本发明涉及裁断机,特别涉及一种万向移动头式裁断机。
背景技术
裁断机被广泛应用于轻工行业。一般,裁断机是借助于机器运动的作用力加压于刀模,对材料进行切割加工的机器。如今裁断机厂家对裁断机进行了一些变革,如现在出现的一种裁断机,在龙门架上端放置裁断头,裁断头在龙门架上可以横向移动,裁断头下压的同时横向移动,可以一次性的完成较大宽度的材料裁断,但是很多材料还需要纵向切割,因此,这种横向移动的裁断机仍然不能实现全自动一次性切割。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,公开了一种万向移动头式裁断机。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的方法是:一种万向移动头式裁断机,包括旋转台,所述的旋转台为圆盘状,其中间设有凹槽,在凹槽内放置呈盘形的工作台,在工作台与旋转台相接的一圆周面处均匀放置滚珠;所述的旋转台通过左右两块长方形电磁吸盘支撑,当电磁吸盘通电时,可吸住旋转台,所述的电磁吸盘固定在方形机箱上表面的外围,所述的机箱的上表面中间为开口,所述的旋转台的底部设有凸台,所述的凸台伸入机箱内,在所述的凸台内设有花键,通过花键, 旋转台连接轴,所述的轴通过轴承套在底座上,所述的底座固定在机箱的底部;在所述的轴中部的轴肩处,通过键连接大齿轮,所述的大齿轮与小齿轮啮合,所述的小齿轮连接在电机上,所述的电机安放在控制箱上方,所述的控制箱内包含控制线路、硬件,并固定在机箱的底部;在所述的旋转台的上表面的对称两侧分别固定左支柱和右支柱,所述的左支柱和右支柱上方通过挡板连接,在所述的挡板的内部放置滚珠丝杠,所述的滚珠丝杠上套有裁断装置,所述的滚珠丝杠的两端分别连接在左支柱和右支柱上,所述的滚珠丝杆穿过左支柱,通过键连接在大带轮上,所述的大带轮通过皮带连接小带轮上,所述的小带轮连接在驱动装置上,所述的驱动装置位于左支柱下方的槽内,固定在旋转台上。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述的左支柱、右支柱与滚珠丝杠构成龙门架,所述的丝杠能够在左支柱、右支柱中转动所述的裁断装置的上端设有带有螺纹的通孔,与丝杠为螺旋配合。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述的裁断装置装有升降装置,使裁断头能够上下移动。

有益效果:
本发明提供了一种万向移动头式裁断机,装置在移动式裁断机的基础上,将龙门架放置在旋转台上,通过旋转台可以使龙门架360度旋转,这样在不需要移动背切材料,保留裁断基准的情况下,极大方便了横纵裁断的转换,从而提高了裁断的精度与效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例并参照附图对本发明作进一步描述,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是幅图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
如图1到图5所示的一种万向移动头式裁断机,包括旋转台19,所述的旋转台19为圆盘状,其中间设有凹槽,在凹槽内放置呈盘形的工作台17,工作台17用于放置被剪裁材料,在工作台17与旋转 台19相接的一圆周面处均匀放置滚珠18,以保证旋转台19旋转流畅。所述的旋转台19通过左右两块长方形电磁吸盘6支撑,当电磁吸盘6通电时,可吸住旋转台19,从而固定旋转台19,当电磁吸盘6断电时,旋转台19可自由旋转。所述的电磁吸盘6通过螺栓24固定在方形机箱1上表面的外边上,螺栓24均匀排列在机箱1上边缘。所述的机箱1的上表面中间为开口,所述的旋转台19的底部设有凸台20,所述的凸台20伸入机箱1内,在所述的凸台20内设有花键7,通过花键7,旋转台19连接轴4,要保证所述的轴的轴心线与旋转台19的圆心共线,轴4旋转时可带动旋转台19旋转。所述的轴4通过轴承3套在底座2上,所述的底座2固定在机箱1的底部;在所述的轴4中部的轴肩处,通过键连接大齿轮5,所述的大齿轮5与小齿轮21啮合,所述的小齿轮21连接在电机22上,所述的大齿轮5与小齿轮21为斜齿轮,组成减速器。所述的电机22安放在控制箱23上方,所述的控制箱23内包含控制线路、硬件,并固定在机箱1的底部。
在所述的旋转台19的上表面的对称两侧分别固定左支柱11和右支柱16,所述的左支柱11和右支柱16上方通过挡板15连接,在所述的挡板15的内部放置滚珠丝杠13,所述的左支柱11、右支柱16与滚珠丝杠13构成龙门架,当旋转台19旋转时,可带动龙门架旋转。所述的滚珠丝杠13上套有裁断装置14,为螺旋配合,所述的裁断装置14装有升降装置,使裁断头能够上下移动。所述的滚珠丝杠13的两端分别通过轴承连接在左支柱11和右支柱16上,并且滚珠丝杠 13可自由转动。所述的滚珠丝杆13穿过左支柱11,通过键连接在大带轮12上,所述的大带轮12通过皮带11连接小带轮8上,所述的小带轮8连接在驱动装置9上,所述的驱动装置9位于左支柱11下方的槽内,固定在旋转台19上。
所述的一种万向移动头式裁断机,通过电机22驱动轴4,带动旋转台19和龙门架旋转,从而调整裁断装置14裁断方向,然后对电磁吸盘6通电固定旋转台。随后驱动装置9通过皮带轮带动滚珠丝杠13转动,调整裁断装置9的位置,最后通过裁断装置9上的升降装置下压裁断头,对材料完成裁断,并且在裁断同时,裁断装置9可以横向移动,可以同时完成较大宽度的裁断。该装置在移动头式裁断机基础上,可灵活的转换裁断方向,可以保证裁断基准不变,提高裁断精度和效率。

  1. 一种万向移动头式裁断机,其特征在于:包括旋转台(19),所述的旋转台(19)为圆盘状,其中间设有凹槽,在凹槽内放置呈盘形的工作台(17),在工作台(17)与旋转台(19)相接的一圆周面处均匀放置滚珠(18);所述的旋转台(19)通过左右两块长方形电磁吸盘(6)支撑,当电磁吸盘(6)通电时,可吸住旋转台(19),所述的电磁吸盘(6)通过螺栓(24)固定在方形机箱(1)上表面的外围,所述的机箱(1)的上表面中间为开口,所述的旋转台(19)的底部设有凸台(20),所述的凸台(20)伸入机箱(1)内,在所述的凸台(20)内设有花键(7),通过花键(7),旋转台(19)连接轴(4),所述的轴(4)通过轴承(3)套在底座(2)上,所述的底座(2)固定在机箱(1)的底部;在所述的轴(4)中部的轴肩处,通过键连接大齿轮(5),所述的大齿轮(5)与小齿轮(21)啮合,所述的小齿轮(21)连接在电机(22)上,所述的电机(22)安放在控制箱(23)上方,所述的控制箱(23)内包含控制线路、硬件,并固定在机箱(1)的底部;在所述的旋转台(19)的上表面的对称两侧分别固定左支柱(11)和右支柱(16),所述的左支柱(11)和右支柱(16)上方通过挡板(15)连接,在所述的挡板(15)的内部放置滚珠丝杠(13),所述的滚珠丝杠(13)上套有裁断装置(14),所述的滚珠丝杠(13)的两端分别连接在左支柱(11)和右支柱(16)上,所述的滚珠丝杆(13)穿过左支柱(11),通过键连接在大带轮(12)上,所述的大带轮(12)通过皮带(11)连接小带轮(8)上,所述的小带轮(8) 连接在驱动装置(9)上,所述的驱动装置(9)位于左支柱(11)下方的槽内,固定在旋转台(19)上。
