Abstract

本發明係關於一種用於裝飾時尚物件或飾品的可紋身材料。用於裝飾時尚物件或飾品的可紋身材料的主要優點，從商業角度，是一項具有吸引力的技術應用，該可紋身材料符合目前的潮流需求：實現鞋子、服裝或其他時尚配件的個人化量身製作，從而賦予差異化價值。

Description

用於裝飾時尚物件或飾品的可紋身材料
如說明書內容所示，本發明係關於一種用於裝飾時尚物件或飾品的可紋身材料，下文中將詳細描述該可紋身材料的功能、優點與特徵。
具體而言，本發明的目的係讓具有某種時尚或裝飾物品的服裝飾物（如鞋子、衣服、如皮帶等時尚配飾、手提包、錢包、手帕、傢俱裝飾品等等）透過一層聚合物材料與另外一種強化的材料，如布料、玻璃纖維等）組合而成型，後者可以作為服飾的一部分，或是分開之部分，以提供適合進行紋身的一平面，可以使用任何現有的常規皮膚紋身技術進行處置，將個人化裝飾圖案「紋身」在需要印花的服飾品上（無論是出廠時或出廠後紋身），而獲得最佳呈現效果。
本發明的應用領域包括時尚物件及服飾（如鞋子、服裝、手提包等）的製造業，主要針對這類物品的裝飾組件。
眾所周知，紋身是一種透過使用特殊針具，將墨水刺入皮下來在皮膚上刻畫圖案的技術，以此來獲得具體的美觀效果。
同時，亦已知人造皮革，或是矽膠製成的人造假體，可以用來練習紋身。但是，人造皮革容易破裂所以不能用於縫接。
因此，本發明的目的是提供一種特殊面料，讓使用者可以透過該特殊面料在時尚物件（如鞋子、服裝等，或如手帕等裝飾品、傢俱裝飾品、抱枕等物品）上採用紋身技術對其進行個人化裝飾。
但是，需要開發一種特殊材料，才能在非皮膚的表面上正確地進行紋身，為此我們開發本發明所涉及的可紋身材料。
本發明係關於一種服飾品的最佳化解決方案，可針對上述情況，協助實現所述目標。將在本說明書末尾的發明申請專利範圍詳述此項技術的特徵資訊。
正如之前所述，更具體而言，本發明係關於一種具有可紋身特性、用於裝飾的薄層材料，此外還具有易處置、可裁剪及縫合的特點，該薄層材料可應用在任何鞋類（鞋子、運動鞋、靴子……）、及/或服裝（外套、毛衣、夾克、短袖、褲子……）或其他時尚配件（如皮帶、手提包、錢包……）、或裝飾品（手帕、椅子及沙發的裝飾品、抱枕……）的工業生產系統中，或者亦可以作為單獨銷售的配件，該薄層材料可固定到上述任何已製成並在市面存在的物件上。
因此更具體而言，這種具有裝飾功能的可紋身材料本質上由適合進行紋身的一聚合物材料層與一強化材料組成。
該強化材料可以改善該聚合物材料層的特性，讓該聚合物材料層變得更好處置、裁剪及縫合，以便能夠與需要裝飾的時尚物件或服裝融為一體，甚至可以作為服裝本身的布料或是成為衣服的組成元件。
除此之外，若該聚合物層發生破損，該強化材料可以將該聚合物層保持在原來的位置上，避免紋身圖案變形。
一般情況下，該強化材料與該聚合物層是分開的，該強化材料會固定在聚合物層上。
該強化材料可以是布料或是玻璃纖維。無論是布料還是玻璃纖維，都可以限制聚合物質（如矽膠）的彈性，使聚合物質可以被縫合並應用在時尚物件及/或裝飾品上。
該強化材料可以透過黏著劑固定到聚合物層上，或是採用熱膠或壓力使該強化材料與該聚合物層融合在一起。
此外，在其他應用方法中，亦可以選擇將該強化材料融入該聚合物層之中。
該強化材料可以是該融入聚合物層上的網織物，或是該聚合物層上的纖維材料。本發明的優點在於，當聚合物層與纖維網織物或布料組合在一起時，兩種經融合材料可以作為單一物件發揮作用，增強抗剪裁的能力以及在其他應用領域使用的持久性。
無論強化材料為何種材質，該聚合物層的材料建議為矽膠。矽膠可以提供光滑的平面用來紋身，以便在清晰度、持久性及藝術創作方面獲得更好的效果。
無論強化材料如何，該聚合物層的厚度建議大於1mm，如果能超過3mm則更好。
總之在任何情況下，用於裝飾時尚物件或飾品的可紋身材料的主要優點，從商業角度，是一項具有吸引力的技術應用，該可紋身材料符合目前的潮流需求：實現鞋子、服裝或其他時尚配件的個人化量身製作，從而賦予差異化價值。
參考附圖及圖號，舉例說明如何使用可紋身材料來裝飾時尚物件或飾品，附圖及說明內容旨在說明而非限制實施方式，詳細描述如下。
如圖中所示，材料(1)主要是由含有兩種不同材料薄層的一個片狀材料所構成：上層(2)為表面光滑的矽膠材料，可以採用常規紋身技術對該矽膠材料進行紋身，建議該矽膠材料之厚度為1mm。下層(3)作為上層(2)的一個基礎，該下層(3)之材料可為布料或玻璃纖維。
此外，矽膠材料的上層(2)建議選用醫用級（RTV(室溫硫化））矽膠，該材料應為低敏且不含乳膠、有毒物質或任何類型的添加劑，且不為多孔矽膠，保證該材料能安全使用在與皮膚接觸的服飾品上並且提供適合紋身的一個平面，以便獲得清晰、持久的紋身效果。
應理解，可透過任何固定方式連接作為基礎的下層(3)與矽膠的上層(2)，例如黏著劑層(4)，可以採用熱膠技術而融合在一起。
此外，材料(1)可以進行剪裁，以獲得需要的形狀，並透過縫接、黏貼或其他固定方式與服飾品相組合，亦可以採用可移除的固定方式，以便之後隨意拆除。
至此，本說明書已充分說明相關的發明專利及其具體實施方式，無需再對本發明進行延伸解釋，熟悉此項技術領域者可透過上述內容而理解本發明的範疇及優點。同時，本發明的實際實施方式可以不同於文中所舉例的情況予以實施，而未脫離本發明的範疇，因此只要不改變、更改其基本原理，這些方法同樣亦應受到所申請專利的保護。

Claims (12)

  1. 一種用於裝飾時尚物件或飾品的可紋身材料，其特徵在於含有適合紋身的一聚合物材料層(2)，以及一層強化材料(3)。
  2. 如請求項1所述之可紋身材料，其中該強化材料(3)與該聚合物材料層(2)分開，並固定在該聚合物材料層(2)上。
  3. 如請求項2所述之可紋身材料，其中該強化材料(3)之材質係布料。
  4. 如請求項2所述之可紋身材料，其中該強化材料(3)係玻璃纖維。
  5. 如請求項1至4中任一項所述之可紋身材料，其中該強化材料(3)透過黏著劑(4)固定到該聚合物材料層(2)上。
  6. 如請求項1至4中任一項所述之可紋身材料，其中該強化材料(3)透過熱熔固定到該聚合物材料層(2)上。
  7. 如請求項1所述之可紋身材料，其中該強化材料(3)組合在該聚合物材料層(2)之中。
  8. 如請求項7所述之可紋身材料，其中該強化材料(3)係網織物。
  9. 如請求項7所述之可紋身材料，其中該強化材料(3)係纖維。
  10. 如請求項1所述之可紋身材料，其中該聚合物材料層(2)係矽膠。
