Description

一种吸尘器主机 技术领域
本发明涉及吸尘器,具体而言,涉及一种吸尘器主机。
背景技术
现有吸尘器的电机一般位于尘杯上方或尘杯的下方,电池位于手柄下方并不可拆卸;风道设计S型,气流不顺畅,电机与进风口距离长,吸力损耗大,产品结构布局一般比较笨重,而且实用性不强,使用不便。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提供了一种吸尘器主机,相较于现有技术降低了吸尘器的吸入损耗并且提高了吸入功率,使得吸尘器的重量分布更为均匀,在手持吸尘器进行吸尘工作的过程中更为省力。
为此,本发明提供了一种吸尘器主机,首先设置了安装座、电池、电机和尘杯,电池、电机和尘杯皆安装于安装座上,安装座上设置有手柄和进风管,进风管固定连接于手柄上,电机可拆卸地安装于安装座上,且电机的位置对应手柄的位置,电池可拆卸地安装于电机的第一端部,尘杯可拆卸地安装于电机的第二端部,且尘杯的位置对应进风管的位置。
进一步地,电池、电机和尘杯位于同一轴线上。
进一步地,电池、电机和尘杯皆位于手柄的上方。
进一步地,电池、电机位于手柄的正上方。
进一步地,尘杯位于进风管的正上方。
进一步地,进风管上开设有第一风口,尘杯上开设有匹配第一风口的第二 风口。
进一步地,第一风口位于进风管的上表面,第二风口位于尘杯的下表面。
进一步地,第一风口、第二风口与进风管的管口之间形成风道,风力经过风道后进入尘杯。
本发明所提供的一种吸尘器主机,主要包括手柄、进风管、电池、电机和尘杯,电池、电机位于手柄的正上方,使机器重量分布均匀,符合人体工程学;电池、电机和尘杯位于同一轴线上,改善了S型风道吸力分散,风力直达吸入口,使吸力损耗更小,吸力更大;尘杯与进风管的管口之间的距离相较于现有技术大大缩短,提高了吸尘效率;电池和尘杯皆可拆洗地安装在电机上,方便拆装。
因而,本发明相较于现有技术具有以下优点:
1、结构布局合理,符合人体工程学;

3、电池及尘杯拆卸方便。

继续参见图1至图2,电池2、电机3和尘杯4位于同一轴线上,电池2、电机3和尘杯4皆位于手柄11的上方,电池2、电机3位于手柄11的正上方,尘杯4位于进风管12的正上方,进风管12上开设有第一风口121,尘杯4上开设有匹配第一风口121的第二风口41,第一风口121位于进风管12的上表面,第二风口41位于尘杯4的下表面,第一风口121、第二风口41与进风管12的管口122之间形成风道,风力经过风道后进入尘杯4。
本发明所提供的一种吸尘器主机,主要包括手柄、进风管、电池、电机和尘杯,电池、电机位于手柄的正上方,使机器重量分布均匀,符合人体工程学;电池、电机和尘杯位于同一轴线上,改善了S型风道吸力分散,风力直达吸入口,使吸力损耗更小,吸力更大;尘杯与进风管的管口之间的距离相较于现有技术大大缩短,提高了吸尘效率;电池和尘杯皆可拆洗地安装在电机上,方便拆装。

参见图1至图2,图中示出了本发明实施例二提供的一种吸尘器主机,本实施例在上述各实施例的基础上还进一步地做出了以下作为改进的技术方案:进风管12上开设有第一风口121,尘杯4上开设有匹配第一风口121的第二风口41,第一风口121位于进风管12的上表面,第二风口41位于尘杯4的下表面,第一风口121、第二风口41与进风管12的管口122之间形成风道,风力经过风道后进入尘杯4,此风道为喇叭结构,管口122为风道的入口,第二风口41为风道的出口,管口122的尺寸小于第二风口41的尺寸,因此管口122处的风速被放大,提高了吸尘能力。
实施例三:
参见图1至图2,图中示出了本发明实施例三提供的一种吸尘器主机,本实施例在上述各实施例的基础上还进一步地做出了以下作为改进的技术方案:进风管12上开设有第一风口121,尘杯4上开设有匹配第一风口121的第二风口41,第一风口121的相对两侧各设置有一块弧形限位板,两块弧形限位板分别包裹于尘杯4的相对两侧壁上,一方面提高尘杯4的位置稳定性,另一方面能够避免风力的外泄。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

  1. 一种吸尘器主机,包括安装座(1)、电池(2)、电机(3)和尘杯(4),所述电池(2)、所述电机(3)和所述尘杯(4)皆安装于所述安装座(1)上,其特征在于:所述安装座(1)上设置有手柄(11)和进风管(12),所述进风管(12)固定连接于所述手柄(11)上,所述电机(3)可拆卸地安装于所述安装座(1)上,且所述电机(3)的位置对应所述手柄(11)的位置,所述电池(2)可拆卸地安装于所述电机(3)的第一端部,所述尘杯(4)可拆卸地安装于所述电机(3)的第二端部,且所述尘杯(4)的位置对应所述进风管(12)的位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吸尘器主机,其特征在于,所述电池(2)、所述电机(3)和所述尘杯(4)位于同一轴线上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种吸尘器主机,其特征在于,所述电池(2)、所述电机(3)和所述尘杯(4)皆位于所述手柄(11)的上方。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种吸尘器主机,其特征在于,所述电池(2)、所述电机(3)位于所述手柄(11)的正上方。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种吸尘器主机,其特征在于,所述尘杯(4)位于所述进风管(12)的正上方。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种吸尘器主机,其特征在于,所述进风管(12)上开设有第一风口(121),所述尘杯(4)上开设有匹配所述第一风口(121)的第二风口(41)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种吸尘器主机,其特征在于,所述第一风口(121)位于所述进风管(12)的上表面,所述第二风口(41)位于所述尘杯(4)的下表面。
