Description
本发明涉及用于辅助利用投币式洗衣店(laundromat)的系统。
众所周知,投币式洗衣店是设置有多台根据费用的支付执行对衣物、布制品的洗涤的洗衣设备的店铺。利用者携带洗涤物前往投币式洗衣店,向空着的洗衣设备投入硬币等来支付费用,并且将洗涤物投入该洗衣设备,使该洗衣设备执行洗涤等。然后,在洗涤等结束时再次前往投币式洗衣店,取回洗好的洗涤物。
需要说明的是,在本说明书中,“投币式洗衣店”不限于采用通过投入硬币来利用洗衣设备的方式(所谓的投币方式)的店铺,也包括采用通过使读卡器读取存储有有价值的IC卡等来利用洗衣设备的方式(所谓的无现金方式)的投币式洗衣店等。此外,在本说明书中,“洗涤”包括对衣物、布制品实施的各种处理,例如洗涤处理、烘干处理、洗涤烘干处理、除菌处理等。

在本发明的投币式洗衣店利用辅助系统中,优选的是,所述洗涤物信息获取部使所述终端装置的显示部显示分别对应于重量不同的洗涤物的多个图像,并且从所述利用者接受所述多个图像中的任一个的选择,获取与选出的图像对应的洗涤物的重量作为所述洗涤物信息,所述洗衣设备提取部提取与所述洗涤物的重量相应的容量的洗衣设备。

在本发明的投币式洗衣店利用辅助系统中,优选的是,在所述终端装置具备接受所述提取出的洗衣设备的预约的预约接受部。
在本发明的投币式洗衣店利用辅助系统中,优选的是,在所述洗衣设备具备结束时刻预测部,所述结束时刻预测部在从开始洗涤到完成一部分过程为止的中途阶段,基于所述一部分过程实际所需的时间来预测剩余过程所需的时间,从而预测洗涤的结束预定时刻,所述结束预定时刻反映在所述洗衣设备数据库中的所述洗衣设备的运转时间表中。
发明效果

根据本发明,当利用者向终端装置输入与自己的洗涤物有关的洗涤物信息时,洗涤时间被通知给该终端装置。由于无需前往投币式洗衣店就能掌握洗涤时间,因此进一步提高了利用者的便利性。
根据本发明,当利用者向终端装置输入与自己的洗涤物有关的洗涤物信息时,除了合适的洗衣设备之外,其运转时间表也会被通知给该终端装置。如果能掌握运转时间表,则会避免发生利用者携带洗涤物前往投币式洗衣店时,目标洗衣设备处于使用中而产生等待时间这一事态,进一步提高了利用者的便利性。

此外,洗涤物的重量也能根据目测的容量大致推定。“从图像中选择”是指,通过使利用者选择分别对应于容量不同的洗涤物的多个图像中的任一个来获取重量信息La。即,当利用者选择显示为“从图像中选择”的选项卡42时,洗涤物信息获取部301一览显示多个图像421,并且使触摸显示屏30显示出显示有接受各图像421的选择的单选按钮422的画面(图像选择画面)4b(图5)。各图像421是与彼此容量不同的洗涤物对应的图像,与各图像对应的洗涤物的重量存储于存储部。当利用者在选择了任意的单选按钮422之后,操作显示为“确定”的图标423时,洗涤物信息获取部301接受图像的选择,获取与所选出的图像对应的洗涤物的重量作为重量信息La。
此外,一个成人或者一个儿童一天要洗的洗涤物的量是大致确定的,也能据此来推定洗涤物的重量。“根据人数/天数指定”是指,通过使利用者输入产生洗涤物的人数和天数来获取重量信息La。即,当利用者选择显示为“根据人数/天数指定”的选项卡43时,洗涤物信息获取部301使触摸显示屏30显示出显示有接受成人和儿童的各人数的输入的输入框431、432和接受天数的输入的输入框433的画面(人数接受画面)4c(图6)。存储部中存储有一个成人或者一个儿童一天产生的洗涤物的平均重量,当利用者在各输入框431~433输入了任意的数值之后,操作显示为“确定”的图标434时,洗涤物信息获取部301根据被指定的人数和天数计算出洗涤物的重量,并将其获取为重量信息La。
(种类信息Lb的获取)
接着,对洗涤物信息获取部301获取种类信息Lb的方案进行说明。在获取种类信息Lb时,洗涤物信息获取部301使触摸显示屏30显示接受与洗涤物的种类有关的信息的输入的种类信息接受画面5(图7)。如上所述,在设置于各 投币式洗衣店1的各洗衣设备11搭载有各种特别功能。在种类信息接受画面5一览显示通过该特别功能可洗涤的特殊的布制品和通过该特别功能实现的特殊的洗涤方式。此外,在种类信息接受画面5显示接受该一览显示的各项目的选择的单选按钮51。当利用者在选择了任意的单选按钮51之后,操作显示为“确定”的图标52时,洗涤物信息获取部301获取所选出的各项目的内容作为种类信息Lb。
(位置信息Lc的获取)
接着,对洗涤物信息获取部301获取位置信息Lc的方案进行说明。在获取位置信息Lc时,洗涤物信息获取部301利用终端装置3的GPS功能确定该终端装置3的位置,并将其获取为位置信息Lc。不过,位置信息Lc的获取也可以通过经由触摸显示屏30从利用者接受位置信息的输入来实现。
步骤S2:洗涤物信息获取部301在通过上述的各方案获取重量信息La、种类信息Lb以及位置信息Lc中的至少一种时,将该获取的信息通知给服务器装置2。
步骤S3:在从终端装置3获取洗涤物信息L时,在服务器装置2中开始以下的处理。
步骤S4:首先,洗衣设备提取部201基于从终端装置3获取的洗涤物信息L,从洗衣设备数据库DB提取适合洗涤的洗衣设备11。
具体而言,洗衣设备提取部201首先基于洗涤物信息L中包括的位置信息Lc来确定适合洗涤的一个以上的投币式洗衣店1。具体而言,例如,洗衣设备提取部201将距离由位置信息Lc规定的位置的距离为规定值以下的所有投币式洗衣店1确定为适合洗涤的投币式洗衣店1。然后,从设置于所确定的各投币式洗衣店1的各洗衣设备11中提取与应进行的洗涤方式对应的设备(洗衣机、烘干机或者洗涤烘干机)(第一提取步骤)。
接着,洗衣设备提取部201基于洗涤物信息L中包括的重量信息La来确定适合洗涤的洗衣设备11的容量。然后,从第一提取步骤中提取出的洗衣设备11中提取所确定的容量的设备(第二提取步骤)。
接着,洗衣设备提取部201基于洗涤物信息L中包括的种类信息Dc来确定所需的特别功能。然后,从第二提取步骤中提取出的洗衣设备11中提取搭载有 该特别功能的洗衣设备11(第三提取步骤)。
通过以上的第一~第三提取步骤提取适合洗涤的洗衣设备。需要说明的是,如上所述,洗涤物信息L中包括重量信息La、种类信息Lb以及位置信息Lc中的至少一种即可,也可以存在不包括在内的信息。在存在不包括在内的信息的情况下,跳过利用该信息的提取步骤。例如在不包括种类信息Lb的情况下,跳过第二提取步骤。
步骤S5:接着,洗涤时间预测部202基于从终端装置3获取的洗涤物信息L来预测洗涤时间。具体而言,洗涤时间预测部202基于洗涤物信息L中包括的重量信息La和种类信息Lb来预测洗涤时间。在根据洗涤物的重量、种类预测洗涤时间时,可以使用周知的方法。
步骤S6:洗衣设备信息通知部203获取在步骤S4中由洗衣设备提取部201提取出的各洗衣设备11的识别信息和在步骤S5中由洗涤时间预测部202预测出的洗涤时间。进而,洗衣设备信息通知部203参照洗衣设备数据库DB,获取提取出的各洗衣设备11的运转时间表和设置有各洗衣设备11的投币式洗衣店1的店铺信息。然后,生成包括所获取的这一组信息的洗衣设备信息M。然后,将所生成的洗衣设备信息M通知给终端装置3。
步骤S7:在从服务器装置2获取洗衣设备信息M时,在终端装置3中开始以下的处理。
步骤S8:首先,洗衣设备信息显示部302使触摸显示屏30显示出显示从服务器装置2获取的洗衣设备信息M的洗衣设备信息显示画面6(图8)。在洗衣设备信息显示画面6显示洗衣设备信息M中包括的各信息。即,在洗衣设备信息显示画面6显示设置有适合洗涤的洗衣设备11的投币式洗衣店1的店铺信息61、该洗衣设备11的识别信息62、该洗衣设备11当前的运转状况63以及洗涤时间64。利用者能通过观看洗衣设备信息显示画面6来掌握使用哪个投币式洗衣店1的哪台洗衣设备11,当前是否能使用该洗衣设备11,洗涤花费多长时间等。
步骤S9:洗衣设备信息显示画面6中包括显示为“结束”的结束指示图标65和显示为“预约”的预约指示图标66。当利用者操作结束指示图标65时,洗衣设备信息显示部302将这一情况通知给服务器装置2,并且关闭洗衣设备信 息显示画面6并结束处理。此外,当从终端装置3获取表示已从利用者接受结束指示的通知时,服务器装置2也结束处理。
步骤S10:当利用者操作在洗衣设备信息显示画面6显示的预约指示图标66时(在步骤S9为是),预约接受部303接受洗衣设备11的预约。在从利用者接受预约时,预约接受部303首先使触摸显示屏30显示用于接受预约的预约接受画面7(图9)。
在预约接受画面7显示表示作为适合洗涤的洗衣设备而被提取的各洗衣设备11的运转时间表的运转时间表71。在运转时间表71示出各洗衣设备11的每单位时间的状态。即,使用标识等来表示各洗衣设备11在各单位时间处于“可利用”、“预约中”、“运转中”、“不可利用”中的哪一种。此外,在预约接受画面7显示接受日期的输入的日期输入框72。
在利用者向日期输入框72输入任意的日期时,预约接受部303通过参照洗衣设备信息M来生成该输入的日期的各洗衣设备11的运转时间表71,并使其显示在预约接受画面7。
在预约接受画面7显示的运转时间表71中,相当于“可利用”的标识为接受预约操作的图标。即,当利用者操作在任意的洗衣设备11的任意的时间段显示的相当于“可利用”的标识时,预约接受部303接受在指定的时间段利用指定的洗衣设备11的预约。
步骤S11:在预约接受部303接受预约时,生成包括被预约的洗衣设备11的识别信息、已预约的利用者的识别信息、预约开始时刻以及洗衣设备信息M中包括的洗涤时间的预约信息R,并将其通知给服务器装置2。
步骤S12:在从终端装置3获取预约信息R时,在服务器装置2中开始以下的处理。
步骤S13:首先,服务器装置2基于从终端装置3获取的预约信息R中包括的各信息来更新洗衣设备数据库DB,具体而言,更新被预约的洗衣设备11的运转时间表。即,服务器装置2将预约开始时刻加上洗涤时间的时刻作为结束预定时刻,将从预约开始时刻到该结束预定时刻为止的时间段中该洗衣设备11的状态设为“预约中”。此外,服务器装置2将所获取的预约信息R通知给 被预约的洗衣设备11。
步骤S14:在从服务器装置2获取预约信息R时,在洗衣设备11中开始以下的处理。
步骤S15:首先,预约管理部101进行管理,使得在预约的时间段中已预约的利用者以外的利用者无法利用该洗衣设备11。具体而言,预约管理部101在预约开始时刻锁定洗衣设备11的门,设为只要未经已预约的利用者本人确认(例如,识别信息和密码的输入)就无法使用的状态。此外,在预约开始时刻到来前的时间段,未预约的插队的用户想要使用洗衣设备11的情况下,在开始洗涤前,判断该洗涤的结束预定时刻是否为预约开始时刻之前,在结束预定时刻在预约开始时刻之后的情况下,使操作面板显示“本洗衣机由于已被预约,因此无法使用,请使用其他洗衣机。”这一消息,并且禁止开始该洗涤。由此,已预约的利用者能在预约的时间可靠地利用洗衣设备11。
<4.效果>
上述的实施方式的投币式洗衣店利用辅助系统SY在服务器装置2的存储部20存储有包括多个投币式洗衣店1和设置于各投币式洗衣店1的洗衣设备11的信息的洗衣设备数据库DB。而且,投币式洗衣店利用辅助系统SY具备:洗涤物信息获取部301,在利用者一方的终端装置3获取作为与洗涤物有关的信息的洗涤物信息L;洗衣设备提取部201,基于洗涤物信息L从洗衣设备数据库DB提取适合洗涤物的洗涤的洗衣设备11;以及洗衣设备信息通知部203,将提取出的洗衣设备11和设置有该洗衣设备11的投币式洗衣店1通知给终端装置3。
根据该构成,当利用者向终端装置3输入与自己的洗涤物有关的洗涤物信息L时,适合洗涤的洗衣设备11和设置有该洗衣设备11的投币式洗衣店1被通知给该终端装置3。因此,利用者能从分别设置于多个投币式洗衣店1的各种各样的洗衣设备11中适当选择适合自己的洗涤物的洗衣设备11。由此,利用者能充分有效利用投币式洗衣店1,提高了利用者的便利性。
此外,在上述的实施方式的投币式洗衣店利用辅助系统SY中,洗涤物信息获取部301使作为终端装置3的显示部的触摸显示屏30显示分别对应于重量不同的洗涤物的多个图像421,并且从利用者接受多个图像421中的任一个的选择,获取与选出的图像421对应的洗涤物的重量作为洗涤物信息L。然后,洗衣设备 提取部201提取与该洗涤物的重量相应的容量的洗衣设备11。
对于多数的利用者而言,不容易准确地掌握自己的洗涤物的重量,因此,有时会使用对于自己的洗涤物的重量不合适的容量的洗衣设备11。然而,根据上述的构成,利用者仅从在终端装置3显示的多个图像421中选择与自己的洗涤物相近的图像,就会被通知与该洗涤物的重量相应的容量的合适的洗衣设备11。因此,能通过使用被通知的洗衣设备11来避免浪费洗涤时间、费用或无法进行充分的清洗。
此外,在上述的实施方式的投币式洗衣店利用辅助系统SY中具备:洗涤时间预测部202,基于洗涤物信息L来预测洗涤时间。而且,洗衣设备信息通知部203将预测出的洗涤时间通知给终端装置3。
根据该构成,当利用者向终端装置3输入与自己的洗涤物有关的洗涤物信息L时,洗涤时间被通知给该终端装置3。由于无需前往投币式洗衣店1就能掌握洗涤时间,因此进一步提高了利用者的便利性。
此外,在上述的实施方式的投币式洗衣店利用辅助系统SY中,洗衣设备数据库DB中包括分别设置于多个投币式洗衣店1的各洗衣设备11的运转时间表,洗衣设备信息通知部203将提取出的洗衣设备11的运转时间表通知给终端装置3。
根据该构成,当利用者向终端装置3输入与自己的洗涤物有关的洗涤物信息L时,除了合适的洗衣设备11之外,其运转时间表也会被通知给该终端装置3。如果能掌握运转时间表,则会避免利用者携带洗涤物前往投币式洗衣店时,目标洗衣设备11处于使用中而产生等待时间这一事态,进一步提高了利用者的便利性。
此外,在上述的实施方式的投币式洗衣店利用辅助系统SY中,在终端装置3具备接受提取出的洗衣设备11的预约的预约接受部303。
根据该构成,当利用者向终端装置3输入与自己的洗涤物有关的洗涤物信息L时,适合的洗衣设备11被通知给该终端装置3,其结果是,利用者能从该终端装置3预约被通知的洗衣设备11。如果事先预约了洗衣设备11,则利用者能在自己预约的时间切实使用目标洗衣设备11,因此进一步提高了利用者的便利性。
《第二实施方式》
在上述的实施方式中,设为在储存于服务器装置2的存储部20的洗衣设备数据库DB中登记各洗衣设备11的运转时间表,在利用者的终端装置3的触摸显示屏30显示基于该洗衣设备数据库DB而确定的洗衣设备11当前的运转状况63、运转时间表71(图8、图9)。
在此,登记于洗衣设备数据库DB的运转时间表例如以如下方式被更新。即,当通过各洗衣设备11开始洗涤时,该洗衣设备11的控制部通过将洗涤的开始时刻加上在本机的程序中预先规定的基准所需时间来预测该洗涤的结束预定时刻。然后,将开始时刻和结束预定时刻通知给服务器装置2。服务器装置2在获取该通知时,将从开始时刻到结束预定时刻为止的时间段中该洗衣设备11的状态设为“运转中”。由此,洗衣设备数据库DB被更新。
在这样的方案中,也能保证洗衣设备数据库DB中保存足够准确的运转时间表,但根据以下说明的第二实施方式,能进一步提高保存在洗衣设备数据库DB中的运转时间表的准确性。
参照图10、图11对第二实施方式的投币式洗衣店利用辅助系统SYa进行说明。图10是表示在第二实施方式的投币式洗衣店利用辅助系统SYa中实现的功能构成的框图。图11是表示在投币式洗衣店利用辅助系统SYa中执行的处理流程的图。需要说明的是,在以下的说明中,对与第一实施方式不同的构成进行说明,对于与第一实施方式相同的构成,使用相同的附图标记来表示,并省略其说明。
在投币式洗衣店利用辅助系统SYa中,各洗衣设备11除了预约管理部101以外,还具备结束时刻预测部102,其预测在该洗衣设备11中执行的洗涤的结束时刻。与预约管理部101同样,结束时刻预测部102通过构成洗衣设备11的控制部的微型计算机执行储存于存储器的程序来实现。
参照图11对在投币式洗衣店利用辅助系统SYa中登记于洗衣设备数据库DB中的运转时间表的更新的处理流程进行说明。
步骤S101:在通过洗衣设备11开始洗涤时,该洗衣设备11的结束时刻预测部102通过将洗涤的开始时刻加上在本机的程序中预先规定的基准所需时间来预测该洗涤的结束预定时刻。
步骤S102:在获取结束预定时刻时,结束时刻预测部102将开始时刻和该结束预定时刻与本机的识别信息一同通知给服务器装置2。
服务器装置2在从洗衣设备11获取洗涤的开始时刻和结束预定时刻时,基于该获取到的信息来更新洗衣设备数据库DB。即,服务器装置2将从洗衣设备11获取到的开始时刻到结束预定时刻为止的时间段中该洗衣设备11的状态设为“运转中”。
步骤S103:另一方面,在开始洗涤的洗衣设备11中,结束时刻预测部102判断规定的过程是否完成。规定的过程是指从洗涤的一系列过程中任选的过程。在以下的说明中,设为:洗涤的一系列过程由两次洗涤过程构成,规定的过程为第一次洗涤过程。
步骤S104:在规定的过程(即第一次洗涤过程)完成时,结束时刻预测部102基于从开始洗涤到该规定的过程完成为止所需的所需时间来预测剩余过程(即第二次洗涤过程)所需的时间,并基于此来预测洗涤的结束预定时刻。
具体而言,结束时刻预测部102获取将第一次洗涤过程所需的时间除以第一次洗涤过程的基准所需时间而得到的值作为变化率。然后,将第二次洗涤过程的基准所需时间乘以该变化率而得到的值预测为第二次洗涤过程所需的时间。然后,获取将第二次洗涤过程的开始时刻加上该预测出的所需时间而得到的时刻作为结束预定时刻。
需要说明的是,为了获取更准确的结束预定时刻,结束时刻预测部102可以单独针对第一次洗涤过程中包括的各过程,即供水过程、排水过程、中间脱水平衡过程等各过程计算出变化率,并将第二次洗涤过程中包括的各过程的基准所需时间乘以该过程的变化率而得到的值预测为第二次洗涤过程所需的时间。
步骤S105:在获取结束预定时刻时,结束时刻预测部102将该结束预定时刻与本机的识别信息一同再次通知给服务器装置2。
在从洗衣设备11获取洗涤的结束预定时刻的再次通知时,服务器装置2基于该再次通知的信息再次更新洗衣设备数据库DB。即,服务器装置2更新洗衣设备数据库DB,使到再次通知的结束预定时刻为止的时间段中该洗衣设备11的状态为“运转中”。由此,由结束时刻预测部102预测出的结束预定时刻反 映在洗衣设备数据库DB中的洗衣设备11的运转时间表中。
如此,在上述的实施方式的投币式洗衣店利用辅助系统SYa中,结束时刻预测部102在从洗衣设备11开始洗涤到完成一部分过程为止的中途阶段,基于一部分过程实际所需的时间来预测剩余过程所需的时间,从而预测洗涤的结束预定时刻。然后,该结束预定时刻反映在洗衣设备数据库DB中的洗衣设备11的运转时间表中。
根据该构成,在洗涤的中途阶段,基于已结束的一部分过程实际所需的时间来预测剩余过程所需的时间,因此能准确预测洗涤结束的时刻。因此,洗衣设备11的准确的运转时间表被保存在洗衣设备数据库DB中。进而,提高了基于该洗衣设备数据库DB而确定的洗衣设备11当前的运转状况63、运转时间表71的准确性。由此,进一步提高了利用者的便利性。
《变形例》
有时利用者会在洗衣设备11开始洗涤后给出延长处理的指示。典型的是,假定在烘干不足的情况下用于追加进行烘干运转的延长处理。考虑到这样的延长处理的可能性,可以设为在用于接受预约的预约接受画面7显示“可能会因前一利用者的利用延长而导致洗涤开始时间延迟,请您谅解”等消息。
此外,可以构成为,在延长处理占用了预约时间的情况下,将该情况通知给该预约的利用者的终端装置3。具体而言,服务器装置2在从洗衣设备11接收随着延长处理的发生而导致结束预定时刻变更的通知而更新洗衣设备数据库DB时,判断根据该通知应变更为“运转中”的时间段当前是否处于“预约中”。然后,在应变更的时间段处于“预约中”的情况下,服务器装置2可以将该情况通知给该预约的利用者的终端装置3,使该终端装置3的触摸显示屏30显示“因前一利用者的利用延长导致洗涤开始时间延迟○○分钟。”这一消息。进而,可以采用如下构成:在接收该通知的终端装置3中,预约接受部303使触摸显示屏30显示预约接受画面7,该预约接受画面7显示表示洗衣设备11的最新的运转状况的运转时间表71,并从利用者接受预约的变更。
在上述的各实施方式中,洗涤时间预测部202可以在预测洗涤时间时考虑在步骤S4中提取出的洗衣设备11的规格信息。该情况下,针对在步骤S4中提取出的各洗衣设备11计算出洗涤时间,在洗衣设备信息显示画面6显示各洗衣 设备11的洗涤时间。因此,利用者能考虑洗涤时间来选择洗衣设备11。
在上述的各实施方式中,设为终端装置3为投币式洗衣店1的利用者所带的通信终端装置,但终端装置3也可以是设置于投币式洗衣店1等的通信终端装置。
在上述的各实施方式中,洗涤时间预测部202、预约接受部303、预约管理部101不是必须的要素,也可以省略其中的至少一个。
在上述的各实施方式中,作为服务器装置2所具备的功能部的各功能部201~203中的至少一个可以在洗衣设备11或者终端装置3中实现。此外,作为终端装置3所具备的功能部的各功能部301~303中的至少一个可以在服务器装置2或者洗衣设备11中实现。
在第二实施方式中,结束时刻预测部102基于从开始洗涤到规定的过程完成为止实际所需的时间来预测剩余过程所需的时间的方案并不限于上述例示的方案。例如,也可以是结束时刻预测部102在规定时间的烘干处理结束的阶段,基于从设于洗衣设备11的传感器等获取的信息来判断洗涤物的烘干程度,预测完全烘干该洗涤物所需的时间。
在不脱离本发明的主旨的范围内也能对其他构成进行各种变形。此外,当然也能将在各实施方式中举例示出的构成部分地相互组合。
Claims (6)
- 一种投币式洗衣店利用辅助系统,具备:存储部,存储有包括多个投币式洗衣店和设置于各投币式洗衣店的洗衣设备的信息的洗衣设备数据库;洗涤物信息获取部,在利用者一方的终端装置获取作为与洗涤物有关的信息的洗涤物信息;洗衣设备提取部,基于所述洗涤物信息从所述洗衣设备数据库提取适合所述洗涤物的洗涤的洗衣设备;以及洗衣设备信息通知部,将所述提取出的洗衣设备和设置有该洗衣设备的投币式洗衣店通知给所述终端装置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的投币式洗衣店利用辅助系统,其中,所述洗涤物信息获取部使所述终端装置的显示部显示分别对应于重量不同的洗涤物的多个图像,并且从所述利用者接受所述多个图像的任一个的选择,获取与选出的图像对应的洗涤物的重量作为所述洗涤物信息,所述洗衣设备提取部提取与所述洗涤物的重量相应的容量的洗衣设备。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的投币式洗衣店利用辅助系统,其中,具备:洗涤时间预测部,基于所述洗涤物信息来预测洗涤时间,所述洗衣设备信息通知部将预测出的所述洗涤时间通知给所述终端装置。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的投币式洗衣店利用辅助系统,其中,所述洗衣设备数据库中包括分别设置于所述多个投币式洗衣店的各洗衣设备的运转时间表,所述洗衣设备信息通知部将所述提取出的洗衣设备的运转时间表通知给所述终端装置。
- 根据权利要求4所述的投币式洗衣店利用辅助系统,其中,在所述终端装置具备接受所述提取出的洗衣设备的预约的预约接受部。
- 根据权利要求5所述的投币式洗衣店利用辅助系统,其中,在所述洗衣设备具备结束时刻预测部,所述结束时刻预测部在从开始洗涤到完成一部分过程为止的中途阶段,基于所述一部分过程实际所需的时间来预测剩余过程所需的时间,从而预测洗涤的结束预定时刻,所述结束预定时刻反映在所述洗衣设备数据库中的所述洗衣设备的运转时间表中。
