Definitions
- the present invention relates to a disposable diaper having a waistband.
- a disposable diaper having a waist band arranged in the waist area is known (for example, refer to Patent Document 1).
- a space that opens toward the crotch region side is formed by the waist band.
- a waist band is arranged at least on the non-skin-facing surface side of the space, and the space functions as a pocket for accommodating excrement moving to the waist opening side. This can prevent the excrement from leaking from the waist opening.
- the wearer when the disposable diaper is worn on the wearer, the wearer does not recognize the waistband, so the disposable diaper may be worn with the waistband bent inadequately. In this case, a space that functions as a pocket cannot be formed sufficiently, and excrement may leak out from the waist opening.
- the disposable diaper is a front-rear direction and a width direction orthogonal to each other, a first waistline region, a second waistline region, and a crotch region disposed between the first waistline region and the second waistline region, An absorbent core, a waistband disposed in the first waistline region, and a body portion including the absorbent core and configured by a member disposed on the non-skin facing surface side of the waistband, Have. A space that opens toward the crotch region side is formed on the non-skin facing surface side of the waist band.
- the disposable diaper has a main body including the absorbent core and configured by a member arranged on the non-skin facing surface side of the waist band.
- the main body portion has a first outer end edge that is an outer end edge in the front-rear direction in the first waistline region.
- a part of the waist band is The first outer edge is exposed outside the front-rear direction.
- FIG. 1 is a schematic plan view of the disposable diaper according to the embodiment as seen from the skin facing surface side.
- FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the line AA shown in FIG.
- FIG. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the line BB shown in FIG. 1 in the expanded state.
- FIG. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the line BB shown in FIG. 1 in a natural state.
- FIG. 5: is the figure which showed typically the wearing state in the cross section on the basis of FIG.
- FIG. 6 is a schematic plan view of the disposable diaper 10 according to the embodiment in a naturally folded state.
- FIG. 7 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the line CC of FIG. FIG.
- FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram for explaining the waistband 80 according to the embodiment.
- FIG. 9 is a schematic diagram for explaining the waist elastic member 45.
- FIG. 10 is a schematic plan view which looked at the disposable diaper which concerns on a modification from the skin facing surface side.
- FIG. 11 is a schematic plan view of the disposable diaper which concerns on the example of a change in the natural state of being folded in two.
- the disposable diaper according to one aspect is a front-rear direction and a width direction orthogonal to each other, a first waistline region, a second waistline region, and a crotch region disposed between the first waistline region and the second waistline region, An absorbent core, a waistband disposed in the first waistline region, and a body portion including the absorbent core and a member disposed on the non-skin facing surface side of the waistband, Have.
- a space that opens toward the crotch region side is formed on the non-skin facing surface side of the waist band.
- disposable diapers are in a natural state of being folded in two before use so that they are not bulky before use.
- a part of the waistband is exposed outside the first outer edge in the front-rear direction.
- the wearer can visually recognize a part of the waist band exposed from the main body in a plan view of the disposable diaper from the first waist region side, and can easily recognize the waist band. Become.
- the wearer can reduce anxiety about leakage of excrement from the waist opening, and can give the wearer a sense of security.
- the wearer recognizes the waistband, it becomes easy to notice that the waistband is inappropriately bent when the disposable diaper is worn by the wearer. If the wearer is in an inappropriately bent state, the wearer can prevent the excrement from leaking from the waist opening by correcting the waistband so that it is in an appropriate state. Can give you a sense of security.
- the main body portion may have a second outer end edge that is an outer end edge in the front-rear direction in the second waistline region.
- a part of the waist band may be exposed outside the second outer edge in the front-rear direction.
- a part of the waist band is exposed not only at the first outer edge but also at the outer side in the front-rear direction than the second outer edge, so that the part of the waist band is not exposed at the first outer edge. It is visible not only from the side where the edge is arranged, but also from the side where the second outer edge is arranged. Therefore, the wearer can more easily visually recognize a part of the waistband exposed from the main body portion before using the disposable diaper, and can more easily recognize the waistband.
- the waistband may have a skin contact portion having a skin contact surface that contacts the wearer's skin.
- the skin contact portion not joined to the main body portion is an outer skin contact portion that is a portion outside the center of the skin contact portion in the front-rear direction, and the front-rear direction of the skin contact portion.
- the inner skin contact portion which is a portion inside the center, may be included.
- the contraction force of the inner skin contact portion in the width direction may be larger than the contraction force of the outer skin contact portion in the width direction. Since the shrinkage force of the inner skin contact portion in the width direction is larger than the shrinkage force of the outer skin contact portion in the width direction, the inner skin contact portion shrinks more in the width direction than the outer skin contact portion.
- the width of the inner skin contact portion in the width direction becomes shorter than the length of the outer skin contact portion in the width direction. Since the outer skin contact portion and the inner skin contact portion are the same skin contact portion, the portion of the outer skin contact portion close to the inner skin contact portion is further contracted by the contraction of the inner skin contact portion. .. On the other hand, a portion of the outer skin contact portion that is far from the inner skin contact portion is less likely to be affected by contraction of the inner skin contact portion, and is less likely to contract due to contraction of the inner skin contact portion. Therefore, the skin contact portion is easily deformed in an arc shape so that the center of the skin contact portion in the width direction projects outward in the front-rear direction.
- the main body portion may have a waist contraction region arranged at least in the first waistline region.
- the waist contraction region may extend in the width direction so as to straddle the center of the main body in the width direction, and may contract in the width direction.
- the contraction of the waist contraction region also contracts the main body portion having the waist contraction region.
- the inner part of the waist contraction region in the front-rear direction is arranged closer to the absorbent core side than the outer part of the waist contraction region in the front-rear direction. Therefore, in the region on the absorbent core and the region extending in the front-rear direction of the absorbent core, the inner part of the waist contraction region is less likely to contract in the width direction than the outer part of the waist contraction region due to the rigidity of the absorbent core.
- the widthwise length of the main body portion that overlaps the outer portion of the waist contraction region in the thickness direction tends to be shorter than the length of the main body portion that overlaps the inner portion of the waist contraction region in the thickness direction.
- the main body portion is deformed into an arc shape in a region on the extension of the absorbent core so that the center of the first outer edge in the width direction is recessed inward. Therefore, even if the widthwise end of the waistband is not exposed from the body, the widthwise center of the waistband is exposed from the body, and the wearer can easily recognize the waistband. ..
- the inner edge of the waist contraction region in the front-rear direction may overlap the absorbent core in the thickness direction.
- the overlapping portion of the inner part in the front-rear direction of the waist contraction region that overlaps with the absorbent core is less likely to contract in the width direction due to the rigidity of the absorbent core than the outer part in the front-rear direction of the waist contraction region. Therefore, the widthwise length of the main body portion that overlaps the overlapping portion of the waist contraction region in the thickness direction is longer than the widthwise length of the main body portion that overlaps the outer portion of the waist contraction region in the thickness direction.
- the main body portion is easily deformed by the arc shape in the region on the extension of the absorbent core so that the center of the first outer edge of the main body portion in the width direction is recessed inward. Therefore, even if the widthwise end of the waistband is not exposed from the body, the widthwise center of the waistband is more exposed from the body, and the wearer recognizes the waistband. It will be easier.
- the waistband may have a pair of side joints located at both ends of the waistband in the width direction and joined to the main body.
- Each of the pair of side joints is located outside the outer edge of the absorbent core in the width direction.
- at least a part of each of the pair of side joints is located on the absorbent core and in the front-back direction of the absorbent core. It is located away from the extension area. Therefore, even if the main body portion is deformed into an arc shape in the region on the extension of the absorbent core so that the center of the first outer edge of the main body in the width direction is recessed inward, it is separated from the region on the extension.
- At least a part of the positioned side joint portion is not affected by the deformation of the main body portion. As a result, it is possible to prevent the center of the waist band in the width direction from being recessed inward, and to suppress a decrease in the amount of the waist band exposed from the main body. By suppressing the reduction of the exposed amount of the waistband, the wearer can easily see a part of the waistband before using the disposable diaper and easily recognize the waistband.
- the main body may include a skin-side sheet located closer to the skin-facing surface than the absorbent core.
- the skin side sheet may include a top sheet and a pair of side sheets that cover both outer side portions of the top sheet.
- Each of the pair of side sheets may constitute a leak preventive gather having a contracting portion that stands up due to contraction of the leak preventive elastic member extending in the front-rear direction.
- the waistband may have a pair of side joints located at both ends of the waistband in the width direction and joined to the main body. Each of the pair of side joints may be located outside the leakproof elastic member in the width direction.
- each of the pair of side joints is located outside the leakproof elastic member in the width direction, the pair of side joints is less likely to be directly affected by the contraction of the leakproof elastic member. This makes it difficult for the waistband to be pulled inward in the front-rear direction, and suppresses a reduction in the amount of the waistband exposed from the main body portion. By suppressing the reduction of the exposed amount of the waistband, the wearer can easily see a part of the waistband before using the disposable diaper and easily recognize the waistband.
- the leak-proof gather has a base end edge which is an upright fulcrum of the contracted portion outside the contracted portion in the width direction.
- Each of the pair of side joint portions may be positioned outside the base end edge in the width direction. Since each of the pair of side joint portions is located outside the base edge in the width direction, the pair of side joint portions is less likely to be affected by the contraction of the contracting portion. This makes it difficult for the waistband to be pulled inward in the front-rear direction, and suppresses a reduction in the amount of the waistband exposed from the main body portion. Before the disposable diaper is used, the wearer can easily see a part of the waistband and easily recognize the waistband.
- the waistband may have a joint portion joined to the body portion and a non-joint portion not joined to the body portion.
- the non-bonded portion may be folded back outward in the front-rear direction with the band fold extending in the width direction as a base point.
- the non-bonded portion extends from the bonded portion to the band fold, and a standing portion configured to be upright, and extends from the band fold toward the outside in the front-rear direction, more than the standing portion.
- returning part located in the skin facing surface side may be included.
- the standing portion and the folded portion is longer than the length from the boundary between the joint portion and the standing portion to the first outer edge, the standing portion is raised so that the folded portion is larger than the main body portion. Also tends to be located outside in the front-rear direction. When the folded-back portion is located outside the main body in the front-rear direction, part of the waistband does not overlap the main body 11, so the visibility of the waistband is improved and the wearer recognizes the waistband. It will be easier.
- the length of the upright portion from one edge in the front-rear direction to the other edge is a length from a boundary between the joining portion and the upright portion to the first outer edge. It may be longer than that. Since the length of the standing part is longer than the length from the boundary between the joint part and the standing part to the first outer edge, the standing part stands up, so that the folded part comes closer to the wearer, and the waistband is more recognized. It will be easier. Further, as compared with the case where the length of the upright portion is short, the distance that the folding portion moves outward in the front-rear direction becomes longer due to the upright portion of the upstanding portion, and the folding portion is easier to be positioned on the outer side in the front-rear direction than the main body portion. Become. When the folded-back portion is located outside the main body in the front-rear direction, the visibility of the waistband is improved, and the wearer can easily recognize the waistband.
- FIG. 1 is a schematic plan view of the disposable diaper 10 according to the embodiment viewed from the skin facing surface side.
- FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of the disposable diaper shown in FIG.
- the respective members are shown separated in the thickness direction T for convenience of description, but they are in contact with each other in the thickness direction T in an actual product.

By the wearer recognizing the waist band, the anxiety about leakage of excrement from the waist opening 66 can be reduced, and the wearer can be relieved of the anxiety about leakage. In addition, when the wearer recognizes the waistband, it becomes easy to notice that the waistband 80 is in an inappropriately bent state when the disposable diaper 10 is worn by the wearer. When the wearer is in an inappropriately bent state, the wearer can prevent the excrement from leaking out from the waist opening 66 by correcting the waistband 80 to be in an appropriate state. , It is possible to give the wearer a sense of security regarding leakage anxiety.
- a part of the waist band 80 is provided.
- the waist band 80 is positioned closer to the wearer's viewpoint than when the waist band 80 is not exposed. To do. Therefore, in a top view of the disposable diaper 10 (that is, when viewed from the waist opening side), the wearer can easily visually recognize the waist band 80.
- the waist band 80 has the second exposed portion 882 (exposed portion 88) exposed from the main body portion 11 in the natural state of being folded in two.
- the second exposed portion 882 is a portion of the waistband 80 that is exposed outside the front end edge 11F of the main body portion 11 in the front-rear direction L in the naturally folded state.
- a part of the waist band 80 is exposed not only on the rear end edge 11R of the main body 11 but also on the outer side in the front-rear direction L with respect to the front end edge 11F of the main body 11, so that the waist band 80 A portion of the disposable diaper 10 is visible in a plan view from the front waistline region S1 side. Therefore, the wearer can more easily visually recognize the part of the waistband 80 exposed from the main body portion before the use of the disposable diaper, and can more easily recognize the waistband 80.
- the skin contact portion 851 that is not joined to the main body portion 11 has an outer skin contact portion 851O and an inner skin contact portion 851I.
- the outer skin contact portion 851O is a portion outside the center C1 of the skin contact portion 851 in the front-rear direction L.
- the inner skin contact portion 851I is a portion inside the center C1.
- the contraction force of the inner skin contact portion 851I in the width direction W may be larger than the contraction force of the outer skin contact portion 851O in the width direction W. In this case, the inner skin contact portion 851I contracts in the width direction W more than the outer skin contact portion 851O.
- the length of the inner skin contact portion 851I in the width direction W becomes shorter than the length of the outer skin contact portion 851O in the width direction. Since the outer skin contact portion 851O and the inner skin contact portion 851I are the same skin contact portion 851, the portion of the outer skin contact portion 851O near the inner skin contact portion 851I is the inner skin contact portion 851I. Shrinks further by shrinking. On the other hand, a portion of the outer skin contact portion 851O far from the inner skin contact portion 851I is less likely to be affected by contraction of the inner skin contact portion 851I, and is less likely to contract due to contraction of the inner skin contact portion 851I. Therefore, as shown in FIG.
- the skin contact portion 851 is easily deformed in an arc shape so that the center of the skin contact portion 851 in the width direction W projects outward (rear side) from the front-rear direction L. .. This makes it easier for the center of the skin contact portion 851 in the width direction to project outward than the end of the skin contact portion 851 in the width direction W in the front-rear direction L. As shown in FIG. 6A, even if the end of the skin contact portion 851 in the width direction W is not exposed from the main body portion 11, the center of the skin contact portion 851 in the width direction W is the main body portion 11. When exposed, the wearer can easily recognize the waistband 80.
- the skin contact portion 851 Since the skin contact portion 851 is wrinkled due to contraction, the skin contact portion 851 does not have to be deformed into a clean arc shape as shown in FIG. 8B. It suffices that the center of the skin contact portion 851 in the width direction W projects rearward from the end of the skin contact portion 851 in the width direction W.
- “Shrinkage force” may be measured by the following method.
- a test piece to be measured is created. Both ends of the test piece are clamped by a chuck (clamping tool) of a tensile tester. At this time, the distance between the chucks is 50 mm.
- the other chuck is moved so as to change the distance between the chucks.
- the moving speed of the chuck at this time is 300 mm/min.
- the stress applied to the chuck during the movement of the chuck is measured, and the stress (N) obtained in the state of 60% (constant width) from the stretched state is defined as “contractile force”.
- the main body 11 has a waist contraction region WR configured by the waist elastic member 45.
- the waist contraction region WR extends in the width direction W so as to straddle the center of the main body 11 in the width direction W.
- the waist contraction region WR contracts in the width direction W. Due to the contraction of the waist contraction region WR, the main body 11 having the waist contraction region WR also contracts.
- the overlapping portion WR1 of the inner portion of the waist contraction region WR in the front-rear direction L overlapping with the absorbent core 31 is wider than the outer portion WR2 of the waist contraction region WR in the front-rear direction L in the width direction W due to the rigidity of the absorbent core 31. It becomes difficult to shrink.
- the length in the width direction W of the main body portion that overlaps the overlapping portion WR1 of the waist contraction region WR in the thickness direction T is equal to the width direction W of the main body portion 11 that overlaps the outer portion WR2 of the waist contraction region WR in the thickness direction T. Will be longer than. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9B, the main body portion 11 (in the extension area ER, which is an extension area of the absorbent core 31, such that the center of the rear end edge 11R of the main body portion 11 in the width direction W is recessed inward. The rear end edge 11R) is easily deformed due to the arc shape.
- the center of the waist band 80 in the width direction W is further exposed from the main body portion 11, and , It becomes easy to recognize the waistband. Since the main body 11 (rear end edge 11R) is wrinkled due to contraction, it does not have to be deformed into a clean arc shape as shown in FIG. 9B.
- the center of the body portion 11 (rear end edge 11R) in the width direction W may be recessed toward the crotch region S3 side.
- the waist band 80 may have a pair of side joints (second joints) 842.
- Each of the pair of side joint portions 842 may be located outside the outer edge 31E of the absorbent core 31 in the width direction W. Thereby, at least a part of each of the pair of side joint portions 842 is located on the absorbent core 31 and away from the extension region ER. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9B, even if the main body portion 11 is deformed in an arc shape in the extension region ER such that the center of the rear end edge 11R of the main body portion 11 in the width direction W is recessed inward. The side joint portion 842 located away from the ER is not affected by the deformation of the main body portion 11.
- the center of the waist band 80 in the width direction is recessed toward the inner side (the crotch region S3 side), and it is possible to prevent the amount of the waist band 80 exposed from the main body 11 from decreasing.
- the inner edges of the pair of side joint portions 842 may be located outside the outer edge 31E of the absorbent core 31 in the width direction W.
- the pair of side joint portions 842 are located on the absorbent core 31 and apart from the extension region ER, and thus are not affected by the deformation of the main body portion 11.
- each of the pair of side joint portions 842 may be located outside the leakproof elastic member 61 in the width direction W.
- the pair of side joint portions 842 are less likely to be directly affected by the contraction of the leak-proof elastic member 61. This makes it difficult for the waist band 80 to be pulled inward in the front-rear direction L (on the crotch region S3 side), and it is possible to suppress a reduction in the amount of the waist band 80 exposed from the main body portion 11. By suppressing the reduction in the exposed amount of the waistband 80, the wearer can easily see a part of the waistband 80 before the use of the disposable diaper 10 and easily recognize the waistband 80.
- the inner edges of the pair of side joint portions 842 may be located outside the leak-proof elastic member 61 in the width direction W. This makes it difficult for the pair of side joint portions 842 to be directly affected by the contraction of the leak-proof elastic member 61, and it is possible to suppress a decrease in the amount of the waist band 80 exposed from the main body portion 11.
- the inner edges of the pair of side joint portions 842 are located outside the leak-proof elastic member 61 in the width direction W, the distance that the non-joint portion 85 projects (extends) outward in the front-rear direction L is increased. Since it increases more, the exposure amount of the waist band 80 can be further increased.
- each of the pair of side joint portions 842 may be located outside the first leak-proof base end edge 641 in the width direction W. As a result, the pair of side joint portions 842 are less likely to be affected by the contraction of the contraction portion 63. This makes it difficult for the waistband 80 to be pulled inward in the front-rear direction (on the crotch region S3 side), and it is possible to suppress a reduction in the amount of the waistband 80 exposed from the main body portion 11. Before the disposable diaper 10 is used, the wearer can easily see a part of the waistband 80 and easily recognize the waistband 80.
- the inner edges of the pair of side joint portions 842 may be located outside the first leak-proof base end edge 641 in the width direction W.
- the pair of side joint portions 842 are less likely to be affected by the contraction of the contraction portion 63, and it is possible to prevent the amount of the waist band 80 exposed from the main body portion 11 from decreasing.
- the non-joint portion 85 protrudes (extends in the front-rear direction L). ) Since the distance is further increased, the exposure amount of the waist band 80 can be further increased.
- the pair of side joints 842 may be located outside in the front-rear direction L with respect to the second leak-proof base edge 642 arranged on the rear waistline region S2 side. This makes it difficult for the pair of side joint portions 842 to be affected by the contraction of the contraction portion 63. Therefore, it becomes difficult for the waist band 80 to be pulled inward in the front-rear direction (on the crotch region S3 side), and it is possible to prevent the amount of the waist band 80 exposed from the main body 11 from decreasing.
- the inner edges of the pair of skin contact joint portions 853 are located outside the leak-proof elastic member 61 in the width direction W, the distance by which the non-joint portion 85 projects outward in the front-rear direction L is further increased. Therefore, the exposed amount of the waist band 80 can be further increased.
- the inner edges of the pair of skin contact joining portions 853 are located outside the first leak-proof base end edge 641 in the width direction W, so that the non-joining portion 85 projects outward in the front-rear direction L. Is increased, the exposure amount of the waist band 80 can be increased.

- the waist band 80 may have a design region DR in which a design is provided.
- the design becomes conspicuous and the waistband 80 provided with the design is easily recognized.
- anxiety about leakage of excrement from the waist opening 66 can be reduced, and the wearer can be relieved of leakage anxiety.
- the wearer recognizes the waist band 80 it becomes easy to notice that the waist band 80 is in an inappropriately bent state.
- the wearer corrects the waist band 80 so that the waist band 80 is in an appropriate state, so that the accommodation space AS opening toward the crotch region S3 side is It properly functions as a pocket for storing excrement moving to the opening 66 side. As a result, it is possible to prevent the excrement from leaking out from the waist opening 66, so that it is possible to give the wearer a sense of security regarding leakage fear.
- the exposed portion 88 may be provided with a design that is visible in the natural state of being folded in two. Thereby, when the wearer wears the disposable diaper 10 on the wearer, the wearer can notice the design and easily recognize the waist band provided with the design.
- the design region DR may be exposed outside (rear side) in the front-rear direction L with respect to the rear end edge 11R of the main body 11. That is, the first exposed portion 881 may be provided with a design.
- the design provided on the waist band 80 may be visible from the non-skin facing surface side T2 on the back side of the wearer in the natural state of being folded in two.

Description

着用者の背中側の非肌対向面側T2から、ウエストバンド80に設けられたデザインを視認し易くするために、デザイン領域DRは、第1露出部881の非肌対向面側T2(具体的には、第2不織布層812の肌対向面側T1又は非肌対向面側T2、又はフィルム層813の非肌対向面側T2)に設けられてよい。
着用者の腹側の肌対向面側T1から、ウエストバンド80に設けられたデザインを視認し易くするために、デザイン領域DRは、第2露出部882の肌対向面側T1(具体的には、第1不織布層811の肌対向面側T1又は非肌対向面側T2、又はフィルム層813の肌対向面側T1)に設けられてよい。
