Description

一种分离器及具有该分离器的吸尘器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及吸尘器技术领域,尤其涉及一种分离器及具有该分离器的吸尘器。
背景技术
分离器,是用于气固体系或者液固体系分离的一种设备。工作原理为靠气流切向引入造成的旋转运动,使具有较大惯性离心力的固体颗粒或液滴甩向外壁面分开。分离器应用在吸尘器中,作用是在空气从吸尘器中向外排出之前,将被吸入的空气中的可能依然含有的残余的污染物/灰尘留下。分离器通常不可转动地安装在吸尘器的电机的电机轴上,并以高速进行旋转。
现有的分离器一般包括顶板和底板,顶板和底板均呈圆形,顶板的直径大于底板的直径,这种分离器吸风力较小,对于吸入的固体颗粒或液滴的速度改变较小,在分离器的初始速度较低的情况下,容易吸进固体颗粒或液滴,导致垃圾分离效果较差,而且吸入的固体颗粒或液滴会粘附于过滤元件上,影响过滤元件的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种分离器及具有该分离器的吸尘器,以解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
本实用新型一方面提供了一种分离器,包括顶板、底板和多个格栅条,所述顶板和所述底板均呈圆形,所述顶板的直径小于所述底板的直径,
所述分离器具有电机连接部,所述电机连接部的中心与所述分离器的旋转中心重合;
多个所述格栅条呈周向间隔分布于所述顶板与所述底板之间。
优选地,所述格栅条与所述分离器的中心轴线呈预设夹角,所述预设夹角的角度大于零度且小于九十度。
优选地,沿周向间隔分布的各个所述格栅条之间设置有第一通孔。
优选地,所述顶板上设置有多个第二通孔,多个所述第二通孔呈周向间隔分布于所述电机连接部的周围。
本实用新型另一方面提供了一种具有上述分离器的吸尘器。
本实用新型提供的分离器及具有该分离器的吸尘器,具有如下有益效果:
本实用新型提供的分离器及具有该分离器的吸尘器具有较大的吸风力,对于吸入的固体颗粒或液滴的速度改变剧烈,在分离器的初始速度较低的情况下,也不容易吸进固体颗粒或液滴,提高了垃圾分离效果,同时也不会影响过滤元件的使用寿命。

为使本实用新型的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面结合具体实施方式并参照附图,对本实用新型进一步详细说明。应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要限制本实用新型的范围。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“顶”、“底”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
实施例
如图1至图4所示,本实用新型实施例提供了一种分离器,所述分离器包括顶板1、底板2和多个格栅条3,所述顶板1和所述底板2均呈圆形,多个所述格栅条3呈周向间隔分布于所述顶板1与所述底板2之间。作为优选的实施方式,所述顶板1、所述底板2和所述格栅条3由塑料一体地制成。
作为优选的实施方式,所述分离器具有电机连接部4,所述电机连接部4的中心与所述分离器的旋转中心重合,所述分离器通过所述电机连接部4与吸尘器的电机的输出轴相连接。
作为优选的实施方式,所述格栅条3构造成相互相同的并且与所述分离器的中心轴线呈预设夹角设置。所述预设夹角的角度可以为大于零度且小于九十度。在沿周向间隔设置的各个所述格栅条3之间设置有第一通孔5,便于进风。
作为优选的实施方式,所述顶板1上设置有多个第二通孔6,多个所述第二通孔6呈周向间隔分布于所述电机连接部4的周围,便于出风。
作为优选的实施方式,所述顶板1的直径设置为小于所述底板2的直径,采用这种设计方式,能够使所述分离器具有较大的吸风力,对于吸入的固体颗粒或液滴的速度改变剧烈,在所述分离器的初始速度较低的情况下,也不容易吸进固体颗粒或液滴,提高了垃圾分离效果,同时也不会影 响过滤元件的使用寿命。
在具体使用中,所述分离器靠气流切向引入造成的旋转运动,将经由所述吸尘器的空气入口吸入尘杯的空气中的含有的固体颗粒或液滴甩向外壁面分开,使空气中的含有的固体颗粒或液滴留在所述尘杯中,剩下干净的空气通过所述第一通孔5流入到所述分离器内,并通过所述第二通孔6从所述吸尘器的空气出口排出。
由于所述分离器应用在吸尘器中,因此,本实用新型实施例还提供了一种吸尘器,其包括所述分离器。该吸尘器产生的有益效果的推导过程与所述分离器带来的有益效果的推导过程大体类似,在此不再赘述。
应当理解的是,本实用新型的上述具体实施方式仅仅用于示例性说明或解释本实用新型的原理,而不构成对本实用新型的限制。因此,在不偏离本实用新型的精神和范围的情况下所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种分离器,其特征在于,包括顶板(1)、底板(2)和多个格栅条(3),所述顶板(1)和所述底板(2)均呈圆形,所述顶板(1)的直径小于所述底板(2)的直径,
    所述分离器具有电机连接部(4),所述电机连接部(4)的中心与所述分离器的旋转中心重合;
    多个所述格栅条(3)呈周向间隔分布于所述顶板(1)与所述底板(2)之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的分离器,其特征在于,所述格栅条(3)与所述分离器的中心轴线呈预设夹角,所述预设夹角的角度大于零度且小于九十度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的分离器,其特征在于,沿周向间隔分布的各个所述格栅条(3)之间设置有第一通孔(5)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的分离器,其特征在于,所述顶板(1)上设置有多个第二通孔(6),多个所述第二通孔(6)呈周向间隔分布于所述电机连接部(4)的周围。
  5. 一种具有分离器的吸尘器,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-4中任一项所述的分离器。
