艾灸疗法是应用点燃的艾柱熏烤人体穴位以达到温经通络、调和气血、治病保健目的的一种中医外治法。临床中常将点燃的艾柱放入艾灸盒内,置于腧穴或者应灸的部位,进行悬灸,灸至患者局部有温热感而无灼痛为宜。对于意识不清或痛觉迟钝的病人,就存在烫伤的风险。同时,一次治疗需要艾灸不同的穴位,需要按时更换部位。
人体背部分布有众多穴位分布,各个穴位对应不同的身体器官,传统的艾灸盒在对于背部艾灸时,存在不便调整和固定的问题,所以需要一种自动控温的医用艾灸盒。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种自动控温的医用艾灸盒,其具有便于行走和自动控温的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种自动控温的医用艾灸盒,包括艾灸盒本体,艾灸盒本体的表面固定开设有通风孔,两个通风孔以艾灸盒本体的轴心为中心呈对称分布,艾灸盒本体的内壁固定连接有安装板,安装板的下表面固定安装有第一电机,第一电机的输出轴通过联轴器固定连接有蜗杆。
艾灸盒本体的表面固定开设有安装孔,四个安装孔以艾灸盒本体的轴心为中心呈对称分布,安装孔的内壁固定连接有定位轴承,定位轴承的内圈分布固定连接有主动轴和从动轴,主动轴和从动轴的两端均固定延伸至艾灸盒本体的表面,主动轴的两端固定连接有主动齿轮,从动轴的两端固定连接有从动轮,主动轴的表面固定连接有蜗轮,蜗轮的表面与蜗杆的表面啮合。
艾灸盒本体的下表面固定连接有连接杆,两个连接杆以艾灸盒本体的轴心为中心呈对称分布,连接杆的表面设置有连接条,连接条的表面固定开设有连接槽,连接槽的内壁固定开设有行走槽,两个行走 槽以连接槽的轴线为中心呈对称分布,行走槽的内壁滑动连接有滑轮,滑轮的表面通过固定轴与连接杆的表面固定连接。
连接条的下表面固定连接固定连接有轨道条,轨道条的表面固定开设有齿槽,齿槽的内壁与主动齿轮的表面啮合,轨道条的下表面固定连接有吸盘。
艾灸盒本体的顶部螺纹连接有密封盖,密封盖的表面固定连接有温控装置,温控装置包括固定管和第二电机,固定管的表面与密封盖的顶部固定连接,固定管的内壁固定安装有第二电机。
进一步地,固定管的内壁与密封盖的内壁固定连通,第二电机的输出轴通过联轴器固定连接有螺纹杆。
进一步地,螺纹杆的表面螺纹连接有螺纹管,螺纹管的表面与固定管的内壁固定连接,固定管的内壁固定开设有行程槽,行程槽的内壁滑动连接有限位块,限位块的表面与螺纹管的表面固定连接。
进一步地,行程槽的內顶壁固定连接有第一按钮开关,行程槽的內底壁固定连接有第二按钮开关,第一按钮开关和第二按钮开关均与第二电机电性连接,螺纹管的一端延伸至固定管的表面。
进一步地,螺纹管的一端固定连接有连接盘,连接盘的下表面固定连接有连接管,两个连接管以连接盘的轴心为中心呈对称分布,连接管的表面螺纹连接有艾条管,艾条管的表面固定开设有通孔,多个通孔在艾条管的表面均匀分布,通孔的内壁与艾条管的内壁固定连通。
进一步地,连接盘的下表面固定连接有固定柱,固定柱的表面螺纹连接有竖管,竖管的底部固定连接有接灰盒。
进一步地,艾灸盒本体的内壁固定连接有过滤板,过滤板的下表面固定连接有检测盒,艾灸盒本体的表面分别固定安装有第一旋钮温控开关和第二旋钮温控开关,检测盒的内部固定安装有第一旋钮温控开关和第二旋钮温控开关的探头。
进一步地,第一旋钮温控开关和第二旋钮温控开关通过电线分别与第二电机的正转和反转电线电性连接。
进一步地,艾灸盒本体的表面固定连接有电机正反转无线遥控开关,电机正反转无线遥控开关与第一电机通过电线电性连接。
进一步地,轨道条和连接条的材料均包括硅胶,硅胶的制作方法包括:S1、原料,生胶60%-70%,白炭黑20%-25%,硫化剂1.5%-2.0%,脱模剂0.4%-0.8%,超细滑石粉3%-5%;S2、初混炼,开动炼胶机,使两根机辊开始滚动,将生胶和白炭黑在混炼设备中进行6-8小时的混炼,混炼后定型,即制得块状混炼胶;S3、终混炼,通过两个相对向中心旋转的滚筒,将块状混炼胶碾压成厚度均匀的片状物,然后向片状物一表面添加硫化剂、脱模剂、滑石粉,经过15-30分钟的混炼,即制得硅胶成品。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、通过设置温控装置,在使用该艾灸盒时,通过第一旋钮温控开关和第二旋钮温控开关设置低温和高温值,然后将点燃的艾条放置在艾条管内后,将艾条管与连接管螺纹连接,然后将密封盖与艾灸盒本体螺纹连接密封对人体穴位进行艾灸,检测盒内的第一旋钮温控开关和第二旋钮温控开关的探头检测艾灸盒内传出的温度,如果检测到温度过低时,第一旋钮温控开关发出电信号控制第二电机正转启动,第二电机输出轴通过联轴器带动螺纹杆转动,螺纹杆螺纹转动螺纹管,螺纹管向下运动带动连接盘、艾条管以及接灰盒同时向下运动,当限位块与第二按钮开关接触时,第二按钮开关发出电信号控制第二电机正转停止,同理,如果检测到温度较高时,第二旋钮温控开关发出电信号控制第二电机反转启动,第二电机输出轴通过联轴器带动螺纹杆转动,螺纹杆螺纹转动螺纹管,螺纹管向上运动带动连接盘、艾条管、接灰盒同步上升增大艾条与过滤板和人体的距离,在限位块与第一按钮开关接触后,第一按钮开关发出电信号控制第二电机反转停止,从而具有对艾灸盒艾灸时自动温度控制的特点。
2、通过设置连接条的下表面固定连接固定连接有轨道条,轨道条的表面固定开设有齿槽,在实际使用中,通过吸盘将轨道条与人体背部固定,根据实际情况和需要艾灸的穴位设置轨道条的轨迹,在将轨道条的轨迹设置好后,即可进行艾灸,艾灸过程中,在艾灸好一个穴位后,可以通过电机正反转无线遥控开关控制第一电机启动,第一电机输出轴通过联轴器带动蜗杆转动,蜗杆带动蜗轮以及主动轴转动,主动轴带动主动齿轮在轨道条表面的齿槽上转动行走,在艾灸盒 行走到下一穴位时,通过电机正反转无线遥控开关控制第一电机停止工作,进而对穴位进行艾灸,从而具有便于行走艾灸的特点。

艾灸盒本体1的表面固定开设有安装孔5,四个安装孔5以艾灸盒本体1的轴心为中心呈对称分布,安装孔5的内壁固定连接有定位轴承6,定位轴承6的内圈分布固定连接有主动轴7和从动轴8,主动轴7和从动轴8的两端均固定延伸至艾灸盒本体1的表面,主动轴7的两端固定连接有主动齿轮9,从动轴8的两端固定连接有从动轮10,主动轴7的表面固定连接有蜗轮11,蜗轮11的表面与蜗杆4的表面啮合。

通过设置连接条13的下表面固定连接固定连接有轨道条17,轨道条17的表面固定开设有齿槽1701,在实际使用中,通过吸盘1702将轨道条17与人体背部固定,根据实际情况和需要艾灸的穴位设置轨道条17的轨迹,在将轨道条17的轨迹设置好后,即可进行艾灸,艾灸过程中,在艾灸好一个穴位后,可以通过电机正反转无线遥控开关36控制第一电机3启动,第一电机3输出轴通过联轴器带动蜗杆4转动,蜗杆4带动蜗轮11以及主动轴7转动,主动轴7带动主动齿轮9在轨道条17表面的齿槽1701上转动行走,在艾灸盒行走到下 一穴位时,通过电机正反转无线遥控开关36控制第一电机3停止工作,进而对穴位进行艾灸,从而具有便于行走艾灸的特点;
通过设置温控装置,在使用该艾灸盒时,通过第一旋钮温控开关34和第二旋钮温控开关35设置低温和高温值,然后将点燃的艾条放置在艾条管29内后,将艾条管29与连接管28螺纹连接,然后将密封盖18与艾灸盒本体1螺纹连接密封对人体穴位进行艾灸,检测盒3301内的第一旋钮温控开关34和第二旋钮温控开关35的探头检测艾灸盒内传出的温度,如果检测到温度过低时,第一旋钮温控开关34发出电信号控制第二电机20正转启动,第二电机20输出轴通过联轴器带动螺纹杆21转动,螺纹杆21螺纹转动螺纹管22,螺纹管22向下运动带动连接盘27、艾条管29以及接灰盒32同时向下运动,当限位块24与第二按钮开关26接触时,第二按钮开关26发出电信号控制第二电机20正转停止,同理,如果检测到温度较高时,第二旋钮温控开关35发出电信号控制第二电机20反转启动,第二电机20输出轴通过联轴器带动螺纹杆21转动,螺纹杆21螺纹转动螺纹管22,螺纹管22向上运动带动连接盘27、艾条管29、接灰盒32同步上升增大艾条与过滤板33和人体的距离,在限位块24与第一按钮开关25接触后,第一按钮开关25发出电信号控制第二电机20反转停止,从而具有对艾灸盒艾灸时自动温度控制的特点。
实施例一
一种自动控温的医用艾灸盒,如图1-3所示,包括艾灸盒本体1,艾灸盒本体1的表面固定开设有通风孔,两个通风孔以艾灸盒本体1的轴心为中心呈对称分布,艾灸盒本体1的内壁固定连接有安装板2,安装板2的下表面固定安装有第一电机3,艾灸盒本体1的表面固定连接有电机正反转无线遥控开关36,电机正反转无线遥控开关36与第一电机3通过电线电性连接;第一电机3的输出轴通过联轴器固定连接有蜗杆4。
艾灸盒本体1的表面固定开设有安装孔5,四个安装孔5以艾灸盒本体1的轴心为中心呈对称分布,安装孔5的内壁固定连接有定位轴承6,定位轴承6的内圈分布固定连接有主动轴7和从动轴8,主动轴7和从动轴8的两端均固定延伸至艾灸盒本体1的表面,主动轴 7的两端固定连接有主动齿轮9,从动轴8的两端固定连接有从动轮10,主动轴7的表面固定连接有蜗轮11,蜗轮11的表面与蜗杆4的表面啮合。

通过设置温控装置,在使用该艾灸盒时,通过第一旋钮温控开关34和第二旋钮温控开关35设置低温和高温值,然后将点燃的艾条放 置在艾条管29内后,将艾条管29与连接管28螺纹连接,然后将密封盖18与艾灸盒本体1螺纹连接密封对人体穴位进行艾灸,检测盒3301内的第一旋钮温控开关34和第二旋钮温控开关35的探头检测艾灸盒内传出的温度,如果检测到温度过低时,第一旋钮温控开关34发出电信号控制第二电机20正转启动,第二电机20输出轴通过联轴器带动螺纹杆21转动,螺纹杆21螺纹转动螺纹管22,螺纹管22向下运动带动连接盘27、艾条管29以及接灰盒32同时向下运动,当限位块24与第二按钮开关26接触时,第二按钮开关26发出电信号控制第二电机20正转停止,同理,如果检测到温度较高时,第二旋钮温控开关35发出电信号控制第二电机20反转启动,第二电机20输出轴通过联轴器带动螺纹杆21转动,螺纹杆21螺纹转动螺纹管22,螺纹管22向上运动带动连接盘27、艾条管29、接灰盒32同步上升增大艾条与过滤板33和人体的距离,在限位块24与第一按钮开关25接触后,第一按钮开关25发出电信号控制第二电机20反转停止,从而具有对艾灸盒艾灸时自动温度控制的特点。
实施例二
一种自动控温的医用艾灸盒,如图1-3所示,包括艾灸盒本体1,艾灸盒本体1的表面固定开设有通风孔,两个通风孔以艾灸盒本体1的轴心为中心呈对称分布,艾灸盒本体1的内壁固定连接有安装板2,安装板2的下表面固定安装有第一电机3,艾灸盒本体1的表面固定连接有电机正反转无线遥控开关36,电机正反转无线遥控开关36与第一电机3通过电线电性连接;第一电机3的输出轴通过联轴器固定连接有蜗杆4。
艾灸盒本体1的表面固定开设有安装孔5,四个安装孔5以艾灸盒本体1的轴心为中心呈对称分布,安装孔5的内壁固定连接有定位轴承6,定位轴承6的内圈分布固定连接有主动轴7和从动轴8,主动轴7和从动轴8的两端均固定延伸至艾灸盒本体1的表面,主动轴7的两端固定连接有主动齿轮9,从动轴8的两端固定连接有从动轮10,主动轴7的表面固定连接有蜗轮11,蜗轮11的表面与蜗杆4的表面啮合。
艾灸盒本体1的下表面固定连接有连接杆12,两个连接杆12以 艾灸盒本体1的轴心为中心呈对称分布,连接杆12的表面设置有连接条13,连接条13的表面固定开设有连接槽14,连接槽14的内壁固定开设有行走槽15,两个行走槽15以连接槽14的轴线为中心呈对称分布,行走槽15的内壁滑动连接有滑轮16,滑轮16的表面通过固定轴与连接杆12的表面固定连接。
连接条13的下表面固定连接固定连接有轨道条17,轨道条17的表面固定开设有齿槽1701,齿槽1701的内壁与主动齿轮9的表面啮合,轨道条17的下表面固定连接有吸盘1702;
如图5所示,轨道条17和连接条13的材料均包括硅胶,硅胶的制作方法包括:S1、原料,生胶65%,白炭黑23%,硫化剂1.8%,脱模剂0.6%,超细滑石粉4%;S2、初混炼,开动炼胶机,使两根机辊开始滚动,将生胶和白炭黑在混炼设备中进行7小时的混炼,混炼后定型,即制得块状混炼胶;S3、终混炼,通过两个相对向中心旋转的滚筒,将块状混炼胶碾压成厚度均匀的片状物,然后向片状物一表面添加硫化剂、脱模剂、滑石粉,经过22分钟的混炼,即制得硅胶成品。

艾灸盒本体1的内壁固定连接有过滤板33,过滤板33的下表面固定连接有检测盒3301,艾灸盒本体1的表面分别固定安装有第一旋钮温控开关34和第二旋钮温控开关35,检测盒3301的内部固定安装有第一旋钮温控开关34和第二旋钮温控开关35的探头;第一旋钮温控开关34和第二旋钮温控开关35通过电线分别与第二电机20的正转和反转电线电性连接,第一旋钮温控开关34和第二旋钮温控开关35的型号均包括腾驰温控开关温度控制器旋钮温控可调式温控器30-110;
通过设置连接条13的下表面固定连接固定连接有轨道条17,轨道条17的表面固定开设有齿槽1701,在实际使用中,通过吸盘1702将轨道条17与人体背部固定,根据实际情况和需要艾灸的穴位设置轨道条17的轨迹,在将轨道条17的轨迹设置好后,即可进行艾灸,艾灸过程中,在艾灸好一个穴位后,可以通过电机正反转无线遥控开关36控制第一电机3启动,第一电机3输出轴通过联轴器带动蜗杆4转动,蜗杆4带动蜗轮11以及主动轴7转动,主动轴7带动主动齿轮9在轨道条17表面的齿槽1701上转动行走,在艾灸盒行走到下一穴位时,通过电机正反转无线遥控开关36控制第一电机3停止工作,进而对穴位进行艾灸,从而具有便于行走艾灸的特点;
通过设置温控装置,在使用该艾灸盒时,通过第一旋钮温控开关34和第二旋钮温控开关35设置低温和高温值,然后将点燃的艾条放置在艾条管29内后,将艾条管29与连接管28螺纹连接,然后将密封盖18与艾灸盒本体1螺纹连接密封对人体穴位进行艾灸,检测盒3301内的第一旋钮温控开关34和第二旋钮温控开关35的探头检测艾灸盒内传出的温度,如果检测到温度过低时,第一旋钮温控开关 34发出电信号控制第二电机20正转启动,第二电机20输出轴通过联轴器带动螺纹杆21转动,螺纹杆21螺纹转动螺纹管22,螺纹管22向下运动带动连接盘27、艾条管29以及接灰盒32同时向下运动,当限位块24与第二按钮开关26接触时,第二按钮开关26发出电信号控制第二电机20正转停止,同理,如果检测到温度较高时,第二旋钮温控开关35发出电信号控制第二电机20反转启动,第二电机20输出轴通过联轴器带动螺纹杆21转动,螺纹杆21螺纹转动螺纹管22,螺纹管22向上运动带动连接盘27、艾条管29、接灰盒32同步上升增大艾条与过滤板33和人体的距离,在限位块24与第一按钮开关25接触后,第一按钮开关25发出电信号控制第二电机20反转停止,从而具有对艾灸盒艾灸时自动温度控制的特点。
实施例三
一种自动控温的医用艾灸盒,如图1-3所示,包括艾灸盒本体1,艾灸盒本体1的表面固定开设有通风孔,两个通风孔以艾灸盒本体1的轴心为中心呈对称分布,艾灸盒本体1的内壁固定连接有安装板2,安装板2的下表面固定安装有第一电机3,艾灸盒本体1的表面固定连接有电机正反转无线遥控开关36,电机正反转无线遥控开关36与第一电机3通过电线电性连接;第一电机3的输出轴通过联轴器固定连接有蜗杆4。
艾灸盒本体1的表面固定开设有安装孔5,四个安装孔5以艾灸盒本体1的轴心为中心呈对称分布,安装孔5的内壁固定连接有定位轴承6,定位轴承6的内圈分布固定连接有主动轴7和从动轴8,主动轴7和从动轴8的两端均固定延伸至艾灸盒本体1的表面,主动轴7的两端固定连接有主动齿轮9,从动轴8的两端固定连接有从动轮10,主动轴7的表面固定连接有蜗轮11,蜗轮11的表面与蜗杆4的表面啮合。
艾灸盒本体1的下表面固定连接有连接杆12,两个连接杆12以艾灸盒本体1的轴心为中心呈对称分布,连接杆12的表面设置有连接条13,连接条13的表面固定开设有连接槽14,连接槽14的内壁固定开设有行走槽15,两个行走槽15以连接槽14的轴线为中心呈对称分布,行走槽15的内壁滑动连接有滑轮16,滑轮16的表面通 过固定轴与连接杆12的表面固定连接。
连接条13的下表面固定连接固定连接有轨道条17,轨道条17的表面固定开设有齿槽1701,齿槽1701的内壁与主动齿轮9的表面啮合,轨道条17的下表面固定连接有吸盘1702;
如图5所示,轨道条17和连接条13的材料均包括硅胶,硅胶的制作方法包括:S1、原料,生胶70%,白炭黑25%,硫化剂2.0%,脱模剂0.8%,超细滑石粉5%;S2、初混炼,开动炼胶机,使两根机辊开始滚动,将生胶和白炭黑在混炼设备中进行8小时的混炼,混炼后定型,即制得块状混炼胶;S3、终混炼,通过两个相对向中心旋转的滚筒,将块状混炼胶碾压成厚度均匀的片状物,然后向片状物一表面添加硫化剂、脱模剂、滑石粉,经过30分钟的混炼,即制得硅胶成品。
如图1-7艾灸盒本体1的顶部螺纹连接有密封盖18,密封盖18的表面固定连接有温控装置,温控装置包括固定管19和第二电机20,固定管19的表面与密封盖18的顶部固定连接,固定管19的内壁固定安装有第二电机20,第一电机3和第二电机20的型号均包括755马达12V-24高速直流电机,第一电机3和第二电机20均通过电线与电源电性连接;
固定管19的内壁与密封盖18的内壁固定连通,第二电机20的输出轴通过联轴器固定连接有螺纹杆21;螺纹杆21的表面螺纹连接有螺纹管22,螺纹管22的表面与固定管19的内壁固定连接,固定管19的内壁固定开设有行程槽23,行程槽23的内壁滑动连接有限位块24,限位块24的表面与螺纹管22的表面固定连接;行程槽23的內顶壁固定连接有第一按钮开关25,行程槽23的內底壁固定连接有第二按钮开关26,第一按钮开关25和第二按钮开关26均与第二电机20电性连接,第一按钮开关25和第二按钮开关26的型号均包括诺宜金属自复式12mm按钮开关,螺纹管22的一端延伸至固定管19的表面;螺纹管22的一端固定连接有连接盘27,如图4所示,连接盘27的下表面固定连接有连接管28,两个连接管28以连接盘27的轴心为中心呈对称分布,连接管28的表面螺纹连接有艾条管29,艾条管29的表面固定开设有通孔2901,多个通孔2901在艾条管29 的表面均匀分布,通孔2901的内壁与艾条管29的内壁固定连通;连接盘27的下表面固定连接有固定柱30,固定柱30的表面螺纹连接有竖管31,竖管31的底部固定连接有接灰盒32;
艾灸盒本体1的内壁固定连接有过滤板33,过滤板33的下表面固定连接有检测盒3301,艾灸盒本体1的表面分别固定安装有第一旋钮温控开关34和第二旋钮温控开关35,检测盒3301的内部固定安装有第一旋钮温控开关34和第二旋钮温控开关35的探头;第一旋钮温控开关34和第二旋钮温控开关35通过电线分别与第二电机20的正转和反转电线电性连接,第一旋钮温控开关34和第二旋钮温控开关35的型号均包括腾驰温控开关温度控制器旋钮温控可调式温控器30-110;
通过设置连接条13的下表面固定连接固定连接有轨道条17,轨道条17的表面固定开设有齿槽1701,在实际使用中,通过吸盘1702将轨道条17与人体背部固定,根据实际情况和需要艾灸的穴位设置轨道条17的轨迹,在将轨道条17的轨迹设置好后,即可进行艾灸,艾灸过程中,在艾灸好一个穴位后,可以通过电机正反转无线遥控开关36控制第一电机3启动,第一电机3输出轴通过联轴器带动蜗杆4转动,蜗杆4带动蜗轮11以及主动轴7转动,主动轴7带动主动齿轮9在轨道条17表面的齿槽1701上转动行走,在艾灸盒行走到下一穴位时,通过电机正反转无线遥控开关36控制第一电机3停止工作,进而对穴位进行艾灸,从而具有便于行走艾灸的特点;
通过设置温控装置,在使用该艾灸盒时,通过第一旋钮温控开关34和第二旋钮温控开关35设置低温和高温值,然后将点燃的艾条放置在艾条管29内后,将艾条管29与连接管28螺纹连接,然后将密封盖18与艾灸盒本体1螺纹连接密封对人体穴位进行艾灸,检测盒3301内的第一旋钮温控开关34和第二旋钮温控开关35的探头检测艾灸盒内传出的温度,如果检测到温度过低时,第一旋钮温控开关34发出电信号控制第二电机20正转启动,第二电机20输出轴通过联轴器带动螺纹杆21转动,螺纹杆21螺纹转动螺纹管22,螺纹管22向下运动带动连接盘27、艾条管29以及接灰盒32同时向下运动,当限位块24与第二按钮开关26接触时,第二按钮开关26发出电信 号控制第二电机20正转停止,同理,如果检测到温度较高时,第二旋钮温控开关35发出电信号控制第二电机20反转启动,第二电机20输出轴通过联轴器带动螺纹杆21转动,螺纹杆21螺纹转动螺纹管22,螺纹管22向上运动带动连接盘27、艾条管29、接灰盒32同步上升增大艾条与过滤板33和人体的距离,在限位块24与第一按钮开关25接触后,第一按钮开关25发出电信号控制第二电机20反转停止,从而具有对艾灸盒艾灸时自动温度控制的特点。

  1. 一种自动控温的医用艾灸盒,包括艾灸盒本体(1),其特征在于:所述艾灸盒本体(1)的表面固定开设有通风孔,两个所述通风孔以艾灸盒本体(1)的轴心为中心呈对称分布,所述艾灸盒本体(1)的内壁固定连接有安装板(2),所述安装板(2)的下表面固定安装有第一电机(3),所述第一电机(3)的输出轴通过联轴器固定连接有蜗杆(4);
    所述艾灸盒本体(1)的表面固定开设有安装孔(5),四个所述安装孔(5)以艾灸盒本体(1)的轴心为中心呈对称分布,所述安装孔(5)的内壁固定连接有定位轴承(6),所述定位轴承(6)的内圈分布固定连接有主动轴(7)和从动轴(8),所述主动轴(7)和从动轴(8)的两端均固定延伸至艾灸盒本体(1)的表面,所述主动轴(7)的两端固定连接有主动齿轮(9),所述从动轴(8)的两端固定连接有从动轮(10),所述主动轴(7)的表面固定连接有蜗轮(11),所述蜗轮(11)的表面与蜗杆(4)的表面啮合;
    所述艾灸盒本体(1)的下表面固定连接有连接杆(12),两个所述连接杆(12)以艾灸盒本体(1)的轴心为中心呈对称分布,所述连接杆(12)的表面设置有连接条(13),所述连接条(13)的表面固定开设有连接槽(14),所述连接槽(14)的内壁固定开设有行走槽(15),两个所述行走槽(15)以连接槽(14)的轴线为中心呈对称分布,所述行走槽(15)的内壁滑动连接有滑轮(16),所述滑轮(16)的表面通过固定轴与连接杆(12)的表面固定连接;
    所述连接条(13)的下表面固定连接固定连接有轨道条(17),所述轨道条(17)的表面固定开设有齿槽(1701),所述齿槽(1701)的内壁与主动齿轮(9)的表面啮合,所述轨道条(17)的下表面固定连接有吸盘(1702);
    所述艾灸盒本体(1)的顶部螺纹连接有密封盖(18),所述密封盖(18)的表面固定连接有温控装置,所述温控装置包括固定管(19)和第二电机(20),所述固定管(19)的表面与密封盖(18)的顶部固定连接,所述固定管(19)的内壁固定安装有第二电机(20)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动控温的医用艾灸盒,其特征在 于:所述固定管(19)的内壁与密封盖(18)的内壁固定连通,所述第二电机(20)的输出轴通过联轴器固定连接有螺纹杆(21)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种自动控温的医用艾灸盒,其特征在于:所述螺纹杆(21)的表面螺纹连接有螺纹管(22),所述螺纹管(22)的表面与固定管(19)的内壁固定连接,所述固定管(19)的内壁固定开设有行程槽(23),所述行程槽(23)的内壁滑动连接有限位块(24),所述限位块(24)的表面与螺纹管(22)的表面固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种自动控温的医用艾灸盒,其特征在于:所述行程槽(23)的內顶壁固定连接有第一按钮开关(25),所述行程槽(23)的內底壁固定连接有第二按钮开关(26),所述第一按钮开关(25)和第二按钮开关(26)均与第二电机(20)电性连接,所述螺纹管(22)的一端延伸至固定管(19)的表面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种自动控温的医用艾灸盒,其特征在于:所述螺纹管(22)的一端固定连接有连接盘(27),所述连接盘(27)的下表面固定连接有连接管(28),两个所述连接管(28)以连接盘(27)的轴心为中心呈对称分布,所述连接管(28)的表面螺纹连接有艾条管(29),所述艾条管(29)的表面固定开设有通孔(2901),多个所述通孔(2901)在艾条管(29)的表面均匀分布,所述通孔(2901)的内壁与艾条管(29)的内壁固定连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种自动控温的医用艾灸盒,其特征在于:所述连接盘(27)的下表面固定连接有固定柱(30),所述固定柱(30)的表面螺纹连接有竖管(31),所述竖管(31)的底部固定连接有接灰盒(32)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动控温的医用艾灸盒,其特征在于:所述艾灸盒本体(1)的内壁固定连接有过滤板(33),所述过 滤板(33)的下表面固定连接有检测盒(3301),所述艾灸盒本体(1)的表面分别固定安装有第一旋钮温控开关(34)和第二旋钮温控开关(35),所述检测盒(3301)的内部固定安装有第一旋钮温控开关(34)和第二旋钮温控开关(35)的探头。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种自动控温的医用艾灸盒,其特征在于:所述第一旋钮温控开关(34)和第二旋钮温控开关(35)通过电线分别与第二电机(20)的正转和反转电线电性连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动控温的医用艾灸盒,其特征在于:所述艾灸盒本体(1)的表面固定连接有电机正反转无线遥控开关(36),所述电机正反转无线遥控开关(36)与第一电机(3)通过电线电性连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动控温的医用艾灸盒,其特征在于:所述轨道条(17)和连接条(13)的材料均包括硅胶,所述硅胶的制作方法包括:S1、原料,生胶60%-70%,白炭黑20%-25%,硫化剂1.5%-2.0%,脱模剂0.4%-0.8%,超细滑石粉3%-5%;S2、初混炼,开动炼胶机,使两根机辊开始滚动,将生胶和白炭黑在混炼设备中进行6-8小时的混炼,混炼后定型,即制得块状混炼胶;S3、终混炼,通过两个相对向中心旋转的滚筒,将块状混炼胶碾压成厚度均匀的片状物,然后向片状物一表面添加硫化剂、脱模剂、滑石粉,经过15-30分钟的混炼,即制得硅胶成品。
