一种运输治具 技术领域
本发明涉及物料运输治具,尤其涉及一种运输治具。
背景技术
大多数自动化生产线都会使用到运输治具,运输治具搭载着物料在运输带上传输。在某一些产品的生产过程中,需要在某一环节对运输治具上的半成品进行注塑,现有技术的做法往往是将运输治具上的半成品取出并放入注塑机注塑后再放回运输治具以让半成品继续向下工位传输,这样的做法过于费时,严重影响了生产效率。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种兼作注塑模具,提高生产效率的运输治具。
技术解决方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种运输治具,包括本体,所述本体上设有注塑模具。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:运输治具上设置注塑模具,注塑时,运输治具上的半成品无需从运输治具上取下,利于节约产品生产耗时,提高生产效率。

本发明的实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图予以说明。
本发明最关键的构思在于:在运输治具上设置注塑模具,使得运输治具上的半成品在进行注塑时无需从运输治具上取下。
请参照图1至图3,一种运输治具,包括本体1,所述本体1上设有注塑模具3。
从上述描述可知,本发明的有益效果在于:运输治具上设置注塑模具,注塑时,运输治具上的半成品无需从运输治具上取下,利于节约产品生产耗时,提高生产效率。
进一步的,所述本体1的至少一端设有夹持组件,所述夹持组件包括至少一个夹持机构4。
进一步的,所述本体1的两端分别设有所述夹持组件,每个所述夹持组件中所述夹持机构4的数量均为多个,两个所述夹持组件中的夹持机构4一一对应设置。
由上述描述可知,夹持机构用于夹持固定运输治具上的半成品。
进一步的,所述注塑模具3靠近所述夹持机构4设置。
由上述描述可知,注塑模具靠近夹持机构设置,注塑件在注塑成型时,被夹持机构夹持的半成品不会出现晃动,利于提高注塑精度。
进一步的,所述注塑模具3的数量与夹持组件中夹持机构4的数量相同,所述注塑模具3与所述夹持机构4一一对应设置
由上述描述可知,厂商可以同时给运输治具上的多个半成品进行注塑,利于进一步提高生产效率。
进一步的,所述注塑模具3为注塑下模具。
由上述描述可知,注塑完成后运输治具在运输半成品的过程中,注塑下模具可以一直对半成品上的注塑件进行支撑,防止了注塑体垂落,方便后续加工,提高生产效率。
进一步的,所述注塑模具3包括支撑臂32和相对设置的两个延伸臂31,所述夹持机构4位于两个所述延伸臂31之间,所述支撑臂32的一端连接一个所述延伸臂31,所述支撑臂32的另一端连接另一个所述延伸臂31,所述支撑臂32上设有槽位33。
由上述描述可知,注塑模具结构简单、加工便利;支撑臂上的槽位用于支撑半成品上的注塑件。
进一步的,所述夹持机构4包括底座41、弹性件和两个夹块42,所述底座41上设有滑槽,所述夹块42沿所述滑槽可滑动设置,所述弹性件的一端连接所述夹块42,所述弹性件的另一端连接所述夹块42。
进一步的,所述夹块42上设有导向斜面421。
由上述描述可知,导向斜面的设置便于半成品的部分结构进入两个夹块之间从而让两个夹块夹持。
进一步的,所述夹块42上设有限位槽422。
由上述描述可知,限位槽用于容纳进入两个夹块之间的半成品的部分结构,利于提高夹持机构夹持的稳定性。
实施例一
请参照图1至图3,本实施例以电子雷管的生产线为例进行阐述,具体如下:一种运输治具,包括本体1,所述本体1上设有容置槽2,所述本体1上容置槽2之外的区域设有注塑模具3。需要说明的是,所述注塑模具3可以是一套完整的注塑模具,也可以仅是注塑上模或注塑下模,还可以仅是注塑上模的一部分或注塑下模的一部分。
所述本体1的至少一端设有夹持组件,所述夹持组件包括至少一个夹持机构4。详细的,所述容置槽2内放置有电子雷管引爆线,该电子雷管引爆线已完成绑把工序,所述夹持机构4用于夹持电子雷管引爆线的线头6。
进一步的,所述本体1的两端分别设有所述夹持组件,每个所述夹持组件中所述夹持机构4的数量均为多个,两个所述夹持组件中的夹持机构4一一对应设置。绑把完成的电子雷管引爆线具有两个线头,相对应的两个夹持机构4分别夹持电子雷管引爆线的不同线头。
优选的,所述注塑模具3靠近所述夹持机构4设置。
所述注塑模具3的数量与夹持组件中夹持机构4的数量相同,所述注塑模具3与所述夹持机构4一一对应设置。
可选的,所述注塑模具3为注塑下模具。本实施例中,所述注塑模具3整体呈C字型,所述注塑模具3包括支撑臂32和相对设置的两个延伸臂31,所述支撑臂32远离所述容置槽2设置,所述夹持机构4位于两个所述延伸臂31之间,所述支撑臂32的一端连接一个所述延伸臂31,所述支撑臂32的另一端连接另一个所述延伸臂31,所述支撑臂32上设有槽位33,注塑成型的注塑体5位于所述槽位33内。
详细的,所述夹持机构4包括底座41、弹性件(图未示)和两个夹块42,所述底座41上设有滑槽,所述夹块42沿所述滑槽可滑动设置,所述弹性件的一端连接所述夹块42,所述弹性件的另一端连接所述夹块42。更具体的,所述底座41包括主体,所述主体上设有所述滑槽,所述滑槽的截面呈凸字型,所述滑槽的两端分别设有挡板,所述挡板与所述夹块42之间设有所述弹性件,所述弹性件的一端连接所述夹块42,所述弹性件的另一端连接所述挡板。
所述夹块42上设有导向斜面421,所述夹块42上设有限位槽422,这样,电子雷管引爆线的线头6沿导向斜面421滑入两个所述夹块42之间,两个夹块42相背运动,夹块42压缩弹性件,电子雷管引爆线的线头6进入限位槽422后,弹性件恢复部分形变,两个夹块42在弹性件的作用下相向运动,从而夹持固定住电子雷管引爆线的线头6。
可选的,所述本体1上设有减重槽7,所述本体1上设有提手8。
综上所述,本发明提供的运输治具上设置注塑模具,注塑时,运输治具上的半成品无需从运输治具上取下,利于节约产品生产耗时,提高生产效率;注塑模具靠近夹持机构设置,利于提高注塑精度;注塑下模具可以一直对半成品上的注塑件进行支撑,防止了注塑体垂落,方便后续加工。

  1. 一种运输治具,包括本体,其特征在于:所述本体上设有注塑模具。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的运输治具,其特征在于:所述本体的至少一端设有夹持组件,所述夹持组件包括至少一个夹持机构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的运输治具,其特征在于:所述本体的两端分别设有所述夹持组件,每个所述夹持组件中所述夹持机构的数量均为多个,两个所述夹持组件中的夹持机构一一对应设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的运输治具,其特征在于:所述注塑模具靠近所述夹持机构设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的运输治具,其特征在于:所述注塑模具的数量与夹持组件中夹持机构的数量相同,所述注塑模具与所述夹持机构一一对应设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的运输治具,其特征在于:所述注塑模具为注塑下模具。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的运输治具,其特征在于:所述注塑模具包括支撑臂和相对设置的两个延伸臂,所述夹持机构位于两个所述延伸臂之间,所述支撑臂的一端连接一个所述延伸臂,所述支撑臂的另一端连接另一个所述延伸臂,所述支撑臂上设有槽位。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的运输治具,其特征在于:所述夹持机构包括底座、弹性件和两个夹块,所述底座上设有滑槽,所述夹块沿所述滑槽可滑动设置,所述弹性件的一端连接所述夹块,所述弹性件的另一端连接所述夹块。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的运输治具,其特征在于:所述夹块上设有导向斜面。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的运输治具,其特征在于:所述夹块上设有限位槽。
