具体地,所述支撑部具有第一通孔,所述输出轴穿过所述第一通孔与所述第一传动轮连接;所述隔板支架具有第二通孔,所述旋转轴穿过所述第二通孔与所述第二传动轮连接。
优选地,所述密封盖与所述安装座上均设有螺纹孔,所述密封盖与所述安装座通过螺栓固定连接。
优选地,所述密封盖与所述安装座上设有相配合的卡接件,所述密封盖与所述安装座通过卡扣连接。
优选地,所述密封盖和所述安装座之间设置有导柱结构,使得所述安装部结构稳定,且方便装配。
进一步地,所述分离器的形状为为正锥形、倒锥形、直筒形或平板状中的任意一种或组合,所述分离器具有使气流通过的通道,所述通道的形状为非圆孔。
进一步地,所述尘杯侧壁上设有供外部流体进入的进风口,所述壳体上设有供干净空气排出的出风口,所述出风口与所述尘杯连通。
优选地,所述壳体与所述隔板支架可拆卸连接,所述隔板支架与所述尘杯可拆卸连接。

进一步地,所述集尘装置包括壳体、隔板支架、尘杯、分离器和分离器驱动装置,所述壳体、所述隔板支架和所述尘杯依次连接;所述隔板支架的外壁上设有支撑部,所述支撑部位于所述尘杯外侧;所述分离器设于所述尘杯内;所述分离器驱动装置包括电机和传动组件,所述电机设置在所述支撑部上,所述传动组件的一端与所述电机的输出轴连接,所述传动组件的另一端与所述分 离器连接,所述电机驱动所述传动组件带动所述分离器旋转。
采用上述结构,所述吸尘器具有用于吸风的主电机和用于驱动所述分离器旋转的分离器驱动电机,当接通所述吸尘器的电源并开始吸尘时,所述主电机工作吸风,所述分离器驱动电机在不晚于所述主电机开启的时间驱动所述分离器旋转,使得吸进所述集尘装置的风全部经过所述分离器分离,灰尘和液体落入所述尘杯内,干净空气经过所述分离器从尘腔进入电机组件的主电机进风口,并经过主电机出风口从吸尘器内排出,提高了吸尘器的整体吸尘效率,有效避免二次污染。且所述分离器驱动装置的电机设置在所述集尘装置的外部,方便了使用后的清洗。
优选地,所述主电机进风口处设有HEPA过滤器,进一步过滤空气,
优选地,所述主电机出风口处设有消音件,所述消音件为消音海绵等。
本实用新型提供的集尘装置和具有其的吸尘器,具有如下有益效果:
1.本实用新型的集尘装置,结构紧凑,增设分离器驱动装置,所述分离器驱动装置能够直接驱动所述分离器转动,有效提升除尘和液体分离效果,避免电源开启时吸入的浑浊气体从吸尘器排出而造成二次污染。
2.本实用新型的集尘装置,所述分离器驱动装置的电机设置在所述尘杯外部,防止所述电机脏污和损坏,提升了所述集尘装置的稳定性,且清洗方便,并降低吸尘器整体高度,更适合家居底部清洁。
3.本实用新型的集尘装置,所述分离器驱动装置采用所述传动带作为主要传动部件,能够有效减小所述分离器旋转时的晃动幅度,增加所述分离器驱动装置的稳定性,提高分离效率并延长所述分离器及所述分离器驱动装置的寿命。
4.本实用新型的吸尘器,采用上述的集尘装置,具有用于吸风的主电机和用于驱动所述分离器旋转的分离器驱动电机,两个电机配合工作,提高了吸尘器的整体吸尘效率,且方便清洗,提升用户体验。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
实施例一:
本实施例提供了一种集尘装置,如图1、图2和图3所示,所述集尘装置包括壳体1、隔板支架2、尘杯3、分离器4和分离器驱动装置,所述壳体1、所述隔板支架2和所述尘杯3依次连接;所述隔板支架2的外壁上设有支撑部21,所述支撑部21位于所述尘杯3外侧;所述分离器4设于所述尘杯3内;所述分离器驱动装置包括电机51和传动组件,所述电机51设置在所述支撑部21上,所述传动组件的一端与所述电机51的输出轴511连接,所述传动组件的另一端与所述分离器4连接,所述电机51驱动所述传动组件带动所述分离器4旋转。
所述尘杯3侧壁上设有供外部浑浊气体进入的进风口31,所述壳体1上设有供干净空气排出的出风口11,所述出风口11与所述尘杯3连通。
采用上述结构,所述集尘装置增设分离器驱动装置,所述分离器驱动装置能够直接驱动所述分离器4转动,有效提升除尘和液体分离效果,避免电源开启时吸入的浑浊气体从吸尘器排出而造成二次污染;所述分离器驱动装置的电机51设置在所述尘杯3外部,防止所述电机51脏污和损坏,提升了所述集尘 装置的稳定性,且清洗方便。
作为一种实施方式,所述传动组件包括传动带52和旋转轴53,所述传动带52的一端与所述电机51的输出轴511连接,所述传动带52的另一端与所述旋转轴53连接,所述旋转轴53与所述分离器4连接。采用所述传动带52作为主要传动部件,能够有效减小所述分离器4旋转时的晃动幅度,增加所述分离器驱动装置的稳定性,提高分离效率并延长所述分离器4及所述分离器驱动装置的寿命。
作为一种实施方式,所述分离器4具有连接部41,所述旋转轴53通过所述连接部41和所述分离器4可拆卸连接,且所述旋转轴53和所述分离器4之间不能相对转动。在可能的实施方式中,所述连接部41位于所述分离器4底面,所述连接部41具有供所述旋转轴53插入的通道,所述通道内壁设有沿通道周向分布的齿状卡槽,所述旋转轴53外壁设有与所述卡槽相配合的卡齿,所述旋转轴53插入所述通道内,所述卡齿与所述卡槽啮合连接,使得所述旋转轴53和所述分离器4之间不能相对转动。
较佳地,所述连接部41还包括限位件,用于固定所述分离器4的位置,保证所述分离器4不会与所述旋转轴53断开连接;所述连接部41还具有与所述通道底部连通的腔体,所述限位件设置于所述腔体内。在可能的实施方式中,所述限位件为限位螺母,所述限位螺母能够与穿过所述通道的所述旋转轴53的端部螺纹连接,且所述限位螺母的直径大于所述通道的直径。在可能的实施方式中,所述限位件为磁吸件,所述磁吸件的尺寸大于所述通道的尺寸,所述磁吸件能够与穿过所述通道的所述旋转轴53的端部相吸合。
作为一种实施方式,所述传动组件还包括第一传动轮54和第二传动轮55,所述第一传动轮54与所述电机51的输出轴511连接,所述第二传动轮55与所述旋转轴53远离所述分离器4的一端连接,所述传动带52的一端套设在所述第一传动轮54上,所述传动带52的另一端套设在所述第二传动轮55上。通过调整所述第一传动轮54和所述第二传动轮55尺寸大小的配比,可以调整所述分离器4的转速和能耗,根据不同的使用场景,选择设定不同的传动轮尺寸配比。在可能的实施方式中,所述第一传动轮54的尺寸大于、等于或小于所述第二传动轮55的尺寸。
作为一种实施方式,所述第一传动轮54和所述第二传动轮55的外壁上设有防滑纹,增大传动轮外壁和所述传动带52内壁的摩擦力,保证传动效率,且防止所述传动带52脱出。
作为一种实施方式,所述集尘装置还包括密封盖6,所述密封盖6与所述隔板支架2盖合连接形成空腔,所述传动组件设置于所述空腔内。
所述支撑部21具有第一通孔,所述输出轴511穿过所述第一通孔进入所述空腔内,与所述第一传动轮54连接;所述隔板支架2具有第二通孔,所述旋转轴53穿过所述第二通孔进入所述空腔内,与所述第二传动轮55连接。所述支撑部21还包括箱体211,所述箱体211用于容纳所述电机51。
作为一种实施方式,所述空腔内设有多个定位件,用于限制所述传动带52的运动轨迹,固定所述传动带52的位置,防止所述传动带52脱出。在可能的实施方式中,所述定位件为定位柱、定位卡扣或为用于安装所述传动带52的安装槽。
作为一种实施方式,所述密封盖6与所述安装座为可拆卸连接。在可能的实施方式中,所述密封盖6与所述安装座上均设有螺纹孔,所述密封盖6与所述安装座通过螺栓固定连接。在可能的实施方式中,所述密封盖6与所述安装座上设有相配合的卡接件,所述密封盖6与所述安装座通过卡扣连接。
作为一种实施方式,所述密封盖6和所述安装座之间设置有导柱结构,使得所述安装部结构稳定,且方便装配。
具体地,所述分离器4的形状为正锥形、倒锥形、直筒形或平板状中的任意一种或组合,所述分离器具有使气流通过的通道,所述通道的形状为非圆孔。
作为一种实施方式,所述分离器4的形状为正锥形(未图示),正锥形分离器包括顶板、底板和多个隔板,所述顶板和所述底板均呈圆形,所述顶板的直径小于所述底板的直径,多个所述隔板呈周向间隔分布于所述顶板与所述底板之间,所述隔板与所述正锥形分离器的中心轴线呈一预设角度。所述正锥形分离器直径大的一端更靠近所述尘杯3上的所述进风口
作为一种实施方式,所述分离器4的形状为倒锥形,如图4所示,其结构与所述正锥形类似,区别在于,所述顶板的直径大于所述底板的直径,即倒锥形分离器直径小的一端更靠近所述尘杯3上的所述进风口。
作为一种实施方式,所述分离器4的形状为直筒形(未图示),其结构与倒锥形分离器的结构类似,区别在于,直筒形分离器的主体形状为圆筒状,即分离器4两端的直径相等。
作为一种实施方式,所述分离器4的形状为平板状,如图5所示,所述分离器4包括平板状基座和多个导风部,所述基座为圆形,所述导风部凸出所述基座的表面,且沿着所述基座的周向均匀分布;所述导风部朝向所述基座边缘的一侧为弧形。
所述壳体1与所述隔板支架2可拆卸连接,所述隔板支架2与所述尘杯3可拆卸连接。在可能的实施方式中,所述壳体1底部的内壁上设有限位凸起,所述隔板支架2顶部的外壁上设有与所述限位凸起配合的限位凹槽。在可能的实施方式中,所述壳体1底部设有内螺纹,所述隔板支架2顶部设有与所述内螺纹配合的外螺纹。

本实施例提供了一种吸尘器(未图示),所述吸尘器包括主机和实施例一中所述的集尘装置,所述主机具有安装座,所述集尘装置可拆卸安装在所述安装座上;所述主机内设有电机组件,所述电机组件包括用于吸风的主电机,所述电机组件还具有主电机出风口和与所述集尘装置出风口11连通的主电机进风口。所述集尘装置的进风口31、所述集尘装置的出风口11、所述主电机进风口和所述主电机出风口依次气流连通。
所述集尘装置包括壳体1、隔板支架2、尘杯3、分离器4和分离器驱动装置,所述壳体1、所述隔板支架2和所述尘杯3依次连接;所述隔板支架2的外 壁上设有支撑部21,所述支撑部21位于所述尘杯3外侧;所述分离器4设于所述尘杯3内;所述分离器驱动装置包括电机51和传动组件,所述电机51设置在所述支撑部21上,所述传动组件的一端与所述电机51的输出轴511连接,所述传动组件的另一端与所述分离器4连接,所述电机51驱动所述传动组件带动所述分离器4旋转。
采用上述结构,所述吸尘器具有用于吸风的主电机和用于驱动所述分离器4旋转的分离器4驱动电机51,当接通所述吸尘器的电源并开始吸尘时,所述主电机工作吸风,所述分离器4驱动电机51在不晚于所述主电机开启的时间驱动所述分离器4旋转,使得吸进所述集尘装置的风全部经过所述分离器4分离,灰尘和液体落入所述尘杯3内,干净空气经过所述分离器4从尘腔进入电机组件的主电机进风口,并经过主电机出风口从吸尘器内排出,两个电机配合工作,提高了吸尘器的整体吸尘效率,有效避免二次污染。且所述分离器驱动装置的电机51设置在所述集尘装置的外部,方便了使用后的清洗,且降低吸尘器整体高度,更适合家居底部清洁,提升用户体验。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种集尘装置,其特征在于:包括壳体(1)、隔板支架(2)、尘杯(3)、分离器(4)和分离器驱动装置,所述壳体(1)、所述隔板支架(2)和所述尘杯(3)依次设置;
    所述隔板支架(2)的外壁上设有支撑部(21),所述支撑部(21)位于所述尘杯(3)外侧;
    所述分离器(4)设于所述尘杯(3)内;
    所述分离器驱动装置包括电机(51)和传动组件,所述电机(51)设置在所述支撑部(21)上,所述传动组件的一端与所述电机(51)的输出轴(511)连接,所述传动组件的另一端与所述分离器(4)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的集尘装置,其特征在于:所述传动组件包括传动带(52)和旋转轴(53),所述传动带(52)的一端与所述电机(51)的输出轴(511)连接,所述传动带(52)的另一端与所述旋转轴(53)连接,所述旋转轴(53)与所述分离器(4)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的集尘装置,其特征在于:所述传动组件还包括第一传动轮(54)和第二传动轮(55),所述第一传动轮(54)与所述电机(51)的输出轴(511)连接,所述第二传动轮(55)与所述旋转轴(53)远离所述分离器(4)的一端连接,所述传动带(52)的一端套设在所述第一传动轮(54)上,所述传动带(52)的另一端套设在所述第二传动轮(55)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的集尘装置,其特征在于:所述集尘装置还包括密封盖(6),所述密封盖(6)与所述隔板支架(2)盖合连接形成空腔,所述传动组件设置于所述空腔内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的集尘装置,其特征在于:所述支撑部(21)具有第一通孔,所述输出轴(511)穿过所述第一通孔与所述第一传动轮(54)连接;所述隔板支架(2)具有第二通孔,所述旋转轴(53)穿过所述第二通孔与所述 第二传动轮(55)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的集尘装置,其特征在于:所述分离器(4)的形状为正锥形、倒锥形、直筒形或平板状中的任意一种或组合,所述分离器(4)具有使气流通过的通道,所述通道的形状为非圆孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的集尘装置,其特征在于:所述尘杯(3)侧壁上设有供外部流体进入的进风口(31),所述壳体(1)上设有供干净空气排出的出风口(11),所述出风口(11)与所述尘杯(3)连通。
  8. 一种吸尘器,其特征在于:包括主机和权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的集尘装置,所述主机具有安装座,所述集尘装置可拆卸安装在所述安装座上;
    所述主机内设有电机组件,所述电机组件包括用于吸风的主电机,所述电机组件还具有主电机出风口和与所述集尘装置的出风口(11)连通的主电机进风口。
