技术领域
本发明涉及可拆换表面覆盖层,尤其是可拆换地面覆盖层,并且提出了针对与这种覆盖层的敷设有关的问题的解决方案。
背景技术
对于建筑物或住宅的内部或外部装饰,通常使用表面覆盖层,尤其是地面覆盖层,因为它们与裸表面或简单上漆的表面相比显得更加令人愉悦,更加美观并且更加舒适。一般地,这涉及合成材料、木材或纺织品制成的地面覆盖层。通常,这涉及合成材料制成的多层地面覆盖层,它一方面包括所谓支撑层的下层,并且另一方面包括所谓磨耗层的上层,其对在这种覆盖层常规使用条件下出现的机械或化学侵害具有良好的耐受性。
一般说来,地面覆盖层的敷设需要使用预先涂抹在想要覆盖的表面上的强力粘合剂。这使得能够获得在该表面上的覆盖层的良好稳定性。然而,当要更换该地面覆盖层时,将其剥离是非常困难的,并且通常会存在大量的粘合剂和/或覆盖层的痕迹,这需要通过物理清除(刮擦)或者通过化学清除将它们除去。该表面随后需要再次进行磨光和清洁,以便能够敷设新的覆盖层。通常,这种敷设技术无法除掉、替换或改变地面覆盖层或者覆盖层的某些组成部分而不使之损坏或者毁坏,结果导致其变得不可使用。
为了提供可拆换地面覆盖层,已经提出不把覆盖层永久性地粘合到要覆盖的表面上,而是使用双面胶带条或者使用通用固定剂。然而在敷设两个或多个时,这些解决方案是相当令人不感兴趣和不被推荐的,因为在接缝处的密封性并不理想。而且,就象对于传统粘合剂一样,双面胶或通用固定剂具有在覆盖层的反复清洁和湿度的作用下随时间而劣化的缺点。
为了避免使用胶粘剂或粘合剂,一种被称作“浮隔地板(parquet flottant)”的替代解决方案在于使用通常为木质的平板(dalles)或板条(lattes),它们之间通过机械固定装置、弹性夹或粘合剂固定。这种类型的覆盖层具有良好的耐长期交通性,而且使得其所覆盖的表面无粘合剂。然而,浮隔地板一旦敷设就会具有以下的缺点:其是连在一起的单个体,因而无法更换构成其的一个或多个组成部分。
为了解决可再用的可拆换覆盖层的敷设问题并且其中该敷设不损坏其所覆盖的表面,文献US 3341996和FR 2350445提出使用磁化颗粒。文献FR 2350445提出在要装饰的表面或覆盖层的表面上施用可磁化的胶合剂(mastic),并且在将要与要装饰的表面或覆盖层的表面接触的表面上施用含有铁粉的粘结剂。文献US 3341996描述了一种包括底层的地面覆盖层,所述底层包括磁性填料,在其上布置有也包含磁性填料的装饰层。然而,这种类型的覆盖层所碰到的问题在于,在所有定向的平面上平板彼此之间的稳定性不足。当强力通过时,平板、板条或者覆盖层会彼此相对移动。
在文献US 7194843中,已经提出使用底层和装饰性覆盖层,所述底层的上表面包括“钓鱼钩”类型的小钩,所述覆盖层的下表面包括塑料制成的小环。当两个面彼此挤压时,小钩紧紧抓住小环,并保持两个层以VelcroTM类型的自固定带的方式接触。施加的压力越强,小钩对小环抓得越紧;因此,这种类型的覆盖层的冲击韧性是一个大的缺点,因为重的物品如家具会留下明显且去不掉的压痕。此外,为了取下覆盖层的装饰部分而施加的力通常太大,以致于对其的去除往往会导致底层的隆起或者剥离。而且,在装饰部分的频繁敷设和去除之后,所述小钩和/或小环被拉长或弄断,因而降低了随时间的固定质量。
另外,上述所有的解决方案均不仅具有生产成本非常高的缺点,而且还具有需要特定的制造方法的缺点。
发明内容
本发明针对表面装饰,尤其是地面装饰提出了没有现有技术的缺陷的解决方案。
本发明旨在提供不太昂贵且易于实施的可拆换表面覆盖层。
特别地,本发明旨在提供一种表面覆盖层,其装饰部分是可拆换的并且可以随意地进行改变而不造成损坏或改变装饰部分和/或该装饰部分的覆盖表面。
另外,本发明旨在提供其装饰部分在可折换的同时还具有尺寸稳定性的表面覆盖层。
本发明描述了包括两个组成部分(éléments)的地面装饰套件(kit),一方面是可拆换表面覆盖层,另一方面是锚固(ancrage)底层,所述锚固底层的组成基于PVC并且包含至少60%重量的增塑剂。
根据特定的实施形式,根据本发明的表面覆盖层包括一个或多个下列特征之一或任意组合:
-该锚固底层被敷设在要覆盖的地面上,该可拆换表面覆盖层敷设在所述锚固底层上,
-该增塑剂选自邻苯二甲酸酯、己二酸酯、偏苯三酸酯、有机磷酸酯、柠檬酸酯、植物油和衍生自淀粉的多元醇酯,或者其混合物,
-该增塑剂选自邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二异庚酯、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯,或者其混合物,
-该锚固底层包含增强填料和/或玻璃纱(voile),
-该锚固底层具有至少0.25mm的厚度,
-该可拆换表面覆盖层基于聚合物树脂、橡胶、木材、纺织品、玻璃、金属或者陶瓷,
-该可拆换表面覆盖层基于PVC或基于中等密度木质纤维(MDF)或基于高密度木质纤维(HDF),
-该可拆换表面覆盖层是聚合物树脂制成的多层产品,包括支撑层并且包括磨耗层,所述支撑层是经发泡的、紧密的或者纺织品,
-该可拆换表面覆盖层还包括布置于支撑层和磨耗层之间的阻挡层,
-该可拆换表面覆盖层还包括基于通过UV可交联的聚氨酯的保护清漆,
-该可拆换表面覆盖层在与该锚固底层接触的表面上包括包含至少60%重量增塑剂的基于PVC的粘着(tackifiant)涂层。
本发明还描述了可拆换装饰性表面覆盖层的固定方法,包括利用锚固底层,所述底层被敷设在要覆盖的地面上,并且具有包含至少60%重量增塑剂的基于PVC的组成。
根据特定的实施形式,根据本发明的方法包括一个或多个下列特征之一或任意组合:
-在将该可拆换装饰性表面覆盖层敷设在所述锚固底层之前,把锚固底层敷设在地面上;
-该锚固底层以连续的方式覆盖要覆盖的地面;
-该可拆换装饰性表面覆盖层在将与该锚固底层接触的表面上包括包含至少60%重量增塑剂的基于PVC的粘着涂层。

具体实施方式
表面覆盖层,尤其是地面覆盖层,具有特定的机械性能,尤其是在机械强度、硬度和耐磨性方面,而且还在舒适性、柔软性和隔音和隔热方面。
相据本发明的地面装饰套件1兼具传统地面覆盖层的优点以及可更换和可再用的优点。
该装饰套件1包括两个不同的组成部分,也即可拆换表面覆盖层2和锚固底层3。该锚固底层是基于高度增塑的PVC的组合物。它具有粘合作用,也被称作粘着作用。它可以具有柔软性,或多或少胶凝的。优选地,该锚固底层3包含至少60%重量的增塑剂。
在本发明的第一实施方式中(图1至3),在可拆换装饰性表面覆盖层2未敷设在所述锚固底层3上之前,把锚固底层3敷设在地面4上。
在本发明的第二实施方式中(图4),锚固底层3敷设在地面4上,并且与覆盖可拆换装饰性表面覆盖层2的下表面(或背面)的粘着涂层5接触。
在本发明的所有实施方式中,可拆换装饰性表面覆盖层2通过高度增塑的锚固底层3的粘合作用保持就位。
敷设在要覆盖的地面上的锚固底层3可通过任何合适的措施永久性地固定,或者通过所述锚固底层3的粘合作用非永久性地固定。锚固底层3被连续或不连续地敷设在要覆盖的地面上。
该锚固底层3是基于高度增塑的PVC的组合物。它包含至少60%重量,优选至少66%重量的增塑剂或增塑剂混合物。
优选地,该增塑剂选自邻苯二甲酸酯、己二酸酯、偏苯三酸酯、有机磷酸酯、柠檬酸酯、植物油和衍生自淀粉的天然多元醇酯,例如异山梨醇二酯。
优选地,该增塑剂是DIBP(邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯)、DIHP(邻苯二甲酸二异庚酯)或者DINP(邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯),或者这些化合物的混合物。它还可以涉及环氧化大豆油或者蓖麻油。
通常,锚固底层3是包含至少60%重量增塑剂的基于PVC的组合物。但它还可以具有一定的结构刚性,这可以通过使用填料而获得,所述填料尤其是增强填料如碳酸钙、高岭土或滑石,或者通过使用玻璃纱10(图6)或基于PVC的紧密层11(图7)而获得。在附图的这些情况下,基于高度增塑的PVC的组合物被施加在玻璃纱10或者紧密层11(图8)的单一面上或者两个面上。在一个特定的实施方式中,该锚固底层包括基于PVC的紧密层11,其上施加有玻璃纱,在该玻璃纱上施加有基于高度增塑的PVC的组合物。
粘着涂层5是任何合适的涂层。优选地,它涉及基于高度塑化的PVC的组合物,包含至少60%重量增塑剂或增塑剂混合物。优选地,该增塑剂是DIBP(邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯)、DIHP(邻苯二甲酸二异庚酯)或者DINP(邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯),或者这些化合物的混合物。它还可以涉及环氧化大豆油或者蓖麻油。
粘着涂层5可以以任何合适的方式连续地或非连续地施加到可拆换装饰性表面覆盖层2上。优选地,粘着涂层5被预先置于合适的支撑体上,或者以液体形式通过涂覆直接置于可拆换表面覆盖层2上,然后通过热作用凝胶化,例如在大约两分钟的时间在150和200℃之间,有利地在180℃的炉中经过。对于基于木质纤维的板状可拆换表面覆盖层2,粘着涂层5被置于防粘纸上(papier release)上,然后借助于任何合适的胶粘剂将其施加到可拆换表面覆盖层2上,所述胶粘剂例如是丙烯酸类胶粘剂或者基于EVA的热融粘合剂。
优选地,粘着涂层5形成至少0.25mm厚,有利地0.25-0.5mm厚的层。
在本发明的所有实施方式中,根据本发明的该可拆换表面覆盖层2可以是任何合适形状、颜色和材料的任何合适的表面覆盖层组成部分。
该可拆换表面覆盖层2可以基于聚合物树脂、橡胶、木材、纺织品、玻璃、金属或陶瓷。它可以涉及例如复层纸(laminé)、高密度颗粒木板(HDF)或者中等密度颗粒木板(MDF),其包括装饰性三聚氰胺纸(木材或其他印刷(impression))和木板贴面纸。它还可以涉及亚麻油毡类型的表面覆盖层。在另一实例中,它可以涉及聚合物树脂制成的多层产品,包括支撑层5(其为泡沫的、紧密的或者纺织品)和聚合物树脂的磨耗层6,其可任选地由保护清漆层8覆盖(图2),所述清漆8可以基于通过紫外线(UV)可交联的聚氨酯。
特别地,可拆换表面覆盖层2是基于PVC的多层产品,包括支撑层6和/或基于PVC的磨耗层7,以及基于聚氨酯的保护清漆8。有利地,该可拆换表面覆盖层2的支撑层6和/或磨耗层7包括玻璃纱或填料,优选矿物填料,旨在赋予其特定的机械性能。该矿物填料可以是例如碳酸钙、高岭土或滑石。
该可拆换表面覆盖层2还可以包括阻挡层,阻止或减少锚固底层3的增塑剂向可拆换表面覆盖层2的上部迁升。优选地,所述阻挡层置于支撑层6和磨耗层7之间。优选地,该阻挡层是基于聚酯的膜。
在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,装饰套件1包括锚固底层3,以及可拆换表面覆盖层2,其是覆盖有保护清漆8的基于PVC的多层产品,以及粘着涂层5,所述粘着涂层5连续地覆盖将与所述锚固底层3接触的可拆换覆盖层2的表面。
在具有平板或板条形式的可拆换表面覆盖层2的情况下,显然底层3的刚性提高了平板或板条被此之间的尺寸稳定性。底层3的使用对可拆换表面覆盖层2具有自动锁定的作用。因而,在经受拉伸应力时,平板或板条具有更好的水平稳定性,阻止可拆换表面覆盖层2之间出现空隙,因而使覆盖层整体对于交通来说更稳定并且更具抗性,而不必求助于在平板或板条之间使用封接。
通过以下测试评估任选地覆盖有粘着涂层5的可拆换表面覆盖层2的附着力(表1),该测试在于确定施加于表面覆盖层2之上使之从固定支撑体或者永久性固定在固定支撑体上的锚固底层3脱落的力。
通过根据标准EN433进行的压痕或冲孔测量还评估了粘着涂层5对覆盖层的硬度的影响(表1)。将50kg的重量施加到1cm2的冲头上。在负载下150分钟和休息150分钟之后,测量该冲头留下的压入深度。

令人惊讶的是,通过比较表1的组合1和3来看,相比于其中锚固底层3施加到地面上(组合1)的情况,施加在表面覆盖层2上的粘着涂层5(组合3)允许所述可拆换覆盖层2对地面有更好的附着力。此外,通过比较组合2和4可以看出,最有利的情况是包括与锚固底层3组合的粘着涂层5的表面覆盖层。
在附着力测试过程中还可以看出,附着力随着压力而增大,该压力施加于可拆换表面覆盖层2上,用以使之随着在预先敷设在地面上的锚固底层3上。该压力越大,附着力越大。因而,关于地面覆盖层,可拆换部分2上的交通量越大,所述可拆换部分2对预先敷设在地面上的锚固底层3的附着力越大。
除了根据本发明的表面装饰用的解决方案具有不必使用粘合剂,表面覆盖层的一个或多个组成部分易于敷设的优点之外,它还具有以下的优点:在装饰选择方面允许有大的自由度,并且允许不同种类(聚合物树脂、木材、橡胶、金属、陶瓷)的不同可拆换装饰性覆盖层的组合,并且允许容易地更换可拆换部分2的一个或多个组成部分,同时保持锚固底层3的粘合力。
预先覆盖要装饰的地面的锚固底层3的使用具有即便要覆盖的表面具有粗糙度也能提供平表面的另外优点。
另外,可拆换表面覆盖层2和/或锚固底层3是无限可再生和可再用的,因为锚固底层3一旦洗涤便恢复其自动粘合或粘着性能。
锚固层3还具有降低表面覆盖层的外表面和要覆盖的表面之间声音传递的优点。
实施例:
实施例1:
该可拆换表面覆盖层是7mm厚的基于高密度木质纤维HDF(Tarkett的Smart original)的板材,包括0.5mm厚的粘着涂层,其含有17.6%的PVCP1353K Vestolit,15.4%的填料(CaCO3 Durcal15,来自OMYA),62%的来自Exxon的DINP Jayflex以及0.37%的流变剂(EVONIK的Aerosil200)。该粘着涂层借助于胶粘剂TESA4970和防粘纸(SAPPI Europe的防粘纸Stipkote EHR.Cl.S.EX flat)而被布置于可拆换覆盖层上,其涂覆有基于高度增塑PVC的组合物,通过在180℃的炉中经过而被凝胶化。
实施例2:
该可拆换表面覆盖层是2.5mm厚的PVC多层产品,包括0.5mm厚的粘着涂层,其含有17.6%的PVC P1353K Vestolit,15.4%的填料(CaCO3 Durcal15,来自OMYA),62%的Exxon的DINP Jayflex和0.37%的流变剂(EVONIK的Aerosil200)。粘着涂层以液体的形式沉积在可拆换覆盖层上,然后通过在155℃的炉中经过而被凝胶化。该基于PVC(Tarkett Stone 370)的多层可拆换覆盖层包括背面的泡沫材料,基于再循环PVC的600g/m2的压光底层,其包含80g/m2的玻璃纱饱和层,涂饰面(belle face)泡沫材料层,基于聚氨酯的10微米的清漆。
实施例3:
该可拆换表面覆盖层是在实施例2中描述的。地面用锚固底层覆盖,后者包含玻璃纱,在两个面上涂覆有含17.6%的PVC P1353K Vestolit、15.4%的填料(CaCO3 Durcal15,来自OMYA)、62%Exxon的DINP Jayflex和0.37%流变剂(EVONIK的Aerosil200)的组合物,然后通过在155℃的炉中经过而使该组合物凝胶化。该可拆换表面覆盖层位于预先敷设在地面上的锚固底层上。

实施例5与实施例4相同,只是要敷设在地面上的锚固底层包含13.5%的PVC P1353K Vestolit,4.4%的Arkema的LacovylPA 1384,15.4%的填料(CaCO3 Durcal15,来自OMYA),66%的Exxon的DINP Jayflex和0.7%的流变剂(EVONIK公司的Aerosil200)。
实施例6:
实施例6与实施例5相同,只是锚固底层的厚度为0.25mm。
实施例7:
该可拆换表面覆盖层是根据实施例2的覆盖层。该地面用锚固底层覆盖,后者包括PVC紧密层,其含有12.4%的Exxon的JayflexDINP,12.9%的PVC VinnolitP 4472,16.1%的VestoliteB 7021,47%的CaCO3 OMYA BL 20,11.6%的苯甲酸壬基酯。PVC紧密层在与该可拆换表面覆盖层接触的面上覆盖有组合物,所述组合物包含17.6%的Vestolit的PVC P1353K,15.4%的填料(CaCO3 Durcal15,来自OMYA),62%的Exxon公司的DINP Jayflex以及0.37%的流变剂EVONIK的Aerosil200,其以液体的形式沉积,然后通过在155℃的炉中经过而凝胶化。

Claims (16)
1.包括两个组成部分的地面装饰套件(1),一方面是可拆换表面覆盖层(2),另一方面是锚固底层(3),所述锚固底层(3)的组成基于PVC并且包含至少60%重量的增塑剂。
2.权利要求1的装饰套件(1),其中该锚固底层(3)被敷设在要覆盖的地面上,该可拆换表面覆盖层(2)敷设在所述锚固底层上。
3.权利要求1或2的装饰套件(1),其中该增塑剂选自邻苯二甲酸酯、己二酸酯、偏苯三酸酯、有机磷酸酯、柠檬酸酯、植物油和衍生自淀粉的多元醇酯,或者其混合物。
4.上述权利要求中任何一项的装饰套件(1),其中该增塑剂选自邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二异庚酯、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯,或者其混合物。
5.上述权利要求中任何一项的装饰套件(1),其中该锚固底层(3)包含填料和/或玻璃纱。
6.上述权利要求中任何一项的装饰套件(1),其中该锚固底层(3)具有至少0.25mm的厚度。
7.上述权利要求中任何一项的装饰套件(1),其中该可拆换表面覆盖层(2)基于聚合物树脂、橡胶、木材、纺织品、玻璃、金属或者陶瓷。
8.权利要求6的装饰套件(1),其中该可拆换表面覆盖层(2)基于PVC或基于中等密度木质纤维(MDF)或基于高密度木质纤维(HDF)。
9.上述权利要求中任何一项的装饰套件(1),其中该可拆换表面覆盖层(2)是聚合物树脂制成的多层产品,包括支撑层(6)并且包括磨耗层(7),所述支撑层是经发泡的、紧密的或者纺织品。
10.权利要求7的装饰套件(1),其中该可拆换表面覆盖层还包括布置于支撑层(6)和磨耗层(7)之间的阻挡层。
11.上述权利要求中任何一项的装饰套件(1),其中该可拆换表面覆盖层(2)还包括基于通过UV光可交联的聚氨酯的保护清漆(8)。
12.上述权利要求中任何一项的装饰套件(1),其中该可拆换表面覆盖层(2)在与该锚固底层(3)接触的表面上包括包含至少60%重量增塑剂的基于PVC的粘着涂层(5)。
13.可拆换装饰性表面覆盖层(2)的固定方法,包括利用锚固底层(3),所述底层(3)被敷设在要覆盖的地面上,并且具有包含至少60%重量增塑剂的基于PVC的组成。
14.权利要求12的方法,其中在将可拆换装饰性表面覆盖层(2)敷设在所述锚固底层(3)上之前,把锚固底层(3)敷设在地面上。
15.权利要求12或13中任何一项的方法,其中该锚固底层(3)以连续的方式覆盖要覆盖的地面。
16.上述权利要求中任何一项的方法,其中可拆换装饰性表面覆盖层(2)在将与该锚固底层(3)接触的表面上包括包含至少60%重量增塑剂的基于PVC的粘着涂层(5)。
