本发明涉及清洁技术领域,尤其是涉及一种手持式吸尘器。
背景技术
相关技术中,手持式吸尘器的结构排布顺序依次为进风口、尘杯、电机,结构单一。而且,由于电机与手柄之间的距离较近,手持式吸尘器在实际工作时,电机工作会引起手柄振动,从而使得手持式吸尘器的手感不好,且手持式吸尘器的出风口距离人体较近,使用舒适性不好。另外,尘杯的安装和拆卸不方便。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种手持式吸尘器,增加了手持式吸尘器的结构的多样性。
根据本发明实施例的手持式吸尘器,包括:壳体,所述壳体上形成有进风口和出风口;尘杯,所述尘杯设在所述壳体上;以及电机,所述电机设在所述进风口和所述尘杯之间,从所述进风口进入到所述壳体内的含尘气流依次流经所述尘杯和所述电机后从所述出风口排出。
根据本发明实施例的手持式吸尘器,通过将电机设置在进风口和尘杯之间,增加了手持式吸尘器的结构的多样性。

下面参考图1-图10描述根据本发明实施例的手持式吸尘器100。手持式吸尘器100可以用于清洁较小的空间,例如用于车内的清洁,对键盘、电器等也有良好的效果。而且,当手持式吸尘器100配上不同的部件,可以完成不同的清洁工作,如配上地板刷可以清洁地面,配上扁毛刷可以清洁沙发面、床单、窗帘等,配上小吸嘴可以清除小角落的尘埃和一些家庭器具内的尘垢。
如图1-图10所示,根据本发明实施例的手持式吸尘器100,包括壳体1、尘杯以及电机3。
壳体1上形成有进风口11和出风口12,尘杯设在壳体1上,电机3设在进风口11和尘杯之间,此时手持式吸尘器100的结构排布顺序(例如,图1-图10中的从前到后的顺序)依次为进风口11、电机3、尘杯。从进风口11进入到壳体1内的含尘气流依次流经尘杯和电机3后从出风口12排出。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。
具体而言,电机3的转轴上设有可转动的叶轮,当电机3运行时,电机3通过转轴带动叶轮旋转产生较强的吸力和压力,在吸力和压力的作用下,流经电机3的气流高速排出,而电机3的进风端31(例如,图1中的上端)的气流不断地补充到电机3处,使壳体1内部产生瞬时真空,从而外部的含尘气流可以通过进风口11被吸入壳体1内。
当手持式吸尘器100工作时,从进风口11进入的含尘气流首先进入尘杯进行过滤,过滤出的灰尘等留在尘杯内,过滤后的空气流向电机3,空气在流向电机3的过程中可以对电机3进行降温,从而延长了电机3的使用寿命。此后空气从出风口12排出至壳体1外。
根据本发明实施例的手持式吸尘器100,通过将电机3设置在进风口11和尘杯之间,增加了手持式吸尘器100的结构的多样性。
下面参考图1和图2描述根据本发明第一个具体实施例的手持式吸尘器100。
如图1和图2所示,手持式吸尘器100包括壳体1、尘杯以及电机3。进风口11形成在壳体1的前端,且进风口11大致位于壳体1的中央,尘杯设在壳体1的后部,电 机3设在壳体1内,电机3位于进风口11和尘杯之间。这里,需要说明的是,方向“前”可以理解为在实际使用过程中手持式吸尘器100位于人体的前侧时的远离人体的方向,其相反方向被定义为“后”,即在实际使用过程中手持式吸尘器100位于人体的前侧时的朝向人体的方向。
其中,电机3可以倾斜设置,参照图1并结合图2,电机3的中心轴线与水平面和竖直面之间的夹角均为锐角,且沿气流的流动方向、电机3可以朝向进风口11的方向(例如,图1中的从后到前的方向)倾斜向下延伸,但不限于此,例如,沿气流的流动方向、电机3还可以朝向进风口11的方向倾斜向上延伸(图未示出)。由此,通过将电机3倾斜设置,减小了电机3在壳体1内的占用空间,从而减小了手持式吸尘器100的整体尺寸。
如图1和图2所示,进风口11和尘杯之间设有连通通道,连通通道包括第一子通道41、第二子通道42和第三子通道43中的至少一个。也就是说,连通通道可以仅包括第一子通道41、第二子通道42和第三子通道43中的任意一个,也可以同时包括第一子通道41、第二子通道42和第三子通道43中的任意两个,或者同时包括第一子通道41、第二子通道42和第三子通道43这三个通道。其中,第一子通道41设在尘杯的两侧中的至少一侧,第二子通道42设在尘杯的上方,第三子通道43设在尘杯的下方。
其中,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”、“第三”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。
可选地,当连通通道包括第一子通道41时,第一子通道41为两个,且两个第一子通道41分别位于尘杯的两侧。如图2所示,连通通道仅包括两个第一子通道41,两个第一子通道41均沿前后方向延伸且分别位于尘杯的左侧和右侧,两个第一子通道41优选关于壳体1的沿前后方向延伸的中心竖直平面左右对称。由此,从进风口11进入的含尘气流可以分别通过这两个第一子通道41从尘杯的左侧和右侧向后流动至尘杯内。
具体而言,尘杯包括本体21、旋风筒22以及过滤器23,如图1所示。本体21上形成有进口和出口,本体21包括杯体211和杯盖212,杯体211的顶部敞开,其中进口形成在杯体211的侧壁上,杯盖212设在杯体211的顶部,其中出口形成在杯盖212上。由此,从进风口11进入的含尘气流可以通过进口进入到杯体211内,过滤后的气流由出口排出杯体211外。
旋风筒22设在本体21内,旋风筒22上形成有与进口连通的旋风筒进口221,旋风 筒22的上端敞开。过滤器23包括连接部231和过滤部232,连接部231可以大体形成为平板状,连接部231连接在本体21内,例如,连接部231的外周壁可以与杯体211的内周壁相连,此时过滤器23通过连接部231安装在杯体211内,连接部231的中央形成有沿连接部231的厚度方向(例如,图1中的上下方向)贯通的开口2311,连接部231的下表面与旋风筒22的上端面彼此间隔开,此时连接部231与旋风筒22是不接触的,过滤部232大体为中空的管状结构,过滤部232的一端(例如,图1中的上端)与连接部231相连且与出口连通,即过滤部232的上述一端与连接部231的开口2311连通,过滤部232的另一端(例如,图1中的下端)伸入旋风筒22内,过滤部232上形成有与旋风筒22内部连通的至少一个连通孔2321。
由此,从进口进入的含尘气流可以通过旋风筒进口221进入到旋风筒22内,含尘气流中的空气和灰尘等在旋风筒22内进行分离,分离出的灰尘等被杯体211收集,从而起到了集尘和过滤的目的,过滤后的空气则依次通过过滤部232上的连通孔2321、连接部231上的开口2311,并最终由出口排出。通过使连接部231的下表面与旋风筒22的上端面彼此间隔开,旋风筒22内质量轻且体积大的杂质例如纸巾等也可以被旋风筒22分离出来并进入杯体211内,可以有效避免堵塞过滤器23,使过滤器23保持洁净,从而提高了过滤器23的性能,进而降低了手持式吸尘器100的故障率,便于手持式吸尘器100的使用和维护。
如图1所示,连通孔2321形成在过滤部232的侧壁上。由此,过滤后的空气可以通过连通孔2321进入到过滤部232内。进一步地,连通孔2321为多个,且多个连通孔2321在过滤部232的侧壁上彼此间隔开设置,多个连通孔2321优选在过滤部232的侧壁上均匀间隔分布。
可选地,连通孔2321可以为圆形孔,加工简单且成本低,当然,连通孔2321还可以为椭圆形孔、长圆形孔或多边形孔等。可以理解的是,连通孔2321的个数、具体形状、尺寸、以及在过滤部232上的排布方式等可以根据实际要求而具体设置,以具有更好的过滤效果。
参照图1,过滤部232的下端向下延伸至旋风筒22的底壁,且过滤部232的下端与旋风筒22的底壁固定。例如,旋风筒22的底壁上形成有沿底壁的厚度方向(例如,图1中的上下方向)贯通的连接孔,过滤部232的下端可以穿过该连接孔。由此,过滤部232可以更加牢靠地安装在杯体211内。
进一步地,手持式吸尘器100进一步包括:过滤件6,过滤件6设在杯体211和杯盖212之间,过滤件6位于过滤器23的下游。由此,经过旋风筒22分离后的气流在流 向电机3之前可以经过过滤件6进行进一步过滤,从而进一步保证了电机3的正常使用。这里,需要说明的是,“下游”可以理解为气流的流动方向的下游。可选地,过滤件6为过滤棉,但不限于此。
如图1所示,尘杯和电机3之间设有电机风罩5,电机风罩5连接在尘杯的出口和电机3的进风端31之间,电机风罩5可以被构造成沿气流的流向、横截面积逐渐增大。由此,可以以将经尘杯过滤后的气流更好地导向电机3。
其中,尘杯可以可拆卸地连接在壳体1上。由于尘杯位于壳体1的后部,从而方便了尘杯的安装和拆卸。进一步地,尘杯上设有手柄7,手柄7设在尘杯的远离进风口11的一侧(例如,图1中的后侧),同时手柄7也位于尘杯的远离电机3的一侧,此时手柄7与电机3之间的距离较远,从而减小了手柄7处的振动,增加了使用时的手感。
可选地,手柄7与尘杯一体成型,此时手柄7与尘杯整体加工制造,手柄7为尘杯的一部分。由此,用户握住手柄7就可以将尘杯拆下,装拆方便,且加工简单,从而节约了成本。
出风口12优选邻近电机3设置,从而流经电机3的气流可以直接从出风口12排出,而且,由于出风口12距离人体较远,从而提升了手持式吸尘器100使用的舒适性。具体地,如图1所示,出风口12大体位于壳体1的前部,出风口12处可以设有出风板121,出风板121上形成有至少一个出风孔。由此,通过设置出风板121,在保证出风效果的同时,有效地保证了用户使用的安全性。
下面参考图3描述根据本发明第二个具体实施例的手持式吸尘器100。
在本实施例中,如图3所示,电机3水平设置,此时电机3的中心轴线沿前后方向延伸,电机3的中心轴线与水平面之间的夹角为0°。由此,装配方便,装配效率高。电机风罩5大体为倒“L”形,电机风罩5沿气流的流向、横截面积大体保持不变。
根据该具体实施例的手持式吸尘器100与参考上述第一个具体实施例描述的手持式吸尘器100的其它结构例如尘杯等可以相同,这里不再详细描述。
下面参考图4描述根据本发明第三个具体实施例的手持式吸尘器100。
在本实施例中,如图4所示,电机3竖直设置,此时电机3的中心轴线沿上下方向延伸,电机3的中心轴线与竖直平面之间的夹角为0°。由此,装配方便,装配效率高。电机风罩5沿气流的流向、朝向进风口11的方向倾斜向下延伸。
根据该具体实施例的手持式吸尘器100与参考上述第一个具体实施例描述的手持式吸尘器100的其它结构例如尘杯等可以相同,这里不再详细描述。
下面参考图5描述根据本发明第四个具体实施例的手持式吸尘器100。
在本实施例中,如图5所示,连通通道仅包括第二子通道42,第二子通道42设在尘杯的上部且形成为向上凸出的弧形形状,从进风口11进入的含尘气流可以通过第二子通道42从尘杯的上方向后流动至尘杯内。进风口11位于壳体1的上部。电机3倾斜设置。
根据该具体实施例的手持式吸尘器100与参考上述第一个具体实施例描述的手持式吸尘器100的其它结构例如尘杯等可以相同,这里不再详细描述。
下面参考图6描述根据本发明第五个具体实施例的手持式吸尘器100。
如图6所示,本实施例与上述第四个实施例的区别仅在于:电机3水平设置。根据该具体实施例的手持式吸尘器100与参考上述第一个和第四个具体实施例描述的手持式吸尘器100的其它结构例如尘杯等可以相同,这里不再详细描述。

可以理解的是,电机3和连通通道的具体布置方式可以根据实际要求而适应性改变,以更好地满足实际要求。
根据本发明实施例的手持式吸尘器100,增加了手持式吸尘器100的结构的多样性。 而且,通过将电机3设置在进风口11和尘杯之间,使得电机3与手持式吸尘器100的手柄7之间的距离较远,从而手持式吸尘器100在实际工作时,传递到手柄7处的振动较小,提升了手持式吸尘器100的手感,且出风口12与人体之间的距离较远,使用舒适性好。另外,通过将尘杯布置在壳体1的后部,从而方便了尘杯的安装和拆卸。

    壳体,所述壳体上形成有进风口和出风口;
    尘杯,所述尘杯设在所述壳体上;以及
    电机,所述电机设在所述进风口和所述尘杯之间,从所述进风口进入到所述壳体内的含尘气流依次流经所述尘杯和所述电机后从所述出风口排出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述电机倾斜设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,沿气流的流动方向、所述电机朝向所述进风口的方向倾斜向下延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述电机水平设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述电机竖直设置。

    过滤器,所述过滤器包括连接部和过滤部,所述连接部连接在所述本体内,所述连接部的下表面与所述旋风筒的上端面彼此间隔开,所述过滤部的一端与所述连接部相连且与所述出口连通,所述过滤部的另一端伸入所述旋风筒内,所述过滤部上形成有与旋风筒内部连通的至少一个连通孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述过滤部的下端向下延伸至所述旋风筒的底壁且与所述底壁固定。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述连通孔形成在所述过滤部的侧壁上。
  12. 根据权利要求9-11中任一项所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述本体包括:
    杯体,所述杯体的顶部敞开,其中所述进口形成在所述杯体的侧壁上;和
    杯盖,所述杯盖设在所述杯体的顶部,其中所述出口形成在所述杯盖上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    过滤件,所述过滤件设在所述杯体和所述杯盖之间。

  20. 根据权利要求1-19中任一项所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述出风口处设有出风板,所述出风板上形成有至少一个出风孔。
