所述多段软板形成“氺”字型,其中“氺”字型的构成如下:中间三段,右段、左段、中段在一条直线上,且该直线与前后面板平行,构成主干部分;其中中段的长度最小可缩减为零;其余四段为分叉部分,分别从主干上的两个节点处向四个方向分叉,分别为:右上段从右节点处向右上分叉,右下段从右节点处向右下分叉,左上段左节点处向左上分叉,左下段从左节点处向左下上分叉。如此设计,使得本发明的可收折式衣篓的底板便于收折和展开。
所述“氺”字型软板将六块第二硬板粘合,形成一个底板整体。如此设计,使得本发明的可收折式衣篓,便于加工成型及组装。
四段分叉部分对称设置,右段和右上段之间的夹角、右段和右下段之间的夹角、左段和左上段之间的夹角、左段和左下段之间的夹角均相等。如此设计,使得本发明的可收折式衣篓,便于加工成型及组装,也便于底板的收折和打开。
所述夹角在底面上相应的正投影为45度。如此设计,使得本发明的可收折式衣篓,左右侧板的底边、底板第二硬板30B1、30B2、30B3、30B4的底边、和右段33a和左段33b的下端点能折叠和打开过程中始终保持在同一个平面内,进而使得它们在运动时不会产生相互阻挡、挤压、撕扯等现象,从而箱形衣篓主体顺利逐渐折叠。
中间主干三段具有不同的折叠倾向,从衣篓整体仰视图来看,右段和左段具有山折的倾向,而中段则具有谷折的倾向;段分叉部分则均为谷折倾向。如此设计,使得本发明的可收折式衣篓,侧板和底板能够同步折叠,不会产生相互阻挡、挤压、撕扯等现象,从而箱形衣篓主体顺利逐渐折叠。
底板整体上由外边缘往底板中心方向具有一定的倾角,从而使底板截面整体 具有一定的弧度,包括从纵截面上看的第一角度和从横截面上看的第二角度,且底板可顺着这些弧度的方向进行折叠:其中第一角度使得底板前块和底板后块具有相向折叠的倾向,第二角度使得底板右前块和底板左前块具有向底板前块折叠的倾向,底板右后块和底板左后块具有向底板后块折叠的倾向。如此设计,使得本发明的可收折式衣篓在收到推力时便于收折。
所述底板和侧板的结构及其连接关系保证:在折叠过程中,所有六块第二硬板的底边大致保持在同一平面内运动,以保证折叠过程中软板与连结部同步折叠,不会阻挡连结部的折叠运动;并且与底板活动连接的侧板也是同步折叠。如此设计,使得本发明的可收折式衣篓,侧板和底板能够同步折叠,不会产生相互阻挡、挤压、撕扯等现象,从而箱形衣篓主体顺利逐渐折叠。
所述可折叠式衣篓上还设有底板限位结构,所述的底板限位结构为一硬质凸出结构,用于当底板完全展开时顶住底板的六块第二硬板中与前后面板连接的那两块第二硬板,在底板处于展开状态时,底板限位结构的存在使第二硬板中与前后面板连接的那两块呈现一定的倾角,从而使整个底板呈现一定弧度。如此设计,使得本发明的可收折式衣篓,一方面在收到推力时便于收折;另一方面;底板限位结构能够克服框形结构内所放置衣物的重力,防止底板下垂。
所述的前面板、后面板上至少有一个设置有套入孔;所述的套入孔的内径尺寸大于承托部件的外径尺寸,从而使承托部件可以插入套入孔内,并由此将框形主体承托住,从而实现通过固定器将框形主体悬挂起来。如此设计,使得本发明的可收折式衣篓,能够通过固定器安装在安装体上,进而将框形主体悬挂起来,不占用地面空间。
所述的底板限位结构包括直角形限位块和限位凸起,或斜形限位块,当所述的底板限位结构为直角形限位块和限位凸起时,所述的前后面板底部与底板连接处的适当位置设有直角形限位块,在分别与前面板和后面板连接的两块第二硬板上对应的设有限位凸起;当框形主体展开至最大,亦即底板完全展开时,所述的限位块与限位凸起相顶,使得两块第二硬板无法展开成水平面,而是形成一定的夹角,从而呈往框形主体内收折的倾向;当所述的底板限位结构为斜形限位块时,所述的斜形限位块设置在前后面板底部与底板连接处的适当位置;所述的斜形限位块直接与第二硬板相顶,使框形主体在展开至最大时,所述的两块第二硬板无 法展开成一个水平面,而是形成一定的夹角,从而使得第二硬板呈往框形主体内收折的倾向。如此设计,使得本发明的可收折式衣篓,一方面在收到推力时便于收折;另一方面;底板限位结构能够克服框形结构内所放置衣物的重力,防止底板下垂。
所述的前后面板和侧板的尺寸要满足:前后面板和侧板的高度H要不小于二分之一底板的宽度W,即H不小于W/2。如此设计,使得本发明的可收折式衣篓,在完全收拢后,底板能够被前后面板完全遮挡而不外露。
所述第四活动连接结构套设在第六活动连接结构内,且所述第六活动连接结构设有供第四活动连接结构的活动空间,使得在框形主体收展的过程中,所述的第六活动连接结构能随着底板的折叠而转动,第四活动连接结构能够在第六活动连接结构的活动空间内进行偏移或相向转动。如此设计,使得本发明的可收折式衣篓,侧板和底板能够同步折叠并相互牵制,不会产生相互阻挡、挤压、撕扯等现象,从而箱形衣篓主体顺利逐渐折叠。
所述的右段、左段的宽度均大于至少一个第六活动连接结构的厚度、第一硬板厚度的两倍、连结部厚度的两倍、两块第二硬板的厚度之和;所述的中段的宽度大于第一硬板厚度的两倍、至少一个第六活动连接结构的厚度、连结部厚度的两倍、第二硬板厚度的两倍、右段或左段厚度的两倍之和。如此设计,使得本发明的可收折式衣篓的底板能够完全收折。
所述止动结构为转动顶托件,转动顶托件的一端与固定器转动连接,所述的转动顶托件的设置使得:当框形主体被放置到固定器上时,转动顶托件在重力作用下呈平躺状,转动顶托件的后方与卡板相顶;当水平向外拉开位于外侧的前面板时,位于内侧的后面板上的卡板会被转动顶托件卡住,使位于内侧的后面板保持挂在固定器上;当单手握住前面板的手柄将框形主体抬起时,所述的卡板带动转动顶托件,转动顶托件逐渐旋转至呈立起状,最终卡板与转动顶托件脱离,从而使框形主体不被固定器卡住。如此设计,使得本发明的可收折式衣篓方便用户单手使用,单手即可将衣篓从固定器上取下。
本发明还提出一种可收折式衣篓的收折方法,包括如下步骤:在对外侧的前面板施加向里推的力量时,框形主体即开始折叠;此时框形主体的侧板和底板都向内部折叠而不向外折叠,直到前后面板完全叠合,折叠后侧板和底板会被前后 面板完全遮挡而不外露。本发明的可收折式衣篓的收折方法,通过侧板和底板的展开和收缩,实现了衣篓使用时的展现与闲置时的收拢,在不使用时不会占用空间。底面完整且收折后所有底板和侧板可以做到没有外露的部分,美观大方。
进一步地,在本发明的一些实施例中,还具有如下特征:
框形主体在折叠时,主干部分中段向上向内折去,右段向左方倾斜折去,左段向右方倾斜折去;并拉动右段和左段的上端同步向上运动,而右段和左段的下端点则保持在原平面内运动。按照此方式收折,能够保证框形主体的底板向衣篓内部折叠而不向外折叠,并且底板的折叠不会影响侧板的同步折叠。
右段和左段的运动是一种倾斜加平移的运动,从而带动第二硬板中的右前块、右后块、左前块、左后块倾斜运动且平移,运动时右前块、右后块、左前块、左后块的底边则保持在原平面内,即右段和左段的下端点所在的同一个平面内。按照此方式收折,能够保证框形主体的底板向衣篓内部折叠而不向外折叠,并且底板的折叠不会影响侧板的同步折叠。
左右侧板也同步向内倾斜加平移折叠运动,其中左侧板的下底边也向右运动,右侧板的下底边也向左运动,并保持在和右前块、右后块、左前块、左后块的底边同一个平面内,直到完全折合。按照此方式收折,能够保证侧板和底板同步收折,并且两者在收折运动时不会产生相互阻挡、挤压、撕扯等现象。
向外拉前面板,则各部分则沿着折叠时相反的方向恢复到展开状态。按照此方式展开,能够保证侧板和底板同步展开,并且两者在展开运动时不会产生相互阻挡、挤压、撕扯等现象。
本发明还包括一种可采用上述方法收折的收折式衣篓。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果有:本发明的可收折式衣篓及其收折方法,通过侧板和底板的展开和收缩,实现了衣篓使用时的展现与闲置时的收拢,在不使用时不会占用空间。底面完整且收折后所有底板和侧板可以做到没有外露的部分,美观大方。

下面结合具体实施方式并对照附图对本发明做进一步详细说明。其中相同的附图标记表示相同的部件,除非另外特别说明。应该强调的是,下述说明仅仅是示例性的,而不是为了限制本发明的范围及其应用。
实施例1
如图1A、1B、2所示,本实施例的可收折式衣篓是专用于在洗手间或卧室等场所放置换下来的衣物的衣篓,当然也适用于其他临时放置物品用途。该可收折式衣篓,包括由活动板活动连接而成的框形主体,活动板包括侧板2、前面板1A、后面板1B和底板3,侧板2的一条竖边与前面板1A活动相连,另一条竖边与后面板1B活动相连,侧板2的底边和底板3活动相连;前面板1A、后面板1B底边也与底板3活动相连;侧板2和底板3是可折叠的,在向内侧推动前面板1A时,侧板2向框形主体内部折叠,而底板3向上折叠,并且侧板2和底板3在折叠过程中互不抵触;在向外拉前面板1A时则反之,从而使得框形主体能够向外拉伸至展开,也能够向内推压至完全收拢,完全收拢后,侧板2和底板3能够被前后面板1A、1B完全遮挡而不外露。本实施例的可收折式衣篓,收折过程如图15B所示,收折后如图1B和图15C所示。
实施例2
本发明的可收折式衣篓,还包括固定器4,如图1所示,固定器4主体部分由硬质材料制成并安装在墙体等安装体上(不排除有起装饰作用其他作用的软质部分),固定器4上设有承托部件41,如图3A、3B所示,承托部件为突出于固定器4本体表面的结构;用于承托住框形主体,使其能悬挂在墙体、门板等安装体上,如图3A、3B所示是承托部件41的两种不同形式示意图。
实施例3
本发明的可收折式衣篓,如图1A、1B和图4所示,前面板1A或后面板1B上设置有套入孔15;所述的套入孔15的内径尺寸大于承托部件41的外径尺寸,从而使承托部件41可以插入套入孔15内,并由此将框形主体承托住,从而实现通过固定器4将框形主体悬挂起来。
实施例4
本发明的可收折式衣篓,如图3A所示,固定器4上或承托部件41上设有止动结构42,该结构为包括但不仅限于凹槽或突起的结构,使得框形主体被放置到固定器4上时,当水平向外拉开外侧的前后面板1A/1B时,内侧后面板上的手柄或外侧前面板1A/1B的其他部位会被止动结构42卡住,使内侧的前后面板1A/1B保持挂在固定器4上。
实施例5
本发明的可收折式衣篓,如图5所示,所述的前后面板1A、1B上分别设有手柄11;所述的手柄设有套接槽114(如图5),所述的套接槽114套接在固定器4的止动结构42上,以将框形主体固定在墙上;固定器4既可以防止框形主体往下掉,又可以在框形主体展开时,尤其是处于外面的前面板1A受到水平拉力将框形主体展开时,处于内侧壁的后面板1B能牢牢固定在固定器上,以达到框形主体不与固定器脱离。当水平向外拉开外侧的前面板1A时,内侧后面板1B上的手柄或内侧后面板1B的其他部位会被止动结构42卡住,使内侧的后面板1B保持挂在固定器上;以实现当要从固定器4上拿走框形主体时,必须先将框形主体自下往上提起一定高度后,才能向外取出框形主体。这一结构的设计实现了当要使用该收折式衣篓而需将框形主体展开时,只需单手水平向外拉开位于外侧的前面板1A,而无需同时用另一只手按压着内侧的后面板1B,从而极大地提升了使用体验;而处于内侧的后面板1B仍能牢牢固定在固定器上,以达到框形主体不与固定器脱离。
实施例6
本发明的可收折式衣篓,如图5所示,前面板1A和后面板1B中至少有一个设置有卡板111,当把框形主体挂到固定器4上以后,卡板111卡入止动结构42内侧且被止动结构42挡住,当水平向外拉开外侧的前面板1A时,内侧后面 板1B上的卡板111会被止动结构42卡住,使后面板1B保持挂在固定器4上,以实现当要从固定器4上拿走框形主体时,必须先将框形主体自下往上提起一定高度后,才能向外取出框形主体。
其中前面板1A和后面板1B形状相同,对称设置,且两者平行,这样不论前后面板哪个都可以保持挂在固定器4上,使得框形主体被放置到固定器4上,使用更加方便,不用刻意选择正反面。
所述的两块第一硬板20在本例中优选为网状结构,这样可以节省材料而且方便看到篓内的物品。
实施例7
本发明的可收折式衣篓,如图6、7、8、9所示,所述的前后面板1A/1B上分别设有两个第一活动连接结构12和一个第三活动连接结构13;其中第一活动连接结构12用于与侧板2活动连接,第三活动连接结构13用于与底板3活动连接;所述的两个侧板分别设有两个第二活动连接结构21和一个第四活动连接结构22;所述的底板3上设有两个第五活动连接结构31和两个第六活动连接结构32。
所述的第一活动连接结构12和第二活动连接结构21对应活动连接;所述的第二活动连接结构21套设在第一活动连接结构12内,并且所述的第二活动连接结构21可以绕着这两个活动连接结构的共同的中心轴线转动;所述的第三活动连接结构13和第五活动连接结构31对应活动连接,所述的第五活动连接结构31套设在第三活动连接结构13内,并且所述的第五活动连接结构31可以绕着这两个活动连接结构的共同的中心轴线转动;所述的第四活动连接结构22和第六活动连接结构32对应活动连接;所述的第四活动连接结构22套设在第六活动连接结构32内,并且所述的第四活动连接结构22可以绕着第六活动连接结构32转动。
第一活动连接结构12和第二活动连接结构21均由硬质材料制成,为了框形主体在完全展开后,受到外力作用时结构保持稳固,不会晃动或摇摆不定。
上述的各活动连接结构在活动连接完成后,都可以绕着活动连接中心轴旋转,以保证框形主体收起和展开的顺畅。
所述的第一活动连接结构12和第二活动连接结构21的活动连接方式,及所 述的第三活动连接结构13和第五活动连接结构31的活动连接方式,优选为活页结构;此处的活页结构可以实现采用扣合式,也可以是非扣合的固定式。
实施例8
本发明的可收折式衣篓,如图10A-10C所示,所述的两个侧板2分别由两块硬质材料制成的第一硬板20和把这两块第一硬板20连结在一起的连结部23。
本例中,侧板2的连结部23是分别粘连两块第一硬板20的软质材料,但它还可以采用活页、铰链或销轴形式。
实施例9
本发明的可收折式衣篓,当框形主体展开至最大,亦即侧板(2)展开至完全时,如图10A-10C所示,侧板(2)上的两块第一硬板(20)在完全展开后,无法展平成为180度的平面,而是形成一定的夹角(θ),从而使得侧板呈向框形主体内收折的倾向。构成侧板2的两块第一硬板20的宽度和连结部23的宽度这三者之和要大于底板3的四条边中与该侧板2同侧且一端与前面板1A连结、另一端与后面板1B连结的那条边的长度,所述的那条边称为长度限制边S(如图2所标示)。
实施例10
本发明的可收折式衣篓,如图17所示,前面板1A及后面板1B上与所述侧板2的相接处,设置有侧板2的夹角限位结构211。

本发明的可收折式衣篓,如图3B、18A、18B和18C所示,固定器4的止 动结构42为转动顶托件421。如图18A、18B和18C所示,所述的转动顶托件421的一端与固定器4转动连接,转动顶托件421能在固定器4的连接处进行转动;当框形主体放置在固定器4上时,如图18A,所述的转动顶托件421与承托部件41处于平行状态;转动顶托件421其中一端与固定器4相顶,另一端卡住内侧的后面板1B上的卡板111;当框形主体被提起时,内侧的后面板1B相关部位顶住转动顶托件421,转动顶托件421受到力的作用,随着框形主体被单手提起,转动顶托件421与内侧的后面板1B上的卡板111相顶的一端绕着转动顶托件421与固定器4连接的一端向上转动,如图18B,当转动到一定程度时,内侧的后面板1B相关部位与转动顶托件421脱离,而不被卡住,如图18C,即卡板111带动转动顶托件421,使得转动顶托件421逐渐旋转至呈立起状;所述的转动顶托件421的设置不仅使得框形主体被放置到固定器4上,当水平向外拉开位于外侧的前面板1A时,位于内侧的后面板1B上的相关部位会被转动顶托件421卡住,使位于内侧的后面板1B保持挂在固定器4上;还能在单手将框形主体提起时,框形主体不被固定器4卡住。
实施例12
本发明的可收折式衣篓,如图11-14B所示,所述的底板3由六块第二硬板30A1、30A2、30B1、30B2、30B3、30B4和把这六块第二硬板连接起来的多段软板33a、33a1、33a2、33b、33b1、33b2、33c;所述的多段软板为由软质材料制成的软板,所述的软板一体成型。各第二硬板和软板粘合组成底板,底板整体上由外边缘往底板中心方向具有一定的倾角,从而使底板3截面整体具有一定的弧度(整体看则仰视图为凹坑状),包括从纵截面上看的角度λ1(如图12A和图12B)和从横截面上看的角度λ2(如图13A、13B和图14A、14B),且底板3可顺着这些弧度的方向进行折叠:其中角度λ1使得30A1、30A2具有相向折叠的倾向,角度λ2使得右前块30B1和左前块30B3具有向前块30A1折叠的倾向,右后块30B2和左后块30B4具有向后块30A2折叠的倾向。
多段软板33a、33a1、33a2、33b、33b1、33b2、33c形成“氺”字型,其中“氺”字型的构成如下:中间三段,右段33a、左段33b、中段33c在一条直线上,构成主干部分;其余4段为分叉部分,分别从主干上的两个节点33P1、33P2处向四个方向分叉,分别为:右上段33a1从右节点33P2处向右上分叉,右下段 33a2从右节点33P2处向右下分叉,左上段33b1左节点33P1处向左上分叉,左下段33b2从左节点33P1处向左下上分叉。
“氺”字型软板将六块第二硬板30A1、30A2、30B1、30B2、30B3、30B4粘合,形成一个底板整体。
为了保证能顺利折叠,本实施例中,“氺”字型中的各段还做了如下设计:4段分叉部分对称设置,右段33a和右上段33a1之间的夹角、右段33a和右下段33a2之间的夹角、左段33b和左上段33b1之间的夹角、左段33b和左下段33b2之间的夹角均相等,如图11中记为β。
中间主干三段具有不同的折叠倾向,从仰视图来看,右段33a和左段33b具有山折的倾向,而中段33c则相反,具有谷折的倾向(从俯视图看则相反)。4段分叉部分则均为谷折倾向。
角度β取值要满足:在底板3整体呈凹坑状、纵横截面分别具有角度λ1和λ2的基础上,保证在折叠过程中,所有六块第二硬板30A1、30A2、30B1、30B2、30B3、30B4的底边大致保持在同一平面(原底板所在的平面)内运动,以保证折叠过程中主干右段部分33a和左段33b与连结部23同步折叠,不会阻挡连结部23的折叠运动;并且与底板活动连接的侧板也是同步折叠。
实施例13
本发明的可收折式衣篓,还设置有底板限位结构,所述底板限位结构包括直角形限位块141和限位凸起8,或斜形限位块141,当所述的底板限位结构为直角形限位块141和限位凸8起时,如图16A和图16B所示,所述的前后面板底部与底板连接处的适当位置设有直角形限位块,在分别与前面板和后面板连接的两块第二硬板30A1、30A2上设有与顶片对应的限位凸起8;当框形主体展开至最大时,所述的限位块141与限位凸起8相顶,使得两块第二硬板30A1、30A2无法展开成水平面,而是形成一定的夹角,从而呈往框形主体内收折的倾向;当所述的底板限位结构为斜形限位块时,如图16C和图16D所示,所述的斜形限位块141直接与第二硬板30A1、30A2相顶,使框形主体在展开至最大时,所述的两块第二硬板30A1、30A2无法展开成一个水平面,而是形成一定的夹角,从而使得第二硬板30A1、30A2呈往框形主体内收折的倾向。
如图19所示,底板3的尺寸要满足:底板3的宽度W(与侧板2连接的一 边为宽边)要不大于底板的长度L(与前后面板1A/1B连接的一边为长边)。极端情况下,如果底板3的宽度W等于底板的长度L,则“氺”字型的中间主干段33c的长度缩减为0。
前后面板1A/1B和侧板2的尺寸要满足:前后面板1A/1B和侧板2的高度H(H的标记如图1B所示)要不小于二分之一底板的宽度W(即H不小于W/2)。所述的右段33a、左段33b的宽度均大于至少一个第六活动连接结构32的厚度、侧板2厚度的两倍、连结部23厚度的两倍之和;所述的中段33c的宽度大于第一硬板20厚度的两倍、至少一个第六活动连接结构32的厚度、连结部23厚度的两倍、第二硬板厚度的两倍、右段33a或左段33b厚度的两倍之和。
以上仅是本实施例的结构,在其他实施例中,底板可以为全软(布、网等),粘接也可以替换为其他连接,比如卡接等。但此方式相对于底部采用全软的材料具有一定的优点,原因是:其一,软质材料这折叠过程中难免有褶皱,导致将框形结构收折的时候,会有部分暴露在外面或夹在前后面板之间,导致收折的时候,不能完全并拢,影响收折效果,也不美观;其二,底面为全软质,在框形结构内放置较多衣物时,由于重力问题,软质底面难免会吊垂,影响美观的同时,在将衣物搬去洗衣机处时,放置到地上也容易弄脏底板;而软硬结合,加上整个软硬结合的底板具有一定向上突起的弧度,可以很好的避免了上述问题。
实施例14
为了方便将换下的脏衣物转移到洗衣机中清洗,本发明的可收折式衣篓中可拆卸地放置有收纳袋,衣物装在收纳袋中而非直接装在衣篓里;当需要把衣服拿走清洗时,直接拿走收纳袋即可。
实施例15
仍回到图1所示,在本具体实施例中,所述的后面板1B(位于框形结构内的一面)还设有用于固定、隐藏粘扣件的凹槽5;所述的粘扣件用于固定可拆卸收纳袋;所述的可拆卸收纳袋用于放置内衣裤、袜子等小件衣物;在需要将内衣裤、袜子等小件衣物和其他衣物分开时,将粘扣件粘扣在凹槽5内,再将可拆卸收纳袋固定到粘扣件上即可;在不需要将小件衣物与其他衣物进行分开放置时,不对粘扣件进行粘扣;在已经使用过可拆卸收纳袋的,将可拆卸收纳袋卸下来即可,甚至可同时将粘扣件拆卸;所述的粘扣件优选为魔术贴。

仍回到图1所示,在本具体实施例中,所述的前后面板1A、1B还设有弧形包边结构6;所述的包边结构6的宽度大于四个底板3的厚度与两个侧板2的厚度之和,这样在折叠之后就能把两个底板3与两个侧板2都包在里面而不露出,如图15C所示。

仍回到图1所示,在本实施例中,所述的前后面板上还设有缓冲片7,所述的缓冲片7可以防止脏衣篓关闭时前后面板之间由于冲力作用撞击发出声响。
本发明的可收折式衣篓从自然状态到折叠状态再到打开状态的过程如下:
假定前面板1A在外侧,后面板1B在内侧和固定器4相连。如图15A所示,在自然检驰状态下,由于有底板3上的软板和侧板2上的连结部23有一定的弹力,框形主体保持自然打开的状态,可以用来盛装衣物等物品。
在向外侧的前面板1A施加向里推的力量时,如果推力足够克服软板和连结部23的弹力,则将使框形主体开始折叠;如图15B所示,由于连结部23原本有向里折叠的倾向,而软板上的主干部分中段33c原本有向上折叠的倾向,从而限定框形主体的侧板2和底板3只能向内部折叠而不会向外折叠,从而折叠后不会露出在前后面板外面;此时,从仰视图看,主干部分中段33c为谷折,即它向上向箱内折去;同时,右段33a则为山折,则它会向左方倾斜折去;左段33b也为山折,则它向右方倾斜折去;因中段33c向上折,从而拉动右段33a和左段33b的上端同步向上运动,而右段33a和左段33b的下端点则保持在原平面内(即箱形衣篓主体的底面)运动,这样右段33a和左段33b的运动就是一种倾斜加平移的运动,从而带动第二硬板中的右前块30B1、右后块30B2、左前块30B3、左后块30B4倾斜运动且平移,运动时右前块30B1、右后块30B2、左前块30B3、左后块30B4的底边则保持在原平面内,即右段33a和左段33b的下端点同一个平面内。
与此同时,由于第六活动连接结构32的带动及左右连结部23的带动,左右侧板2也同步向内倾斜加平移折叠运动,其中左侧板2的下底边也向右运动,右侧板2的下底边也向左运动,并保持在和右前块30B1、右后块30B2、左前块30B3、左后块30B4的底边同一个平面(原底板所在的平面)内。由于保证它们 能自然而然地在同一平面内并且和右段33a和左段33b的下端点在同一个平面内,这样,在它们运动时不会产生相互阻挡、挤压、撕扯等现象,从而箱形衣篓主体顺利逐渐折叠,如图15A、15B所示;直到完全折合,如图15C所示。
当需要再次打开时,只需要向外拉前面板11A,则各部分则沿着折叠时相反的方向恢复到展开状态。
其中,为了保证左右侧板的底边、30B1、30B2、30B3、30B4的底边、和右段33a和左段33b的下端点能折叠和打开过程中始终保持在同一个平面内,需要对角度β的取值做一定的设计。由于角度λ1和λ2的存在,造成底板2并非一个平面,而是一个凹坑形状,而凹坑的深度与角度λ1和λ2有关,所以角度β将会是一个立体角而非平面角,因此角度β的计算也与有关角度λ1和λ2有关。通常可通过实验取得角度β的值。本申请通过大量实验证实,能满足要求的角度β是存在的(图15A-15C的折叠过程即为证明)。通常,只要保证β在底面上相应的正投影为45度,即能达到相应要求。
本发明的可收折式衣篓,通过折叠式侧板和底板的拉伸和收缩,实现了收纳袋使用时的展现与闲置时的隐藏,在不使用时不会占用空间。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。

Claims (36)

  1. 一种可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,包括由活动板活动连接而成的框形主体,所述活动板包括侧板(2)、前面板(1A)、后面板(1B)和底板(3),所述侧板(2)一条竖边与前面板(1A)活动相连,另一条竖边与后面板(1B)活动相连,底边和底板(3)活动相连;所述前面板(1A)、后面板(1B)底边也与底板(3)活动相连;所述侧板(2)和底板(3)是可折叠的,在向内侧推动前面板(1A)时,侧板(2)向框形主体内部折叠,而底板(3)向上折叠,并且侧板(2)和底板(3)在折叠过程中互不抵触;在向外拉前面板(1A)时则反之,从而使得框形主体能够向外拉伸至展开,也能够向内推压至完全收拢,完全收拢后,侧板(2)和底板(3)能够被前后面板(1A、1B)完全遮挡而不外露。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,还包括固定器(4),所述的固定器(4)主体部分由硬质材料制成并可安装在安装体上,固定器(4)上设有承托部件(41),承托部件(41)为突出于固定器(4)本体表面的结构;用于承托住框形主体,使框形主体能通过固定器(4)悬挂在安装体上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,固定器(4)上或承托部件(41)上设有止动结构(42),该结构使得框形主体被放置到固定器(4)上时,当水平向外拉开位于外侧的前面板(1A)时,位于内侧的后面板(1B)上的相关部位会被止动结构(42)卡住,使位于内侧的后面板(1B)保持挂在固定器(4)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,所述的前面板(1A)和后面板(1B)主体部分由硬质材料制成,其上分别设有手柄(11)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,所述的前面板(1A)和后面板(1B)中至少有一个设置有卡板(111),当把框形主体挂到固定器(4)上以后,卡板(111)卡入止动结构(42)内侧且被止动结构(42)挡住,当水平向外拉开外侧的前面板(1A)时,内侧后面板(1B)上的卡板(111)会被止动结构(42)卡住,使后面板(1B)保持挂在固定器(4)上,以实现当要从固定器(4)上拿走框形主体时,必须先将框形主体自下往上提起一定高度后,才能向外取出框形主体。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,其中前面板(1A)和后面板(1B)形状相同,对称设置,且两者平行。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,所述的前面板(1A)和后面板(1B)上分别设有若干个第一活动连接结构(12)和若干个第三活动连接结构(13);其中第一活动连接结构(12)用于与侧板(2)活动连接,第三活动连接结构(13)用于与底板(3)活动连接;所述的侧板(2)设有若干个第二活动连接结构(21)和若干个第四活动连接结构(22);所述的底板(3)上设有若干个第五活动连接结构(31)和若干个第六活动连接结构(32);所述的第一活动连接结构(12)和第二活动连接结构(21)对应活动连接,且可以相互对调位置;
    所述的第三活动连接结构(13)和第五活动连接结构(31)对应活动连接,且可以相互对调位置;
    所述的第四活动连接结构(22)和第六活动连接结构(32)对应活动连接,且可以相互对调位置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,所述的第一活动连接结构(12)和第二活动连接结构(21)均由硬质材料制成。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,所述的第二活动连接结构(21)套设在第一活动连接结构(12)内,并且所述的第一活动连接结构(12)和第二活动连接结构(21)可以绕着这两个活动连接结构的共同的中心轴线相互转动;所述的第五活动连接结构(31)套设在第三活动连接结构(13)内,并且所述的第三活动连接结构(13)和第五活动连接结构(31)可以绕着这两个活动连接结构的共同的中心轴线相互转动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,所述的第一活动连接结构(12)和第二活动连接结构(21)的活动连接方式,及所述的第三活动连接结构(13)和第五活动连接结构(31)的活动连接方式,为活页结构、铰链结构或销轴结构。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的一种可收折式衣篓,其特征在于:所述第四活动连接结构(22)套设在第六活动连接结构(32)内,且所述第六活动连接结构(32)设有供第四活动连接结构(22)活动的空间,使得在框形主体收展的过程中,所述的第六活动连接结构(32)能随着底板(3)的折叠而转动,第四活动连接结构(22)能够在第六活动连接结构(32)的活动空间内进行偏移或相向转动。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,所述的侧板(2)为两个,每个包括两块硬质材料制成的第一硬板(20)和把这两块第一硬板(20)连结在一起的连结部(23)。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,所述的连结部(23)为分别粘连两块第一硬板(20)的软质材料、或活页、或铰链、或销轴。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,构成所述的侧板(2)的两块第一硬板(20)的宽度和连结部(23)的宽度这三者之和要大于底板(3)的四条边中与该侧板(2)同侧且一端与前面板(1A)连结,另一端与后面板(1B)连结的那条边的长度,所述的那条边称为长度限制边(S)。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,所述的前面板(1A)及后面板(1B)上与所述侧板(2)的相接处,设置有夹角限位结构(211),所述夹角限位结构(211)为一硬质凸出块,用于当框形主体展开至最大,亦即侧板(2)展开至完全时,顶住侧板(2),使所述的侧板(2)上的两块第一硬板(20)在完全展开后,无法展平成为180度的平面,而是形成一定的夹角(θ),从而使得侧板呈向框形主体内收折的倾向。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,在收折框形主体时,因侧板(2)的夹角限位结构(211)和/或长度限制边(S)的结构作用,两块第一硬板(20)将按夹角(θ)变小的方向转动;连结部(23)的结构使两块第一硬板(20)能够实现转动。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,所述的底板(3)包括有六块第二硬板(30A1、30A2、30B1、30B2、30B3、30B4)和把这六块第二硬板(30A1、30A2、30B1、30B2、30B3、30B4)连接起来的若干多段软板(33a、33a1、33a2、33b、33b1、33b2、33c);所述的软板由软质材料制成,多段软板之间,能够相互连接起来成一个整体。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,所述多段软板(33a、33a1、33a2、33b、33b1、33b2、33c)形成“氺”字型,其中“氺”字型的构成如下:中间三段,右段(33a)、左段(33b)、中段(33c)在一条直线上,且该直线与前后面板(1A、1B)平行,构成主干部分;其中中段(33c)的长度最小可缩减为0;其余四段为分叉部分,分别从主干上的两个节点(33P1、33P2)处 向四个方向分叉,分别为:右上段(33a1)从右节点(33P2)处向右上分叉,右下段(33a2)从右节点(33P2)处向右下分叉,左上段(33b1)左节点(33P1)处向左上分叉,左下段(33b2)从左节点(33P1)处向左下上分叉。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,所述“氺”字型软板将六块第二硬板(30A1、30A2、30B1、30B2、30B3、30B4)粘合,形成一个底板(3)整体。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,四段分叉部分对称设置,右段(33a)和右上段(33a1)之间的夹角(β)、右段(33a)和右下段(33a2)之间的夹角(β)、左段(33b)和左上段(33b1)之间的夹角(β)、左段(33b)和左下段(33b2)之间的夹角(β)均相等。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,所述夹角(β)在底面上相应的正投影为45度。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,中间主干三段具有不同的折叠倾向,从衣篓整体仰视图来看,右段(33a)和左段(33b)具有山折的倾向,而中段(33c)则具有谷折的倾向;4段分叉部分(33a1、33a2、33b1、33b2)则均为谷折倾向。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,底板(3)整体上由外边缘往底板(3)中心方向具有一定的倾角,从而使底板(3)截面整体具有一定的弧度,包括从纵截面上看的第一角度(λ1)和从横截面上看的第二角度(λ2),且底板(3)可顺着这些弧度的方向进行折叠:其中第一角度(λ1)使得底板(3)前块(30A1)和底板(3)后块(30A2)具有相向折叠的倾向,第二角度(λ2)使得底板(3)右前块(30B1)和底板(3)左前块(30B3)具有向底板(3)前块(30A1)折叠的倾向,底板(3)右后块(30B2)和底板(3)左后块(30B4)具有向底板(3)后块(30A2)折叠的倾向。
  24. 根据权利要求17所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,所述底板(3)和侧板(2)的结构及其连接关系保证:在折叠过程中,所有六块第二硬板(30A1、30A2、30B1、30B2、30B3、30B4)的底边大致保持在同一平面内运动,以保证折叠过程中软板(33)与连结部(23)同步折叠,不会阻挡连结部(23)的折叠运动;并且与底板(3)活动连接的侧板(2)也是同步折叠。
  25. 根据权利要求17所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,还设有底板限位结构,所述的底板限位结构为硬质凸出结构,用于当底板(3)完全展开时顶住底板(3)的六块第二硬板(30A1、30A2、30B1、30B2、30B3、30B4)中与前后面板(1A、1B)连接的那两块第二硬板(30A1、30A2),在底板(3)处于展开状态时,底板限位结构的存在使第二硬板(30A1、30A2、30B1、30B2、30B3、30B4)中与前后面板(1A、1B)连接的那两块第二硬板(30A1、30A2)呈现一定的倾角,从而使整个底板(3)呈现一定弧度。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,所述的底板限位结构包括直角形限位块(141)和限位凸起(8),或斜形限位块(141),当所述的底板限位结构为直角形限位块(141)和限位凸起(8)时,所述的前后面板(1A、1B)底部与底板(3)连接处的适当位置设有直角形限位块(141),在分别与前面板(1A)和后面板(1B)连接的两块第二硬板(30A1、30A2)上对应设有限位凸起(8);当框形主体展开至最大,亦即底板(3)完全展开时,所述的限位块(141)与限位凸起(8)相顶,使得两块第二硬板(30A1、30A2)无法展开成水平面,而是形成一定的夹角,从而呈往框形主体内收折的倾向;当所述的底板限位结构为斜形限位块(141)时,所述的前后面板(1A、1B)底部与底板(3)连接处的适当位置设有斜形限位块(141);所述的斜形限位块(141)直接与第二硬板(30A1、30A2)相顶,使框形主体在展开至最大时,所述的两块第二硬板(30A1、30A2)无法展开成一个水平面,而是形成一定的夹角,从而使得第二硬板(30A1、30A2)呈往框形主体内收折的倾向。
  27. 根据权利要求1所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,所述的前面板(1A)、后面板(1B)上至少有一个设置有套入孔(15);所述的套入孔(15)的内径尺寸大于承托部件(41)的外径尺寸,从而使承托部件(41)可以插入套入孔(15)内,并由此将框形主体承托住,从而实现通过固定器(4)将框形主体悬挂起来。
  28. 根据权利要求1所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,所述的前后面板(1A、1B)和侧板(2)的尺寸要满足:前后面板(1A、1B)和侧板(2)的高度H要不小于二分之一底板(3)的宽度W,即H不小于W/2。
  29. 根据权利要求18所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,所述的右段(33a)、左段(33b)的宽度均大于至少一个第六活动连接结构(32)的厚度、第一硬板 (20)厚度的两倍、连结部(23)厚度的两倍、两块第二硬板(30B1、30B2或30B3、30B4)的厚度之和;所述的中段(33c)的宽度大于第一硬板(20)厚度的两倍、至少一个第六活动连接结构(32)的厚度、连结部(23)厚度的两倍、第二硬板(30B1、30B2或30B3、30B4)厚度的两倍、右段(33a)或左段(33b)厚度的两倍之和。
  30. 根据权利要求5所述的可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,所述止动结构(42)为转动顶托件(421),转动顶托件(421)的一端与固定器(4)转动连接,所述的转动顶托件(421)的设置使得:当框形主体被放置到固定器(4)上时,转动顶托件(421)在重力作用下呈平躺状,转动顶托件(421)的后方与卡板(111)相顶;当水平向外拉开位于外侧的前面板(1A)时,位于内侧的后面板(1B)上的卡板(111)会被转动顶托件(421)卡住,使位于内侧的后面板(1B)保持挂在固定器(4)上;当单手握住前面板(1A)的手柄(11)将框形主体抬起时,所述的卡板(111)带动转动顶托件(421),转动顶托件(421)逐渐旋转至呈立起状,最终卡板(111)与转动顶托件(421)脱离,从而使框形主体不被固定器(4)卡住。
  31. 一种可收折式衣篓的收折方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    在对外侧的前面板(1A)施加向里推的力量时,框形主体即开始折叠;此时框形主体的侧板(2)和底板(3)都向内部折叠而不向外折叠,直到前后面板(1A、1B)完全叠合,折叠后侧板(2)和底板(3)会被前后面板(1A、1B)完全遮挡而不外露。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的可收折式衣篓的收折方法,其特征在于,所述的底板(3)包括有六块第二硬板(30A1、30A2、30B1、30B2、30B3、30B4)和把这六块第二硬板(30A1、30A2、30B1、30B2、30B3、30B4)连接起来的若干段软板(33a、33a1、33a2、33b、33b1、33b2、33c);所述的软板由软质材料制成,多段软板之间,可以相互连接起来成一个整体;
    所述多段软板(33a、33a1、33a2、33b、33b1、33b2、33c)形成“氺”字型,其中“氺”字型的构成如下:中间三段,右段(33a)、左段(33b)、中段(33c)在一条直线上,且该直线与前后面板(1A、1B)平行,构成主干部分;其中中段(33c)的长度最小可缩减为0;其余四段为分叉部分,分别从主干上的两个 节点(33P1、33P2)处向四个方向分叉,分别为:右上段(33a1)从右节点(33P2)处向右上分叉,右下段(33a2)从右节点(33P2)处向右下分叉,左上段(33b1)左节点(33P1)处向左上分叉,左下段(33b2)从左节点(33P1)处向左下上分叉;
    框形主体在折叠时,主干部分中段(33c)向上向内折去,右段(33a)向左方倾斜折去,左段(33b)向右方倾斜折去;并拉动右段(33a)和左段(33b)的上端同步向上运动,而右段(33a)和左段(33b)的下端点则保持在原平面内运动。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述的可收折式衣篓的收折方法,其特征在于,右段(33a)和左段(33b)的运动是一种倾斜加平移的运动,从而带动第二硬板中的右前块(30B1)、右后块(30B2)、左前块(30B3)、左后块(30B4)倾斜运动且平移,运动时右前块(30B1)、右后块(30B2)、左前块(30B3)、左后块(30B4)的底边则保持在原平面内,即右段(33a)和左段(33b)的下端点所在的同一个平面内。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的可收折式衣篓的收折方法,其特征在于,左右侧板(2)也同步向内倾斜加平移折叠运动,其中左侧板(2)的下底边也向右运动,右侧板(2)的下底边也向左运动,并保持在和右前块(30B1)、右后块(30B2)、左前块(30B3)、左后块(30B4)的底边同一个平面内,直到完全折合。
  35. 根据权利要求31所述的可收折式衣篓的收折方法,其特征在于,向外拉前面板(1A),则各部分则沿着折叠时相反的方向恢复到展开状态。
  36. 一种可收折式衣篓,其特征在于,其结构保证可采用如权利要求31-35任一所述的方法将其收折。
