出风口的数量和离心风机的数量均为两个,具体而言,如图1至4所示,机箱1前面板上的出风口包括第一出风口11和第二出风口12,离心风机包括第一离心风机2和第二离心风机3,第一出风口11和第二出风口12分别设置在回风口13的两侧,第一离心风机2靠近第一出风口11设置,第二离心风机3靠近第二出风口12设置。第一出风口11和第二出风口12优选地设置在回风口13的左侧和右侧,这样使得风管机可以进行超薄式设计并且可以在两个位置出风,使得缩短风管机的进深,满足用户的使用要求。在这种结构下,第一离心风机2和第二离心风机3启动后,第一离心风机2可以将从回风口13进入的一部分空气通过换热器4引导到第一出风口11,第二离心风机3可以将从回风口13进入的另一部分空气通过换热器4引导到第二出风口12,进而实现第一出风口11和第二出风口12同时出风。优选地,与实施例一类似地,在机箱1内、换热器4的下方设置接水盘,通过接水盘能够收集冷凝水,换热器4可以固定在机箱1的内底壁上。
在实施例二中,换热器4的形状可以设置为半圆形、弧线形或者三折段形等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置换热器4的具体形状,只要便于从回风口13进入的空气充分地与换热器4的各个部分接触,进而实现换热即可。如图3和4所示,换热器4优选地包括第一部分41、第二部分42以及将第一部分41与第二部分42相连的第三部分43,第一部分41和第二部分42分别设置在电控箱5的两侧,第一部分41、第二部分42、第三部分43和回风口13共同围成能够容纳电控箱5的容纳空间。通过这样的设置,即换热器4为三折段形,从而使得从回风口13进入的空气在第一离心风机2和第二离心风机3的作用下能够充分地与换热器4接触,在该结构中,优选的是将第一部分41与第三部分43呈第一夹角设置,第二部分42与第三部分43呈第二夹角设置,第一夹角的角度与第二夹角的角度相同,例如第一夹角和第二夹角均设置为钝角,从而使得换热器4与出风口围成水平截面为梯形截面的容纳空间,从而便于对电控箱5进行容纳。需要说明的是,第一部分41与第 三部分43设置为一体,第二部分42也与第三部分43设置为一体,从而使得换热器4可以被一体制造出来。此外,采用第一离心风机2和第二离心风机3两个风机的结构,在其中一个离心风机发生故障时,还能够通过另一个离心风机继续工作,即由双出风口出风改为单出风口出风,从而能够使风管机继续工作。另外,通过对两个离心风机施加相应的控制逻辑,还能够实现该风管机的多功能性,例如可以使风管机在不出风、单出风和双出风之间灵活切换,这种产品结构的改进也不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
优选地,在本发明中,机箱1优选地采用钣金结构件,当然,机箱1还可以采用其他结构件制成,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置机箱1的结构以及材料,只要通过机箱1能够对电控箱5、换热器4和离心风机等部件进行容纳和安装即可。此外,机箱1的外侧还可以设置吊耳、螺孔和/或卡扣等连接结构,从而便于将机箱1吊顶安装,或者嵌入式安装到墙体内或者家具内。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种风管机,其特征在于,所述风管机包括机箱、电控箱、换热器和离心风机,所述电控箱、所述换热器和所述离心风机均设置在所述机箱内,所述机箱的其中一个侧板上设置有回风口和出风口,所述电控箱靠近所述回风口设置,所述离心风机靠近所述出风口设置,所述换热器设置在所述电控箱与所述离心风机之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的风管机,其特征在于,所述出风口包括第一出风口和第二出风口,所述离心风机包括第一离心风机和第二离心风机,所述第一出风口和所述第二出风口分别设置在所述回风口的两侧,所述第一离心风机靠近所述第一出风口设置,所述第二离心风机靠近所述第二出风口设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的风管机,其特征在于,所述换热器包括第一部分、第二部分以及将所述第一部分与所述第二部分相连的第三部分,所述第一部分和所述第二部分分别设置在所述电控箱的两侧,所述第一部分、所述第二部分、所述第三部分和所述回风口共同围成能够容纳所述电控箱的容纳空间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的风管机,其特征在于,所述第一部分与所述第三部分呈第一夹角设置,所述第二部分与所述第三部分呈第二夹角设置,所述第一夹角的角度与所述第二夹角的角度相同。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的风管机,其特征在于,所述第一部分与所述第三部分设置为一体。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的风管机,其特征在于,所述第二部分与所述第三部分设置为一体。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的风管机,其特征在于,所述机箱内、所述 换热器的底部设置有接水盘。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的风管机,其特征在于,所述接水盘固定连接于所述机箱的内底壁上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的风管机,其特征在于,所述回风口和所述出风口均设置在所述机箱的前侧板上。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的风管机,其特征在于,所述机箱为钣金结构件。
