本发明涉及地板领域,具体讲是一种高适平性塑料地板及其生产设备。
背景技术:
利用塑料材料制成地板,以取代天然木材,减少对自然数据的破坏,是现今塑料地板产品开发的趋势。而由现有技术可知,现有塑料地板的组成,其款式大都是一块基板上直接黏贴印刷层和耐磨层,或是底层的基板上缘再设一层或一层以上的中间层,表面再贴覆一印刷层及耐磨层,其基板主要是PVC或PP材质,且含有可塑剂(Dop、Dotp),例如申请号为201710047042.4专利申请所公开的技术,如图4所示,该专利申请公开了聚氨酯涂层1、中间层和PVC硬片层3;中间层包括上玻璃层21、真空层22和下玻璃层23;所述的PVC硬片层由以下重量份组成:PVC树脂90-100份,冲击改性剂2-5份,DOP为0.6-1.0份,ESBO 0.9-1.5份,有机锡1.2-2.0份,PA-20为0.4-0.8份,G16为1-1.4份,补色剂0.03-0.04份。该聚氨酯涂层厚度为0.2-0.4mm,而PVC硬片层厚度为0.3-0.5mm。上述现有技术和一般己知的塑料地板因为成份含有可塑剂,因此最下层的基板质地不够硬,若是铺设在凹凸不平的地面时,使用者常时间踩踏下,表面容易因受压而随着不平的地面而变形,例如磁砖地表面分布着井字形的细缝,塑料地板铺设于上时,其表面对凹细缝的部位会随着长时间使用而产凹陷的情形,不仅外观上不雅观,且使用者踩踏使用的脚部触感舒适性亦会产生影响。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种令塑料地板在铺设使用时,能适应凹凸不平的地面的高适平性塑料地板,该塑料地板可增进塑料地板长时间使用的外观美感及脚部踩踏时的平稳性与踏实感。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种高适平性塑料地板,其特征在于:其包括
一基板层,基板层不含可塑剂,其具有不易变形的硬质特性;
一弹性层,设于该基板层上,弹性层含有可塑剂,其具有可变形的弹塑性;
一印刷层,设于该弹性层上;
一耐磨层,设于该印刷层上。
作为优选,一基板层,基板层不含可塑剂的PVC塑料、石粉和稳定剂制备而成,其具有不易变形的硬质特性;
一弹性层,设于该基板层上,由含可塑剂的PVC塑料、石粉和稳定剂制备而成,其具有可变形的弹塑性;
一印刷层,设于该弹性层上;
一耐磨层,设于该印刷层上;其中,
基板层由以下重量份数的组分组成,PVC塑料30-70份、石粉120-250份、稳定剂1-5份;

本发明还提供一种高适平性塑料地板的生产设备,用以达成共挤的生产设备包括第一挤出机、第二挤出机、两衔接件和一分配器,第一挤出机用以挤出成型该基板层,第二挤出机用以挤出成型该弹性层,第一挤出机和第二挤出机一端的出料口分别与一衔接件组接,两衔接件的另一端则分别连接制分配器外侧,分配器内部将该基板层和弹性层相叠汇集后,由一端的挤料头向外输出。
采用以上方案后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:令塑料地板在铺设使用时,能适应凹凸不平的地面的高适平性塑料地板,该塑料地板可增进塑料地板长时间使用的外观美感及脚部踩踏时的平稳性与踏实感。

如图1-3所示,本发明系针对塑料地板的层状结构及基板组成原料加以改良,其构成包含一基板层10、弹性层20、印刷层30及耐磨层40,其中:
该基板层10,具有不易变形的硬质特性,板厚可为0.5~3mm,是由以下重量份的原料制成,不含可塑剂的PVC塑料30-70份、石粉120-250份、钙锌稳定剂1-5份,稳定具有耐冲击及塑化的效果。
该弹性层20设于该基板层10上,具有能变形的弹塑性,板厚可为0.5~8mm,系由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC塑料30-70份、石粉120-250份、钙锌稳定剂1-5份、可塑剂5-23份,稳定剂具有耐冲击及塑化的效果。
该印刷层30设于该弹性层20上,系一薄膜层上印刷或喷印有图案、花纹,以热熔辊压黏合于该弹性层20上。
该耐磨层40设于该印刷层30上,可以通过涂布或热熔辊压黏合于该印刷层20上。
承上述,进一步说明,该基板层10与弹性层20可利用胶水黏合,或利用热熔方式黏合固定。若是利用热熔黏合固定时,该基板层10与弹性层20可利用共挤方式一体成型,其用以达成共挤的生产设备包括第一挤出机51和第二挤出机52、两衔接件54,以及一分配器55,该第一挤出机51用于挤出成型该基板层10,该第二挤出机52用于挤出成型该弹性层20,该第一挤出机51、第二挤出机52一端的出料口53分别与衔接件54的一端组接,两衔接件54另一端则分别组设至该分配器55的外侧,该分配器55内部则将该基板层10及弹性层20相叠汇集后,由一端的挤料头551向外输出。
承上述,本发明利用该基板层10的硬质特性,而能在铺设于各种凹凸不平的地面时,能在长时间使用下,仍能适用地面的不平,而不便因地面的不平而产生变形,再搭配该弹性层20吸收及承受重力,避免长时间使用而使表面产生凹陷不平的情况,并增加踩踏时的平稳性与踏实感。
另外,弹性层可为PP发泡体或其PVC与可塑剂的结合或PET与纤维布结 合。
通过上述改进,本发明使得塑料地板在铺设使用时,由于基材层材质较现有技术的硬,能适应凹凸不平的地面的高适平性塑料地板,该塑料地板还可增进塑料地板长时间使用的外观美感及脚部踩踏时的平稳性与踏实感。
以上仅就本发明较佳的实施例作了说明,但不能理解为是对权利要求的限制。凡是利用本发明说明书所做的等效结构或等效流程变换,均包括在本发明的专利保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种高适平性塑料地板,其特征在于:其包括
    一基板层,基板层不含可塑剂,其具有不易变形的硬质特性;
    一弹性层,设于该基板层上,弹性层含有可塑剂,其具有可变形的弹塑性;
    一印刷层,设于该弹性层上;
    一耐磨层,设于该印刷层上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高适平性塑料地板,其特征在于:
    一基板层,基板层不含可塑剂的PVC塑料、石粉和稳定剂制备而成,其具有不易变形的硬质特性;
    一弹性层,设于该基板层上,由含可塑剂的PVC塑料、石粉和稳定剂制备而成,其具有可变形的弹塑性;
    一印刷层,设于该弹性层上;
    一耐磨层,设于该印刷层上;
    其中,
    基板层由以下重量份数的组分组成,PVC塑料30-70份、石粉120-250份、稳定剂1-5份;
    弹性层由以下重量份数的组分组成,PVC塑料30-70份、石粉120-250份、稳定剂1-5份、可塑剂5-23份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的高适平性塑料地板,其特征在于:弹性层可为PP发泡体或其PVC与可塑剂的结合或PET与纤维布结合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的高适平性塑料地板,其特征在于:耐磨层为UV层或PVC层。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的高适平性塑料地板,其特征在于:基板层与弹性层可通过胶水黏合、或热熔方式黏合固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的高适平性塑料地板,其特征在于:基板层与弹性层利用共挤方式成型。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的高适平性塑料地板的生产设备,其特征在于:用以达成共挤的生产设备包括第一挤出机、第二挤出机、两衔接件和一分配器,第一挤出机用以挤出成型该基板层,第二挤出机用以挤出成型该弹性层,第一 挤出机和第二挤出机一端的出料口分别与一衔接件组接,两衔接件的另一端则分别连接制分配器外侧,分配器内部将该基板层和弹性层相叠汇集后,由一端的挤料头向外输出。
