Abstract

Elemento tatuadle para ornamentar objetos de moda o decoración y las extremidades del cuerpo humano, que comprende una capa de polímero (2) apta para ser tatuadle y un elemento reforzante (3) de la capa tatuadle. El elemento reforzante (3) puede ser un elemento independiente a la capa de polímero (2) y está fijado a la capa de polímero (2) o bien puede estar integrado dentro de la capa de polímero (2). Opcionalmente, el elemento reforzante (3) impide que la aguja traspase el elemento tatuadle durante el proceso de tatuaje de la capa de polímero (2). ELEMENTO TATUABLE PARA PARA ORNAMENTAR OBJETOS DE MODA O DECORACIÓN Y EXTREMIDADES HUMANAS
MEMORIA DESCRIPTIVA
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La invención, tal como expresa el enunciado de la presente memoria descriptiva, se refiere a un elemento tatuable para ornamentar objetos de moda o decoración que aporta, a la función a que se destina, ventajas y características, que se describen en detalle más adelante.
El objeto de la presente invención recae, concretamente, en un elemento laminar que, destinado a incorporarse en objetos de moda o decoración, como calzado, prendas de vestir, accesorios de moda, como cinturones, bolsos, carteras, lienzos, tapicerías, etc., y conformado a partir de una capa de polímero unida a un elemento reforzante tal como una base de tela o de fibra de vidrio, formando esta última parte o no del propio objeto, proporciona una superficie idónea para poder ser tatuada, con cualquiera de las técnicas utilizadas convencionalmente para tatuar directamente la piel, con resultados óptimos de ejecución y resultado, permitiendo la ornamentación personalizada con cualquier imagen que se escoja del objeto en que se implementa el elemento ya sea de fábrica o como añadido.
CAMPO DE APLICACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
El campo de aplicación de la presente invención se enmarca dentro del sector de la industria dedicada a la fabricación de objetos y prendas de moda, tales como calzado, prendas de vestir, bolsos, etc., centrándose particularmente en el ámbito de los elementos de elemento ornamental para dicho tipo de objetos.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Como es sabido, los tatuajes son dibujos que se graban sobre la piel mediante una técnica que implica la utilización de agujas especiales para introducir sustancias colorantes bajo la epidermis, proporcionando un resultado de efecto de estética muy concreta y particular.
También es conocida la piel sintética o reproducciones de partes del cuerpo sintéticas elaboradas en silicona para la practica del tatuaje. No obstante, la piel sintética se desgarra fácilmente y consecuentemente no puede coserse.
El objetivo de la presente invención es, pues, proporcionar un medio para permitir la incorporación de dicho tipo de imágenes en objetos de moda, como calzado, prendas de vestir u otros, o en objetos de decoración como lienzos, tapicerías, cojines, etc. para permitir a los usuarios personalizarlos con tatuajes elegidos por ellos.
Sin embargo, aplicar esta misma técnica en superficies que no sean la piel requiere del desarrollo de una superficie especial que permita su ejecución de manera adecuada, para lo cual se ha desarrollado el elemento de la presente invención.
EXPLICACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
El elemento tatuable para ornamentar objetos de moda o decoración que la invención propone se configura como una solución óptima, ya que a tenor de su implementación y de manera taxativa se alcanzan satisfactoriamente los objetivos anteriormente señalados, estando los detalles caracterizadores que lo hacen posible y que lo distinguen convenientemente recogidos en las reivindicaciones finales que acompañan la presente descripción.
Más concretamente, lo que la invención propone, como se ha indicado anteriormente, es un elemento laminar diseñado como elemento para ornamentar que presenta la particularidad de ser tatuable, siendo además manejable, costurable y cosible, pudiendo ser implementable en el sistema de producción industrial de cualquier tipo de calzado (zapatos, zapatillas, botas...) y/o cualquier tipo de prenda de vestir ( chaquetas, jerséis, americanas, camisetas, pantalones...) u otros accesorios de moda (cinturones, bolsos, carteras...) u objetos de decoración (lienzos, tapicerías de sillas o sofás, cojines...), o como accesorio comercializable de modo independiente y fijable a cualquiera de dichos objetos una vez fabricados y ya existentes en el mercado.
Para ello, y de manera más específica, el elemento tatuable de ornamentación se configura, esencialmente, a partir de una capa de polímero apta para ser tatuada y de un elemento reforzante de la capa de polímero.
El elemento reforzante mejora las características de la capa de polímero y permite que esta sea manejable, costurable o cosible permitiendo a esta ser incorporada al objeto de moda o prenda en cuestión o incluso constituir el propio tejido de confección de la prenda o una parte de la misma. Adicionalmente y en caso de rotura de la capa de polímero el elemento reforzante permite mantener las piezas de la capa de polímero en su posición original impidiendo así que la figura del tatoo pierda su forma original.
En una realización preferente el elemento reforzante es un elemento independiente a la capa de polímero y está fijado a la capa de polímero.
El elemento reforzante puede ser un tejido, o fibra de vidrio. Tanto el tejido como la fibra limitan las propiedades elásticas de los polímeros tal como la silicona permitiendo así su cosibilidad e implantación en objetos de moda y/o decoración.
El elemento reforzante puede estar fijado a la capa de polímero mediante cola o fundido al aplicar calor y presión sobre el elemento reforzante contra la capa de polímero.
Alternativamente, en otra realización preferente el elemento reforzante está integrado dentro de la capa de polímero.
Preferentemente el elemento reforzante es una malla integrada en la capa de polímero o bien un conjunto de fibras integradas en la capa de polímero. La ventaja está en que al fusionar la capa de polímero con la malla de fibra o tejido, ambos elementos fundidos funcionan como una sola pieza, añadiendo resistencia al cosido y ampliando la durabilidad en otros campos de aplicación.
Independientemente de cómo sea el elemento reforzante, la capa de polímero preferentemente es de silicona. La silicona ofrece una superficie lisa apta para tatuar con resultados óptimos en términos de definición, durabilidad y ejecución artística. Independientemente de cómo sea el elemento reforzante, la capa de polímero preferentemente tiene un grosor de más de 1 mm y aun más preferentemente un grosor de más de 3 mm.
En cualquier caso, la principal ventaja del elemento tatuable para ornamentar objetos de moda o decoración, proporciona, desde el enfoque comercial, una tecnología muy atractiva en términos de valor, según las actuales tendencias, para personalizar y agregar una cualidad diferencial a calzados, prendas u otros accesorios de moda.

Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características de la invención, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva, como parte integrante de la misma, unos planos en que con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo se ha representado lo siguiente: La figura número 1 Muestra una vista esquemática en perspectiva de las dos capas laminares que conforman el elemento tatuable para ornamentar objetos de moda o decoración, objeto de la invención, representadas en despiece; la figura número 2.- Muestra una vista esquemática en sección, del elemento tatuable según la invención, en este caso representado una vez unidas entre sí las dos capas laminares que comprende;
La figura número 3.- Muestra una vista esquemática en perspectiva del elemento tatuable en forma tubular; la figura número 4.- Muestra una vista esquemática en perspectiva del elemento tatuable en forma tubular fijado en el antebrazo de un usuario; REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
A la vista de las mencionadas figuras, y de acuerdo con la numeración adoptada, se puede observar en ellas un ejemplo de realización no limitativa del elemento tatuable para ornamentar objetos de moda o decoración preconizado, el cual comprende lo que se indica y describe en detalle a continuación.
Así, tal como se observa en dichas figuras, el elemento (1 ) en cuestión, se configura, esencialmente, a partir de un elemento laminar conformado por dos capas de material diferenciado: una capa superior (2) de silicona, que proporciona la superficie lisa apta para tatuar con cualquier técnica convencional, y que preferentemente tiene un grosor de aproximadamente 1 mm., y una capa inferior (3) que actúa de base para la capa superior (2), pudiendo dicha capa inferior (3) ser o bien de tejido o de fibra de vidrio.
Además, preferentemente, la capa superior (2) de silicona es de silicona (RTV ( Room Temperature Vulcanisation o Vulcanización a temperatura ambiente)) grado médico, ya que, además de ser hipoalergénica, no contiene látex ni toxinas ni ningún tipo de aditivo y tampoco es porosa, con lo cual es factible su utilización en prendas que están en contacto con la piel y, sobre todo, proporciona una superficie idónea para el tatuado con resultados óptimos de definición y resistencia. Cabe destacar que, preferentemente, la capa inferior (3) de base va unida a la capa superior (2) de silicona mediante cualquier sistema de fijación, por ejemplo una capa de cola (4), pudiendo estar fundida con ella, por ejemplo mediante aplicación de calor.
Además, el elemento (1 ) podrá ser recortado, para darle la forma deseada, y acoplado al objeto mediante cosido, pegado, o cualquier otro medio de fijación, incluso mediante sistema removible para poderlo sacar y poner a voluntad.
En una realización preferente, el elemento tatuable tiene forma tubular. En una realización aún más preferente, el elemento tatuable es elástico. Esta realización permite fijar el elemento tatuable en el cuerpo de un usuario, por ejemplo en el antebrazo tal y como se muestra en la figura 4, permitiendo al tatuador una experiencia de tatuaje muy similar a la real.
En una realización preferente el elemento reforzante (3) impide que la aguja traspase el elemento tatuable durante el proceso de tatuaje de la capa de polímero (2). De esta manera el usuario puede ser tatuado sin miedo a que la aguja penetre el elemento tatuable y pueda dañar la piel humana.
Descrita suficientemente la naturaleza de la presente invención, así como la manera de ponerla en práctica, no se considera necesario hacer más extensa su explicación para que cualquier experto en la materia comprenda su alcance y las ventajas que de ella se derivan, haciéndose constar que, dentro de su esencialidad, podrá ser llevada a la práctica en otros modos de realización que difieran en detalle de la indicada a título de ejemplo, y a las cuales alcanzará igualmente la protección que se recaba siempre que no se altere, cambie o modifique su principio fundamental.

Claims

1.- Elemento tatuable para ornamentar objetos de moda o decoración, caracterizado por comprender una capa de polímero (2) apta para ser tatuable y un elemento reforzante (3) de la capa tatuable.
2.- Elemento tatuable, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque el elemento reforzante (3) es un elemento independiente a la capa de polímero (2) y está fijado a la capa de polímero (2).
3.- Elemento tatuable, según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque elemento reforzante (3) es de tejido.
4.- Elemento tatuable, según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque elemento reforzante (3) es de fibra de vidrio.
5.- Elemento tatuable, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque elemento reforzante (3) está fijado a la capa de polímero (2) mediante cola (4).
6.- Elemento tatuable, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque elemento reforzante (3) está fijado a la capa de polímero (2) mediante fundida.
7.- Elemento tatuable, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque el elemento reforzante (3) está integrado dentro de la capa de polímero (2).
8.- Elemento tatuable, según la reivindicación 7, caracterizado porque el elemento reforzante (3) es una malla.
9.- Elemento tatuable, según la reivindicación 7, caracterizado porque el elemento reforzante (3) son fibras.
10.- Elemento tatuable, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque la capa de polímero (2) es de silicona.
11.- Elemento tatuable según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque la capa de polímero (2) tiene un grosor de más de 1 mm.
12.- Elemento tatuable según la reivindicación 10, caracterizado porque la capa de polímero (2) tiene un grosor de más de 3mm.
13.- Elemento tatuable según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque el elemento reforzante (3) impide que la aguja traspase el elemento tatuable durante el proceso de tatuaje de la capa de polímero (2).
14.- Elemento tatuable según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque tiene forma tubular.
15.- Elemento tatuable según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque es elástico y permite adaptarse al soporte donde se fija el elemento tatuable.
