸方向である。例えば、Z方向は鉛直方向であり、+Z方向(第1方向)は上方向であり、-Z方向(第2方向)は下方向である。R方向は流入管および分配部の径方向であり、+R方向は外側の方向である。例えば、R方向は水平方向である。θ方向は流入管および分配部の周方向であり、+θ方向は回転シャフトの回転方向である。
 (第1の実施形態)
 第1の実施形態について説明する。 
 本実施形態の沈殿槽1は、例えば、工業廃水などの被処理水に含まれる微小のSS(懸濁物質または浮遊物質)を被処理水から分離させる沈殿槽であり、例えば沈降分離法が用いられる沈殿槽である。
 まず、沈殿槽1の全体構成について、図1を用いて説明する。 
 図1は、本実施形態の沈殿槽1の全体構成を示す断面図である。図1は、図2のI-I線における側面断面図である。 
 図1に示されるように、沈殿槽1は、槽体11、流入部ユニット12、溢流堰13、被処理水排出部14、掻寄ユニット15、および汚泥引抜管16を有する。なお図1中では、被処理水の流れを矢印で模式的に示す。
 槽体11は、円筒状または多角筒状などの有底の筒状に形成された容器である。槽体11は、例えば、底壁31と、底壁31の周縁部から上方に向けて起立した周壁32と、を含む。槽体11は、筒状の周壁32の上端部に上部開口部33を有する。槽体11は、内部に被処理水を貯留するとともに、フロックを沈殿させる。なお「フロック」とは、凝集作用などによって生成された塊状物を意味し、例えば浮遊物質を含む被処理水中に凝集剤などが添加されることで生じる綿くず状の塊状物を意味する。槽体11は、例えば槽体11の中心軸11cを鉛直方向と略一致させて設置されている。また、槽体11の底壁31の中央部には、沈殿物を槽体11の外部に排出する排出口31aが設けられている。排出口31aには、汚泥引抜管16が接続されている。
 沈殿槽1の上流側には、被処理水を前処理するための凝集槽(図示略)が配置されている。凝集槽において、凝集剤が被処理水に投入される。これにより、被処理水中の特定の成分が凝集して、フロックが生成される。すなわち、被処理水はフロックを含んだ状態で沈殿槽1内に流入する。
 流入部ユニット12は、例えば被処理水供給部17と、分配部(収容部)18と、流入管19と、掻取り機構50(図2参照)と、を有する。流入部ユニット12は、槽体11の内側(すなわち、沈殿槽1の内側)に配置される。流入部ユニット12は、凝集槽から被処理水供給部17を通じて供給された被処理水を、分配部18および流入管19を介して槽体11内に流入させる。なお本願で言う「槽体の内側に配置される」とは、槽体11の内側の上部開口部33上に流入部ユニット12の少なくとも一部が配置されることを意味する。
 図2は、第1の実施形態の流入部ユニットの説明図であり、図1のII-II線における平面断面図である。 
 図2に示されるように、被処理水供給部17は、例えば槽体11の外側から槽体11の内側に延びた供給配管または流入トラフなどである。本願で言う「トラフ」とは、溝を形成する構造体を意味する。本実施形態においては、被処理水供給部17は、後述の分配部18に接続されて、被処理水供給部17の端部である流出端部17aから被処理水を分配部18内に連続的に供給する。被処理水供給部17の流出端部17aは、外周壁18aの内側面上に、分配部18の中心軸18cに向いた開口部を形成している。被処理水は、流出端部17aによって形成された開口部を通じて、分配部18の中心軸18cに向かって放出される。
 分配部18は、「分散トラフ」または「流入プール」とも称される。本実施形態において分配部18は、円筒形の外周壁18aおよびリング状の底壁によって形成された所定の容積を有するトラフである。なお、分配部18は、円筒形とは異なった形状、例えば多角筒形とすることも可能である。分配部18は、槽体11の内側に配置される。分配部18の中心軸18cは、槽体11の中心軸11cと略一致している。分配部18の大きさは、被処理水の必要処理量や槽体11の大きさに応じて、適宜設定可能である。被処理水は、被処理水供給部17から分配部18に流入する。被処理水は、流入管19を中心とした時計回りの流れと反時計回りの流れに二分されて、分配部18を流通する。被処理水は、分配部18を流通することで流入管19の周方向に分配される。
 流入管19は、「センターウェル」または「フィードウェル」とも称され、例えば円筒状または多角筒状などの筒状に形成されている。流入管19は、分配部18の内側に配置される。すなわち分配部18は、流入管19の径方向の外側に配置される。分配部18は、流入管19の第1端部19eを取り囲む。分配部18は、第1端部19eから流入管19に流入する被処理水を収容可能である。図1に示されるように、流入管19の中心軸19cは、分配部18の中心軸18cおよび槽体11の中心軸11cと略一致している。流入管19の大きさは、被処理水の必要処理量や槽体11の大きさに応じて、適宜設定可能である。
 流入管19の上方向(第1方向)の第1端部19eは、分配部18の底面よりも上方に突出して、分配部18内に堰20を形成している。堰20の高さは、少なくとも分配部18の外周壁18aよりも低く、且つ溢流堰13よりも高く形成される。流入管19の第1端部19eには、「Vノッチ」とも称される複数の切欠き19v(図9参照)が形成される。切欠き19vは、上方向から下方向に向かって先細るV字状に形成される。複数の切欠き19vが、流入管19の周方向に連続して形成される。
 分配部18内に流入した被処理水は、分配部18内を流れた後に、堰20に近づくに従って整流される。次いで、整流された被処理水はフロックとともに堰20を乗り越えて流入管19内に流入する。複数の切欠き19vは、分配部18から流入管19に流入する被処理水を、流入管19の周方向において均等に分配する。分配部18における被処理水の水位は、切欠き19vの高さ方向の中間位置である。本願において、流入管の第1端部19eのZ方向の位置は、切欠き19vの中間位置である。
 流入管19の下端19aは、槽体11の底壁31から離れている。すなわち、流入管19の下端19aと槽体11の底壁31との間には、被処理水が水平方向に分散して流れる流路が形成されている。また、流入管19の下端19aは、流入管19の内部を槽体11内に連通させる開口部(流入口)19bを有する。被処理水供給部17から分配部18を介して流入管19内に供給された被処理水は、流入管19内を下方に向けて流れ、流入管19の下端19aの開口部19bから槽体11内に供給される。流入管19から槽体11内に供給された被処理水は、槽体11の周壁32の内壁面と流入管19の外周面との間をゆっくりと上昇する。例えばこの過程で、フロックの一部が被処理水から分離して沈殿する。
 溢流堰13は、槽体11の上部に設けられている。溢流堰13は、この溢流堰13の上端から溢れた被処理水を収容できるように槽体11内に溝状に設けられている。例えば、溢流堰13は、槽体11の周壁32の内壁面32aに沿って設けられている。溢流堰13は、フロックの分離除去が行われて清浄化された被処理水を被処理水排出部14に流出させる。
 被処理水排出部14は、例えば溢流堰13の内部に連通するとともに槽体11の外側に伸びた流出トラフ(または排出配管など)である。被処理水排出部14は、溢流堰13の上端から溢れた被処理水を槽体11の外部に流出させる。槽体11の外部に流出した被処理水は、例えばさらに別の処理が行われて、ユースポイントに送出される。
 掻寄ユニット15は、回転シャフト41と、駆動モータ42と、支持部材43と、複数の掻寄板44と、を有する。回転シャフト41は、槽体11の中心部(流入管19の中心部)に配置されている。回転シャフト41は、流入管19の中心軸19cの軸方向において、流入管19を貫通している。すなわち流入管19は、回転シャフト41の周囲に配置される。なお「流入管の中心軸の軸方向」とは、流入管19の中心軸19cと略平行な方向である。駆動モータ42は、直接または伝達機構などを介して回転シャフト41に接続され、回転シャフト41を回転させる。支持部材43は、回転シャフト41の下端に連結されて径方向に伸びている。複数の掻寄板44は、支持部材43に取り付けられている。すなわち、回転シャフト41は沈殿槽1の掻寄板44を回転させる。複数の掻寄板44は、支持部材43から槽体11の底壁31に向けて設けられている。このような構成の掻寄ユニット15によれば、駆動モータ42によって回転シャフト41が回転されることで、支持部材43および複数の掻寄板44が回転する。これにより、槽体11の底壁31に沈殿した沈殿物が底壁31の中央部に向けて掻寄せられる。掻寄せられた沈殿物は、底壁31の中央部に設けられた排出口31aおよび汚泥引抜管16を通じて槽体11の外部に排出される。
 掻取り機構50について詳しく説明する。 
 前述したように、分配部18はフロックを含む被処理水を収容可能である。被処理水およびフロックは、流入管19の第1端部19eを乗り越えて流入管19の内側に流入する。一部の重いフロックは、第1端部19eを乗り越えることができずに、分配部18に滞留する。滞留するフロックは、分配部18の内底面18bに堆積する。フロックが不均一に堆積すると、分配部18における被処理水の流れが不均一になる。そのため、流入管19の周方向において被処理水を均等に流入管19に流入させることが困難になる。被処理水の流入管19への流入が不均一になると、沈殿槽1の内部において局所的な被処理水の高速流が発生する。これにより、沈殿槽1の内部における被処理水の実質的滞留時間が減少する。その結果、沈殿槽1の沈降分離性能が低下する。 
 分配部18に滞留するフロックを除去するため、流入部ユニット12は掻取り機構50を有する。掻取り機構50は、分配部18の内底面18bに堆積したフロックを掻き取る。
 図2に示されるように、掻取り機構50は、第1連結部51と、アーム52と、掻取り部材(第1部材)54と、を有する。 
 第1連結部51は、掻取り機構50を回転シャフト41に連結可能である。例えば第1連結部51は、回転シャフト41をR方向に挟持するクランプ機構である。掻取り機構50が第1連結部51により回転シャフト41に連結されると、掻取り機構50は回転シャフト41と共に回転する。 
 アーム52は、第1連結部51に接続される。アーム52は、第1連結部51から+R方向に伸びる。
 図3は、図2のIII-III線における側面断面図である。 
 掻取り部材54は、板状に形成される。掻取り部材54の+θ方向の前面54fは、分配部18の内底面18bに対する垂直面である。掻取り部材54は、流入管19の外側から分配部18の外周壁18aの内側にかけて、R方向に沿って配置される。掻取り部材54は、分配部18の内底面18bに沿って配置される。掻取り部材54のR方向の両端部は、取付け部材53を介してアーム52に接続される。
 掻取り部材54は、ポリ塩化ビニルなどの樹脂材料により形成される。掻取り部材54は、分配部18の内底面18bから僅かに離れて配置される。掻取り部材54は、金属材料の支持板と、支持板の+θ方向の表面に装着されるゴム板と、で形成されてもよい。この場合、ゴム板は分配部18の内底面18bに当接してもよい。 
 取付け部材53は、ポリ塩化ビニルなどの樹脂材料により形成される。-R方向の取付け部材53は、流入管19の外周面から僅かに離れて配置される。+R方向の取付け部材53は、分配部18の外周壁18aの内周面から僅かに離れて配置される。取付け部材53は、金属材料の支持板と、支持板の+θ方向の表面に装着されるゴム板と、で形成されてもよい。この場合、-R方向のゴム板は、流入管19の外周面に当接してもよい。-R方向のゴム板は、流入管19の外周面に付着したフロックを掻き取る。+R方向のゴム板は、外周壁18aの内周面に当接してもよい。+R方向のゴム板は、外周壁18aの内周面に付着したフロックを掻き取る。
 掻取り機構50は、回転シャフト41と共に回転する。掻取り部材54は、分配部18の内底面18bに堆積したフロックを掻き取る。取付け部材53は、分配部18の内側面に付着したフロックを掻き取る。掻き取られたフロックは、被処理水に分散されて分配部18を流通する。フロックは、被処理水と共に流入管19の内側に流入する。これにより、分配部18に堆積していたフロックが除去される。フロックが除去されると、分配部18における被処理水の流通が均一になる。これにより、流入管19の周方向において均等に、被処理水が流入管19に流入する。そのため、沈殿槽1の内部において、局所的に被処理水の高速流が発生することなく、被処理水が均等に低速で流通する。したがって、沈殿槽1の沈降分離性能の低下が抑制される。
 分配部18における被処理水の水面は、流入管19の第1端部19eと同じ高さに位置する。掻取り部材54の+Z方向の端部は、流入管19の第1端部19eより-Z方向に配置される。これにより、被処理水は、掻取り部材54の+Z方向を流通可能である。掻取り部材54が分配部18の内側を移動するとき、掻取り部材54は被処理水の水流を混乱させる。被処理水が掻取り部材54の+Z方向を流通可能なので、流通不可能な場合と比べて、掻取り部材54による水流の混乱が抑制される。
 以上に説明された流入部ユニット12は、分配部18の内底面18bに沿って相対移動する掻取り部材54を有する。掻取り部材54は、分配部18の内底面に堆積したフロックを掻き取る。分配部18に堆積していたフロックが除去されると、被処理水が均等に低速で流通する。したがって、沈殿槽1の沈降分離性能の低下が抑制される。 
 掻取り部材54は、回転シャフト41に連結可能な第1連結部51に接続される。掻取り部材54は、回転シャフト41と共に回転して、分配部18の内側を移動する。掻取り部材54の移動機構を新設する必要がないので、装置コストが抑制される。
 第1の実施形態の第1変形例の流入部ユニットについて説明する。 
 図4は、第1の実施形態の第1変形例の流入部ユニットの平面断面図である。図4は、図1のII-II線に相当する部分における断面図である。図5は、図4のV-V線における側面断面図である。第1の実施形態の第1変形例のうち、第1の実施形態と同様の部分の説明は省略される。
 図4に示されるように、流入部ユニット12は、バッフル板21を有する。 
 バッフル板21は、R方向において被処理水供給部17の流出端部17aと流入管19との中間部に配置される。バッフル板21は、Z方向から見て、流入管19と同心の円弧状に形成される。バッフル板21は、分配部18の内底面18bから+Z方向に立設される。バッフル板21は、被処理水を整流する。バッフル板21は、被処理水供給部17の流出端部17aから流入した被処理水の-R方向の水流を、+θ方向および-θ方向の水流に変換する。
 掻取り部材54は、内側掻取り部材54aと、外側掻取り部材54bと、を有する。内側掻取り部材54aは、R方向の内側(-R方向)に配置される。外側掻取り部材54bは、R方向の外側(+R方向)に配置される。図5に示されるように、内側掻取り部材54aのR方向の両端部は、取付け部材53を介してアーム52に接続される。外側掻取り部材54bも同様に、取付け部材53を介してアーム52に接続される。R方向における内側掻取り部材54aと外側掻取り部材54bとの間には、隙間58が形成される。隙間58は、分配部18の内底面18bからアーム52にかけてZ方向に伸びる。隙間58は、R方向においてバッフル板21と同じ位置に形成される。
 掻取り機構50が回転すると、掻取り部材54はバッフル板21を通過する。内側掻取り部材54aがバッフル板21の-R方向を通過し、外側掻取り部材54bがバッフル板21の+R方向を通過する。バッフル板21は、相対的に隙間58を通過する。 
 このように、掻取り部材54は、R方向におけるバッフル板21の位置に隙間58を有する。これにより、掻取り部材54とバッフル板21との干渉が回避される。
 第1の実施形態の第2変形例の流入部ユニットについて説明する。 
 図6は、第1の実施形態の第2変形例の流入部ユニットの平面断面図である。図6は、図1のII-II線に相当する部分における断面図である。第1の実施形態の第2変形例のうち、第1の実施形態と同様の部分の説明は省略される。
 アーム52は、内側アーム52aと、外側アーム52bと、を有する。内側アーム52aは、第1連結部51から+R方向に伸びる。外側アーム52bは、内側アーム52aの+R方向の先端から、+R方向および+θ方向に向かって直線状に伸びる。
 掻取り部材54は、Z方向から見て外側アーム52bと略平行に配置される。掻取り部材54の+θ方向の前面(移動方向の面)54fは、R方向に対して傾斜している。掻取り部材54の前面54fは、+R方向から-R方向にかけて、-θ方向に傾斜している。掻取り部材54の前面54fは、+θ方向および-R方向を向いている。Z方向から見て、掻取り部材54の前面54fは、前面54fの+R方向の端部の速度ベクトル54vに対して、90°を超える角度で配置される。速度ベクトル54vがR方向の成分を有しないのに対して、前面54fの法線ベクトル54nは-R方向の成分を有する。
 掻取り機構50が回転すると、掻取り部材54は、分配部18の内底面18bに堆積したフロックを掻き取る。掻取り部材54の前面54fは、+R方向から-R方向にかけて、-θ方向に傾斜している。掻き取られたフロックは、+θ方向に回転する掻取り部材54に案内されて、+R方向から-R方向に移動する。-R方向に移動したフロックは、流入管19の内側に流入する。これにより、分配部18に堆積していたフロックが除去され、フロックの再堆積が抑制される。
 第1の実施形態の第3変形例の流入部ユニットについて説明する。 
 図7は、第1の実施形態の第3変形例の流入部ユニットの平面断面図である。図7は、図1のII-II線に相当する部分における断面図である。第1の実施形態の第3変形例のうち、第1の実施形態の第2変形例と同様の部分の説明は省略される。
 掻取り部材54の前面54fは曲面に形成される。掻取り部材54の前面54fは、+R方向に向かうほど-R方向を向く曲面である。前面54fの各点の法線ベクトルは-R方向の成分を有する。Z方向から見て、掻取り部材54の前面54fは円弧状に形成され、円弧の中心は前面54fの+θ方向に配置される。
 掻取り部材54に掻き取られたフロックは、+θ方向に回転する掻取り部材54に案内されて、+R方向から-R方向に移動する。掻取り部材54の前面54fが曲面であるため、平面の場合に比べて、フロックが-R方向に案内されやすい。-R方向に移動したフロックは、流入管19の内側に流入する。これにより、分配部18に堆積していたフロックが除去される。
 第1の実施形態の第4変形例の流入部ユニットについて説明する。 
 図22は、第1の実施形態の第4変形例の流入部ユニットの側面図である。第1の実施形態の第4変形例のうち、第1の実施形態と同様の部分の説明は省略される。
 掻取り部材54の前面54fは、分配部18の内底面18bに対して傾斜している。掻取り部材54の前面54fは、-Z方向から+Z方向にかけて、-θ方向に傾斜している。掻取り部材54の前面54fは、+θ方向および+Z方向を向いている。 
 取付け部材53の前面53fも、掻取り部材54の前面54fと同様に傾斜している。
 掻取り部材54の前面54fおよび取付け部材53の前面53fに、ゴム板が装着されてもよい。-R方向の取付け部材53に装着されたゴム板は、流入管19の外周面に当接してもよい。このゴム板は、流入管19の外周面および第1端部19eに付着したフロックを掻き取って、流入管19の内側に流入させる。これにより、流入管19の外周面および第1端部19eに付着したフロックが除去される。
 なお、第1の実施形態の第2変形例、第3変形例および第4変形例の掻取り部材54は、第1の変形例と同様の隙間58(図5参照)を有してもよい。
 (第2の実施形態)
 第2の実施形態の流入部ユニットについて説明する。 
 図8は、第2の実施形態の流入部ユニットの平面断面図である。図8は、図1のIIII線に相当する部分における断面図である。図9は、図8のIX矢視図である。図10は、第2の実施形態の流入部ユニットにおける搬出部材の斜視図である。図10では、搬出部材および流入管の第1端部以外の部材の図示が省略されている。 
 第2の実施形態の流入部ユニットは、掻取り機構50に加えて搬出機構60を有する点で、第1の実施形態とは異なる。第2の実施形態のうち、第1の実施形態の第2変形例と同様の部分の説明は省略される。
 図8に示されるように、第2の実施形態の流入部ユニット12は、掻取り機構50と、搬出機構60と、を有する。掻取り機構50の掻取り部材54は、流入管19の外周面からR方向に所定距離W1をおいて配置される。 
 搬出機構60は、掻取り機構50で掻き取ったフロックを、流入管19の内側に搬出する。搬出機構60は、第2連結部61と、アーム62と、搬出部材64と、を有する。
 第2連結部61は、搬出機構60を回転シャフト41に連結可能である。例えば第2連結部61は、回転シャフト41を径方向に挟持するクランプ機構である。搬出機構60が第2連結部61により回転シャフト41に連結されると、搬出機構60は回転シャフト41と共に回転する。 
 アーム62は、第2連結部61に接続される。アーム62は、第2連結部61から+R方向に伸びる。
 流入部ユニット12は、複数(例えば2個)の掻取り機構50と、複数(例えば2個)の搬出機構60と、を有する。複数の掻取り機構50は、θ方向に等角度(例えば180°)の間隔で配置される。複数の搬出機構60は、θ方向に等角度(例えば180°)の間隔で配置される。搬出機構60は、掻取り機構50の-θ方向に近接して配置される。なお流入部ユニット12は、1個の掻取り機構50と、1個の搬出機構60と、を有してもよい。
 搬出部材64は、分配部18の内底面18bおよび流入管19の外周面に沿って配置される。Z方向から見て、搬出部材64はθ方向に伸びる。搬出部材64は、R方向に所定幅W2を有する。所定幅W2は、所定距離W1より大きい。 
 図9に示されるように、搬出部材64は、板状に形成される。搬出部材64の+θ方向の前面(移動方向の面)64fは、平面状に形成される。搬出部材64の前面64fは、分配部18の内底面18bに対して傾斜している。搬出部材64の前面64fは、-Z方向から+Z方向にかけて、-θ方向に傾斜している。搬出部材64の前面64fは、+θ方向および+Z方向を向いている。搬出部材64は、分配部18の内底面18bから流入管19の第1端部19eにかけて伸びる。搬出部材64の-Z方向の端部は、分配部18の内底面18bに沿って配置される。搬出部材64の+Z方向の端部は、流入管19の第1端部19eより+Z方向に配置される。搬出部材64の+Z方向の端部は、取付け部材63を介してアーム62に接続される。
 搬出部材64は、ポリ塩化ビニルなどの樹脂材料により形成される。搬出部材64は、分配部18の内底面18bおよび流入管19の外周面から僅かに離れて配置される。搬出部材64は、金属材料の支持板と、支持板の+θ方向の表面に装着されるゴム板と、により形成されてもよい。この場合、ゴム板は分配部18の内底面18bおよび流入管19の外周面に当接してもよい。ゴム板は、流入管19の外周面および第1端部19eに付着したフロックを掻き取って、流入管19の内側に流入させる。
 図8に示されるように、掻取り機構50および搬出機構60は、回転シャフト41と共に回転する。掻取り部材54は、分配部18の内底面18bに堆積したフロックを掻き取る。掻き取られたフロックは、+θ方向に回転する掻取り部材54に案内されて、+R方向から-R方向に移動する。掻取り部材54は、流入管19の外周面から所定距離W1をおいて配置される。搬出機構60は、掻取り機構50の-θ方向に近接して配置される。掻取り部材54により-R方向に案内されたフロックは、掻取り部材54の-R方向の端部から、搬出機構60に受け渡される。
 図10に示されるように、搬出機構60の搬出部材64の前面64fは、-Z方向から+Z方向にかけて、-θ方向に傾斜している。受け渡されたフロックは、+θ方向に回転する搬出部材64に案内されて、-Z方向から+Z方向に移動する。搬出部材64の+Z方向の端部は、流入管19の第1端部19eより+Z方向に配置されている。移動したフロックは、流入管19の第1端部19eを乗り越えて、流入管19の内側に流入する。これにより、分配部18に堆積していたフロックが除去される。
 以上に説明された流入部ユニット12は、掻取り部材54に加えて搬出部材64を有する。掻取り部材54により-R方向に案内されたフロックは、搬出部材64により+Z方向に案内されて、流入管19の内側に流入する。これにより、分配部18に堆積していたフロックが除去される。したがって、沈殿槽1の沈降分離性能の低下が抑制される。
 第2の実施形態の第1変形例の流入部ユニットについて説明する。 
 図11は、第2の実施形態の第1変形例の流入部ユニットにおける搬出部材の斜視図である。図11では、搬出部材および流入管の第1端部以外の部材の図示が省略されている。第2の実施形態の第1変形例のうち、第2の実施形態と同様の部分の説明は省略される。
 搬出部材64の前面64fは、曲面状に形成される。搬出部材64の前面64fは、+Z方向に向かうほど+θ方向を向く曲面である。前面64fの各点の法線ベクトルは+θ方向の成分を有する。R方向から見て搬出部材64の前面64fは円弧状に形成され、円弧の中心は前面64fの+θ方向に配置される。
 搬出部材64に受け渡されたフロックは、+θ方向に回転する搬出部材64に案内されて、-Z方向から+Z方向に移動する。搬出部材64の前面64fが曲面であるため、平面の場合に比べて、フロックが+Z方向に案内されやすい。+Z方向に移動したフロックは、流入管19の第1端部19eを乗り越えて、流入管19の内側に流入する。これにより、分配部18に堆積していたフロックが除去される。
 第2の実施形態の第2変形例の流入部ユニットについて説明する。 
 図12は、第2の実施形態の第2変形例の流入部ユニットにおける搬出部材の斜視図である。図12では、搬出部材および流入管の第1端部以外の部材の図示が省略されている。第2の実施形態の第2変形例のうち、第2の実施形態と同様の部分の説明は省略される。
 搬出部材64の前面64fは、捩れた曲面に形成される。搬出部材64の前面64fの下端辺(-Z方向の端辺)は、R方向に沿って配置される。搬出部材64の前面64fの上端辺(+Z方向の端辺)は、+R方向に向かうほど+θ方向に突出している。搬出部材64の前面64fは、+Z方向に向かうほど-R方向を向くように捩れている。 
 フロックは、搬出部材64に案内されて、+Z方向に移動するとともに、-R方向に移動する。そのため、多くのフロックが流入管19の内側に流入する。これにより、分配部18に堆積していたフロックが除去される。
 第2の実施形態の第3変形例の流入部ユニットについて説明する。 
 図13は、第2の実施形態の第3変形例の流入部ユニットにおける搬出部材の斜視図である。図13では、搬出部材および流入管の第1端部以外の部材の図示が省略されている。第2の実施形態の第3変形例のうち、第2の実施形態と同様の部分の説明は省略される。
 搬出部材64は、板状のガイド部材68を有する。ガイド部材68は、搬出部材64の前面64fの+R方向の端辺から+θ方向および+Z方向に立設される。 
 フロックは、搬出部材64に案内されて、-Z方向から+Z方向に移動する。ガイド部材68は、フロックが搬出部材64の+R方向に脱落するのを抑制する。そのため、多くのフロックが流入管19の内側に流入する。これにより、分配部18に堆積していたフロックが除去される。
 以上に説明された第2の実施形態および各変形例の掻取り機構50は、第1の実施形態の第2変形例の掻取り部材54を有する。これに対して掻取り機構50は、第1の実施形態の他の変形例の掻取り部材54を有してもよい。
 (第3の実施形態)
 第3の実施形態の流入部ユニットについて説明する。 
 図14は、第2の実施形態の流入部ユニットの平面断面図である。図14は、図1のII-II線に相当する部分における断面図である。図15は、第2の実施形態の流入部ユニットにおける搬出部材の斜視図である。図15では、搬出部材および流入管の第1端部以外の部材の図示が省略されている。第3の実施形態の流入部ユニットは、掻取り部材および搬出部材が連結された掻取り搬出機構70を有する点で、第2の実施形態とは異なる。第3の実施形態のうち、第2の実施形態と同様の部分の説明は省略される。
 図14に示されるように、掻取り搬出機構70は、第2連結部61と、アーム62と、掻取り部材54と、搬出部材64と、を有する。第2連結部61、アーム62および搬出部材64は、第2の実施形態と同様である。 
 掻取り部材54は、搬出部材64の-Z方向および+R方向の端部に連結されている。掻取り部材54および搬出部材64は、一体に形成されてもよい。 
 図15に示されるように、掻取り部材54の前面54fは、平面状に形成される。掻取り部材54の前面54fは、分配部18の内底面18bに対して傾斜している。掻取り部材54の前面54fは、-Z方向から+Z方向にかけて、-θ方向に傾斜している。また掻取り部材54の前面54fは、+R方向から-R方向にかけて、-θ方向に傾斜している。掻取り部材54の前面54fは、+θ方向、+Z方向および-R方向を向いている。
 図14に示される掻取り機構50は、回転シャフト41と共に回転する。掻取り部材54は、分配部18の内底面18bに堆積したフロックを掻き取る。掻き取られたフロックは、+θ方向に回転する掻取り部材54に案内されて、+R方向から-R方向に移動する。掻取り部材54の-R方向には搬出部材64が連結されている。掻取り部材54に案内されたフロックの多くは、搬出部材64に受け渡される。
 図15に示されるように、搬出部材64は、-Z方向から+Z方向にかけて、-θ方向に傾斜している。搬出部材64に受け渡されたフロックは、+θ方向に回転する搬出部材64に案内されて、-Z方向から+Z方向に移動する。搬出部材64の+Z方向の端部は、流入管19の第1端部19eより+Z方向に配置されている。移動したフロックは、流入管19の第1端部19eを乗り越えて、流入管19の内側に流入する。これにより、分配部18に堆積していたフロックが除去される。
 以上に説明された流入部ユニット12は、掻取り部材54および搬出部材64が連結された掻取り搬出機構70を有する。これにより、掻取り部材54に案内されたフロックの多くが、搬出部材64に受け渡され、流入管19の内側に流入する。その結果、分配部18に堆積していたフロックが除去される。したがって、沈殿槽の沈降分離性能の低下が抑制される。
 第3の実施形態の第1変形例の流入部ユニットについて説明する。 
 図16は、第3の実施形態の第1変形例の流入部ユニットにおける搬出部材の斜視図である。図16では、搬出部材および流入管の第1端部以外の部材の図示が省略されている。第3の実施形態の第1変形例のうち、第3の実施形態と同様の部分の説明は省略される。
 掻取り部材54の前面54fは、分配部18の内底面18b(図14参照)に対する垂直面である。掻取り部材54の前面54fは、+θ方向および-R方向を向いている。 
 掻取り部材54の前面54fが垂直面であるため、傾斜面の場合に比べて、掻き取られたフロックが掻取り部材54の+Z方向を乗り越えにくい。そのため、多くのフロックが、掻取り部材54の前面54fに案内されて、+R方向から-R方向に移動する。多くのフロックが、搬出部材64に受け渡されて、流入管19の内側に流入する。これにより、分配部18に堆積していた多くのフロックが除去される。
 第3の実施形態の第2変形例の流入部ユニットについて説明する。 
 図17は、第3の実施形態の第2変形例の流入部ユニットにおける搬出部材の斜視図である。図17では、搬出部材および流入管の第1端部以外の部材の図示が省略されている。第3の実施形態の第2変形例のうち、第3の実施形態と同様の部分の説明は省略される。
 掻取り部材54の前面54fの+R方向の端部は、分配部18の内底面18b(図14参照)に対して垂直に配置される。前面54fの-R方向の端部は、内底面18bに対して傾斜して配置される。掻取り部材54の前面54fは、-R方向に向かうほど+Z方向を向く捩れ面である。前面54fの-R方向の端部は、搬出部材64と同様の角度に傾斜して、搬出部材64に連結される。
 前面54fの+R方向の端部が垂直に配置されるので、フロックが掻取り部材54の+Z方向を乗り越えにくい。多くのフロックが、掻取り部材54の前面54fに案内されて、+R方向から-R方向に移動する。前面54fの-R方向の端部が傾斜して配置されるので、フロックが搬出部材64に受け渡されやすい。多くのフロックが、搬出部材64に受け渡されて、流入管19の内側に流入する。これにより、分配部18に堆積していた多くのフロックが除去される。
 第3の実施形態の第3変形例の流入部ユニットについて説明する。 
 図18は、第3の実施形態の第3変形例の流入部ユニット平面断面図である。図18は、図1のII-II線に相当する部分における断面図である。第3の実施形態の第3変形例のうち、第3の実施形態の第1変形例と同様の部分の説明は省略される。
 掻取り部材54の前面54fは曲面に形成される。掻取り部材54の前面54fは、+R方向に向かうほど-R方向を向く曲面である。前面54fの各点の法線ベクトルは-R方向の成分を有する。Z方向から見て、掻取り部材54の前面54fは円弧状に形成され、円弧の中心は前面54fの+θ方向に配置される。
 掻取り部材54の前面54fが曲面であるため、平面の場合に比べて、フロックが-R方向に案内されやすい。そのため、多くのフロックが-R方向に移動して、流入管19の内側に流入する。これにより、分配部18に堆積していたフロックが除去される。
 第3の実施形態の第4変形例の流入部ユニットについて説明する。 
 図19は、第3の実施形態の第4変形例の流入部ユニットにおける搬出部材の斜視図である。図19では、搬出部材および流入管の第1端部以外の部材の図示が省略されている。第3の実施形態の第4変形例のうち、第3の実施形態の第1変形例と同様の部分の説明は省略される。
 搬出部材64は、板状のガイド部材68を有する。ガイド部材68は、搬出部材64の前面64fの+R方向の端辺から、+θ方向および+Z方向に立設される。 
 搬出部材64に受け渡されたフロックは、+θ方向に回転する搬出部材64に案内されて、-Z方向から+Z方向に移動する。ガイド部材68は、フロックが搬出部材64の+R方向に脱落するのを抑制する。そのため、多くのフロックが流入管19の内側に流入する。これにより、分配部18に堆積していたフロックが除去される。
 なお、掻取り搬出機構70の構成は、第3の実施形態およびその各変形例の構成に限られない。掻取り搬出機構70は、第1の実施形態およびその各変形例の掻取り部材54を有してもよい。掻取り搬出機構70は、第2の実施形態およびその各変形例の搬出部材64を有してもよい。掻取り搬出機構70は、以上に説明された掻取り部材54および搬出部材64を、任意に組み合わせて構成することができる。
 (第4の実施形態)
 第4の実施形態の流入部ユニットについて説明する。 
 図20は、第4の実施形態の流入部ユニットの平面断面図である。図20は、図1のII-II線に相当する部分における断面図である。図21は、図20のW-W線における側面断面図である。第4の実施形態の流入部ユニットは、流入管清掃部材84およびシャフト清掃部材86を有する点で、第1の実施形態とは異なる。第4の実施形態のうち、第1の実施形態と同様の部分の説明は省略される。
 流入管清掃部材84は、線状の金属材料や硬化樹脂などで形成される。流入管清掃部材84は、流入管19の軸方向に沿って伸びる。流入管清掃部材84の+Z方向の端部は、アーム52に接続される。流入管清掃部材84の-Z方向の端部は、流入管19の-Z方向の端部より-Z方向に配置される。流入管清掃部材84は、流入管19の内周面に当接するか、流入管19の内周面から僅かに離れて配置される。
 回転シャフト41の回転に伴って、アーム52および流入管清掃部材84が回転する。これにより流入管清掃部材84は、流入管19の内周面に沿って相対移動する。流入管19の内側に流入したフロックの一部は、流入管19の内周面に付着する。流入管清掃部材84は、流入管19の内周面に付着したフロックを清掃する。
 シャフト清掃部材86は、線状の金属材料や硬化樹脂などで形成される。シャフト清掃部材86は、回転シャフト41の軸方向に沿って伸びる。シャフト清掃部材86の+Z方向の端部は、溢流堰13(図1参照)の+Z方向の端部より+Z方向に配置される。すなわち、シャフト清掃部材86の+Z方向の端部は、流入管19の内側の被処理水の水面より+Z方向に配置される。シャフト清掃部材86の-Z方向の端部は、流入管19の-Z方向の端部より-Z方向に配置される。シャフト清掃部材86は、接続部材85により流入管19に接続される。接続部材85は、流入管19の-Z方向の端部から-Z方向に伸び、-R方向に折れ曲がり、シャフト清掃部材86に接続される。シャフト清掃部材86は、回転シャフト41の外周面に当接するか、回転シャフト41の外周面から僅かに離れて配置される。
 回転シャフト41が回転すると、流入管19に固定されたシャフト清掃部材86は、回転シャフト41の外周面に沿って相対移動する。流入管19の内側に流入したフロックの一部は、回転シャフト41の外周面に付着する。シャフト清掃部材86は、回転シャフト41の外周面に付着したフロックを清掃する。
 前述したアーム52および流入管清掃部材84は回転シャフト41と共に回転するが、流入管19に接続されたシャフト清掃部材86は回転しない。アーム52および流入管清掃部材84は、流入管19の上方および内周面に沿って配置される。シャフト清掃部材86および接続部材85は、流入管19の下方および回転シャフト41に沿って配置される。そのため、アーム52および流入管清掃部材84が回転しても、シャフト清掃部材86および接続部材85と衝突しない。
 以上に説明されたように、第4の実施形態の流入部ユニット12は、流入管清掃部材84と、シャフト清掃部材86と、を有する。流入管清掃部材84は、流入管19の内周面に付着したフロックを清掃する。シャフト清掃部材86は、回転シャフト41の外周面に付着したフロックを清掃する。これにより、流入管19の内部において、被処理水が均等に低速で流通する。したがって、沈殿槽1の沈降分離性能の低下を抑制することができる。
 第4の実施形態の流入部ユニット12は、流入管清掃部材84およびシャフト清掃部材86の両方を有する。これに対して流入部ユニット12は、流入管清掃部材84およびシャフト清掃部材86のうち、いずれか一方のみを有してもよい。 
 第4の実施形態では、第1の実施形態の流入部ユニットが流入管清掃部材84およびシャフト清掃部材86を採用した。これに対して、第1~第3の実施形態およびそれらの変形例が、第4の実施形態の流入管清掃部材84およびシャフト清掃部材86を採用してもよい。
 以上説明した少なくともひとつの実施形態によれば、回転シャフト41に連結可能な第1連結部51に接続され、分配部18の内底面18bに沿って相対移動する掻取り部材54を持つ。これにより、沈殿槽1の沈降分離性能の低下を抑制することができる。
 本発明のいくつかの実施形態を説明したが、これらの実施形態は、例として提示したものであり、発明の範囲を限定することは意図していない。これら実施形態は、その他の様々な形態で実施されることが可能であり、発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で、種々の省略、置き換え、変更を行うことができる。これら実施形態やその変形は、発明の範囲や要旨に含まれると同様に、特許請求の範囲に記載された発明とその均等の範囲に含まれるものである。

Claims (15)

  1.  沈殿槽の掻寄板を回転させる回転シャフトの周囲に配置される流入管と、
     前記流入管の外側に配置され、前記流入管の第1方向の第1端部を取り囲み、前記第1端部から前記流入管の内側に流入する被処理水を収容可能な収容部と、
     前記回転シャフトに連結可能な連結部に接続され、前記収容部の内底面に沿って相対移動する第1部材と、を有する、
     流入部ユニット。
  2.  前記第1部材の前記第1方向の端部は、前記流入管の前記第1端部より、前記第1方向とは反対の第2方向に配置される、
     請求項1に記載の流入部ユニット。
  3.  前記第1部材の移動方向の面は、前記収容部の内底面に対する垂直面である、
     請求項1に記載の流入部ユニット。
  4.  前記収容部は、被処理水を整流する整流部材を有し、
     前記第1部材は、前記収容部の径方向における前記整流部材の位置に隙間を有する、
     請求項1に記載の流入部ユニット。
  5.  前記第1部材の移動方向の面は、前記収容部の径方向の内側を向いている、
     請求項1に記載の流入部ユニット。
  6.  前記第1部材の移動方向の面は、前記収容部の径方向の外側に向かうほど前記径方向の内側を向く曲面である、

  7.  前記第1部材の移動方向の面は、前記収容部の径方向の内側に向かうほど前記第1方向を向く捩れ面である、
     請求項5に記載の流入部ユニット。
  8.  前記回転シャフトに連結可能な連結部に接続され、前記収容部の内底面および前記流入管の外周面に沿って相対移動し、前記収容部の内底面から前記流入管の前記第1端部にかけて伸び、移動方向の面が前記第1方向を向く第2部材を有する、
     請求項1に記載の流入部ユニット。
  9.  前記第2部材の移動方向の面は、前記第1方向に向かうほど前記第2部材の移動方向を向く曲面である、
     請求項8に記載の流入部ユニット。
  10.  前記第2部材の移動方向の面における前記第1方向の端部は、前記収容部の径方向の外側に向かうほど前記第2部材の移動方向に突出している、
     請求項8に記載の流入部ユニット。
  11.  前記第2部材は、前記収容部の径方向の外側の端辺から前記第2部材の移動方向および前記第1方向に伸びるガイド部材を有する、
     請求項8に記載の流入部ユニット。
  12.  前記第1部材および前記第2部材は、相互に連結されている、
     請求項8に記載の流入部ユニット。
  13.  前記流入管の軸方向に伸び、前記流入管の内周面に沿って相対移動する流入管清掃部材を有する、

  14.  前記回転シャフトの軸方向に伸び、前記回転シャフトの外周面に沿って相対移動するシャフト清掃部材を有する、
