- FIG. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a screen splicing structure provided by still another embodiment of the present invention.
- the invention provides a screen splicing structure, including a base layer, an intermediate adhesive layer and a surface layer, wherein the base layer includes a first base and a second base, and the sides of the first base and the second base are spliced and formed at the joint Patchwork; the surface layer is bonded to the base layer through the middle adhesive layer. Specifically, the surface layer is bonded to the first substrate and the second substrate through the intermediate adhesive layer, and the surface layer covers the joint.
- the base layer is selected from any one of polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene, polyethylene, and polyvinyl chloride.
- the elastic modulus of the above materials is greater than 2.5Gpa, which is a high elastic modulus material and is on the same screen. Compared with materials with low elastic modulus, it has a smaller amount of deformation under vibration, which helps to improve the viewing effect.
- the base layer includes a front surface for receiving the projected image and a corresponding back surface.
- the splicing structure of the present invention Since the screen with a high elastic modulus material is easily deformed during cutting, resulting in defects such as normal change and glue overflow during splicing, the inventor found through experimental research that the splicing structure of the present invention has an elastic modulus greater than 2.5 The base layer of Gpa can also obtain higher reliability, and the normal change is small.
- the surface layer can be bonded to the front side of the base layer through the intermediate adhesive layer, that is, front side splicing; or can be bonded to the back side of the base layer through the intermediate adhesive layer, that is, back side splicing.
- the peel strength of the surface layer and the base layer is ⁇ 1000gf/inch, so as to ensure the minimum change of the normal of the screen surface. The peel strength can be measured by a peel strength tester.
- the surface layer is a transparent material and can be applied to light-curable glue. It is preferable that the surface layer and the base layer have the same material to ensure the same shrinkage rate under the influence of the environment.
- the middle adhesive layer is formed by curing the glue.
- the glue is selected from any one of light-setting glue, thermosetting glue or pressure-sensitive glue, such as Dymax3094-Gel-F, which linearly shrinks by 0.4%, and the light curing is fast Curing.
- the intermediate adhesive layer covers at least a part of the side of the base layer to be spliced, so that the surface layer is bonded to the base layer through the intermediate adhesive layer, thereby achieving the purpose of splicing.
- the intermediate adhesive layer can also cover the joint seam. It should be understood that the intermediate adhesive layer can also be partitioned at the joint seam, that is, the intermediate adhesive layer only covers the surface area of the side of the base layer to be spliced. Does the intermediate adhesive layer need to cover the joint seam? Choose according to the reliability of the splicing structure.
- the middle glue layer when the front layer of the base layer is spliced, because the surface layer covers the seam, it is preferable to cover the seam with the middle glue layer, because part of the glue will penetrate into the seam through the capillary effect, and the middle glue layer will form the first base
- the second substrate is directly bonded to improve the reliability of the splicing structure; when the back layer of the base layer is spliced, in order to prevent the glue from penetrating from the joint to the front of the base layer and affecting the viewing screen, it is preferred that the middle adhesive layer is in the joint
- the partitioning scheme or use glue with a viscosity of 1w to 10wcps.
- the glue in this viscosity range has a very low capillary effect, which can prevent too much glue from penetrating into the front through the joint.
- glue with low capillary effect the scheme of covering the joint seam with the middle glue layer can also be accepted.
- the invention can increase the thickness of the middle adhesive layer so that the thickness of the middle adhesive layer is greater than the height of the edge protrusions, can avoid the protrusions when covering the surface layer, and ensures the flatness of the surface layer.
- a connection layer may be added, the connection layer is located between the base layer and the surface layer, and is bonded to the surface layer and the base layer through the connection adhesive layer and the intermediate adhesive layer, respectively, the sum of the thicknesses of the connection layer and the intermediate adhesive layer Higher than the height of the edge protrusion, the protrusion can be avoided when the surface layer is covered.
- the inventor discovered through experiments that the connection layer can further improve the stability of the screen splicing structure.
- the connecting layer receives the force from the base layer and the surface layer at the same time.
- the direction of the force is opposite, so it will act as a buffer to a certain extent.
- the material of the connecting layer is preferably the same as the base layer or the surface layer.
- the thickness of the base layer is usually 100-250um.
- the thickness of the surface layer is designed to be 100-250um, and the splicing layer is designed to be 50-250um.
- the viewers on both sides of the screen will observe a clear picture division line at the edge of the surface layer, which can be sprayed on the edge of the surface layer with the same screen surface Optical functional materials are resolved.
- the inventors obtained through experiments that when the surface layer material is polyethylene terephthalate and the thickness is designed to be 5 to 10um, it can eliminate the picture division caused by the edge of the surface layer, and the splicing structure has Good reliability.

Description
(1)分别选定第一基底与第二基底的一个侧边,将两个侧边临近以形成拼缝;
(2)去除距离侧边预设宽度范围内的光学功能材料层,形成光学功能材料缺省区;
(3)提供复合胶带,复合胶带包括层叠设置的第二光学功能材料层、表面层、中间胶层和离型膜层;
(1)分别选定第一基底与第二基底的一个侧边,将两个侧边临近以形成拼缝;
(2)将胶水均匀涂布至背面或表面层,胶水为光固、热固或压敏型贴合剂中的一种;
(1)分别选定第一基底与第二基底的一个侧边,将两个侧边临近以形成拼缝;
(2)提供连接层,将胶水均匀涂布至连接层形成中间胶层,胶水为光固、热固或压敏型贴合剂中的一种;
(3)将连接层上的中间胶层覆盖于基底层的背面,覆盖完成后使用辊筒将中间胶层同基底层之间的气泡或褶皱展平;
(4)固化中间胶层,将胶水均匀涂覆至表面层,胶水为光固、热固或压敏型贴合剂中的一种;

(1)分别选定第一基底111与第二基底112的一个侧边,将两个所述侧边临近以形成拼缝12;
(2)去除距离侧边上述两个基底的正面11a上距离各自选定的侧边至少5mm宽度范围内的光学功能材料层113,形成光学功能材料缺省区114;
(3)提供复合胶带16,复合胶带16包括层叠设置的第二光学功能材料层115、表面层15、中间胶层13和离型膜层14;
(1)对表面层15的胶合面15a进行化学处理;
(2)对经过化学处理的表面层的胶合面15a涂覆胶水形成中间胶层13;
(3)将离型膜层14与中间胶层13结合;
(1)分别选定第一基底211与第二基底212的一个侧边,将两个侧边临近以形成拼缝22;
(2)将胶水均匀涂布至第一基底211与第二基底212的背面21b,形成中间胶层23;
(1)分别选定第一基底211与第二基底212的一个侧边,将两个侧边临近以形成拼缝22;
(2)将胶水均匀涂布至表面层25,形成中间胶层23;
(1)分别选定第一基底211与第二基底212的一个侧边,将两个侧边临近以形成拼缝22;
(2)将胶水均匀涂布至第一基底211与第二基底212的背面21b上,形成第一胶接层233,固化第一胶接层233;
(3)将胶水均匀涂布至第一胶接层233,形成第二胶接层234;
(1)分别选定第一基底211与第二基底212的一个侧边,将两个侧边临近以形成拼缝22;
(2)将胶水均匀涂布至表面层25,形成第二胶接层234,固化第二胶接层234;
(3)将胶水均匀涂布至第二胶接层234,形成第一胶接层233;
(1)分别选定第一基底211与第二基底212的一个侧边,将两个侧边临近以形成拼缝22;
(2)提供连接层,将胶水均匀涂布至连接层24形成中间胶层23;
(3)将连接层24上的中间胶层23覆盖于基底层21的背面21b,覆盖完成后使用辊筒将中间胶层23同基底层21之间的气泡或褶皱展平;
(4)固化中间胶层23,将胶水均匀涂覆至表面层25形成连接胶层241;
