OLED显示面板 技术领域
本申请涉及一种显示技术,特别涉及一种OLED显示面板。
背景技术
随着显示技术的发展,对色彩和轻便度要求越来越高,有源矩阵有机发光二极管(Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Display,AMOLED)正在逐渐走进移动设备、电视机等消费电子市场。OLED显示器具有发光亮度高、视角广、响应速度快、超薄、质量轻、可制作在柔性衬底上等特点。
与传统液晶显示面板(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)技术相比,OLED最大的优势在于其可做成柔性产品。柔性OLED显示面板,主要包括盖板(Cover window)、偏光片、触控膜层(Touch sensor)、OLED层和背板膜(Back Plate)等。但是现有的OLED显示面板的厚度偏大,不利于OLED显示面板进行弯折。
为了进一步降低整个面板厚度,增强OLED显示面板的弯折特性,本发明提出一种OLED显示面板,以解决上述技术问题。
技术问题
本申请实施例提供一种OLED显示面板,以解决现有的OLED显示面板厚度较大,不利于进行弯折的技术问题。
技术解决方案
本申请实施例提供一种OLED显示面板,其包括:
封装层;
偏光片,直接形成在所述封装层上;
触控功能层,直接形成在所述偏光片上;
光学胶,形成在所述触控功能层上;以及
盖板,设置在所述光学胶上;
其中,所述触控功能层包括依次形成在所述偏光片上的无机保护子层、第一金属子层、阻隔子层和第二金属子层;
所述OLED显示面板上间隔设置有多个凹陷部,所述凹陷部至少贯穿所述无机保护子层;
所述阻隔子层为无机或有机材料制成。
在本申请的OLED显示面板中,所述凹陷部贯穿所述无机保护子层,所述凹陷部内填充有所述阻隔子层的材料。
在本申请的OLED显示面板中,所述凹陷部贯穿所述无机保护子层和偏光片,所述凹陷部内填充有所述阻隔子层的材料或依次填充有无机保护子层的材料和阻隔子层的材料。

有益效果
相较于现有技术的OLED显示面板,本申请的OLED显示面板通过将偏光片、触控功能层直接在封装层上进行制备,降低了OLED显示面板的厚度,提高了OLED显示面板的耐弯折性能;另外,通过凹陷部贯穿无机保护子层的设置,降低了无机保护子层的刚性,提高了OLED显示面板的柔性;同时当凹陷部贯穿无机保护子层和偏光片时,通过无机保护子层形成凹陷部,使得无机保护子层和封装层结合,提高了OLED显示面板的抗水氧性能;解决了现有的OLED显示面板厚度较大,不利于进行弯折的技术问题。

本发明的实施方式
请参照附图中的图式,其中相同的组件符号代表相同的组件。以下的说明是基于所例示的本申请具体实施例,其不应被视为限制本申请未在此详述的其它具体实施例。
请参照图1,图1为本申请的OLED显示面板的第一实施例的结构示意图。本申请的第一实施例的OLED显示面板100包括封装层11、偏光片12、触控功能层13、光学胶14和盖板15。
其中,偏光片12形成在封装层11上。触控功能层13形成在偏光片12上。光学胶14形成在触控功能层13上。盖板15设置在光学胶14上。
触控功能层13包括依次形成在偏光片12上的无机保护子层131、第一金属子层132、阻隔子层133和第二金属子层134。
在本第一实施例通过将偏光片12、触控功能层13直接在封装层11上进行制备,降低了OLED显示面板100的厚度,提高了OLED显示面板100的耐弯折性能。
在本第一实施例中,偏光片12为涂布式偏光片。
在本申请中,OLED显示面板上间隔设置有多个凹陷部,凹陷部至少贯穿无机保护子层。在本第一实施例中,凹陷部16贯穿无机保护子层131,凹陷部16内形成有阻隔子层133的材料。
通过凹陷部16贯穿无机保护子层131的设置,降低了无机保护子层131的整体刚性,提高了OLED显示面板100的柔性。
其中,凹陷部16为孔洞或沟槽结构。
在本第一实施例中,阻隔子层133为无机或有机材料制成。在本第一实施例中,阻隔子层133由有机材料制成,且凹陷部16断开了无机保护子层131,使得无机保护子层131不具有连续性,以提高OLED显示面板100的耐弯折性。
本第一实施例的OLED显示面板100的制作过程是:
首先,在基板上进行薄膜三极管阵列层的制备,接着在薄膜三极管阵列层上依次形成阳极、空穴注入层、空穴传输层、有机发光层、电子传输层、电子注入层和阴极,以完成OLED器件的制备。
接着,在OLED器件上通过化学气相沉积工艺、原子层沉积工艺、真空蒸镀或喷墨打印工艺形成封装层11。
然后,在封装层11上制备涂布式偏光片12。涂布式偏光片12由线偏光片和相位延迟片组成。在封装层11上通过涂布方式制备相位延迟片,之后利用反溶剂法在相位延迟片上涂布线偏光片。
其次,在涂布式偏光片12上制备触控功能层13。先在偏光片12上制备一层无机保护子层131,并通过掩模板和光刻工艺或通过刻蚀工艺在无机保护子层131上形成凹陷部16。之后,在无机保护子层131上形成第一金属子层132。接着,在第一金属子层132上形成一层阻隔子层133,且阻隔子层133的部分材料填充凹陷部16。随后,在阻隔子层133上制备第二金属子层134,以形成触控功能层13。
最后,在触控功能层13上制备一层光学胶14,并将盖板15贴合在光学胶14上。
这样便完成了本第一实施例的OLED显示面板100的制备过程。
请参照图2,图2为本申请的OLED显示面板的第二实施例的结构示意图。本第二实施例的OLED显示面板200包括封装层21、偏光片22、触控功能层23、光学胶24和盖板25。触控功能层23包括依次形成在偏光片22上的无机保护子层231、第一金属子层232、阻隔子层233和第二金属子层234。
本第二实施例与第一实施例的不同之处在于:凹陷部26贯穿无机保护子层231和偏光片22。凹陷部26内依次填充有无机保护子层231的材料和阻隔子层233的材料。
本第二实施例的OLED显示面板200一方面通过将凹陷部26加深以贯穿偏光片22,进一步提高了OLED显示面板200的耐弯折性;另一方面,在凹陷部26上敷设无机保护子层231的材料,使无机子层231之间具有连续性,保证了防止水氧入侵的性能,增强封装效果;另外在凹陷部26上依次填充无机保护子层231和阻隔子层233的材料,以使无机保护子层231和阻隔子层233的材料和封装层21进行结合,进一步提高了本第二实施例的抗水氧入侵性能,提高封装效果。
当然,在本申请的OLED显示面板中,凹陷部内也可以是填充有阻隔子层材料。这样的设置,相较于凹陷部内依次填充有无机保护子层的材料和阻隔子层的材料的设置,提高了耐弯折性能。
在本第二实施例中,具体的,请参照图3至图5,凹陷部26包括形成在偏光片22上的第一凹陷部261和形成在无机保护子层231对应于第一凹陷部261区域的第二凹陷部262。
第一凹陷部261贯穿偏光片22。第一凹陷部261内填充有无机保护子层231的材料。第二凹陷部262贯穿无机保护子层231和延伸入填充于第一凹陷部261的无机保护子层231内。第二凹陷部262内填充有阻隔子层233的材料。
在本第二实施例,第一凹陷部261的开口面积自靠近封装层21的一端向远离封装层21的一端递增。这样的设置,以减小偏光片22上开口面积,避免影响偏光片22的自身功能。可选的,第一凹陷部261和第二凹陷部262的纵向截面形状均为等腰梯形。当然在本申请中,第一凹陷部261和第一凹陷部262的纵向截面也可以是其他形状,比如矩形、直角梯形等等。
本第二实施例的OLED显示面板200的制备过程是:
首先,在基板上进行薄膜三极管阵列层的制备,接着在薄膜三极管阵列层上依次形成阳极、空穴注入层、空穴传输层、有机发光层、电子传输层、电子注入层和阴极,以完成OLED器件的制备。
接着,在OLED器件上通过化学气相沉积工艺、原子层沉积工艺、真空蒸镀或喷墨打印工艺形成封装层21。
然后,在封装层21上制备涂布式偏光片22。涂布式偏光片22由线偏光片和相位延迟片组成。在封装层21上通过涂布方式制备相位延迟片,之后利用反溶剂法在相位延迟片上涂布线偏光片;之后,通过刻蚀工艺在偏光片22上形成多个间隔设置的第一凹陷部261。请参照图3。
其次,在涂布式偏光片12上制备触控功能层13。请参照图4,先在偏光片12上制备一层无机保护子层231,无机保护子层231的部分材料填充于第一凹陷部261;并通过掩模板和光刻工艺在无机保护子层231对应于第一凹陷部261的区域形成第二凹陷部262,第二凹陷部262延伸入填充于第一凹陷部261的无机保护子层231内。之后,在无机保护子层231上形成第一金属子层232。接着,在第一金属子层232上形成一层阻隔子层233,且阻隔子层233的部分材料填充第二凹陷部262。随后,在阻隔子层233上制备第二金属子层324,以形成触控功能层23。其中第一凹陷部261和第二凹陷部262叠加形成凹陷部26。
最后,请参照图5,在触控功能层23上制备一层光学胶24,并将盖板25贴合在光学胶24上。
这样便完成了本第二实施例的OLED显示面板200的制备过程。
请参照图6,图6为本申请的OLED显示面板的第三实施例的结构示意图。本第三实施例的OLED显示面板300包括封装层31、偏光片32、触控功能层33、光学胶34和盖板35。触控功能层33包括依次形成在偏光片32上的无机保护子层331、第一金属子层332、阻隔子层333和第二金属子层334。
本第三实施例与第二实施例的不同之处在于:在本第三实施例中,凹陷部36贯穿阻隔子层333、无机保护子层331和偏光片32。凹陷部36内依次填充有无机保护子层331的材料、阻隔子层333的材料和光学胶34或依次填充有阻隔子层333的材料和光学胶34。其中本第三实施例以凹陷部36内依次填充有无机保护子层331的材料、阻隔子层333的材料和光学胶34为例进行说明。
本第三实施例的OLED显示面板300一方面通过将凹陷部36加深以贯穿阻隔子层333、无机保护子层331和偏光片32,进一步提高了OLED显示面板300的耐弯折性;另一方面,在凹陷部36上依次填充无机保护子层331、阻隔子层333的材料和光学胶34,以使无机保护子层231、阻隔子层233的材料和光学胶34与封装层31进行结合,提高了本第三实施例的抗水氧入侵性能,提高封装效果。
在本第三实施例中,请参照图7至图10,凹陷部36包括形成在偏光片32上的第一凹陷部361、形成在无机保护子层331对应于第一凹陷部361区域的第二凹陷部362和形成在阻隔子层333对应于第一凹陷部361区域的第三凹陷部363。
第一凹陷部361贯穿偏光片32,第一凹陷部361内填充有无机保护子层331的材料;第二凹陷部362贯穿无机保护子层331和延伸入填充于第一凹陷部361的无机保护子层331内,第二凹陷部362内填充有阻隔子层333的材料;第三凹陷部363贯穿阻隔子层333、无机保护子层331和延伸入填充于第二凹陷部362的阻隔子层333内,第三凹陷部363内填充有光学胶34。
通过在第一凹陷部361的区域对应的设置第二凹陷部362和第三凹陷部363,从而得到叠加第一凹陷部361、第二凹陷部362和第三凹陷部363的效果,进而实现加深凹陷部36的深度。
本第三实施例的OLED显示面板300的制备过程是:
首先,在基板上进行薄膜三极管阵列层的制备,接着在薄膜三极管阵列层上依次形成阳极、空穴注入层、空穴传输层、有机发光层、电子传输层、电子注入层和阴极,以完成OLED器件的制备。
接着,在OLED器件上通过化学气相沉积工艺、原子层沉积工艺、真空蒸镀或喷墨打印工艺形成封装层31。
然后,在封装层31上制备涂布式偏光片32。涂布式偏光片32由线偏光片和相位延迟片组成。在封装层31上通过涂布方式制备相位延迟片,之后利用反溶剂法在相位延迟片上涂布线偏光片;之后,通过刻蚀工艺在偏光片32上形成多个间隔设置的第一凹陷部361。请参照图7。
其次,在涂布式偏光片32上制备触控功能层33。请参照图8,先在偏光片32上制备一层无机保护子层331,无机保护子层331的部分材料填充于第一凹陷部361;并通过掩模板和光刻工艺在无机保护子层331对应于第一凹陷部361的区域形成第二凹陷部362,第二凹陷部362延伸入填充于第一凹陷部361的无机保护子层331内。之后,在无机保护子层331上形成第一金属子层332。接着,在第一金属子层332上形成一层阻隔子层333,且阻隔子层333的部分材料填充第二凹陷部362。随后,请参照图9,通过掩模板和光刻工艺在阻隔子层333对应于第一凹陷部361的区域形成第三凹陷部363,第三凹陷部363延伸入填充于第二凹陷部362的阻隔子层333内;之后在阻隔子层333上制备第二金属子层334,以形成触控功能层33。
最后,请参照图10,在触控功能层33上制备一层光学胶34,光学胶34的部分材料填充第三凹陷部363;并将盖板35贴合在光学胶34上。
这样便完成了本第三实施例的OLED显示面板300的制备过程。
相较于现有技术的OLED显示面板,本申请的OLED显示面板通过将偏光片、触控功能层直接在封装层上进行制备,降低了OLED显示面板的厚度,提高了OLED显示面板的耐弯折性能;另外,通过凹陷部贯穿无机保护子层的设置,降低了无机保护子层的刚性,提高了OLED显示面板的柔性;同时当凹陷部贯穿无机保护子层和偏光片时,通过无机保护子层形成凹陷部,使得无机保护子层和封装层结合,提高了OLED显示面板的抗水氧性能;解决了现有的OLED显示面板厚度较大,不利于进行弯折的技术问题。

  1. 一种OLED显示面板,其包括:
    封装层;
    偏光片,直接形成在所述封装层上;
    触控功能层,直接形成在所述偏光片上;
    光学胶,形成在所述触控功能层上;以及
    盖板,设置在所述光学胶上;
    其中,所述触控功能层包括依次形成在所述偏光片上的无机保护子层、第一金属子层、阻隔子层和第二金属子层;
    所述OLED显示面板上间隔设置有多个凹陷部,所述凹陷部至少贯穿所述无机保护子层;
    所述阻隔子层为无机或有机材料制成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的OLED显示面板,其中,所述凹陷部贯穿所述无机保护子层,所述凹陷部内填充有所述阻隔子层的材料。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的OLED显示面板,其中,所述凹陷部贯穿所述无机保护子层和偏光片,所述凹陷部内填充有所述阻隔子层的材料或依次填充有无机保护子层的材料和阻隔子层的材料。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的OLED显示面板,其中,所述凹陷部包括形成在所述偏光片上的第一凹陷部和形成在所述无机保护子层对应于所述第一凹陷部区域的第二凹陷部;
    所述第一凹陷部贯穿所述偏光片,所述第一凹陷部内填充有所述无机保护子层的材料;所述第二凹陷部贯穿所述无机保护子层和延伸入填充于所述第一凹陷部的所述无机保护子层内,所述第二凹陷部内填充有所述阻隔子层的材料。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的OLED显示面板,其中,所述凹陷部贯穿所述阻隔子层、无机保护子层和偏光片,所述凹陷部内依次填充有所述无机保护子层的材料、阻隔子层的材料和光学胶或依次填充有所述阻隔子层的材料和光学胶。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的OLED显示面板,其中,所述凹陷部包括形成在所述偏光片上的第一凹陷部、形成在所述无机保护子层对应于所述第一凹陷部区域的第二凹陷部和形成在所述阻隔子层对应于所述第一凹陷部区域的第三凹陷部;
    所述第一凹陷部贯穿所述偏光片,所述第一凹陷部内填充有无机保护子层的材料;所述第二凹陷部贯穿所述无机保护子层和延伸入填充于所述第一凹陷部的无机保护子层内,所述第二凹陷部内填充有阻隔子层的材料;所述第三凹陷部贯穿所述阻隔子层、无机保护子层和延伸入填充于所述第二凹陷部的所述阻隔子层内,所述第三凹陷部内填充有光学胶。

  10. 根据权利要求9所述的OLED显示面板,其中,所述OLED显示面板上间隔设置有多个凹陷部,所述凹陷部至少贯穿所述无机保护子层。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的OLED显示面板,其中,所述凹陷部贯穿所述无机保护子层,所述凹陷部内填充有所述阻隔子层的材料。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的OLED显示面板,其中,所述凹陷部贯穿所述无机保护子层和偏光片,所述凹陷部内填充有所述阻隔子层的材料或依次填充有无机保护子层的材料和阻隔子层的材料。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的OLED显示面板,其中,所述凹陷部包括形成在所述偏光片上的第一凹陷部和形成在所述无机保护子层对应于所述第一凹陷部区域的第二凹陷部;
    所述第一凹陷部贯穿所述偏光片,所述第一凹陷部内填充有所述无机保护子层的材料;所述第二凹陷部贯穿所述无机保护子层和延伸入填充于所述第一凹陷部的所述无机保护子层内,所述第二凹陷部内填充有所述阻隔子层的材料。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的OLED显示面板,其中,所述凹陷部贯穿所述阻隔子层、无机保护子层和偏光片,所述凹陷部内依次填充有所述无机保护子层的材料、阻隔子层的材料和光学胶或依次填充有所述阻隔子层的材料和光学胶。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的OLED显示面板,其中,所述凹陷部包括形成在所述偏光片上的第一凹陷部、形成在所述无机保护子层对应于所述第一凹陷部区域的第二凹陷部和形成在所述阻隔子层对应于所述第一凹陷部区域的第三凹陷部;
    所述第一凹陷部贯穿所述偏光片,所述第一凹陷部内填充有无机保护子层的材料;所述第二凹陷部贯穿所述无机保护子层和延伸入填充于所述第一凹陷部的无机保护子层内,所述第二凹陷部内填充有阻隔子层的材料;所述第三凹陷部贯穿所述阻隔子层、无机保护子层和延伸入填充于所述第二凹陷部的所述阻隔子层内,所述第三凹陷部内填充有光学胶。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的OLED显示面板,其中,所述第一凹陷部的开口面积自靠近所述封装层的一端向远离所述封装层的一端递增。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的OLED显示面板,其中,所述第一凹陷部的开口面积自靠近所述封装层的一端向远离所述封装层的一端递增。
  18. 根据权利要求9所述的OLED显示面板,其中,所述阻隔子层为无机或有机材料制成。
  19. 根据权利要求10所述的OLED显示面板,其中,所述凹陷部为孔洞或沟槽结构。
