现有技术的电缆沟往往存在结构单一,回收利用率差的问题。
实用新型内容
实用新型目的:针对现有技术的不足与缺陷,本实用新型提供一种在定位杆之间设置竖向连接板,在相邻竖向连接板之间设有横向连接板,在横向连接板之间设有架体板;便于安装与拆卸,便于对部件进行更换,也便于对部件进行回收再次利用的装配式电缆沟。
技术方案:本实用新型的一种装配式电缆沟,其特征在于:包括两侧的侧壁并在侧壁底部与底座连接且侧壁顶部与盖板连接,侧壁设有上下2组由定位杆组成的定位杆排且定位杆一端伸入侧壁并在另一端伸出侧壁;所述定位杆伸出侧壁部分设有螺纹及限位块且上下定位杆之间设有竖向连接板;所述竖向连接板对应上下定位杆开设有通孔且上下定位杆穿过通孔并通过限位块及螺母I对竖向连接板进行位置固定,竖向连接板竖向设有若干个竖向连接孔并在相邻竖向连接板之间设有至少1组上下2个横向连接板且横向连接板横向设有若干个横向连接孔,竖向连接板与横向连接板通过螺母II及穿过对应竖向连接孔与横向连接孔的螺栓II连接;所述2个横向连接板之间设有至少1个架体板并在架体板设有与横向连接孔对应的架体连接孔且架体板与横向连接板通过螺母II及穿过对应架体连接孔与横向连接孔的螺栓II连接;所述架体板设有横板并在横板上设有若干个隔板。
其中,所述的竖向连接孔、横向连接孔与架体连接孔的形状为圆角矩形。
其中,所述的架体板的架体连接孔设有2个或者2个以上的螺栓II。
其中,所述的横板与架体板为一体结构。
其中,所述的隔板与架体板平行设置。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下显著优点:本实用新型为装配式的电缆沟,在定位杆之间设置竖向连接板,在相邻竖向连接板之间设有横向连接板,在横向连接板之间设有架体板,根据需要设置横向连接板与架体板的数量,操作简单,便于实施。同时,本实用新型为装配式的电缆沟,便于安装与拆卸,便于对部件进行更换,也便于对部件进行回收再次利用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本实用新型的技术方案做进一步的描述。
本实用新型的一种装配式电缆沟,包括两侧的侧壁1并在侧壁1底部与底座2连接且侧壁1顶部与盖板3连接,侧壁1设有上下2组由定位杆4组成的定位杆排且定位杆4一端伸入侧壁1并在另一端伸出侧壁1;定位杆4伸出侧壁1部分设有螺纹及限位块5且上下定位杆4之间设有竖向连接板7;竖向连接板7对应上下定位杆4开设有通孔且上下定位杆4穿过通孔并通过限位块5及螺母I6对竖向连接板7进行位置固定,竖向连接板7竖向设有若干个竖向连接孔8并在相邻竖向连接板7之间设有至少1组上下2个横向连接板9且横向连接板9横向设有若干个横向连接孔10,竖向连接板7与横向连接板9通过螺母II15及穿过对应竖向连接孔8与横向连接孔10的螺栓II13连接;2个横向连接板9之间设有至少1个架体板11并在架体板11设有与横向连接孔10对应的架体连接孔12且架体板11与横向连接板9通过螺母II15及穿过对应架体连接孔12与横向连接孔10的螺栓II13连接;架体板11设有横板14并在横板14上设有若干个隔板16。其中,竖向连接孔8、横向连接孔10与架体连接孔12的形状为圆角矩形;架体板11的架体连接孔12设有2个或者2个以上的螺栓II13;横板14与架体板11为一体结构;隔板16与架体板11平行设置。
使用时,建筑混凝土的侧壁1与底座2,浇筑时,将定位杆4部分浇筑在侧壁1内部,露出带有螺纹及限位块5的定位杆4部分;安装竖向连接板7时,将竖向连接板7安装在上下定位杆4上,将竖向连接板7移动到限位块5处,然后转动螺母I6对竖向连接板7进行位置固定。
然后在相邻的竖向连接板7上安装至少1组上下2个横向连接板9,安装横向连接板9时,通过将竖向连接孔8与横向连接孔10对应,然后将螺栓II13穿过对应的竖向连接孔8与横向连接孔10,并通过螺母II15进行横向连接板9位置的固定。可以根据实际需要确定需要几组上下2个横向连接板9。
然后在上下2个横向连接板9之间安装至少1个架体板11,安装架体板11时,通过将架体连接孔12与横向连接孔10对应,然后将螺栓II13穿过对应的架体连接孔12与横向连接孔10,并通过螺母II15进行架体板11位置的固定;固定时,可以在架体连接孔12设置2个或者2个以上的螺栓II13。可以根据实际需要确定需要几个架体板11。
架体板11上设有朝向电缆沟内部凸起设置的横板14,并在横板14上方设有若干个隔板16,隔板16与架体板11平行设置,铺设电缆时,将电缆分类放置在不同的隔板16之间,便于分类管理。
同时,本实用新型为装配式的电缆沟,便于安装与拆卸,便于对部件进行更换,也便于对部件进行回收再次利用。

  1. 一种装配式电缆沟,其特征在于:包括两侧的侧壁(1)并在侧壁(1)底部与底座(2)连接且侧壁(1)顶部与盖板(3)连接,侧壁(1)设有上下2组由定位杆(4)组成的定位杆排且定位杆(4)一端伸入侧壁(1)并在另一端伸出侧壁(1);所述定位杆(4)伸出侧壁(1)部分设有螺纹及限位块(5)且上下定位杆(4)之间设有竖向连接板(7);所述竖向连接板(7)对应上下定位杆(4)开设有通孔且上下定位杆(4)穿过通孔并通过限位块(5)及螺母I(6)对竖向连接板(7)进行位置固定,竖向连接板(7)竖向设有若干个竖向连接孔(8)并在相邻竖向连接板(7)之间设有至少1组上下2个横向连接板(9)且横向连接板(9)横向设有若干个横向连接孔(10),竖向连接板(7)与横向连接板(9)通过螺母II(15)及穿过对应竖向连接孔(8)与横向连接孔(10)的螺栓II(13)连接;所述2个横向连接板(9)之间设有至少1个架体板(11)并在架体板(11)设有与横向连接孔(10)对应的架体连接孔(12)且架体板(11)与横向连接板(9)通过螺母II(15)及穿过对应架体连接孔(12)与横向连接孔(10)的螺栓II(13)连接;所述架体板(11)设有横板(14)并在横板(14)上设有若干个隔板(16)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式电缆沟,其特征在于:所述的竖向连接孔(8)、横向连接孔(10)与架体连接孔(12)的形状为圆角矩形。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式电缆沟,其特征在于:所述的架体板(11)的架体连接孔(12)设有2个或者2个以上的螺栓II(13)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式电缆沟,其特征在于:所述的横板(14)与架体板(11)为一体结构。
