Description
VACUUM CLEANER MAIN UNIT
TECHNICAL FIELD
1011 The present disclosure relates to a vacuum cleaner, specifically to a vacuum cleaner main unit.
BACKGROUND
1021 A motor of an existing vacuum cleaner is generally located above or below a dust cup, and a non-removable battery is located below the handle. An air duct is designed to be S-shaped, which causes an unsmooth air flow. The motor is far away from an air inlet, so that the suction loss is high. The structural layout of a product is usually cumbersome, low in practicability and inconvenient to use.
SUMMARY
1031 In view of this, the present disclosure provides a vacuum cleaner main unit.
Compared to the existing art, the present disclosure has the advantages that the suction loss of a vacuum cleaner is reduced, and the suction power is increased, so that the weight of the vacuum cleaner is distributed more uniformly, and it is more labor-saving when the vacuum cleaner is held in a hand to do cleaning.
1041 To this end, the present disclosure provides a vacuum cleaner main unit which is firstly provided with a mounting seat, a battery, a motor, and a dust cup. The battery, the motor, and the dust cup are all mounted on the mounting seat; the mounting seat is provided with a handle and an air inlet pipe; the air inlet pipe is fixedly connected to the handle; the motor is detachably mounted on the mounting seat; the position of the motor corresponds to the position of the handle-the battery is detachably mounted on a first end part of the motor; the dust cup is detachably mounted on a second end part of the motor; and the position of the dust cup corresponds to the position of the air inlet pipe.
1051 Further, the battery, the motor, and the dust cup are located on the same axial line.
1061 Further, the battery, the motor, and the dust cup are located above the handle.
1071 Further, the battery and the motor are located right above the handle.
1081 Further, the dust cup is located right above the air inlet pipe.
1091 Further, the air inlet pipe is provided with a first air opening; and the dust cup is provided with a second air opening matched with the first air opening.
1101 Further, the first air opening is located on an upper surface of the air inlet pipe, and the second air opening is located on a lower surface of the dust cup.
[11] Further, an air duct is formed among the first air opening, the second air opening, and a pipe orifice of the air inlet pipe, and air enters the dust cup after passing through the air duct.
1121 The vacuum cleaner main unit provided by the present disclosure mainly includes the handle, the air inlet pipe, the battery, the motor, and the dust cup. The battery and the motor are located right above the handle so that the weight of the machine is uniformly distributed and satisfies the human engineering. The battery, the motor, and the dust cup are located on the same axial line, thus improving the phenomenon that the suction force of the S-shaped air duct is disperse. The air force is direct to a suction inlet so that the suction loss is lower and the suction force is higher. The distance between the dust cup and the pipe orifice of the air inlet pipe is greatly shorter than that in the existing art, so that the dust collection efficiency is improved. The battery and the dust cup are both detachably mounted on the motor and are convenient to assemble and disassemble.
1131 Therefore, compared to the existing art, the present disclosure has the following advantages: 1141 1. The structural layout is reasonable, which satisfies the human engineering.
1151 2. The suction loss is low, and the suction power is higher.
1161 3. The battery and dust cup are convenient to remove.

On the contrary, these embodiments are provided to enable a more thorough understanding of the present disclosure and to fully deliver the scope of the present disclosure to those skilled in the art.
1211 Embodiment I: 1221 Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 2, the present embodiment provides a vacuum cleaner main unit which is firstly provided with a mounting seat 1, a battery 2, a motor 3, and a dust cup 4. The battery 2, the motor 3, and the dust cup 4 are all mounted on the mounting seat 1; the mounting seat 1 is provided with a handle 11 and an air inlet pipe 12; the air inlet pipe 12 is fixedly connected to the handle 11; the motor 3 is detachably mounted on the mounting seat 1; the position of the motor 3 corresponds to the position of the handle 11; the battery 2 is detachably mounted on a first end part of the motor 3; the dust cup 4 is detachably mounted on a second end part of the motor 3; and the position of the dust cup 4 corresponds to the position of the air inlet pipe 12.
1231 Continuing to refer to FIG. Ito FIG. 2, the battery 2, the motor 3, and the dust cup 4 are located on the same axial line. The battery 2, the motor 3, and the dust cup 4 are located above the handle 11. The battery 2 and the motor 3 are located right above the handle 11. The dust cup 4 is located right above the air inlet pipe 12. The air inlet pipe 12 is provided with a first air opening 121; and the dust cup 4 is provided with a second air opening 41 matched with the first air opening 121. The first air opening 121 is located on an upper surface of the air inlet pipe 12, and the second air opening 41 is located on a lower surface of the dust cup 4. An air duct is formed among the first air opening 121, the second air opening 41, and a pipe orifice 122 of the air inlet pipe 12, and air enters the dust cup 4 after passing through the air duct.
1241 The vacuum cleaner main unit provided by the present disclosure mainly includes the handle, the air inlet pipe, the battery, the motor, and the dust cup.
1251 Therefore, compared to the existing art, the present disclosure has the following advantages: 1261 1. The structural layout is reasonable, which satisfies the human engineering.
1271 2. The suction loss is low, and the suction power is higher.

1291 Embodiment II 1301 Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 2, a vacuum cleaner main unit provided by Embodiment II of the present disclosure is illustrated. The following technical solution serving as an improvement is further made on the basis of all the above embodiments: The air inlet pipe 12 is provided with a first air opening 121, and the dust cup 4 is provided with a second air opening 41 matched with the first air opening 121. The first air opening 121 is located on an upper surface of the air inlet pipe 12, and the second air opening 41 is located on a lower surface of the dust cup 4. An air duct is formed among the first air opening 121, the second air opening 41, and the pipe orifice 122 of the air inlet pipe 12. An air force enters the dust cup 4 after passing through the air duct. This air duct is of a horn structure. The pipe orifice 122 is an inlet of the air duct, and the second air opening 41 is an outlet of the air duct. The size of the pipe orifice 122 is less than that of the second air opening 41. Therefore, the air speed at the pipe orifice 122 is increased, thus improving the dust collection capacity.
